Abstract

Energy Electricity is something that is needed in people's lives, the need for electrical energy is increasing. the need for electrical energy is increasing. demand for electrical energy continues to increase along with economic growth and community welfare. the welfare of society. The growth in demand for electrical energy is influenced by the development of the growing manufacturing and industrial sectors. This study aims to determine the energy imbalance between the industrial and general power lines on the reliability of the 20 kV network. Methods research methods used in this study are primary and secondary research. secondary research. The results obtained in this study are the imbalance of load on the 20 kV power load on the 20 kV industrial repeater transformer power at the time of high loading during the day is 192.4633333 A with a percentage of the power of the 20 kV network. day 192.4633333 A with a percentage of 0.556252408 % and the lowest general repeater load of 68.45 A with a load percentage of 0. %percentage of 0.197919075%.

Abstract

This research discusses the effectiveness of simultaneous elections in Indonesia and Brazil. The objectives of this study are to describe the effectiveness of simultaneous elections in Indonesia and Brazil and to outline an ideal model of simultaneous elections for Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Regarding the effectiveness of simultaneous elections, Brazil's system proves to be more effective than Indonesia's. In Indonesia, the voting and vote-counting processes still use a direct method with paper ballots, and dispute resolution follows a tiered complaint system. In contrast, Brazil employs electronic voting machines for both voting and vote counting, while also implementing a tiered system for election dispute resolution. The effectiveness of simultaneous elections in Indonesia could be improved by adopting processes similar to those used in Brazil's simultaneous election system. 2)The ideal model of simultaneous elections for Indonesia would involve holding elections once every five years, encompassing national elections for members of the House of Representatives (DPR), Regional Representative Council (DPD), and President/Vice President concurrently. This would be followed by local/regional elections held sometime later for members of Provincial and Regency/City Regional People's Representative Councils (DPRD), as well as for Governors and Regents/Mayors. This model aims to strengthen the presidential system, provide election organizers with more focused preparation and management time, reduce complex logistical and administrative burdens, and enhance transparency and voter participation.

Abstract

This This research is motivated by the phenomenon of interest in reading in class 4 A students. This research aims to describe the conditions and what factors inhibit and support students' interest in reading in class 4 A at SD YPK Klasaman 2, Sorong City. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a research design, namely a case study. The subjects in this research were the class teacher and 22 students in class 4 A of YPK Klasaman Elementary School, Sorong City. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews and observation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the condition of students' interest in reading is good. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the students in carrying out reading activities for 15 minutes before the lesson takes place or ends later during free time. The students fill the free time by reading textbooks and non-lessons in their respective seats, both in the library and in the classroom. Then, researchers found that there were several inhibiting factors, namely: There were still two students who could not read, there were no reading corners in each class except in the library, there was a lack of role and support from some parents. Supporting factors are the role and support of the teacher and most of the parents, then the teacher carries out reading activities for 15 minutes using textbooks or non-textbooks available in the library or student handbooks and there is great enthusiasm from the students.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh permainan “Lompat ke Bintang” terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain pretest-posttest, penelitian melibatkan 10 anak usia 4 tahun. Aspek motorik kasar yang diukur meliputi kekuatan otot, koordinasi tubuh, dan keseimbangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan motorik kasar anak. Skor rata-rata kekuatan otot meningkat dari 62 menjadi 85 (37%), koordinasi tubuh dari 58 menjadi 81 (40%), dan keseimbangan dari 60 menjadi 84 (40%). Permainan ini terbukti efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan fisik anak melalui aktivitas melompat yang melibatkan otot besar dan koordinasi tubuh. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar permainan ini diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran di PAUD sebagai metode stimulasi fisik yang menyenangkan. Kata Kunci: motorik kasar, permainan lompat ke bintang, anak usia dini, perkembangan fisik. Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of the “Jump to the Stars” game on the gross motor development of early childhood. Using a descriptive quantitative method with a pretest-posttest design, the study involved 10 children aged 4 years. The gross motor aspects measured include muscle strength, body coordination, and balance.The results showed a significant improvement in children's gross motor skills. The average scores for muscle strength increased from 62 to 85 (37%), body coordination from 58 to 81 (40%), and balance from 60 to 84 (40%). This game effectively supports children's physical development through jumping activities involving large muscles and body coordination. The study recommends integrating this game into early childhood education as a fun and effective physical stimulation method. Abstract

