Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of education level on the welfare of employees at PT. Trimega Bangun Persada, and also to find out how long working hours affect the welfare of employees at PT. Trimega Bangun Persada analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool, with a total sample of 50 (fifty) employees. The results of this study indicate that: The level of education has a significant positive effect on the dependent variable or welfare. Which means increasing the level of education will affect the level but welfare of employees. Significantly and positively too, the variable length of work has an effect on well-being. Which means that the length of time working can affect the level of employee welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine. To find out the factors that influence the use of village funds on the level of income and welfare of the village community Koititi South Halmahera Regency , North Maluku and to find out how much influence the Village Fund (DD) has on the welfare of the people of Koititi village, South Halmahera Regency. Village Fund Utilization Policy (DD) using qualitative research methods. Based on research results, the income and welfare of the Koititi Village community is measured based on how much benefit is generated by the Village Fund to meet the material and spiritual needs of the Koititi Village community through programs taken by the village government. The following are some of the programs in Koititi Village in 2018-2019. West Gane District, South Halmahera Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously variables of work discipline, leadership style and work experience on the performance of employees of the Tidore District Office, Tidore Islands City. The total target population is 108 respondents. The questionnaires returned were 104 respondents which were used as research data analysis. The analysis model used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and uses SPSS as a statistical test tool. The results of the study found that: (1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that higher / better work discipline causes an increase in the performance of Tidore District Office employees, (2) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher / better the leadership style causes an increase in the performance of Tidore District Office employees, (3) Work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher / better the experience, and (4) Work Discipline, Leadership Style and Work Experience together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Tidore District Office employees, Tidore Islands City.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out the potential development of regional performance and financial capabilities in the era of autonomy in North Halmahera Regency, (2) To know the simultaneous influence of regional financial potential from local taxes, tax revenue sharing funds / SDA, as well as tax revenue sharing funds from provinces and other local governments on fiscal independence in the era of autonomy in North Halmahera Regency, (3) To know the partial influence of local tax potential on fiscal independence in the era of autonomy in North Halmahera Regency (4) To know the partial influence of potential funds for tax revenue sharing and non-local taxes on fiscal independence in the era of autonomy in North Halmahera Regency. (5) To determine the partial effect of potential tax revenue sharing funds from provinces and other governments on fiscal independence in the era of autonomy in North Halmahera RegencyAnd the methods used in this study are methods of fiscal independence analysis and Multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed in the calculation of ratios suggesting that (1) the performance and financial capability of the region is still very low, less maximal in effectiveness and efficiency., (2) The Fund for Tax Revenue Sharing and SDA, as well as the Tax Revenue Sharing Fund of the Province and Other Local Governments have the most contribution in its influence to the Index of Fiscal Independence of North Halmahera Regency. While local taxes contribute the least influence. Local Tax Variables, Tax Revenue Sharing Funds and SDA, and Tax Revenue Sharing Funds from Provinces and Other Local Governments simultaneously positively and significantly affect fiscal independence by 73.75%, (3) Local Tax Variables are positively correlated and have a significant effect on Fiscal Independence. (4) Variable Tax Revenue Sharing Fund and SDA are positively correlated and have a significant effect on Fiscal Independence(5) Variable tax revenue sharing funds from other provinces of Local Government funds are positively correlated and have a significan effect on independence. Keywords: Regional Financial Potential, Fiscal Independence, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis

