Abstract

Scientific creativity is one of the higher-order thinking skills that is useful to everyone. Scientific creativity encourages individuals to not only generate creative ideas but also to promote ideas about appropriate technology. This article explains in detail the bibliometric analysis of scientific literature in the field of education from 2017 to 2022. The five-step method was used to conduct the literature review in this study. According to the bibliometric analysis, (1) research on scientific creativity with a high number of citations investigates the relationship between scientific creativity and the ability to think divergently and convergently; (2) There are seven clusters of distribution of scientific creativity research keywords where the variables creativity, assessment, divergent thinking, science, research, cognitive control, stroop assignment, science education, and STEM education seem to be related to scientific creativity; (3) Cognitive control, stroop assignments, research, STEM education, science education, and evaluation are some of the terms that are being used more and more frequently in articles about scientific creativity; and (4) STEM education is a significant phrase in studies that focus on scientific creativity.

Abstract

Berdasar hasil wawancara, ditemukan banyak pelaku UMKM di desa Trasan yang tidak dapat berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa Inggris secara lancar. Salah satu kesulitan dalam interaksi dengan konsumen muncul ketika pelaku UMKM harus menjelaskan produk, baik secara langsung ketika konsumen mancanegara berkunjung maupun melalui telepon, e-mail, atau moda perpesanan daring lain. Menanggapi masalah tersebut, pada tahun 2023, diadakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan mengusulkan kegiatan untuk mendesain sebuah katalog dwibahasa, memberikan pelatihan pendeskripsian produk, pelatihan fotografi, serta pemasaran produk digital yang akan ditindaklanjuti dengan pembuatan katalog digital dwibahasa produk UMKM di Desa Trasan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap, yakni analisis lapangan, penyusunan deskripsi katalog produk dan pembelajaran, kemudian pendampingan intensif kepada para pelaku UMKM. Untuk mendesain katalog dwibahasa, tim pengabdian Universitas Tidar melakukan wawancara dengan pelaku usaha rotan di Desa Trasan untuk mengumpulkan data dan meminta dokumentasi produk. Setelah mendapatkan informasi mengenai produk dan foto-foto yang dibutuhkan, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan mendesain katalog, lalu menyusun deskripsi produk sesuai dengan informasi yang diberikan oleh para pelaku UMKM. Hasilnya, mereka merasa sangat terbantu dengan adanya kegiatan pembuatan katalog dwibahasa dan workshop pembuatan katalog dwibahasa yang memuat kiat-kiat menyusun kalimat deskripsi produk yang lebih “menjual.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know application of HOTS based science learning during the pandemic. The research method used is a literature study method, in which data is collected without going directly to the field and meeting directly with the respondents. The results of this study indicate that the application of HOTS in learning is able to solve problems and find solutions to problems, so as to bring up new discoveries that can be useful. In addition, the application of HOTS in learning is also able to improve student learning outcomes. Based on the results of research that have been studied can be concluded that the application of HOTS learning during the pandemic is able to improve student learning outcomes and make learning more meaningful.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the feasibility, effectiveness, and practicality of STEM-based E-LKPD. The type of research used is the R&D model which is modified into 7 stages, namely needs analysis, product design, design validation, design revision, product trial, product revision, and usage trial. The research results showed that the feasibility of STEM-based E-LKPD was declared quite valid or suitable for use with a percentage of 72.5%. Effectiveness is measured based on students' pretest and posttest scores in usage trials with a sample of 28 students. The pretest and posttest values explained produce data that is normally distributed and homogeneous. The increase in pretest and posttest scores was tested using N-Gain with a calculation result of 0.64 in the medium category. The level of product effectiveness was tested using an effect size with a result of 3.4 with high criteria. The practicality test of STEM-based E-LKPD was obtained by teachers at 97.3% and students at 84.4% in the very practical category.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a valid, practical, and effective STEM-based LKPD product to improve students' explanatory, inference, and evaluation skills. The method used in this study is the research and development method. A validity test has been carried out consisting of a product validity test that is declared valid and suitable for use with a percentage of 80.9%. The effectiveness test is carried out with n-gain and effect size tests. Each obtained a result of 0.68 with the medium category and 2.7 with the high category. Practicality tests conducted by teachers obtained an average result of 83% and students of 87%. So, STEM-based LKPD can effectively improve students' explanatory, inference, and evaluation skills.

