Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop and test the validity and reliability of an assessment instrument for basic forward roll technique skills in elementary school students. The research procedures included a preliminary study through needs analysis and literature review, designing an instrument grid based on five main technical components, content validation by five experts using the Content Validity Index (CVI), and field trials on 60 students. Data were analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) for construct validity, Cronbach's Alpha for internal reliability, and Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) for inter-rater reliability. The results showed that the instrument had an average CVI value of 0.92, factor loading > 0.70, Cronbach's Alpha 0.91, and ICC 0.87, indicating a very high level of validity and reliability. This instrument was declared suitable for use as an objective evaluation tool for floor gymnastics skills in elementary schools. Keywords: validity, reliability, instrument, forward roll   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji validitas serta reliabilitas instrumen penilaian keterampilan teknik dasar roll depan pada siswa sekolah dasar. Prosedur penelitian meliputi studi pendahuluan melalui analisis kebutuhan dan kajian literatur, perancangan kisi-kisi instrumen berdasarkan lima komponen teknik utama, validasi isi oleh lima ahli menggunakan Content Validity Index (CVI), serta uji coba lapangan terhadap 60 siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) untuk uji validitas konstruk, Cronbach’s Alpha untuk reliabilitas internal, dan Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) untuk reliabilitas antar-penilai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan instrumen memiliki nilai CVI rata-rata 0,92, factor loading > 0,70, Cronbach’s Alpha 0,91, dan ICC 0,87, menandakan tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas yang sangat tinggi. Abstract

ABSTRACT Anemia is a pressing health problem worldwide, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. This condition occurs when the hemoglobin (Hb) level in the blood is below normal, disrupting the oxygen transport process to body tissues. The aim was to determine the effect of giving purple sweet potato onde-onde on increasing hemoglobin in students of SMA 1 Liwa, West Lampung 2025 who suffer from anemia. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects were 60 female adolescents suffering from anemia at SMA 1 Liwa, West Lampung 2025 who were divided into treatment and comparison groups. The treatment group was given purple sweet potato onde-onde twice a day, each time giving 60 grams for 10 consecutive days. The data collected included hemoglobin levels, macronutrient intake, and iron, and were analyzed using appropriate statistical tests. Results The average hemoglobin level before treatment was 10.85 g/dl and after treatment was 11.94 g/dl with an average decrease of 1.090 g/dl. The results of the paired t-test showed a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05) which indicates that there is an effect of giving purple sweet potato onde-onde filled with chicken liver with the addition of green bean flour on increasing hemoglobin levels in students of SMA 1 Liwa, West Lampung 2025 who suffer from anemia. ABSTRAK Anemia merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan yang bersifat mendesak di seluruh dunia, khususnya di negara-negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Kondisi ini terjadi ketika kadar hemoglobin (Hb) dalam darah berada di bawah nilai normal, sehingga proses transportasi oksigen ke jaringan tubuh menjadi terganggu. Tujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian onde-onde ubi ungu terhadap peningkatan hemoglobin pada siswa SMA 1 Liwa Lampung Barat 2025 yang menderita anemia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experiment dengan pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian adalah 60 remaja putri yang menderita anemia di SMA SMA 1 Liwa Lampung Barat 2025 yang dibagi menjadi kelompok perlakuan dan pembanding. Kelompok perlakuan diberikan onde-onde ubi ungu 2 kali sehari, setiap kali pemberian sebanyak 60 gr diberikan selama 10 hari secara berturut-turut. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi hasil kadar hemoglobin, asupan zat gizi makro, dan fe, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik yang sesuai. Hasil Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum perlakuan sebesar 10,85 g/dl dan sesudah perlakuan sebesar 11,94 g/dl dengan rata-rata penurunan sebesar 1,090 g/dl. Hasil uji paired t-test menunjukkan nilai p-value 0.001 (<0.05) yang menunjukkan ada pengaruh pemberian onde-onde onde-onde ubi ungu isi hati ayam dengam penambahan tepung kacang hijau terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada siswa SMA 1 Liwa Lampung Barat 2025 yang menderita anemia. Ada pengaruh pemberian onde-onde ubi ungu terhadap peningkatan hemoglobin pada siswa SMA 1 Liwa Lampung Barat 2025 yang menderita anemia.
