Abstract

This study aims to determine the public's response to the law on job creation which was passed on October 5, 2020. Processed based on public tweets on Twitter social media. The method used is by analyzing public sentiment in the form of positive, neutral, or negative responses on Twitter social media using the Naive Bayes Algorithm. The data was obtained by crawling on Twitter with 160 related keywords in the period April to June 2021 so that tweets related to the law on job creation were obtained. The results of the study obtained information that positive sentiment as much as 22.79%. Negative sentiment 75.77% and neutral sentiment 1.44%. With these results, negative sentiment has the highest total value

Abstract

E-commerce is a trading transaction activity through the internet network. By utilizing e-commerce, sellers can offer their products online to make it easier for them to shop, transact, and deliver effectively and efficiently. Using an e-commerce website as a sales tool, will expand the product marketing area and make it easier for buyers to select and order these products to increase the sales turnover of the store. Toko Blora is an electronics store located in Harco Mangga Dua. This shop sells several electronic products ranging from PCs, Laptops / Notebooks, parts, and accessories for PCs and Laptops / Notebooks. The sales system that has been used so far is by offering and marketing products using brochures. This method causes the product sales process to take a long time, in addition to making reports that still use handwriting in recording store sales is considered less effective and efficient. To provide solutions to these problems, it is necessary to create an application system that is expected to be able to manage all existing problems. The purpose of this research is to produce a computer product sales system via the Internet (e-commerce). The research was conducted with a field study method with data collection using observation and interviews. The analysis and design stages used the PIECES method to produce the proposed system. The research result is in the form of a computer product e-commerce system that is applied to the Blora Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and develop an Anugerah Jaya store sales information system using the PIECES method. The problem faced at this time is that the sales system that is running is still manual, starting from the sales transaction process, the income calculation process, data collection on goods prices and inventory data are also still calculated by manual calculations that are only written on paper or books. This makes the quality of the information obtained is not optimal, less efficient and of course the possibility of misinformation is quite large. The research method used is a field study with data collection conducted through interviews and direct observation of the sales process. The results of the study based on the PIECES parameter analysis found several shortcomings in the sales process including the slow processing of data and the provision of reports. To overcome the existing problems, a new web-based system proposal was designed to overcome the current problems

Abstract

One method in determining the cost of goods is the variable costing method. This method determining the cost of goods manufactured which classifies costs based on cost behavior consisting of raw material costs, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs. By using the variable costing method, fixed costs are separated into periodic costs which are used as a deduction for the contribution margin in the profit/loss statement. The contribution margin is the remaining amount from sales after deducting variable costs. This amount contributes to covering fixed costs and generating a profit for a certain period. If the company can calculate the cost of goods manufactured correctly and precisely, it will certainly assist management in carrying out the process of planning, controlling, or controlling production costs, determining the right selling price, and planning a good profit. This study builds a Muslim clothing production cost information system using the variable cost method. The new design of information system consists of 5 input data (Model, Material Cost, Consumer, Payment, PO), seventh output data (Consumer Report, Payment Report, Receipt, List of Clothing Models, PO Recap, Production Report, Production Cost Report) and single database with five tables (PO, Payment, Consumer, Product, Stock).

Abstract

Elangsta Cafe is one of the businesses engaged in the culinary field, recording many sales transactions every day. The application system used is still limited to a menu ordering system and does not yet have a sales report recapitulation system. Kafe owners experience difficulties when recapitulating data because they have to enter proof of sales one by one in an Excel file every day. So that becomes the formulation of the problem in this research, how to design a point of sales application system that can control cafe operations. Aims this research is to develop a point-of-sales application using the Flutter Framework. The test results show better results, the application is made following what is designed and runs well.Kafe Elangsta merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang kuliner, setiap harinya mencatat banyak transaksi penjualan. Sistem operasional yang digunakan masih sebatas sistem pemesanan menu saja belum memiliki sistem rekapitulasi laporan penjualan. Pemilik Kafe mengalami kesulitan saat rekapitulasi data karena harus memasukan bukti penjualan satu persatu dalam file excel setiap harinya. Sehingga menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini, bagaimana merancang sistem aplikasi point of sales yang bisa mengontrol operasional kafe. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang aplikasi point of sale menggunakan Framework Flutter. Hasil uji menunjukan hasil yang baik, aplikasi yang dibuat sesuai dengan apa yang diracang dan berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, employee uniforms are critical for business entities to recognize each employee as a worker's identity for the company. Given the importance of work uniforms for the company, employees must wear the uniform every day. PT Indomarco is a company engaged in retail that has 9000 employees, and has problems with the procedure for exchanging employee uniforms that are no longer suitable for all employees. The research aim is to create an information system for submitting employee uniform exchanges easily and quickly. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through field research using observations and interviews. The results of the design were tested with the White Box Testing method when coding the program and the Black Box Testing method to test the functionality of the system. The result is a prototype of a uniform exchange application that runs according to the function, and no errors are found in the new system.Di era globalisasi saat ini seragam karyawan penting bagi badan usaha untuk mengenali setiap karyawan dan sebagai identitas pekerja bagi perusahaan. Mengingat pentingnya seragam kerja bagi perusahaan, maka wajib bagi karyawan untuk memakai seragam tersebut setiap harinya. PT. Indomarco perusahaan bergerak dibidang retail yang memiliki 9000 karyawan memiliki permasalahan dalam prosedur penukaran seragam karyawan yang sudah tidak layak untuk seluruh karyawan. Tujuan penelitian yang akan dicapai adalah membuat sistem informasi pengajuan penukaran seragam karyawan secara mudah dan cepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik Pengumpulan data melalui penelitian lapangan dalam bentuk observasi dan wawancara. Hasil rancangan yang dibuat diuji menggunakan metode White Box Testing saat pengkodean program dan metode Black Box Testing untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem. Hasilnya berupa purwarupa aplikasi penukaran seragam yang berjalan sesuai dengan fungsi dan tidak ditemukan kesalahan pada sistem baru.

