Abstract

Slice jam is a modification of jam from a spreadable form to a jam in the form of slice, shiny and non-sticky. The slice jam has shaped into the surface of bread to make it more practical. Main ingredients for the slice jam in this study is cocoa flesh with mulberry added to increases its color. To make the slice jam firm, hydrocolloids in the form of carrageenan is added. Another ingredients added are sugar, CMC and citric acid. The goal of this study is to analyze the effect of the ratio of cocoa fruit juice: mulberry with the addition of carrageenan on the characteristics of slice jam, and to determine the best treatment combination from these variations. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial pattern with Factor I, the ratio of cocoa juice: mulberry (95:5, 90:10, 85:15) and Factor II, the addition of carrageenan (3%, 4%, and 5%). The data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA followed by a DMRT further test at the 5% level. The results of the study showed a significant interaction (p?0.05). Slice jam using the ratio of cocoa fruit juice: mulberry (85:15) with the addition of 5% carrageenan is the best treatment with the characteristics of water content 33.87%; total sugar 43.94%; pH 3.61; antioxidant activity DPPH 74.04%; vitamin C 14.58 mg/100 g; water activity 0.736; hardness 83.39 gf. The resulting organoleptic properties including color, aroma, taste, and texture are 4.08 (like), 2.84 (dislike), 4.12 (like), 3.6 (like).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the readiness for independent curriculum implementation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Lampung Timur. The independent curriculum is a policy that focuses on developing student potential and avoiding administrative pressure and other policies, to produce better teacher potential. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. This study shows the readiness of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Lampung Timur, which includes learning planning, learning process, and assessment evaluation. There are advantages to the independent curriculum, such as flexibility for teachers in teaching according to the stage of development and the needs of students. However, there are still weaknesses in the teaching system that have not been well planned. In addition, internal factors such as student motivation, attitudes, and interests, as well as external factors such as parental support, madrasah head leadership, madrasah facilities, learning systems, learning methods, and teacher competence are inhibiting factors in the implementation of the independent curriculum. The obstacles faced in implementing the independent curriculum include limited material books, so teachers have to look for additional sources. In addition, teachers also face challenges in adjusting learning methods to the independent curriculum. This research provides an overview of the readiness to implement the independent curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Lampung Timur, focusing on lesson planning, implementation of the learning process, and evaluation. The obstacles faced in implementing the independent curriculum are an important concern in optimizing the implementation of the independent curriculum in the future.

Abstract

Preterm birth is a birth that occurs at 20 to 37 weeks gestation, the main difficulty in preterm labor is the care of premature babies, the younger the gestational age the greater the risk of morbidity and mortality. This study is a literature study by examining 20 journals with the same topic and theme related to risk factors for preterm labor. After analysis, there are 5 relevant journals. Literature review shows that factors that influence prematurity refer to. history of gynecological diseases, disruption of the uterus due to too high parity, the influence of education, lack of awareness and unplanned mindset, as well as irregular eating patterns and unhealthy lifestyles, malnutrition and anemia and neonatal infections.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi Public Relation dalam menjalin relasi kekeluargaan antar stakeholder di Koperasi Agro Niaga (KAN) Jabung Syariah Jawa Timur, dengan pokok masalah bagaimana strategi Public Relation dalam menjalin relasi kekeluargaan antar stakeholder, dan apa saja faktor penghambat serta pendukung dari strategi Public Relation. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi Public Relation KAN Jabung Syariah Jawa Timur dalam menjalin relasi kekeluargaan antar stakeholder dan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat serta faktor pendukung Public Relation dalam menjalankan stateginya. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif dan peneliti sebagai instrument utama yang turun untuk mencari data, dalam pencarian data peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pada analisis data, penelitian ini memiliki alur reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa strategi Public Relation dengan selalu aktif dalam ber-media sosial, meningkatkan intensitas komunikasi, mengadakan pertemuan antar anggota, memilih dan memfilterisasi stakeholder prioritas dan mengadakan program kegiatan yang melibatkan dua stakeholder untuk menciptakan loyalitas anggota dan good image untuk perusahaan. Program yang disusun bukan hanya program yang berorientasi pada kepentingan perusahaan, melainkan KAN Jabung Syariah juga mengadakan program yang bersifat edukatif dengan mengedepankan kebutuhan anggota. Relasi yang tercipta antara karyawan dengan anggota terjalin dengan baik, namun relasi antara karyawan dengan karyawan masih belum optimal, sehingga diperlukan perbaikan dan pengembangan program untuk meningkatkan relasi kekeluargaan antara karyawan. Mengingat bahwasannya relasi kekeluargaan merupakan suatu jalan penting dan sangat efektif untuk menumbuhkan citra positif dan kepercayaan masyarakat kepada perusahaan, sehingga Public Relation sebagai pemangku tanggung jawab atas hal tersebut perlu untuk memperhatikan dengan menyusun strategi untuk meningkatkan relasi kekeluargaan baik antara stakeholder eksternal maupun stakeholder internal. Faktor penghambat dari realisasi strategi Public Relation adalah belum adanya jadwal dari kegiatan atau program secara sistematis, dan faktor pendukung adalah kerjasama antar karyawan dan juga keramahan anggota.

