Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki filosofi pendidikan dari dua era penting dalam sejarah: Yunani Kuno dan Zaman Keemasan Islam. Dengan memeriksa prinsip-prinsip dan praktik-praktik dasar pendidikan selama periode ini, penelitian ini menyoroti pengaruh yang bertahan lama dari para filsuf Yunani seperti Socrates, Plato, dan Aristoteles, bersama dengan kontribusi para cendekiawan Islam seperti Al-Farabi, Ibnu Sina, dan Al-Ghazali. Analisis ini mengungkapkan bagaimana pendidikan Yunani Kuno menekankan pemikiran kritis, dialog, dan pencarian kebajikan, sementara Zaman Keemasan Islam mendorong sintesis pengetahuan, mengintegrasikan filosofi Yunani dengan ajaran Islam dan memajukan bidang seperti matematika, kedokteran, dan astronomi. Eksplorasi komparatif ini menyoroti keterkaitan pemikiran manusia dan pencarian pengetahuan yang sama di berbagai budaya dan zaman. Melalui penyelidikan ini, studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang akar historis dari filosofi pendidikan dan relevansinya terhadap praktik pendidikan kontemporer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk memahami pola komunikasi antara guru dan siswa SMK 13 Muhammdiyah sibolga. Pendekatan kualitatif dipilih karena memungkinkan peneliti untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pola komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dan siswa serta bagaimana pola tersebut berpengaruh pada minat belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa SMK Kelas XI. Objek penelitian adalah pola komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dan siswa dalam menciptakan minat belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana pola komunikasi antara guru dan siswa dengan pengaruhnya dapat menciptakan minat belajar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi pola-pola komunikasi yang muncul dalam interaksi antara guru dan siswa, kemudian memberikan kesimpulan tentang bagaimana pola-pola tersebut berperan dalam menciptakan minat belajar agar semakin baik lagi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya komunikasi interpersonal dalam menciptakan kemauan, minat belajar bagi siswa yang menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi guru yang profesional, serta memberikan masukan yang berharga bagi pengembangan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif bagi siswa kelas XI SMK 13 Muhammdiyah Sibolga. Komunikasi interpersonal menekankan pentingnya menunjukkan simbol-simbol interaksi secara langsung agar siswa dapat memahami dan meniru dengan benar. Faktor Psikologis juga perlu di Perhatian, Guru mempersiapkan media yang telah ditetapkan beserta segala sesuatu yang dibutuhkan dalam penerapan media. Dalam menciptakan minat belajar siswa ,pola komunikasi nonverbal guru juga memegang peran penting dalam pendekatan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan komunikasi interpersonal, guru di SMK 13 Muhammdiyah berusaha menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif dan mendukung perkembangan kemauan minat belajar yang akan bermuara pada hasil belajar siswa melalui media belajar

Abstract

Background: Achieving the company's strategic vision and mission, where work climate and job satisfaction are crucial factors that influence performance. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, West Aceh Regency, conditions show that these two aspects have not been managed optimally, resulting in low employee motivation and productivity. To answer this challenge, the research proposes a new approach by integrating the concept of Sustainable Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a mediating variable that is able to strengthen the relationship between work climate, job satisfaction and performance.Purpose: Analyze the influence of work climate and job satisfaction on employee performance with sustainable HR as a variable to support the achievement of the Company's strategic goals, as well as creating a productive and competitive work environment at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga, West Aceh Regency.Design/methodology/approach: This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with an explanatory type. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observations and interviews with 54 employees. Data analysis using structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS program.Findings/Result: Work climate and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of Sustainable Human Resource Management (SHRM). SHRM is proven to strengthen these relationships, creating a more stable and sustainable impact on productivity. A high R square value indicates that this model has strong predictability. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga needs to make SHRM an integral part of its management strategy to create an adaptive, innovative and competitive work environment in facing the challenges of an ever-growing industry.Conclusion: Successful employee performance is not only determined by climate and job satisfaction, but also by sustainable HR management. SHRM has proven effective in strengthening overall performance. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga needs to integrate SHRM in management strategies to create adaptive and competitive work systems.Originality/value (State of the art): This research analyzes problems at PT. Abstract

This study explores the integration of financial literacy into education curricula, with a particular focus on Indonesia’s Merdeka Curriculum, using a bibliometric review of 316 peer-reviewed articles from the Scopus database (2016–2025). Through bibliometric mapping via VOSviewer, the research identifies five thematic clusters: policy development, behavioral outcomes, student knowledge and attitudes, digital financial literacy, and interdisciplinary education strategies. Key findings reveal a global surge in financial literacy research post-2016, largely driven by policy mandates and the rise of digital finance, with the United States leading in scholarly output. However, research remains heavily concentrated in high-income countries, while regions like Indonesia are underrepresented despite clear policy interest. The study uncovers several implementation barriers in educational settings, including limited teacher training, inadequate resources, and a lack of standardized evaluation metrics. Promising practices—such as project-based learning, the integration of financial literacy into mathematics, and digital tools—have demonstrated improved student engagement and financial behavior. In Indonesia, six core studies suggest a growing awareness of financial education but underscore the need for contextualized curricula and community-based support. The study recommends more inclusive policies, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and longitudinal impact assessments to ensure financial literacy becomes a core competency in global education systems.