Abstract

The employee attendance recording system that still uses fingerprint machines causes employees who are present to have to do fingerprint identification. This attendance recording process raises concerns for employees who work from the office because attendance using fingerprints can spread or transmit the COVID-19 virus to employees. This problem drives us to create a solution that can help eliminate employee complaints or concerns when taking attendance with fingerprints. The study aims to design an employee attendance information system by utilizing AI (Artificial Intelligence) with a Face Recognition. The methods used are field research, data collection through interviews and literature studies. System modeling uses UML. The study results are a design for an employee attendance information system application called “BEONE ATTENDANCE” by adopting facial recognition technology and implementing it into an Android-based platform.Sistem pencatatan kehadiran karyawan yang masih menggunakan mesin fingerprint menyebabkan karyawan yang hadir harus melakukan identifikasi sidik jari. Proses pencatatan kehadiran ini menimbulkan kekhawatiran karyawan yang bekerja dari kantor, karena absensi yang menggunakan fingerprint ini memungkinkan menyebarkan atau menularkan virus COVID-19 kepada karyawan. Hal ini yang mendorong untuk mencoba membuat suatu solusi yang dapat membantu menghilangkan keluhan atau rasa kekhawatiran karyawan pada saat absensi dengan fingerprint. Tujuan penelitian adalah merancang sistem informasi kehadiran karyawan dengan  memanfaatkan AI (Artificial Intelligence) dengan pendeteksi wajah atau Face Recognition. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka. Pemodelan sistem menggunakan UML. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan aplikasi sistem informasi kehadiran karyawan yang dinamakan "BEONE ATTENDANCE" dengan mengadopsi teknologi pengenalan wajah dan diimplentasikan kedalam platform berbasis Android.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes to various sectors, including logistics and the supply chain. The Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data are two key technologies that have attracted the attention of many researchers and practitioners due to their potential to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in logistics processes and supply chain management. This study explores the integration of IoT and big data for optimizing logistics and supply chains, as well as identifying related benefits and challenges. The research methodology used is a mixed-methods approach combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Data were collected through literature reviews, interviews, questionnaires, and field observations. The results show that the integration of IoT and big data can improve operational efficiency, demand forecasting accuracy, route optimization, risk management, and customer satisfaction. Real-time tracking with IoT devices reduces the risk of lost goods by up to 30%, while process automation reduces the need for human intervention and increases operational efficiency by 25%. Big Data analysis helps in more accurate demand forecasting with a 15% improvement in accuracy, and route optimization reduces average delivery time by 10% and fuel consumption by 15%. Predictive maintenance with IoT data reduces vehicle downtime by up to 20%, and risk analytics reduce risk incidents by 18%. Although there are challenges regarding data security, device interoperability, and effective data management, solutions such as data encryption, the development of universal industry standards, and the use of cloud computing technology can address these issues. This study concludes that the integration of IoT and big data has great potential to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and supply chains, making a significant contribution to this industry in Indonesia..Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk logistik dan rantai pasokan. Internet of Things (IoT) dan Big Data merupakan dua teknologi utama yang menarik perhatian banyak peneliti dan praktisi karena potensinya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam proses logistik dan manajemen rantai pasokan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi integrasi IoT dan Big Data untuk optimasi logistik dan rantai pasokan, serta mengidentifikasi manfaat dan tantangan yang terkait. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan metodologi campuran yang menggabungkan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi IoT dan Big Data dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi peramalan permintaan, optimasi rute pengiriman, manajemen risiko, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Pelacakan real-time dengan perangkat IoT mengurangi risiko kehilangan barang hingga 30%, sementara otomatisasi proses mengurangi kebutuhan intervensi manusia dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sebesar 25%. Analisis Big Data membantu peramalan permintaan yang lebih akurat dengan peningkatan akurasi sebesar 15%, serta optimasi rute pengiriman yang mengurangi waktu pengiriman rata-rata sebesar 10% dan konsumsi bahan bakar sebesar 15%. Pemeliharaan prediktif dengan data IoT mengurangi waktu henti kendaraan hingga 20%, dan analitik risiko mengurangi insiden risiko hingga 18%. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam hal keamanan data, interoperabilitas perangkat, dan manajemen data yang efektif, solusi seperti enkripsi data, pengembangan standar industri, dan penggunaan teknologi cloud computing dapat mengatasi masalah ini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi IoT dan Big Data memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas logistik dan rantai pasokan, serta memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi industri ini di Indonesia.
