Abstract

Dalam berbisnis, para pengusaha berharap untuk mendapatkan keuntungan di masa depan dari bisnis yang telah mereka lakukan. Untuk itu para pelaku bisnis harus mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor pendukung bisnis sebelum memulainya. Dalam tugas akhir ini, variabel yang diteliti adalah nilai modal dan bahan baku. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor permodalan dan bahan baku secara parsial maupun individual dan juga sepenuhnya pada variabel keberhasilan di toko daur ulang Pak Salam, dengan menggunakan laporan keuangan di periode Januari 2010 sampai dengan Desember 2011. Untuk mengetahui hubungan atau pengaruh dari faktor modal dan bahan baku terhadap keberhasilan toko daur ulang Pak Salam, penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen analisis seperti: uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji auto korelasi, analisis regresi, uji linier berganda, uji hipotesis, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor modal berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keberhasilan toko daur ulang Pak Salam, dan juga nilai bahan baku telah mempengaruhi pengaruh keberhasilan toko daur ulang Pak Salam secara parsial. Namun, tidak hanya sebagian bahwa nilai modal dan bahan baku telah mempengaruhi keberhasilan toko daur ulang Pak Salam, tetapi juga mereka telah mempengaruhi secara signifikan pada keberhasilannya. Dengan melihat hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan yang dapat dipertimbangkan oleh pengusaha tentang nilai modal dan bahan baku sebelum mereka memulai bisnis untuk mendapatkan keuntungan maksimal dari bisnis mereka.

Abstract

Indonesia tengah berupaya mewujudkan Indonesia Emas 2045 melalui penguatan daya saing ekonomi nasional, salah satunya dengan pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sebagai tulang punggung perekonomian nasional di era digital. Generasi Z sebagai digital native memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung transformasi digital UMKM melalui pemanfaatan media sosial, namun kontribusi tersebut belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal dan masih menghadapi berbagai keterbatasan dalam praktik implementasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran Generasi Z dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM melalui strategi komunikasi digital berbasis media sosial, sekaligus mengisi gap penelitian terkait belum optimalnya peran Gen Z dalam mempercepat transformasi digital UMKM secara berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi literatur terhadap berbagai penelitian dan laporan relevan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Generasi Z berperan sebagai katalisator dalam pengelolaan media sosial melalui kreativitas konten, storytelling digital, dan pemanfaatan social commerce yang mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar serta memperkuat citra merek UMKM. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan berupa rendahnya literasi digital produktif, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, serta kesenjangan infrastruktur digital yang menghambat optimalisasi peran tersebut. Untuk itu, diperlukan strategi kolaboratif melalui peningkatan literasi digital, penguatan kemitraan komunitas, serta dukungan kebijakan publik yang inklusif dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Dengan demikian, Generasi Z memiliki peran strategis dan krusial sebagai akselerator utama dalam percepatan transformasi digital UMKM guna mewujudkan ekonomi digital yang berdaya saing dan berkelanjutan menuju Indonesia Emas 2045.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi aktual hilirisasi pangan di Indonesia, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta strategi kebijakan yang efektif guna meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif eksploratif, menginterpretasi data dari berbagai sumber melalui analisis TOWS dan IFAS & EFAS Matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hilirisasi pangan mampu meningkatkan nilai tambah produk lokal, memperluas pasar, dan menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya literasi teknologi, dan ketimpangan akses pembiayaan masih menghambat optimalisasi hilirasi. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sinergi multipihak antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, akademisi, dan komunitas lokal sebagai ekosistem hilirisasi yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif, serta memanfaatan teknologi tepat guna untuk menciptakan ketahanan ekonomi nasional yang adaptif dan tangguh.

