Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sudah tidak dapat dihindari. Selainuntuk mempermudah aktivitas-aktivitas manusia, teknologi informasi sudah menjadi standar perusahaanuntuk menunjang segala proses bisnisnya. Salah satu contoh penerapan teknologi informasi di lingkunganperusahaan adalah penggunaan aplikasi mobile untuk mendukung para karyawan dapat dengan mudahmelakukan presensi yang berbasis lokasi / Global Positioning System (GPS). PT Railink merupakan salahsatu anak perusahaan dari PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) yang bisnisnya bergerak pada layananangkutan penumpang dari dan menuju bandara. Di internal PT. Railink ditemukan masalah terhadap datapresensi karyawan yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasannya lokasi untuk melakukan presensi yang masihketergantungan pada perangkat mesin sidik jari, sehingga data presensi tidak sepenuhnya dapat dijadikanacuan sebab sebagian karyawan tidak tertib melakukan presensi, Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut,maka PT. Railink melakukan inovasi dengan membuat aplikasi presensi berbasis mobile yang dapatdijalankan pada ponsel pintar / smartphone yang diberi nama Airport Railways Mobile Attendance(ARMA). Aplikasi ARMA dikembangkan dengan framework aplikasi mobile Flutter dan perancanganaplikasi menggunakan UML. Dengan adanya aplikasi ARMA maka diharapkan karyawan dapat denganmudah dan tertib melakukan presensi dan permasalahan data presensi karyawan dapat terselesaikan.

Abstract

CV. XYZ adalah sebuah perusahaan jasa import. Pada perusahaan ini, penggajian karyawan masihmenggunakan cara manual dengan menggunakan Ms. Excel. ini dapat menyebabkan kesalahan perhitungangaji karyawan dan membuat proses pembuatan slip gaji memakan waktu cukup lama . pada penyelesaianmasalah ini peneliti merancang sistem penggajian karyawan menggunakan laravel dengan menggunakanMySQL sebagai database dan teknologi Web-Service dan Vue JS sebagai framework dari bahasapemrograman PHP dan javascript. Metode yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah Rapid ApplicationDevelopment (RAD). RAD dirasa sangat cocok dengan penelitian ini karena dikenal cepat dalampengembangan sistem informasi. Metode pada penelitian ini terdiri dari requirement planning,design systemdan implementation . Sistem dibuat menggunakan UML Diagram dalam memberikan gambaran yang jelasterhadap sistem yang sedang dikembangkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasipenggajian karyawan berbasis website pada CV.XYZ yang diharapkan dapat membuat sistem penggajianmenjadi lebih efisien.

Abstract

Implementasi ilmu kriptografi menjadi semakin sering digunakan seiring dengan daruratnya keamanan data. Ilmukriptografi yang di dalamnya terdapat fungsi hash mengubah data menjadi sebuah nilai representasi agar data yang dimaksudtidak dapat dengan mudah diretas dan disalahgunakan oleh orang lain. Banyak macam fungsi hash yang dapat digunakan untukfungsi kriptografi di antaranya adalah MD5 dan SHA256. Dari hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa keduanya mampumengubah data menjadi nilai representatif dan tidak mudah dibaca oleh orang lain. Meskipun begitu, fungsi hash SHA256 lebihbaik dalam mengamankan data karena nilai representatif yang dihasilkan lebih rumit dibandingkan dengan MD5.

Abstract

Banyaknya Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. XYZ. Saat ini, tata cara pengelolaan surat di perusahaanmulai dari penerimaan, pembuatan, penyimpanan, pencatatan surat masih menggunakan cara konvensional.Sehingga dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat membantu mengimplementasikanya. Oleh karena itu, perludibangun sebuah aplikasi arsip surat. Aplikasi ini dibentuk dengan menerapkan PHP HypertextPreprocessor (PHP) dan MySQL dalam proses pembuatan databasenya. Metode pengumpulan data melaluiwawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka serta pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metodewaterfall serta sistem dirancang menggunakan model Unifed Modeling Language (UML) sesuai dengankebutuhan pengguna. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengorganisasikandata serta mampu mengatasi persoalan yang terjadi.

Abstract

Objective – This study aims to compare the effect of earnings management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and intellectual capital on firm value moderated by performance in two different periods, 2015-2019 (before COVID-19 pandemic) and 2015-2020 (9 months of pandemic).Design/methodology – This Study used two data year groups, from 2015-2019 and 2015-2020 with purposive sampling technique. The population of 5 sectors and 2 sub-sectors of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which consists of basic and chemical industry, consumer goods, mining, Infrastructure, Utilities Transportation, various industries (excluding textile and automotive) sector and the Automotive Components, Textile Garment sub-sector.Results – The results show, even though the pandemic lasted 9 months in 2020, the average return on assets (ROA) of the 2015-2020 group decreased, turns out it doesn't have much effect on the strength of ROA to moderate the variable x to y. For 2015-2019 (before COVID-19 pandemic), performance moderates the effect of earnings management, CSR, and intellectual capital on firm value in the textile, automotive and components sub-sectors, various industries, consumer goods sectors and infrastructure and for 2015-2020 (9 months of the pandemic) only textile, automotive and components sub-sectors, various industries, and infrastructure. Partially for 2015-2019, value added intellectual coefficient (VAIC) has a significant effect moderated by performance in the consumer goods infrastructure sector, and automotive, then CSR has a significant effect moderated by performance in the basic industry and textile. Earning management has a significant effect moderated by performance in the basic industry, infrastructure and automotive. The same results for 2015-2020, for earning management. VAIC has a significant effect moderated by performance in consumer goods and infrastructure sector and CSR has a significant effect moderated by performance in textile, basic industry and various industries.Research limitations/implications – This study only uses secondary data for 2015-2019 and 2015-2020 and only uses 5 sectors from 9 sectors and does not compare each sub-sector.Novelty/Originality – This study obtained a comparison of the model of the influence of earnings management, intellectual capital, and CSR on firm value moderated by performance for 5 sectors and 2 sub-sectors.

