Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis pengaruh belanja pegawai, belanja modal, belanja barang dan jasa, dan belanja bantuan sosial terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Provinsi Maluku Utara. Kemudian juga menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap kesejahteraan di Maluku Utara. Metode analisis data yaitu menggunakan data runtun waktu (time series) tahun 2010-2015 dan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil yang ditemukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belanja pegawai pemerintah daerah berpengaruh signifikan dan berkorelasi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Maluku Utara. Artinya bahwa, jika adanya peningkatan dalam belanja pegawai pemerintah maka akan mendorong peningkatan dalam perekonomian daerah. Selanjutnya juga bahwa pengeluaran pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Maluku Utara. Artinya bahwa, jika terjadi kenaikan dalam belanja modal pemerintah, maka akan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Maluku Utara. Kemudian juga hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belanja barang dan jasa berpengaruh signifikan dan berkorelasi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Maluku Utara. Artinya bahwa, semakin meningkat belanja barang dan jasa maka akan dapat mendorong naiknya pertumbuhan ekonomi. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belanja bantuan sosial berpengaruh signifikan dan berkorelasi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Maluku Utara. Artinya bahwa, jika adanya peningkatan dalam belanja bantuan sosial maka akan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Maluku Utara. Kemudian hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belanja pegawai pemerintah berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat atau indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) di Provinsi Maluku Utara. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belanja modal pemerintah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Provinsi Maluku Utara. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa belanja barang dan jasa berpengaruh signifikan dan berkorelasi positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kemudian hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belanja bantuan sosial berpengaruh signifikan dan berkorelasi positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Provinsi Maluku Utara. Artinya bahwa, jika adanya peningkatan dalam belanja bantuan social maka akan memperbaiki taraf hidup masyarakat.

Sektor pertambangan merupakan industri yang menguntungkan jika investasi yang masuk terealisasi dengan baik dan menyerap tenaga kerja yang cukup banyak sehingga bisa dimanfaatkan sebesar-besarnya untuk kepentingan masyarakat di Kabupaten Halmahera Timur. Selain itu keterlibatan pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian melalui belanja pemerintah ini diharapkan mampu mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi maupun perluasan kesempatan kerja. Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh investasi PMDN dan tenaga kerja sektor pertambangan serta belanja pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesempatan kerja di Kabupaten Halmahera Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode path analisis,uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi serta uji t dan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Halmahera Timur serta Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil analisis ekonometrika setelah diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25 sebagai alat uji statistik yang menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial : (1) investasi PMDN dan tenaga kerja sektor pertambangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (2) belanja pemerintah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Halmahera Timur; (3) investasi PMDN dan belanja pemerintah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja; (4)Tenaga kerja dan pertumbuhan ekonomi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja.

Capital is a very important factor of production for the continuity of a business, both large and small. Often production is disrupted due to this capital production factor experiencing problems. As a result, distribution and consumption channels also experience problems. For this reason, it is necessary to have a third party who can assist in capital matters. One of the third parties that can provide capital is banking. However, the availability of banked capital funds cannot be accessed by entrepreneurs, especially people who have very small capital or MSMEs. For this reason, it is necessary to provide assistance and training to MSMEs in obtaining capital from third parties, especially banks. The method used in this PKM activity is a method of training and mentoring related to capital and marketing so that it can mobilize MSMEs in carrying out their activities. Besides MSME owners, Salsabila also provides training to the surrounding community who play an active role in the process or flow of the program stages and their supervision, starting from from the stage of socialization, planning, implementation, and preservation of activities by contributing energy, thoughts, or in material form. From the analysis of the situation and problems faced by the Partner (MSME Salsabila), it can be stated that it is healthy in terms of capital. The achievement target formulated by the PKM Team is that partners are able to provide a way out in providing capital through third parties. Meanwhile, the outputs of the PKM program include: Journal of Community Service, Video Documentation of activities (Youtube), and this activity will also be published in print and online media.