Abstract

Zeolit dikenal sebagai salah satu adsorben penukar kation dan memiliki kemampuan adsorpsi yang tinggi. Kedua fungsi zeolit tersebut berpeluang menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi limbah pewarna kationik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai KTK dan kapasitas adsorpsi zeolit dalam menjerap metilen biru. Zeolit serbuk dibuat menggunakan metakaolin lokal dan ditambahkan NaOH maupun water glass dengan metode hidrotermal. Produk zeolit serbuk yang diperoleh dicampurkan dengan geopolimer membentuk komposit granul kecil dan granul besar. Hasil pencirian XRD dari produk sintetik yang diperoleh pada campuran metakaolin dan NaOH ialah zeolit NaA, sedangkan pada penambahan water glass dihasilkan zeolit NaX. Zeolit dalam bentuk serbuk maupun komposit granul geopolimer-zeolit menunjukkan kapasitas tukar kation (KTK) yang tinggi diatas 200 cmol/kg. Uji adsorpsi metilen biru pada masing-masing adsorben menunjukkan kapasitas adsorpsi zeolit NaA, zeolit NaX, komposit granul kecil dan granul besar geopolimer-zeolit NaA, serta komposit granul kecil dan granul besar geopolimer-zeolit NaX secara berurutan sebesar 30.81 mg g-1, 32.84 mg g-1, 53.29 mg g-1, 51.64 mg g-1, 38.32 mg g-1, 54.22 mg g-1dan 48.81 mg g-1.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu ujuan untuk mengetahui ciri-ciri anak hiperaktif dan mengetahui tugas guru sebagai pendidik dalam menangani anak hiperaktif di RA Miftahul Ulum Lumbang Ketangi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk mengumpulkan data yang relevan di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang didapatkan yakni dari guru kelas kelompok B dan siswa kelompok B sebagai subyek penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini teknik yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data yaitu melalui reduksi data, penyajian data lalu penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan informasi bahwa: 1) Ciri-ciri anak hiperaktif ditandai dengan anak yang tidak bisa diam, tidak bisa fokur, suka berlarian kesana kemari, sering meninggalkan tempat duduknya, anak tidak sabar menunggu giliran, suka membantah. 2) peran guru dalam menangani perilaku anak hiperaktif adalah selalu memantau tingkah laku anak tersebut, memberikan tugas, anak diberikan kesempatan untuk bebas melakukan permainan yang disukai namun selalu dalam pengawasan guru, memuji anak ketika anak dapat menyelesaikan tugasnya atau saat anak dapat mematuhi perintah guru, memberi hukuman ringan kepada anak jika telah melakukan suatu kesalahan, guru duduk di dekat anak atau di meja belajar anak.