Abstract

The points of this study are: (1) to decide the impact of engaging quality on pay; (2) To decide the impact of ecotourism esteem on pay; (3) To decide the impact of the appeal and worth of ecotourism on pay. The quantity of exploration tests is 70 respondents, This exploration was led at Jikomalamo Ocean side, Ternate City.The test instrument utilized is various direct relapse investigation (different relapse) involving the factual bundle for social researchers (SPSS) as a measurable test device.In view of the exploration results show that; the engaging quality variable emphatically affects the pay of MSME entertainers at the Jikomalamo Ocean side vacation spot, the Ecotourism Worth variable emphatically affects the pay of MSME entertainers at the Jikomalamo Ocean side vacation spot.  At the same time, the engaging quality and ecotourism esteem factors emphatically affect pay by 24.3%, and that implies that the allure and worth of ecotourism will build the pay of MSME entertainers at the Jikomalamo Ocean side vacation destination.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) to determine the effect of attractiveness on income; (2) To determine the effect of ecotourism value on income; (3) To determine the influence of the attractiveness and value of ecotourism on income. The population in this study is all parts of the population, amounting to 100 people. Meanwhile, the number of research samples was 70 people. As for this study, the respondents were visitors and sellers at the Jikomalamo Beach tour. The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression) using the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as a statistical test tool. From the research results show that; (1) partially positive and significant effect on income; (2) partially the value of ecotourism has a positive and significant effect on income; and (3) simultaneously shows that the attractiveness and value of ecotourism has a positive and significant effect on income.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui fungsi bank dalam perekonomian, khusunya dibidang pemasaran Bank BNI, dimana tugas bidang pemasaran bank bni dalam mengurus kredit, asuransi, dan bertugas dibidang marketing fund, metode yang kami gunakan dalam penelitian kali ini adalah dengan cara wawancara, dimana didalam wawancara tersebut terdapat ceramah dan diskusi anatara interviewer dan narasumber, hasil yang kami dapatkan ialah pegawai dari bidang pemasaran bank bni perlu mengemas semenarik mungkin agar dapat menarik dan mempertahankan minat dari konsumen dengan menerapkan model AIDA, dan bagaimana bank mengatasi dengan masalah kredit macet, cara mengatasi kredit macet adalah dengan cara rescheduling, reconditioning, dan restructuring, kredit yang ada pada bank bni dibagi menjadi dua yaitu kredit konsumtif dan kredit produktif, kredit produktif terbagi menjadi 3 yaitu, kredit KUR, kredit bni wirausaha dan kredit BCM, dimana masing-masing jenis kredit mempunyai ketentuan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi mengenai Peran dan Fungsi Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) bagi masyarakat. Metode yang diterapkan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Dalam metode observasi tersebut kami mengunakan cara yaitu dengan melihat dan mengamati apa saja kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pihak bank. Selanjutnya metode wawancara, kami meberikan beberapa pertanyaan pada pegawai bank yang kurang lebih mengenai fungsi dan peran Bank BTN. Selain itu juga metode wawancara ini, kami tidak hanya memberikan beberapa pertanyaan kepada para pegawai bank akan tetapi kami juga melakukan, wawancara kepada beberapa nasabah Bank BTN, dengan tujuan agar dapat lebih memahami lebih jauh mengenai Bank BTN, dalam hal ini kami dapat mempraktekkan apa yang telah kami pelajari dan mengsosialisasikannya kepada masyarakat

Abstract

Kepariwisataan di kota Ternate ditunjang oleh potensi kondisi alam dan benda-benda peninggalan kebudayaan masa lalu sehingga wisata alam purbakala, dan wisata bahari dapat dikembangkan di kota Ternate. Banyak tempat wisata yang tersebar hampir diseluruh kabupaten/kota. Melihat kondisi tersebut, maka kota Ternate memiliki potensi yang besar di bidang pariwisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan strategi dalam pengembangan sektor pariwisata di kota Ternate. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa: faktor-faktor internal yang mendukung pengembangan pariwisata di kota Ternate adalah Sektor Pariwisata yang semakin berkembang dan semakin diminati, Suasana objek wisata yang memberikan kenyamanan, keramahan masyarakat sekitar, Jarak tempuh objek wisata yang dekat dengan kota, dan kondisi keamanan yang baik. Faktor-faktor eksternal yang mendukung pengembangan pariwisata di kota Ternate meliputi adanya penyerapan tenaga kerja di daerah sekitar objek wisata yang dapat mengurangi pengangguran, banyaknya wisatawan yang ingin berkunjung, besamya minat dari masyarakat untuk pengembangan kawasan wisata berdasarkan potensi yang ada, rumah penduduk yang dapat dijadikan sebagai homestay, dan menambah penghasilan masyarakat sekitar. Strategi prioritas berdasarkan SWOT adalah pengembangan pariwisata secara keseluruhan, membangun jaringan dengan wisata bekerjasama dengan agen perjalanan dan membuat website khusus.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh faktor harga, produk, dan promosi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian online Produk Fashion online .di Provinsi Maluku, Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu. Data sekunder dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari BPS Maluku Utara dan data BPS Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi. Data dalam penelitian ini dari data primer, data yang diperoleh dari responden secara langsung dilokasi penelitian. Hasil akhir studi ini menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk secara online pada Konsumen Fashion Online. Konsumen fashion online merasa bahwa produk yang dijual secara online memiliki harga yang bervariasi dari yang murah sampai yang mahal dan harga dalam toko online biasanya lebih murah daripada toko. Produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk secara online pada konsumen fashion online. Dikarenakan konsumen fashion online merasa bahwa dengan adanya kualitas produk yang dijual secara online dapat memudahkan konsumen dalam memilih dan membandingkan suatu produk. Promosi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk secara online pada konsumen Fashion Online, karena konsumen mengetahui toko fashion online dengan melihat adanya iklan yang menarik yang dipasang oleh toko tersebut, toko-toko yang sudah besar, rata-rata memasang iklan di media sosial maupun di internet sehingga semua orang bisa melihat dan dikunjungi. Secara simultan baik harga, produk dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk secara online.
