Abstract

Anemia is a pressing health problem worldwide, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. This condition occurs when the hemoglobin (Hb) level in the blood is below normal, disrupting the oxygen transport process to body tissues. The aim was to determine the effect of giving purple sweet potato onde-onde on increasing hemoglobin in students of SMA 1 Liwa, West Lampung 2025 who suffer from anemia. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects were 60 female adolescents suffering from anemia at SMA 1 Liwa, West Lampung 2025 who were divided into treatment and comparison groups. The treatment group was given purple sweet potato onde-onde twice a day, each time giving 60 grams for 10 consecutive days. The data collected included hemoglobin levels, macronutrient intake, and iron, and were analyzed using appropriate statistical tests. Results The average hemoglobin level before treatment was 10.85 g/dl and after treatment was 11.94 g/dl with an average decrease of 1.090 g/dl. The results of the paired t-test showed a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05) which indicates that there is an effect of giving purple sweet potato onde-onde filled with chicken liver with the addition of green bean flour on increasing hemoglobin levels in students of SMA 1 Liwa, West Lampung 2025 who suffer from anemia. There is an effect of giving purple sweet potato onde-onde on increasing hemoglobin in students of SMA 1 Liwa, West Lampung 2025 who suffer from anemia.

Abstract

The aims research that digital ethics and the moral consequences of Artificial Intelligence (AI) prevent fraud prevention and social accountability, and their impact on the transparency and sustainability of financial reports in manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. Digital transformation has reshaped accounting and reporting systems, with increasing reliance on AI for transaction processing, risk analysis, and internal monitoring, while raising ethical concerns such as algorithmic bias, data privacy, and moral responsibility. This guides responsible AI use, while moral consequences influence reporting integrity and stakeholder trust. This study employs a quantitative survey of 386 respondents, including financial managers and staff, analyzed using multiple regression and path analysis. The results show that This significantly affects fraud prevention, moral consequences influence social accountability, and both enhance reporting transparency and sustainability. The findings strengthen digital ethics, agency, and stakeholder theories, support ethical AI governance, and increase public trust in financial reporting

Abstract

Literarure review ini menganalisis penelitian tentang pengelolaan limbah, efisiensi energi, dan sumber daya berkelanjutan dalam produksi halal yang bersih untuk mengatasi kesenjangan dalam mengintegrasikan keberlanjutan dengan standar etika halal. LIterarure review mengevaluasi praktik pengelolaan limbah, membandingkan peningkatan efisiensi energi, mengidentifikasi strategi sumber daya berkelanjutan, membandingkan inovasi teknologi, dan menganalisis kerangka kerja tata kelola dalam sistem produksi halal. Analisis dilakukan terhadap studi multidisiplin dari Asia Tenggara, Timur Tengah, dan global. Fokus utama adalah metodologi kualitatif, konseptual, dan studi kasus. Hasil analisis menunjukkan keselarasan yang kuat antara prinsip etika halal dengan tujuan keberlanjutan, namun validasi empiris dan implementasi operasional masih terbatas. Inovasi teknologi seperti AI, blockchain, dan IoT meningkatkan pengurangan limbah dan optimasi energi, namun menghadapi hambatan adopsi termasuk biaya dan peraturan. Pendekatan valorisasi limbah dan ekonomi sirkular menunjukkan manfaat lingkungan dan ekonomi walaupun masih terbatas. Kerangka kerja tata kelola menekankan etika Islam dan kriteria ESG, namun menghadapi standar yang tidak konsisten dan kolaborasi pemangku kepentingan yang terbatas. Produksi halal berkelanjutan mengintegrasikan masih memerlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut. Tinjauan ini menekankan pentingnya strategi yang dapat diskalakan dan didasarkan pada bukti empiris untuk mendorong keberlanjutan di industri halal, memberikan informasi kepada pembuat kebijakan dan pemangku kepentingan tentang cara menyelaraskan integritas halal dengan tujuan lingkungan global.

Abstract

This study explores the importance of developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and the creative economy, as well as their position as the main drivers of economic growth. Focusing on North Kayong District, West Kalimantan, Indonesia, this research highlights the resilience and innovation demonstrated by SMEs in overcoming challenges. Government initiatives target the mitigation of barriers, with an emphasis on developing local superior products to increase regional competitiveness. The main objective is to utilize local potential to create sustainable opportunities for economic expansion and poverty alleviation. Qualitative research methods, through observation, focus group discussions (FGD), and questionnaires, as well as data analysis techniques including difference tests and SWOT analysis. The research results show that there are significant differences between government policies and the expectations of SMEs, while the results of the SWOT analysis show that SMEs have strengths to be developed such as the availability of local raw materials and market uptake, but have challenges such as limited access to funding, infrastructure, training and promotion. product. The position of SMEs is in quadrant two, the most appropriate diversification strategy, including product, market and place diversification. Government mitigation to support the development of SMEs, through policies developing road and transportation infrastructure to facilitate access to products and markets, providing markets for sales of superior products, training facilities for SMEs. The impact on local communities is as a provider of raw materials, developing SMEs and the creative economy, as well as increasing the economy and regional competitiveness.