Abstract

Desa Kembang Belor merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Pacet yang memiliki hasil panen jagung ketan ungu. Masyarakat hingga saat ini masih kurang memanfaatkan jagung ketan ungu menjadi produk pangan olahan, padahal jagung ketan ungu sendiri memiliki banyak sekali manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh. Jagung ketan ungu mengandung antosianin, yaitu pigmen yang memberikan warna merah keunguan pada biji jagung. Antosianin merupakan antioksidan yang membantu melawan radikal bebas dalam tubuh, dapat membantu mengurangi risiko penyakit kronis seperti penyakit jantung, kanker, dan gangguan penuaan. Pengolahan jagung ketan ungu menjadi yogurt adalah salah satu contoh inovasi dalam industri pangan yang memanfaatkan bahan lokal untuk menciptakan produk baru dengan nilai tambah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan penduduk dalam pengolahan jagung ketan ungu menjadi yogurt yang higenis, dan disukai konsumen serta memperkenalkan cara pengemasan dan pemasaran produk yang baik dalam menunjang pengembangan produk olahan jagung ketan ungu untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Metode yang dipakai adalah penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang pengolahan yogurt jagung ketan ungu, metode pengemasan dan strategi pemasarannya.

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide access to non-formal education for children of irregular Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in Tanjung Malim, Malaysia, who experience limited formal education and connection to Indonesian culture. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program includes identification of student needs, teaching of eight academic subjects, and cultural preservation through batik dyeing. The program is designed to improve students' academic skills, introduce Indonesian traditional arts, and instill national values through creative and interactive activities. Results showed an improvement in students' academic skills, learning motivation, and self-confidence. In addition, cultural preservation activities succeeded in fostering a sense of pride in Indonesian traditions. For sustainability, it is recommended to improve learning facilities, train studio managers, and develop culture-based programs. This approach has proven effective in creating social and educational impacts for the PMI community.

Abstract

Shrimp paste is a processed fishery product made from shrimp, fish or both. Food safety is the conditions and efforts needed to prevent food from three possible contaminations, namely microbiological, chemical and other contamination that can disturb, harm and endanger human health. This research aimed to determine the relationship between hygiene and sanitation and microbiological contamination (Escherichia coli and Salmonella); and determine the presence of contamination (rhodamine B and lead) qualitatively and quantitatively in shrimp paste circulating in Sidoarjo Regency. This research was carried out by taking 23 samples from 23 traders in the centre of Sidoarjo Regency using the purposive sampling method. This research consisted of an interview process, sanitation hygiene observations, microbiological contamination analysis (Escherichia coli and Salmonella) and chemical contamination analysis (rhodamine B and lead). The results of microbiological analysis on 23 samples of shrimp paste in Sidoarjo Regency were positive for the presence of Escherichia coli bacteria. Two samples of shrimp paste had values ??< 3.6 MPN/g, and data was obtained that environmental sanitation practices correlated with Escherichia coli contamination in shrimp paste samples in Sidoarjo with (p<0.05). The presence of Salmonella bacteria and rhodamine B chemical contamination was not detected in all samples of shrimp paste in Sidoarjo Regency. However, 14 samples of shrimp paste were identified as contaminated with the heavy metal lead >1.0 mg/kg. Based on the results of these four parameters, the "I" shrimp paste sample has fulfilled the SNI (2716:2016) criteria well when compared with 22 other types of shrimp paste in Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of skim milk and Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) concentrations and determine the best formulation for making tamarillo Velva. The research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factors and 2 replications. Data analysis using ANOVA was continued with the Duncan multiple range test (DMRT) at a confidence level of 5%. The 1st factor is the concentration of skim milk (5% (S1), 7.5% (S2), 10% (S3)). The 2nd factor is the CMC concentration (0.25% (C1), 0.50% (C2), and 0.75% (C3)). The parameters observed include analysis of total dissolved solids, vitamin C content, protein content, antioxidant analysis, overrun, melting time, viscosity, and organoleptic analysis, including texture, taste, aroma, and color. The results of the treatment with the concentration of skim milk and CMC had a significant effect on viscosity, overrun, melting time, vitamin C content, total dissolved solids, texture, and color. The best treatment in this study was velva with a concentration of skim milk (10%) and CMC (0.25%) with an antioxidant activity value of 28.20%, vitamin C 16.56 mg/100g, protein 1.60 g, total dietary fiber 14.05%, total dissolved solids 26.9°brix, overrun 15.78%, viscosity 2079 m.Pas, melting time 20.83 minutes, texture scoring test 3.32 (quite soft), and average preference for taste 3.64 (somewhat like), color 3 (somewhat like), aroma 3.6 (somewhat like).