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all levels of society, including people in RT 02 RW 07, Kahuripan Village, Tawang Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya City, some people have experienced a decrease in working hours even losing their jobs, whether they work in restaurants, shops or freelance daily workers. The purpose of this service activity is to increase knowledge about increasing income with entrepreneurship training in the New Normal Era so that this activity is useful for providing entrepreneurial knowledge and skills from making products to marketing to consumers in the New Normal Era. The method used in this service activity is training and mentoring with effective methods to increase the knowledge and skills of the people affected by Covid-19 in making products to market them so that they can increase the income of the community in RT 02 RW 07, Kahurpian Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City. The results achieved from this service activity are increasing knowledge about increasing income from the entrepreneurial sector for people affected by Covid-19, starting from the manufacture of products to the marketing process in order to increase income. This will drive the economy in the region and can further alleviate poverty

Kota Tidore memiliki potensi usaha mikro dan kecil yang sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan. Pengembangan sektor ini membutuhkan kerja sama dan partisipasi dari semua pemangku kepentingan, termasuk masyarakat lokal. Salah satu program yang dapat membantu masyarakat adalah program pengembangan sektor ekonomi kreatif yang dicanangkan pemerintah. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Khairun Ternate adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat untuk mempersiapan produk usaha mikro dan kecil yang optimal untuk pengunjung sehingga dapat membawa dampak positif, baik dari aspek ekonomi, sosial budaya, maupun lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui rangkaian kegiatan Forum FGD dengan materi tentang strategi pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan dan wawasan pelaku ekonomi kreatif di Kota Tidore Kepualauan

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of economic growth and total population to the poverty level in North Sulawesi. The study was conducted in the districts/cities located in North Sulawesi province with a total of 14 districts/cities. The data taken is after the year of 2008, this due to the district/city is lastly bloomed in 2008.Â The data used in this research is quantitative data. This study uses secondary data and the time series data from the year of 2009 until 2016. Panel data is used as a combination of time series and cross section. Meanwhile the crossed section data is taken from all districts/municipalities in North Sulawesi province which is 14 districts/cities (10 districts and 4 cities) with a total of 98 observations obtained in this study. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) at national level. Inferential statistical methods used in the analysis of research data is Dynamic Panel Data (DPD) considering that the sample size is relatively small. This study examined the effect of exogenous variables i.e. economic growth and total population, while the endogenoue one is poverty level. The result shows that simultaneously, economic growth and total population have a significant effect on poverty level in North Sulawesi.

This study aims to analyze the pattern of economic growth in Morotai Island. To find out the pattern of economic growth, an analysis of economic growth analysis, Location Quotient (LQ), Klassen Typology and Shift Share Analysis are used. The results showed that the pattern of economic growth in Morotai Island Regency from the year of 2010 to 2017 had a positive trend through the Klassen Typology analysis, although the GRDP growth rate and per capita income show a positive trend, but the increase is still below the national level so that Morotai Island Regency is in quadrant IV position (the category of regions is relatively underdeveloped), Based on LQ analysis, four leading sectors were obtained, which are the base sectors ofÂ Morotai Island Regency in 2017 Based on the shift share analysis, the sectors that had the highest national share were agriculture, forestry and fisheries. The negative proportional shift value indicates that although it has a positive trend, the growth rate is slower compared to North Maluku.Â The projected results show that economic growth from 2017 will increase by 24.06 percent in 2019, it is hoped that the Regional Government can increase economic growth by giving special attention to leading sectors that have the potential to increase economic growth.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Pulau Morotai dan untuk mengetahui pola pertumbuhan ekonomi,digunakan beberapa analisa yaitu Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Location Quotient (LQ), Tipologi Klassen dan Analisis Shift Share. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Pulau Morotai Tahun 2010 hingga tahun 2017 memiliki tren positif. Melalui analisis Tipologi Klassen, meskipun laju pertumbuhan PDRB dan pendapatan perkapita menunjukkan tren positif, namun peningkatannya masih di bawah nasional sehingga menempatkan Kabupaten Pulau Morotai berada pada posisi kuadran IV (kategori daerah relatif tertinggal). Dengan analisis LQ Diperoleh 4 sektor unggulan yang merupakan sektor basis Kabupaten Pulau Morotai Tahun 2017. Berdasarkan analisis shift share, sektor yang memiliki national share tertinggi adalah sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan. Nilai proportional shift yang negatif, menunjukkan bahwa meskipun memiliki tren positif namun tingkat pertumbuhan lebih lambat dibandingkan dengan Provinsi Maluku Utara. Hasil proyeksi menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dari tahun 2017 akan meningkat sebesar 24,06 persen pada tahun 2019. Diharapkan pemerintah daerah dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan memberikan perhatian khusus pada sektor-sektor unggulan yang berpotensi meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Tourism Sector Development Strategy in North Maluku: A Case Study of Tidore Islands Runtunuwu, Prince Charles Heston