Abstract

The aim of this study for analyze the effectiveness of the Collaborative Creativity Learning (CCL) learning model on increasing scientific creativity class VIII junior high school students. The research method used is quasi- experimental quantitative research with Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The research population is all class VIII students at SMPN 2 Magelang, with class VIII G as the control group and class VIII F as the experimental group. The research instrument is: test the description has been validated and validated in a way reliable. The results of data analysis show an increase in scientific creativity in each indicator after given treatment, with experienced indicators enhancement the highest in the experimental class is Real advanced and Technical production. The conclusion of this research shows that the application of the CCL learning model is effective in increasing scientific creativity students, this is supported by the significant results of the Independent Sample t-test.

Abstract

Kemampuan yang  populer dengan istilah 4C skills of frameworks for 21th century learning ini harus didukung dengan kemampuan literasi antara lain literasi data, literasi teknologi dan literasi manusia. Kolaborasi literasi ini terbukti mampu menunjang pembelajaran inovatif selaras dengan kebutuhan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Selaras dengan kebutuhan tersebut, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran harus menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kelas masa depan. Go-Lab dapat sebagai alternatif media digital pembelajaran praktik yang kolaboratif dan komprehensif salah satunya dalam proses penyusunan e-modul pembelajaran sains. Go-Lab dapat menjadi wadah e-modul laboratorium virtual dengan fitur feed back respon peserta didik sehingga memberikan kontribusi optimalisai framework pembelajaran laboratorium virtual. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini menggunakan responden penelitian dari peserta kegiatan Pelatihan Laboratorium Virtual Berbantuan Go-Lab dalam Mendukung Kurikulum Merdeka UIN Antasari Banjarmasin sebanyak 43 peserta. Instrumen kemampuan literasi digital yang disajikan dalam angket/kuesioner google form. Instrumen  yang disusun merupakan adaptasi modifikasi yang merujuk pada 8 komponen literasi digital; (1) Functional skill and beyond (2) Creativity; (3) Collaboration; (4) Communication; (5) The ability to find and select infomation; (6) Critical thinking and evaluation; (7) Cultural and social understanding; dan (8) E-safety. Hasil analisis dari data angket literasi digital Go-Lab mendapatkan pesentase 88%. Dengan demikian Pelatihan Laboratorium Virtual Go-Lab dalam mendukung Merdeka Belajar mendapat predikat “sangat setuju” mampu menunjang literasi pada Merdeka Belajar.

Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir kritis diperlukan untuk memecahkan masalah dan memberikan solusi dalam pembelajaran IPA. Tidak hanya itu, keterampilan komunikasi tertulis digunakan siswa untuk menyampaikan pesannya. Hasil analisis soal esai keterampilan berpikir kritis di SMP N 1 Mertoyudan diperoleh nilai 58,007. Begitupun dengan keterampilan komunikasi tertulis yang masih kurang berkembang. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan penerapan model pembelajaran POE-Ed ( Predict , Observe , Explain , dan Extend ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran POE-Ed Ed ( Predict , Amati , Jelaskan , dan Perluas ) (2) peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi tertulis siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran POE-Ed Ed ( Memprediksi , Mengamati , Menjelaskan , dan Memperluas ).Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen dan menggunakan desain kelompok kontrol non ekuivalen . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Mertoyudan dengan sampel kelas VII C sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII D sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling . Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes tertulis dalam bentuk soal uraian. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 untuk keterampilan berpikir kritis dan 0,000 < 0,05 untuk keterampilan komunikasi tertulis. Hasil uji Independent Sample T-Test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan komunikasi tertulis antara siswa yang menerapkan model pembelajaran POE-Ed ( Memprediksi , Mengamati , Menjelaskan , dan Memperluas ) dengan yang tidak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran POE-Ed Ed ( Memprediksi , Mengamati , Menjelaskan , dan Memperluas ) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan komunikasi tertulis

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of gender demographic variables and program creativity on linguistics and science in prospective teacher students. These students must possess creativity, as it enables teachers to create effective and engaging learning experiences. Creativity in the field of science differs from creativity in the field of language. The measurement of linguistic creativity is conducted through a test based on Chomsky's indicators, while scientific creativity is assessed using a test developed by Hu and Adey. A total of 150 research subjects were obtained through random sampling techniques from students enrolled in the Indonesian Language and Literature Education, English Language Education, and Science Education study programs. The study employed a quantitative descriptive method with a correlation approach. Data analysis was carried out using a two-way ANOVA test. The results indicated that the demographic variables related to study program origin had an effect on linguistic creativity, although it was not significant, while they had a significant effect on scientific creativity. The gender demographic variable significantly affected both linguistic creativity and scientific creativity. These findings suggest a need for greater integration of scientific content in language study programs and the incorporation of linguistic activities in science study programs.
