Abstract

Rubber plant is one of the plantation commodities that has an important role in economic activities in Indonesia. The need for rubber seeds continues to increase in line with the increase in the area of ​​smallholder rubber plantations and the government. Quality seeds are a community need in developing rubber plantations in Indonesia from year to year. The first step to get good rubber seeds is that rubber farmers need to use quality rubber seed planting material and are able to produce high latex. Given the very importance of seeds in determining quality rubber repair. With a Decision Support System with the vikor method to build a system that has the ability to be able to assist farmers in choosing superior rubber tree seeds with a system that is able to provide problem solving skills and communication skills for problems with semi-structured and unstructured conditions. This study uses the vikor method because this method is suitable for use in most real-time problems such as making decisions to find quality rubber tree seeds so that this research can be useful for rubber tree farmers in improving the quality of superior seeds.

Abstract

Abstract: Swiftlet nests have a high market value because the saliva used to make them has many benefits, including treating illnesses. They can also promote a healthy reproductive system and strengthen the lungs. Therefore, a system is needed to simplify swiftlet farming. This involves designing a microcontroller-based fuzzy control system for temperature, humidity, and light in swiftlet houses as a solution for swiftlet breeders. The device will utilize two sensors: a DHT11 sensor and an LDR sensor. The DHT11 sensor maintains the stability of the room's temperature and humidity, while the LDR sensor maintains the light intensity of the swiftlet house. The conditions that have been determined based on 12 fuzzy logic rules, from the DHT11 sensor conditions, namely cold temperatures with a range of 0 - 15, moderate temperatures with a range of 15-30, and hot temperatures with a range of 30 - 45, in humidity conditions with a dry range of 0-50 and humid 0 - 95 while in the LDR sensor conditions, namely bright with an ADC value range on the LDR of 0 - 500 and dark conditions in the range of 500 - 1024. The defuzzification output value obtained is [0 10] where 0 is OFF and 10 is on for 10 minutes.Keyword: Swiftlet, Fuzzy Logic, DHT11, LDRAbstrak: Sarang burung walet mempunyai nilai jual yang tinggi karena air liur yang digunakan untuk membuat sarang memiliki banyak manfaat salah satunya adalah mengobati penyakit. Selain itu bisa juga untuk menyehatkan sistem reproduksi dan memperkuat paru-paru. Sehingga di butuhkan suatu sistem agar peternakan burung walet semakin lebih mudah dengan membuat perancangan suatu sistem kontrol suhu kelembaban dan cahaya pada rumah walet menggunakan fuzzy berbasis mikrokontroler sebagai solusi bagi para peternak burung walet. Dimana alat yang akan dibuat menggunakan dua sensor yaitu sensor DHT11 dan sensor LDR. Sensor DHT11 berfungsi untuk menjaga kestabilan suhu dan kelembaban ruangan sedangkan sensor LDR berfungsi unutuk menjaga intensitas cahaya dari rumah walet tersebut. Kondisi yang telah di tentukan berdasarkan 12 rule logika fuzzy, dari kondisi sensor DHT11 yaitu suhu dingin dengan range 0 15, suhu sedang dengan range 15-30, dan suhu panas dengan range 30 45, pada kondisi kelembaban dengan range kering 0 50 dan lembab 0 - 95 sedangkan pada kondisi Sensor LDR yaitu terang dengan range nilai ADC pada LDR sebesar 0 - 500 dan kondisi gelap pada range 500 1024. Nilai ouput defuzzifikasi yang didapat adalah [0 10] dimana 0 dengan kondisi OFF dan 10 dengan kondisi output hitup selama 10 menit.Kata kunci: Burung Walet, Fuzzy , DHT 11, LDR