Tourism is one of the important things for a country, with tourism, a country or more specifically the Regional Government where the tourist object is located, receives income from the income of each tourist attraction. This study aims to identify and determine tourism objects that need to get a priority scale as a leading tourism to be developed; how the strategies that need to be formulated in the context of developing tourist objects in the City of Tidore Islands. The number of research samples was 70 people. The test tools used are analysis weighted product, simple linear regression, SWOT analysis. The results showed that: (1) the leading tourist attraction in the City of Tidore Archipelago is the Kie Kedaton Kie tourist attraction in the Tidore Sultanate, which is ranked 1; (2) service quality on visitor satisfaction shows that the level of service quality has a significant effect of 73.3% on visitor satisfaction at the Kie Kedaton Kie Sultanate of Tidore; (3) The strategy for developing the leading tourism objects in the City of Tidore Islands is as follows: (i). Improve the quality and quantity of human resources (HR) so that managers of tourist attractions are more optimal, (ii). Development of supporting facilities to build vacant land, which is governed by policies and development of investment marketing and tourism marketing, (iii). Collaborating with third parties (private) or community self-help parties, (iv). Increased promotion through print media and tourism social media in its development so as to attract investors, (v). Increasing the improvement of the development concept development program by following the era of globalization without reducing its historical value to attract visitors so that they are ready to face competition between tourist objects, (vi) Accelerating building activities that have been designed considering the approaching year-end and holiday period (vii) Increasing the quality of the workforce professionals in the management of tourist objects so as to reduce environmental damage due to arbitrary developments.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the role of DPRD budgeting function and organizational commitment on the potential for fraud. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using the saturated sampling method. The data used are primary data using a questionnaire. Data was successfully collected from 40 respondents who were members of the DPRD Kota Ternate, Tidore Islands City and Sula Islands District. The data processing technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that there was no influence on the role of the DPRD's budgeting function on the potential for fraud in district / city DPRDs in North Maluku Province, there was a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment to potential fraud in the budget bodies of the DPRD districts / cities of North Maluku province. In addition, the simultaneous statistical test shows that the role of the DPRD budgeting function and organizational commitment has a significant effect on the potential for fraud among members of the DPRD budgeting in North Maluku province.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of personnel spending, capital spending, goods and services spending on economic growth in North Maluku. Then also analyze the effect of economic growth on welfare in North Maluku. The method of data analysis is using time series data for 2010-2015 and using multiple linear regression analysis . The results found that based on the results of this study indicate that local government personnel spending has a significant effect and is positively correlated to the economic growth of North Maluku Province. This means that, if there is an increase in spending on government personnel, it will encourage an increase in the regional economy. Furthermore, also that government spending has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in North Maluku Province. This means that, if there is an increase in government capital spending, it will be able to increase economic growth in North Maluku Province. Then also the results of the study show that spending on goods and services has a significant effect and is positively correlated to economic growth in North Maluku Province. This means that, increasing spending on goods and services will be able to boost economic growth.