Abstract

 ABSTRACTIndonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in Hong Kong, especially those working in the domestic employment sector, have weak financial planning skills. Financial planning skills are key to helping PMIs manage their income, make wise investment decisions, and plan for a more stable future. This community service program aims to improve skills in financial planning for PMI in Hong Kong through mentoring activities. Through this activity, it is hoped that PMI can gain the knowledge and skills needed in financial planning. This program covers various mentoring topics, such as currency exchange risk management, savings and investment culture according to the Islamic Living Guidelines for Muhammadiyah Citizens (PHIWM), as well as retirement planning. This service activity method is carried out with mentoring and financial planning competitions. The service participants were 45 PMI people in Hong Kong. Training and mentoring is carried out offline and online. This activity was proven to increase PMI's knowledge and skills in the field of financial literacy from a pretest average score of 62.50 increasing to a posttest score of 87.00. This training also received a positive response from participants and was felt to provide benefits for improving their financial management in the future. ABSTRAKPekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) di Hong Kong, khususnya yang bekerja dalam sektor pekerjaan domestik, memiliki keterampilan perencanaan keuangan yang lemah. Kemampuan dalam perencanaan keuangan adalah kunci untuk membantu PMI mengelola pendapatan mereka, membuat keputusan investasi yang bijak, dan merencanakan masa depan yang lebih stabil. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam perencanaan keuangan bagi PMI di Hong Kong melalui kegiatan pendampingan. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan PMI dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam perencanaan keuangan. Program ini mencakup berbagai topik pendampingan, seperti manajemen risiko kurs mata uang, budaya menabung dan investasi menurut Pedoman Hidup Islami Warga Muhammadiyah (PHIWM), serta perencanaan pensiun. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pendampingan dan kompetisi perencanaan keuangan. Peserta pengabdian adalah 45 orang PMI di Hongkong. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan secara luring dan daring. Kegiatan ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan pengatuhuan dan ketrampilan PMI dibidang literasi keuangaan dari nilai rerata pretest 62,50 meningkat menjadi nilai posttest 87,00. Pelatihan ini juga mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta dan dirasakan memberikan manfaat untuk perbaikan pengelolaan keuangan mereka kedepan.

Abstract

The rapid development of financial technology has reshaped the delivery of financial services, including those based on Islamic principles. Generation Z, as a digitally native generation, represents a strategic segment for expanding sharia financial inclusion. This study aims to analyze the contribution of sharia fintech and digital literacy in increasing Generation Z’s interest in accessing sharia financial services in Central Java. A quantitative research approach was employed, using primary data collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 85 respondents. The measurement instrument applied a Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that sharia fintech has a positive and significant effect on Generation Z’s interest in accessing sharia financial services. Digital literacy also shows a positive and significant influence on interest. Simultaneously, sharia fintech and digital literacy significantly contribute to increasing Generation Z’s interest in accessing sharia financial services. These findings highlight the importance of integrating sharia-compliant digital financial innovation with efforts to improve digital literacy in order to strengthen Islamic financial inclusion among young consumers. The study provides practical implications for sharia financial institutions, fintech providers, educators, and policymakers in developing strategies that align with the characteristics and needs of Generation Z.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The transformation toward a green economy requires strengthening sustainable entrepreneurial capacity, including within Indonesian diaspora communities abroad. This International Partnership Community Service Program (PkM-KI) aims to enhance green entrepreneurship literacy and the capability to design green businesses based on the Green Business Model Canvas (GBMC) among the Indonesian diaspora in Japan. The program was implemented through a blended approach consisting of online webinars, offline workshops, and digital mentoring. A total of 30 participants attended the offline workshop and served as respondents for the pre-test and post-test. The results indicate an increase in the average score from 2.30 to 4.46, reflecting a gain of 2.16 points. The program produced tangible outputs in the form of community-based green business idea designs and the establishment of the Greenpreneur Indonesia–Japan forum. The program contributed to improving participants’ cognitive capacity, self-confidence, and strengthening the socio-economic networking of the diaspora. The blended community empowerment model based on GBMC proved to be effective and adaptive to the geographical and time constraints faced by participants. This program is recommended for replication among other diaspora communities as part of the internationalization of community engagement initiatives based on the green economy.   Keywords: green entrepreneurship, Indonesian diaspora, green business model canvas, community empowerment, green economy.   ABSTRAK Transformasi menuju ekonomi hijau menuntut penguatan kapasitas kewirausahaan berkelanjutan, termasuk pada komunitas diaspora Indonesia di luar negeri. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Kemitraan Internasional (PkM-KI) ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi green entrepreneurship dan kemampuan perancangan usaha hijau berbasis Green Business Model Canvas (GBMC) pada diaspora Indonesia di Jepang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan blended: webinar daring, workshop luring, dan pendampingan digital. Sebanyak 30 peserta mengikuti workshop luring dan menjadi responden pre-test dan post-test Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 2,30 menjadi 4,46, dengan kenaikan sebesar 2,16 poin. Luaran konkret rancangan ide bisnis hijau berbasis komunitas serta terbentuknya forum Greenpreneur Indonesia–Jepang. Program ini berdampak pada peningkatan kapasitas kognitif, kepercayaan diri, serta penguatan jejaring sosial ekonomi diaspora. Model blended community empowerment berbasis GBMC terbukti efektif dan adaptif terhadap keterbatasan geografis dan waktu peserta. Program ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi pada komunitas diaspora lainnya sebagai bagian dari internasionalisasi pengabdian masyarakat berbasis green economy.
