Abstract

Moral education is a fundamental education that must be fulfilled in all generations of the nation because it determines the quality of a nation in the future, at this time along with the development of the era in the digital information era, the phenomenon of dishonorable actions such as the courage of children to parents, lack of courtesy, courtesy, brawls, theft, and mischief of other children. One of the triggering factors for this to happen is the low quality of morals that become a character, the effect of moral and character education is carried out partially, not through a holistic approach. The theory of developmental ecology is one of the theories that describes character-based education, the theory adheres to three systems, namely; microsystems, ecosystems and macrosystems

Abstract

Kajian dalam penelitian ini, berusaha menjawab terkait bagaimana hubungan pengaruh pemahaman kurikulum, iklim kerja, dan motivasi kinerja guru yang bekerja di sekolah SMK YPM 12 Tuban. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini, menjelaskan ada serta tidaknya pengaruh kurikulum terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil dalam penelitian ini, menjelaskan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja, iklim kerja, terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah SMK YPM 12 Tuban.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama dan moral pada anak usia dini merupakan suatu pondasi yang kokoh dan sangat penting keberadaannya. Didalam hadist riwayat Bukhari, Ibnu Habban dan Baihaqi menjelaskan bahwasanya orang tua sangatlah berperan penting dalam perkembangan agama dan moral anak. Keluarga ataupun orang tua merupakan pendidikan yang utama pada saat ini dalam siklus kehidupan masa pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia saat ini. Artikel ini akan menjelaskan tentang pentingnya pendidikan agama dan moral bagi anak berspektif hadis di tengah-tengah pandemi covid-19 di Indonesia. Bagaimana pentingnya pendidikan agama dan moral bagi anak usia dini berspektif hadis, dan bagaimana cara menanamkan pembiasaan pendidikan agama dan moral kepada anak sejak usia dini di tengah-tengah pandemi virus Covid-19 di Indonesia. Hal tersebut bertujuan agar anak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang menjadi manusia yang memiliki karakter yang baik sejak usia dini. Karena pendidikan agama dan moral penting untuk membantu anak dalam memasuki tahap selanjutnya.

Abstract

Character Education for the next generation is a mandatory thing that must be considered seriously. It has become our responsibility to instilled nationalism character on young generation since elementary school age. The development of technology that influences lifestyle and family parenting models also contributes to the growth and development of nationalism construction in children which is increasingly eroded. Responding to this phenomenon, educational institutions become the second pillar after the family to design and construct children's nationalism. In this case, the Ma'arif NU educational institution designed a character education program to construct nationalism and a sense of love for the country through a mandatory program, namely singing the song “Yaa lal wathon” at every activity, both official and ceremonial, and making this song the second mandatory song after the song Indonesia Raya. In practice, this song has become a routine that makes students continue to sing the song. In this study, the researcher aims to reveal: (1) How is the interpretation of the meaning of the song "Yaa Lal Wathan" according to students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah NU Hidayatun Najah Tuban? (2) How is the impact of the song "Yaa Lal Wathan" in shaping the nationalism of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah NU Hidayatun Najah Tuban Tuban? By using a phenomenological study approach, this study found that students interpreted the song as an inspiring song to protect the nation. This song is an indicator of the instillation of nationalism in students. The song "Yaa Lal Wathan" plays a role as an effective media in building students' nationalism, in accordance with Jean Piaget's cognitive development theory at the formal operational stage, where students begin to be able to think abstractly and hypothetically.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana tradisi kirab budaya dalam mencerminkan nilai-nilai pendidikan toleransi yang diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat tlogo wiro dan bagaimana tradisi kirab budaya dapat berfungsi sebagai alat dalam membangun toleransi dan kerukunan antarumat beragama. Kemudian penerapan tradisi kirab budaya mempengaruhi kehidupan sosial, budaya, dan agama masyarakat tlogo wiro. Analisis mengunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggali nilai-nilai pendidikan toleransi yang terdapat dalam tradisi kirab budaya dan dampaknya terhadap dinamika sosial masyarakat melalui observasi partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Juni 2023 dengan lima narasumber yang memiliki latar belakang sosial dan profesi yang beragam di tlogo wiro. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tradisi kirab budaya bertujuan sebagai sarana pendidikan untuk mengenalkan budaya lokal dan mempromosikan toleransi masyarakat Tlogo Wiro. Tradisi ini berperan penting dalam membangun integrasi sosial, menyatukan elemen masyarakat, dan memperkuat solidaritas sosial, khususnya dalam mengedukasi toleransi dalam interaksi sosial. Nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan melalui pendidikan ini meliputi sikap saling menghargai, menghormati, dan memahami perbedaan individu. Kirab Budaya berfungsi sebagai wadah penyatuan berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat, meliputi tradisi, keyakinan agama, serta seni dan budaya lokal. Selain itu, kirab ini juga mengajarkan kebanggaan terhadap warisan budaya dan mendorong rasa hormat serta pemahaman terhadap keragaman di masyarakat.   Abstract This study discusses how the tradition of Kirab Budaya reflects the values of tolerance education applied in the daily life of the Tlogo Wiro community and how this tradition functions as a tool in building tolerance and harmony among religious groups. The implementation of the Kirab Budaya tradition also affects the social, cultural, and religious life of the Tlogo Wiro community. The analysis uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. This research was conducted to explore the values of tolerance education found in the Kirab Budaya tradition and its impact on the social dynamics of the community through participatory observation and in-depth interviews conducted from March to June 2023 with five informants from diverse social and professional backgrounds in Tlogo Wiro. The analysis results show that the Kirab Budaya tradition aims to serve as an educational tool to introduce local culture and promote tolerance within the Tlogo Wiro community. This tradition plays an important role in building social integration, uniting community elements, and strengthening social solidarity, particularly in educating tolerance in social interactions. The values instilled through this education include mutual respect, honoring, and understanding individual differences. Kirab Budaya functions as a platform that unites various aspects of community life, including tradition, religious beliefs, and local arts and culture. Additionally, this tradition also fosters pride in cultural heritage and encourages respect and understanding of diversity in the community.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the development of emotional intelligence in middle school students. The research method used is qualitative, employing a library research approach to gather information. Both primary and secondary data sources were used. Primary sources include books, journal articles, or national and international scientific publications. Secondary sources are derived from studies relevant to the research topic. For data analysis, the authors referred to Miles and Huberman's framework, which includes data collection, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study highlight several aspects of emotional intelligence: recognizing one's own emotions, managing emotions, self-motivation, recognizing others' emotions (empathy), and building relationships. Emotional intelligence is crucial to be enhanced and developed in students at school, as middle school is a pivotal age for emotional development. One effective way to improve students' emotional intelligence is through the implementation of Islamic education, because students will become emotionally intelligent and their learning outcomes will improve.

