Abstract

The BAZNAS social institution has various programs, one of which is a humanitarian program which includes house renovation assistance. Based on data from BAZNAS, this program was only formed and began to be realized in 2020. Currently, the determination of aid recipients/mustahiq is carried out through subjective assessments. The process of assessing potential aid recipients is still done manually, resulting in problems, namely houses that should not be entitled to aid are found and it takes a long time to determine the recipients of house renovations. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System using the MABAC Method in the Home Surgery Information System in Sigama Village. To make it easier for village officials to determine recipients of house renovation assistance, a web-based Decision Support System (SPK) has been developed. This research concludes that by applying the MABAC method, this system can help villages determine the highest ranking of each available option. Based on calculations using 5 alternatives and 5 criteria, the results show that Alternative 4 in the name of Sahdoni Siregar with a value of 0.343 is the best and is recommended for receiving house renovation assistance in Sigama Village.

Abstract

Employee attendance information system is one of the important components in human resource management, especially in recording employee attendance and absence. This research aims to design and implement an Employee Attendance Information System using Location Based Service (LBS) at the Sibolangit Sub-District Office. This system utilizes LBS technology to ensure the accuracy of employee location when taking attendance, so as to prevent fraud that may occur with conventional attendance systems. By utilizing GPS-equipped mobile devices, this system allows employees to take attendance only when they are within a predetermined area around the Sibolangit Sub-District Office. The system consists of several main modules, namely employee authentication module, location recording module, and attendance report module. The recorded attendance data will be automatically stored in the database and can be accessed by the staffing department for monitoring and reporting purposes. System testing results show that this LBS-based attendance system can run well and provide accurate results. In addition, this system also received a positive response from employees who felt that this system was easier and more transparent. The implementation of this system is expected to improve employee discipline and efficiency in managing attendance data at the Sibolangit Sub-District Office.

Abstract

Various aspects of life have been significantly changed by rapid technological advances; this includes the banking industry, which has developed digital banking services. SeaBank is a digital banking application that allows us to do many things with our money, from saving to making online transactions with our mobile phones anytime and anywhere. By using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method to classify user comments on the SeaBank Indonesia Instagram account into positive and negative comments, this research aims to find analytical ways to improve service quality and customer satisfaction through this sentiment. Data is processed in several stages, such as cleaning, normalization, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming. Then the SVM algorithm is used to classify sentiment. These performance algorithms are measured by metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. The results of the analysis of 1201 comment data show that 536 data are positive and 665 data are negative. The Support Vector Machine method shows an accuracy of 89%, precision of 93%, recall of 83%, and fl-score of 88%.

Abstract

Everyday life, especially for teenagers, now involves internet technology. Twitter (now known as X) is one of the most popular social media platforms. Sentiment analysis of social media data can improve people's understanding of mental health problems. This research uses the Naive Bayes algorithm to analyze the sentiments of X social media users regarding adolescent mental health. Another goal of this research is to measure how effective and accurate the technique is in identifying sentiment and presenting analysis results in the form of word clouds and graphs. Data was collected from the beginning of 2024 to the present from tweets with the hashtag Mental Health. The research results show that the Naive Bayes algorithm has an effective level of accuracy in classifying sentiment towards health using the InSetLexicon dictionary. The data preprocessing process also includes cleaning, tokenizing, normalization, stockwords, and stemming. In addition, performance evaluation is carried out using confusion matirx to calculate precision, recall, F-1 Score, and accuracy. The classification results obtained obtained an accuracy of 0.8049792531120332 or around 80%, precision of 83%, recall of 68% and F-1 Score of 74.9%.

Abstract

The evaluation of training participant satisfaction at the Center for Vocational Training and Productivity Development (BBPVP) has traditionally relied on conventional methods, resulting in less accurate and unstructured outcomes. The core issue necessitates a data-driven solution to enhance objectivity and reliability. This study aims to develop a C5.0 algorithm-based classification model to automatically measure participant satisfaction levels and identify dominant influencing factors. The methodology includes collecting survey data from 300 respondents across five SERVQUAL attributes (reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, tangibles), data preprocessing, dataset splitting (80:20), and model development using Python’s Scikit-learn library. Results indicate a model accuracy of 98.3% (12% higher than Naïve Bayes), with "assurance" as the most influential attribute (gain ratio: 0.638). Contributions of this research include: (1) providing BBPVP with an accurate data-driven satisfaction evaluation tool, (2) offering strategic recommendations to improve training quality, particularly in assurance, and (3) potential adoption of this method as a national vocational training evaluation standard.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong toko roti Mayco Bread untuk mengoptimalkan sistem penjualannya melalui aplikasi berbasis cross selling. Metode cross selling digunakan untuk meningkatkan nilai transaksi dengan merekomendasikan produk tambahan yang relevan kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi penjualan menggunakan pendekatan UML, termasuk diagram use case, activity, dan sequence untuk memodelkan proses bisnis. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi, mempercepat pemesanan, serta mendorong pelanggan untuk membeli lebih banyak produk melalui rekomendasi yang ditampilkan. Ke depannya, aplikasi ini dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan integrasi kecerdasan buatan untuk menyempurnakan strategi cross selling berbasis preferensi pelanggan.