Abstract

J2 Kopi Takengon sebagai unit usaha di bawah CV Bali Bangkit, masih menghadapi kendala karena proses penjualan bubuk kopi dilakukan secara manual melalui aplikasi WhatsApp, sehingga jangkauan pasar terbatas dan pelayanan kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem e-commerce berbasis web dengan fitur rekomendasi produk menggunakan metode Content-Based Filtering (CBF). Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan model Rapid Application Development (RAD) melalui tahapan perencanaan kebutuhan, desain, konstruksi, dan implementasi. Sistem rekomendasi dibangun melalui tahapan data collection, text preprocessing, pembobotan kata menggunakan TF-IDF, perhitungan kemiripan dengan cosine similarity, serta penyajian hasil melalui Top-N Recommendation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varian Natural menjadi rekomendasi utama dengan skor kemiripan tertinggi, diikuti oleh Wine, sedangkan Full Wash, Semi Wash, dan Honey tetap relevan sebagai rekomendasi alternatif. Sistem ini berkontribusi dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan daya saing usaha, serta menghadirkan pengalaman belanja online yang lebih personal dan interaktif.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of science and technology significantly impacts various aspects of life, including business operations. Technology plays a vital role in providing information and simplifying human tasks, addressing challenges faced by growing companies, particularly in managing sales fluctuations. Factors such as market competition, product quality, and consumer interest are critical for evaluating and improving sales strategies. UD. Sinar Sejahtera Medan, a food processing industry specializing in banana chips, faces challenges such as fluctuating raw material supply, impacting production and sales. To address this, a prediction system for raw material demand was developed, leveraging the C4.5 algorithm. The C4.5 algorithm was selected for its ability to generate decision trees from historical data, providing interpretable results and high accuracy in forecasting categorical outcomes. By analyzing past trends in raw material availability and usage, the algorithm predicts future supply needs, optimizing production planning and supporting sustainable business operations. This study's findings are expected to align with previous research, offering insights for better production and sales management.

Abstract

Student satisfaction is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of educational services in Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, an analytical method capable of accurately identifying the factors that influence student satisfaction is needed. This study aims to analyze the satisfaction levels of male and female students at Pesantren Darul Ulum Mambaul Huda using the C4.5 algorithm. The C4.5 algorithm is used to build a classification model by calculating entropy and information gain to identify the most influential attributes affecting satisfaction levels. The data used in this research were collected through questionnaires that included several assessment variables, including teaching quality, facilities, services, and discipline. The analysis process consisted of several stages, including data cleaning, calculating entropy and information gain, constructing the decision tree, and evaluating the model’s performance using a confusion matrix. The results show that the C4.5 algorithm achieves high classification accuracy and identifies that teaching quality and boarding school facilities are the most influential factors. Thus, the C4.5 algorithm can serve as an effective tool for boarding school management to improve the quality of educational services and the learning environment for students.

Abstract

Oyen Petshop faces stock management inaccuracies because sales records are still kept manually, while demand patterns are highly fluctuating and difficult to predict, often leading to overstock or stockouts that harm the business. The purpose of this study is to develop a Fuzzy Time Series–Markov Chain (FTS-MC) model to forecast pet food sales at Oyen Petshop and implement it in the form of a website. The research method applies FTS-MC to construct fuzzy intervals, generate FLR/FLRG, calculate transition probabilities, and produce forecasts based on dry-food sales data from April 2024 to March 2025. The results show that the FTS-MC model achieves a MAPE of 8.92%, with forecasted values that follow actual fluctuations and indicate a stable demand trend of 206–224 units for the next seven periods. Black Box Testing confirms that all web-based system functions operate correctly and all test scenarios pass, ensuring the system is ready for operational use. The findings indicate that the system enables more precise stock estimation, supports the establishment of safe reorder limits, and allows procurement decisions to be made faster and more consistently without manual calculations.

Abstract

Abstract: Cancer is a non-communicable disease characterized by the presence of abnormal tissue that is malignant. The speed of cancer growth cannot be controlled and the cancer can spread to other tissues in the patient's body. There are several types of cancer, one of which is prostate cancer. Prostate cancer usually occurs in parts of the male reproductive system that surrounds the urinary tract and usually occurs in older men, but does not rule out it will occur in younger men. One way to detect prostate cancer is by gene expression using microarray technology. Microarray technology can combine thousands of gene expressions simultaneously in one experiment. However, microarray data has very large dimensions, so a dimension reduction process is needed in microarray data with the aim of eliminating features that are less relevant and to increase the accuracy value in the microarray data classification process later. The dimension reduction process is carried out by selecting features using PCA. After the dimension reduction process is carried out, the next step is to carry out the classification process using RF. In this study, PCA was not able to improve the results of the accuracy of the RF classification as expected because RF without reduction has provided the best accuracy of 95.23%. This is due to the nature of RF, namely the more trees that are built, the higher the resulting accuracy results, while the nature of PCA is to reduce or reduce the number of matrices by reflecting the original data to the new data matrix. Keyword: Microarray, Reduction, PCA, RF Abstrak: Kanker merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang ditandai adanya jaringan abnormal bersifat ganas. Kecepatan dari pertumbuhan kanker tidak dapat dikendalikan dan kanker dapat menyebar ke jaringan lain pada tubuh penderita. Ada beberapa jenis penyakit kanker salah satunya yaitu kanker prostat. Kanker prostat biasanya terjadi pada bagian sistem reproduksi pria yang mengelilingi saluran kemih dan biasanya terjadi pada pria lanjut usia, tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan akan terjadi pada pria yang berusia lebih muda. Adapun salah satu cara mendeteksi kanker prostat dengan ekspresi gen menggunakan teknologi microarray. Teknologi microarray dapat memantau ribuan ekpresi gen secara bersamaan dalam satu percobaan. Namun, pada data microarray memiliki dimensi yang sangat besar sehingga diperlukannya proses reduksi dimensi pada data microarray dengan tujuan untuk menghilangkan fitur yang kurang relevan dan untuk meningkatkan nilai akurasi pada proses klasifikasi data microarray nantinya. Proses reduksi dimensi dilakukan dengan menyeleksi fitur menggunakan PCA. Setelah proses reduksi dimensi telah dilakukan, langkah selanjutnya melakukan proses klasifikasi dengan menggunakan RF. Pada penelitian ini, PCA tidak mampu meningkatkan hasil akurasi dari klasifikasi RF seperti yang diharapkan karena RF tanpa reduksi telah memberikan akurasi terbaik sebesar 95,23%. Hal ini dikarenakan sifat dari RF yaitu semakin banyak pohon (tree) yang dibangun, maka akan semakin tinggi hasil akurasi yang dihasilkan, sedangkan sifat dari PCA yaitu mereduksi atau mengurangi jumlah matriks dengan mencerminkan data asli ke matriks data baru. Abstract