Abstract

Education is important for everyone without exception. Education is something human learning in the form of knowledge, skills and knowledge which aims to facilitate human understanding and change a person's attitudes and style. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the character education of Alpha generation children in an increasingly digital era. One of them is that the education industry also has the prerequisites to develop towards digital life. Therefore, this also affects the development of the child's personality. Therefore, the results of this research are that children's personalities adapt to digital conditions and developments, especially in the field of education.

Abstract

Abstrak Tradisi merupakan suatu bentuk upacara tradisional yang dilakukan dikalangan masyarakat dan sudah menjadi budaya yang sulit untuk dihilangkan terutama bagi masyarakat khususnya di Jawa. Budaya yang dimiliki oleh manusia dapat berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan zaman. Budaya pada dasarnya merupakan hasil karya manusia, baik berbentuk nilai-nilai, aktivitas manusia dan benda. Islam dipercayai oleh pengikutnya sebagai agama yang universal, dapat diterapkan sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi apapun. Dalam bentuk acara tradisi diantaranya adalah makna “bulan suro”, kenduri dan selamatan. Kenduri atau kenduren merupakan tradisi Jawa lama yang sampai saat ini masih dilestarikan oleh suku Jawa di mana saja mereka berada. Budaya kenduri merupakan bentuk ekspresi spiritual masyarakat Jawa dan sebagai ajang untuk lebih mendekatkan diri kepada Sang Pencipta. Kenduri yang dilakukan dalam tradisi masyarakat Jawa yang diniatkan sebagai sedekah dalam bentuk makan – makan setelah berdo’a dan bersyukur, sejalan dengan ajaran Nabi Muhammad SAW yang menganjurkan umatnya agar mau berbagi terhadap sesamanya dalam bentuk jamuan upacara adat. Sedangkan selamatan adalah sebuah tradisi ritual yang hingga saat ini juga masih tetap dilestarikan oleh sebagian masyarakat di Jawa salah satunya upacara adat ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk rasa syukur atas anugerah dan karunia yang diberikan oleh Allah. Kata Kunci : Budaya, Suroan, Kenduri, Selamatan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The wiwitan tradition is a slametan tradition before the rice harvest arrives which is intended for the ancestors or ancestors. This ritual is carried out as a form of gratitude and thanks to the earth as a sikep, and Dewi Sri (Goddess of Rice) whom they believe is the goddess who grows rice. As well as an expression of the people's gratitude to the creator for giving such abundant results. This study aims to explain the meaning, purpose and meaning of the wiwitan tradition and understand the influence of modernization on the shift in the wiwitan tradition in Sumberagung Village, Plumpang District, Tuban Regency, and what factors distinguish the ancient wiwitan tradition from today. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, namely research by collecting various information or findings that cannot be obtained using statistical procedures or quantification methods.

Abstract

Abstract The language of religion is the language used in any religion. One of the main characteristics of religious language, as stated by Ramsey, is the commitment and religious moral response of the speaker, because language and religious expression are very complex, as complex as thoughts, feelings and human activities themselves. Humans try to describe everything around them with symbols, icons, or metaphorical expressions to make it easier for them to understand the natural surroundings and establish communication between humans. Not only trying to communicate with each other, humans also try to understand things that are metaphysical, such as God, holy books and also religious rituals. These three things are often summarized in a term, namely the language of religion. Religion which is abstract and metaphysical requires humans to start thinking about these things by expressing them through iconic language. Icons and symbols that are often used are symbols that are still related to things of the senses. This is deliberately done so that humans can understand existence that is abstract and cannot be reached by the senses to be easy to understand and acceptable. If this very complex religious language is related to Da'wah Islamiyah, it will become a new challenge in the world of Islamic da'wah. Islam as a religion that is moderate and highly upholds tolerance, is certainly easier to accept anything that is formulated by religious language, provided that it does not come out of the Al-Qur'an or As-Sunnah.