Abstract

This study discusses the independent variables of the work environment which are used as mediators to determine the indirect influence of leadership and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Sakti Coal Jaya. This study processed the questionnaire data as many as 50 respondents from the population of 85 employees of PT. Sakti Coal Jaya. The calculation of simple linear regression and multiple linear regression was determined after the research data met the validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. The significance test for simple regression was carried out by t-test, by comparing tcount and ttable. The simple regression equation is significant and positive if tcount > ttable. Meanwhile, the significance test for multiple regression was carried out using the F-test, by comparing Fcount with Ftable. The multiple regression equation is significant and positive if Fcount>Ftable. The results obtained from this study, all effects, both direct and indirect, are significant and positive.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to gain an understanding of the characteristics of national leadership orientated towards the archipelago and examine the extent to which inclusive, equitable, and sustainable leadership practices serve as a strategic mechanism for strengthening national unity and resilience. The analysis focuses on Indonesia's pluralistic socio-political dynamics, using the Asta Gatra framework as a conceptual lens to assess the relationship between leadership values, social cohesion, and the sustainability of national resilience. Study Design/Methodology/Approach: This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through a review of academic literature, policy documents, and theoretical frameworks of leadership and governance to synthesise an understanding of national resilience from a Nusantara perspective. Findings: As a result, archipelago-orientated national leadership enhances national resilience by fostering social cohesion through inclusive leadership, promoting political and economic stability based on the principle of justice, and ensuring long-term sustainability by prioritising the environment, cultural values, and intergenerational responsibility within the Asta Gatra framework. Originality/Value: To the authors’ knowledge, limited scholarly attention has been devoted to examining leadership models that explicitly link Nusantara-orientated values with national resilience. In approaching this study, the authors did not assume that existing frameworks had sufficiently articulated how inclusivity, justice, and sustainability operate as practical governance mechanisms within Indonesia’s socio-political landscape. Nevertheless, this study offers a structured contribution by clarifying how such leadership orientations function in practice to strengthen national resilience, thereby providing a foundation for future scholarship in this field.

Abstract

Lecturer performance management is vital for improving the quality of higher education, particularly in Islamic universities. This study aims to analyze how performance management enhances lecturer quality, focusing on evaluation practices and professional development aligned with teaching, research, and community service. A qualitative approach was used, employing library research and content analysis to examine books, journal articles, and regulations from 2018 to 2024. The analysis included institutional documents, such as evaluation guidelines, to provide context-specific insights. The findings show that periodic evaluations provide constructive feedback, boost motivation, and identify strengths and weaknesses, encouraging continuous improvement through training, collaborative research, and teaching innovation. The integration of Islamic values, such as ethical conduct and religious outreach, enriches the evaluation process, aligning with the institution’s mission. Performance management contributes to better teaching quality, increased research output, and stronger community engagement, enhancing institutional competitiveness. However, reliance on literature limits empirical insights. This study concludes that systematic performance management, incorporating academic and Islamic principles, is a key strategy for developing lecturer professionalism and strengthening the identity of Islamic universities.

Abstract

Increasingly complex environmental challenges require leadership approaches that integrate ethical, cultural, and community-based mechanisms. This study examines how traditional leadership among the Baduy community reflects environmental concern and the lessons it offers for contemporary sustainability governance. Using a qualitative systematic literature review and thematic analysis of over fifty indexed sources, the study explores customary norms, leadership roles (Puun and Jaro), ritual practices and community resource management to identify how local wisdom shapes ecological behavior. Findings show that Baduy leadership instills environmental care through everyday norms emphasizing simplicity, harmony, and moral responsibility, fostering social-ecological resilience and strong pro-environmental practices. These findings are situated within broader debates on environmental leadership, highlighting culturally rooted mechanisms rituals, social sanctions, and leader exemplary as informal governance tools that complement formal regulations, enhance legitimacy, compliance, and low-cost conservation. The study’s main contribution is empirical and conceptual evidence that customary leadership can catalyze sustainable behavior and strengthen policy effectiveness by integrating ethical management, intergenerational responsibility, and community-based enforcement into modern environmental leadership frameworks.

Abstract

Consumer protection is a crucial element of modern economic systems as it seeks to maintain a balanced relationship between business actors and society as users of goods and services. BPKN plays a strategic role in providing advocacy, policy recommendations, and strengthening the national consumer protection framework in Indonesia. However, the effectiveness of consumer protection is not solely determined by regulatory frameworks but is also significantly influenced by the quality of human resources responsible for delivering public services. This study aims to analyses the role of BPKN HR competencies in enhancing consumer protection through service quality grounded in business ethics. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature study method, drawing upon reputable academic journal articles and scholarly sources related to HR competencies, public service quality, and business ethics. The findings indicate that HR competencies constitute a key factor in improving the effectiveness of consumer protection. Public officials possessing technical, analytical, and digital competencies, as well as strong communication and empathetic skills, are better positioned to deliver higher-quality public services. Service quality supported by the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy has been shown to strengthen public trust in consumer protection institutions. Furthermore, the internalization of business ethics within organizations plays a vital role in maintaining integrity, transparency, and accountability in service delivery. The integration of human resource competencies, service quality, and business ethics therefore forms a critical foundation for developing a responsive, credible, and adaptive consumer protection system in the context of an evolving digital economy.