Abstract

Permasalahan kedisiplinan siswa merupakan aspek penting dalam dunia pendidikan, di mana konsistensi dan keadilan dalam pemberian sanksi terhadap pelanggaran sangat berpengaruh terhadap integritas institusi dan kepuasan seluruh pihak yang terlibat. Ketidaksesuaian sanksi yang diberikan secara manual kerap kali menimbulkan ketidakobjektifan serta menurunkan kepercayaan terhadap sistem penegakan disiplin. Penelitian ini mengusulkan solusi berbasis sistem pendukung keputusan dengan mengimplementasikan metode Rank Order Centroid (ROC) untuk menentukan bobot atribut pelanggaran, serta metode Multi-Attributive Border Approximation area Comparison (MABAC) untuk melakukan perangkingan dan pemilihan jenis sanksi yang paling tepat. Data yang digunakan melibatkan 20 alternatif siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran kedisiplinan dengan mempertimbangkan sejumlah atribut tertentu, seperti jenis pelanggaran, frekuensi, dan dampak terhadap lingkungan sekolah. Hasil pengolahan menunjukkan nilai akhir Si dari masing-masing alternatif, dengan rentang nilai mulai dari -0,348 hingga 0,652. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan MABAC, siswa dengan nilai Si tertinggi seperti Dirga (A12, 0,652) dan Iwan Setiawan (A18, 0,590) memperoleh sanksi TS04 dan TS03 yang menunjukkan tingkat pelanggaran lebih berat, sedangkan siswa dengan nilai Si rendah seperti Silvina Sasmita (A19, -0,348) dan Harianto Halim (A14, -0,227) diberikan sanksi TS01, yang mencerminkan pelanggaran ringan. Pengujian dilakukan melalui validasi internal dengan membandingkan hasil perhitungan sistem terhadap keputusan manual dari pihak sekolah, menunjukkan konsistensi sebesar 90%, yang menandakan sistem telah mampu menghasilkan keputusan yang akurat dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan transparansi, objektivitas, dan keadilan dalam proses pemberian sanksi, serta menjadi referensi bagi sekolah dalam memperbaiki mekanisme penegakan disiplin yang sistematis dan berkeadilan.

Abstract

LPG merupakan sumber energi yang umum digunakan dan terjangkau, namun potensi kebocoran gas sering diabaikan. Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem prototype pemantauan kebocoran gas LPG berbasis mikrokontroler ESP8266 dengan dua mode kerja, yaitu otomatis (default) dan manual. Sistem menggunakan sensor MQ-5 untuk mendeteksi gas (metana, propana, butana, dan LPG) serta sensor DHT11 untuk mengukur suhu dan kelembaban. Data diolah menggunakan logika fuzzy Mamdani untuk menentukan tingkat bahaya dan menghasilkan output dalam bentuk sinyal PWM (0–255) guna mengontrol buzzer dan exhaust fan. Karena ESP8266 tidak memiliki output analog, PWM digunakan untuk mensimulasikan sinyal analog. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem berfungsi sesuai rancangan dengan tingkat akurasi 100% dalam mendeteksi kebocoran gas dan memberikan respons melalui aktuator secara otomatis. Data pembacaan sensor dan hasil inferensi fuzzy ditampilkan secara real-time melalui OLED display serta dikirim ke database MySQL menggunakan Node-RED dengan protokol MQTT. Sistem juga mampu mengirimkan notifikasi kepada pengguna dengan rata-rata waktu pengiriman ±5 detik setelah deteksi. Sistem ini mendukung pemantauan berbasis IoT secara efisien dan mampu memberikan peringatan dini secara lokal maupun jarak jauh untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pengguna.

Abstract

Dalam dunia kesehatan, efisiensi pelayanan menjadi krusial untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap AR-RAZI menghadapi tantangan antrean pasien yang menumpuk akibat sistem konvensional, menyebabkan waktu tunggu yang lama dan potensi penurunan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem antrean pasien berbasis web menggunakan algoritma Circular Queue sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kepuasan pasien. Metode penelitian menggunakan waterfall model dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Sistem ini memungkinkan pasien mendaftar secara online, melihat status antrean waktu nyata, dan memperoleh estimasi waktu pelayanan yang akurat. Implementasi algoritma Circular Queue mengoptimalkan pengelolaan data antrean, memungkinkan pemanfaatan memori yang efisien dengan prinsip First-In First-Out (FIFO), di mana data yang keluar dapat langsung digantikan data baru tanpa menggeser elemen. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem berfungsi dengan baik, mampu menangani data pasien, dan memastikan keamanan data. Dengan demikian, sistem antrean berbasis web ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas pelayanan di Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap AR-RAZI, memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi pasien dan petugas.

Abstract

The popularity of Android devices and the availability of various educational applications will provide many benefits, this is because android supports various multimedia formats, allowing the integration of audio, video, and animation to improve the understanding of concepts and learning content on Android applications can be updated easily. As many as 99% of students and lecturers of UINSU's computer science faculty own android smartphones. Programming material is a complex learning material and difficult for students to understand in both theory and attraction transfer courses. Therefore, interesting learning media is needed to make it easier for students to understand the content of the learning material. The results of this research are the development process, feasibility and implementation results of android application-based programming learning.