A good organizational culture and accompanied by the opportunity to be able to develop a career will make employees have a strong motivation to improve their performance. The purpose of this study is to test the variables of organizational culture and career development on employee performance at the Jeneponto Regency KPU Office. The research method is quantitative descriptive, the population is all employees at the Jeneponto KPU Office as many as 18 people who are also the research sample. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study (1) Organizational culture obtained a t-value of 2.492 with a significance of (0.025 < 0.05). Furthermore, (2) the career development variable obtained a t-value of 2,815 with a significance of (0.013 < 0.05) and (3) the Ministry of Agriculture, simultaneously, the variables of organizational culture and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F value is calculated as 48.554 with a significance level of 0.000 where this significance value is smaller than the significance level used 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This shows that these two variables together have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The goal of business analysis of sponge cake companies is to comprehend the variables that affect their competitive market performance. Numerous important factors, including the external and internal environments as well as social and cultural factors, must be taken into account in this analysis. Several analysis techniques, including SWOT, STP, and market analysis, can be applied to business analyses of sponge cake companies. Finding an overview of the application of SWOT, STP, and market analysis in the "Kue Bolu Ina Boy" business is the aim of this study. By using these techniques, sponge cake companies can better understand the opportunities and challenges they face and develop a business plan that will maximize their growth and performance. Through appropriate business analysis, a sponge cake company can maximize productivity and boost earnings. In addition, business analysis can support sponge cake companies in adapting to changing circumstances and staying competitive in a market that is becoming more and more crowded.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk gaya bahasa yang terdapat dalam puisi K.H. Mustofa Bisri dalam album Membaca Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah puisi K.H. Mustofa Bisri dalam album Membaca Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah gaya bahasa dan makna. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara menganalisis puisi K.H. Mustofa Bisri dalam album Membaca Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode simak dan teknik catat. Instrument yang digunakan berupa tabel penjaringan gaya bahasa. Keabsaan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan validasi data. Sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya gaya bahasa ironi, personifikasi, satire, dan metafora yang terdapat dalam puisi K.H. Mustofa Bisri dalam album Membaca Indonesia. Gaya bahasa yang paling dominan adalah satire sedangkan, gaya bahasa yang tidak dominan adalah metafora

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian mendeskripsikan kesalahan-kesalahan berbahasa yang terjadi dalam surat resmi Himpunan Mahasiswa Prodi (HMP) FKIP Universitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini ialah berupa ejaan, tanda baca, kata dan kalimat yang terdapat dalam surat resmi Himpunan Mahasiswa Prodi (HMP) FKIP UNIMUDA Sorong yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik studi pustaka dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis interactive model yang dipelopori oleh Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesalahan berbahasa berupa (1) kesalahan ejaan, yaitu a) penulisan huruf kapital pada awal kalimat, b) huruf kapital pada ungkapan nama Tuhan, agama, dan kitab suci, c) huruf kapital pada kata sapaan atau kekerabatan. Kesalahan ejaan ditemukan kesalahan sebanyak 25 data. (2) Kesalahan tanda baca, yaitu: a) tanda hubung (-) sebanyak 4 data, b) tanda koma (,) sebanyak 13 data, c) tanda penyingkat/apostrof (‘) sebanyak 3 data, d) tanda titik (.) sebanyak 6 data, e) tanda garis bawah (_) sebanyak 9 data, f) tanda garis miring (/) sebanyak 2 data, g) tanda titik dua (:) sebanyak 7 data. (3) Kesalahan kata, kesalahan kata yang terjadi pada penulisan surat resmi HMP yaitu penggunaan kata yang keliru, penggunaan kata yang tidak baku, penulisan akronim, serta penulisan angka dan bilangan. Pada kesalahan kata ini ditemukan kesalahan sebanyak 40 data, (4) kesalahan kalimat yang terjadi yaitu penggunaan kalimat yang tidak efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada tingkat literasi digital mahasiswa dalam menganalisis berita hoaks. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengukur tingkat literasi digital mahasiswa dalam menganalisis berita hoaks di media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskripstif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket atau kuesioner yang diisi oleh mahasiswa Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi digital mahasiswa dalam menganalisis berita hoaks berada pada kategori menengah hingga tinggi. Mahasiswa umumnya sudah memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang literasi digital, seperti kemampuan mengenali sumber informasi yang kredibel, memahami cara verifikasi informasi, dan penggunaan media sosial dengan lebih bijak. Namun, masih terdapat sebagian mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi berita hoaks secara cepat dan tepat.