The development of digital technology and increased internet access have driven changes in adolescent social behavior, including increased involvement in online gambling activities, not only in urban areas but also in rural areas. This study aims to identify the factors that influence adolescent involvement in online gambling and to measure the level of influence of each factor using a machine learning-based classification approach. The research was conducted in Payageli Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, involving 507 adolescent respondents who were surveyed using a questionnaire containing 23 questions. The data obtained was analyzed using the Naive Bayes algorithm with data preprocessing, categorical attribute coding, and data division into training and test data with a ratio of 80:20. The results showed that the dominant factors influencing adolescent involvement in online gambling included peer influence, intensity of exposure to online gambling advertisements, online gaming habits, low positive leisure activities, and lack of parental supervision. The classification model built produced an accuracy rate of 98%, with high precision and recall values in each class. These findings indicate that the Naive Bayes algorithm is effective in identifying adolescents at risk of engaging in online gambling and has the potential to be used as a basis for developing data-driven prevention strategies at the village level.

Abstract

Medical record management at Puskesmas is one of the important aspects in efficient health services. However, the manual system that is still widely used often causes various problems such as recording errors, and the slow process of making medical decisions. this study aims to design and build a web-based medical record information system that can facilitate digital patient data management. This system is also equipped with the application of the K-Means algorithm to categorize the types of diseases suffered by patients. The patient's disease will be categorized into 3 categories, namely very severe, severe, and not severe by the system. The system development method used is the waterfall method and Unified Modeling Language tools and the system development process using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With this information system, it is hoped that it can facilitate medical record officers in recapitulating patient data and providing good service.

Abstract

Peningkatan konsumsi energi listrik rumah tangga dan minimnya informasi konsumsi secara real-time menyebabkan penggunaan listrik yang tidak efisien serta berpotensi menimbulkan risiko keselamatan instalasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem pemantauan dan pengendalian energi listrik yang cerdas, adaptif, dan dapat diakses dari jarak jauh. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan sistem Internet of Things (IoT) untuk monitoring dan kontrol energi listrik rumah tangga menggunakan algoritma Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Akuisisi data tegangan, arus, dan daya dilakukan secara real-time menggunakan sensor PZEM-004T yang terintegrasi dengan mikrokontroler ESP32. Data dianalisis menggunakan logika Fuzzy Tsukamoto untuk menentukan kondisi beban listrik, kemudian sistem secara otomatis mengendalikan relay sebagai mekanisme proteksi. Sistem dilengkapi dengan platform Blynk untuk pemantauan dan kontrol jarak jauh. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengukur parameter listrik dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi, ditandai dengan deviasi kesalahan pengukuran tegangan, arus, dan daya di bawah 5% dibandingkan alat ukur referensi. Sistem juga mampu mendeteksi kondisi beban tidak normal dan melakukan pemutusan suplai listrik secara otomatis dan manual. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan algoritma Fuzzy Tsukamoto sebagai sistem pengambilan keputusan adaptif dalam monitoring dan kontrol energi listrik rumah tangga berbasis IoT, yang tidak hanya meningkatkan keamanan instalasi listrik, tetapi juga mendukung efisiensi energi dan pencegahan kerusakan perangkat listrik.