Abstract

Bibliometric merupakan analisis statistic dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dalam mengukur data produktivitas dan kualitas penulis, jenis dan tahun diterbitkan, topik artikel, h-index, g-index, citation, dan co-citation serta publisher. Manfaat dan tujuan bibliometric dapat juga menampilkan visualisasi (bibliography dan textdata) jaringan, overlay dan density, memetakan state of art, dan menentukan arah atau trend seorang penulis dalam merencanakan dan merancang suatu penelitian. Metode dalam pemetaan pada aplikasi VOSviewer dikenal counting method, pada bibliography terdiri 2 (dua) full dan fractional serta textdata terdiri 2 (dua) pula yaitu binary dan full. Abstract

The rise of child abductions often occurs because of weak parental supervision and weak vigilance of strangers who intentionally or unintentionally approach children. Early warning when a child is approached by an unknown person can cancel the intention of the kidnapper. Indeed, CCTV can be used as a tool to thwart crime. Face Recognition is one of the best biometric recognition systems for identifying someone whose body or DNA has certain characteristics that distinguish one person from another. This research resulted in the right collaboration between CCTV which is equipped with the YOLOv8 algorithm which can detect a human object in real-time and also utilizes face recognition which can prevent child abduction by providing an early warning to kidnappers when approaching children. The results of the first test are the optimal combination using 3 cameras and the CNN method and the shooting time in the afternoon. This combination succeeded in providing an early warning in the form of a siren whose sound is issued with the help of a loudspeaker when a child is left alone and approached by an unknown person with the distance between the camera and the object to be detected as far as 1 meter to 3 meters which takes 15 seconds to 22 seconds to complete the detection process in an image. Then the results of further testing with 6 cameras using the LBPH method take between 17 seconds to 18 seconds to complete the detection process in an image, SVM takes 20 seconds to 42 seconds and CNN takes 17 seconds to 24 seconds.

Abstract

Various applications of SPBE have been produced by the Central and Regional Authorities and have contributed to the efficiency and effectiveness of government maintenance. Nevertheless, the results of the SPBE development show a relatively low maturity rate and a high gap between the Central Authority and the Regional Government. Based on the results of the 2018 SPBE evaluation of 616 Central and Regional Government Instances, the National SPBE Index reached a value of 1.98 with a sufficient predicate of the target SPBE index of 2.6 out of 5 levels with a good prediction. Reviewed from the access of Central and Regional Authorities, the average Central Authorities SPBE index was 2.6 with a good predicate, while the average Regional Government SPBE Index was 1.87 with a sufficient Predicate. Reviewed from the target access spread, 13.3% of Central and Regional Authorities have reached or exceeded the target SPBE 2.6 index, while 86.7% have not yet reached the SPBE 2.0 index target. This shows that there are problems in the development of the SPBE nationally. On the other hand, the development of ICT 4.0 trends is a key external factor that can drive the realization of integrated SPBE implementation and improved quality of SPBE services that make it easier for users in accessing government services. The vision is a benchmark in implementing the integrated implementation of SPBE in the Central and Regional Authorities to produce integrative, dynamic, transparent, and innovative government bureaucracy, as well as improving the quality of integrated, effective, responsive, and adaptive public services.

Abstract

Skin diseases are abnormal conditions affecting the outer layer of the human body. The prevalence of skin infections worldwide reaches 300 million cases per year, with Indonesia contributing significantly, mainly due to the tropical climate and dense population. Factors such as air temperature, environmental cleanliness, personal hygiene, and the lack of public knowledge about skin hygiene can trigger various types of skin diseases. Skin diseases are often considered trivial as they do not cause death, yet if not promptly and accurately addressed, they can lead to spreading and difficulties in treatment. Analyzing skin diseases requires a high level of knowledge, and accurate diagnosis often presents a challenge. The success of diagnosis heavily relies on the experience of doctors, with some limitations involving subjective assessments and variations among experts. This research aims to design an artificial intelligence (AI)-based application that can quickly and accurately diagnose various types of skin diseases in humans. The application utilizes Deep Learning technology, employing the MobileNet model in Computer Vision to identify skin disease types based on images provided by the user. The system development method used is the AI Project Cycle, encompassing stages such as problem scoping, data acquisition, data exploration, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. Model evaluation results demonstrate good performance with an accuracy rate of 96%, precision of 96%, an f1 score of 95%, and a recall of 95%. The resulting application not only provides diagnoses but also offers information about symptoms, causes, and methods of handling the identified skin diseases
