Abstract

The increasing human needs to follow human needs as well as the lack of employment opportunities make some people do the theft mode. Some of them are by borrowing a car rental, but in certain cases the borrower does not return the car or it can be called as running away or stealing with borrowed mode. Therefore, the author wants to make a tool that can monitor the car remotely using a microcontroller, where the MPU-6050 sensor will be used to determine the status of the car when it is on, off, and running. The Ublox Neo6M GPS module will also be used to track the car's location. The output to be received will be sent through the intermediary of the 800L SIM module. In this study using the Mamdani fuzzy method because this method is suitable for use in most real-time problems such as making decisions to look for engine vibrations in cars that change and are less certain. In this study, the average percentage difference between the MPU-6050 sensors is 6.722%. With this fuzzy logic method, a mathematical framework is obtained that is used to represent uncertainty, ambiguity, imprecision, lack of information and partial truth. Abstract

Currently, South Korean culture is very popular with many Indonesians, and the rapid development of Korean culture in Indonesia is currently very widespread and very popular. Many Indonesians even learn Korean to keep up with current trends, but due to the different structure of the language, learning Korean becomes more difficult for most people. The dictionary is an effective guide for translating foreign languages/terms. Conceptually, dictionaries are arranged alphabetically, along with explanations of definitions, uses or translations. This is also required for Indonesian to Hangul Korean translation. Many Indonesian-Korean dictionaries are currently published in printed form, but it is still difficult to use because users have to look up the meanings manually. We need practical and effective new media such as smartphone media. There are many algorithmic methods that can be used to create dictionary applications, one of which is using the Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) algorithm. With this algorithm, every text to be translated is checked for word search and then a match is found with the appropriate word from the desired word. In this study, the final results of the study found differences in the use of the word hangul in formal and informal forms. In this study, the authors tested the application of the algorithm on an Android-based Indonesian-Korean dictionary application.

Abstract

South Tapanuli is an area known for its extensive salak farming. Salak farming in the South Tapanuli area is one of the economic sources of the people in the South Tapanuli area. The South Tapanuli Regional Agriculture Office is an agency engaged in various fields of agriculture, in its annual activity it records the results of salak agricultural production. Salak agricultural production results that are obtained often experience changes, so we need a system to make predictions, the goal is to find out the yield of salak farming. With the application of the SVM (Support Vector Machine) algorithm, it has been successfully carried out with a total of 28 data on salak agricultural yields in the South Tapanuli Region year 2019 - 2020. The error rate obtained from the RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) in making the prediction model is 1,49 while the accuracy level is 44%

Abstract

The increasing use of information technology to support human work in various activities related to computers as a medium, so security and privacy issues are a very important aspect of information systems for data, messages and information. Encryption is the best way to protect information and device data. This research aims to produce a chat application using ElGamal Algorithm in text message security. The method used to encrypt the original text message that will be processed by the system so that the encrypted message results appear in the database not in the form of the original text or original message. Where the encryption process goes through many initial processes, namely the generation of keys represented by various numbers, then enter the encryption stage with the process using the public key for the encryption process. For the next stage, namely the decryption stage of the message encryption results so that it can be seen and read by the recipient. The results of this research are: Group Chat that is able to apply the Elgamal cryptographic algorithm in securing communication in the process of inputting messages to the database and displaying messages from the database to the application interface.

Abstract

Palm oil and its derivative products are a source of foreign exchange for this country, because efforts are needed to maintain and develop the sustainability of palm oil as a potential natural resource. The company carries out statistical analysis on the factors inhibiting the previous month's harvest with a correction value of 5% – 12%. However, this kind of analysis still produces inaccurate prediction results, this is because the calculation process still involves estimation techniques from personal experience, looking at previous production patterns and other determining factors such as land area, principal amount and planting age. As a result, prediction targets often experience errors and production results are excessive or less than the target. Therefore, better predictive calculations are needed in determining palm oil production targets. Accurate predictions can help companies make decisions to increase production output. To carry out forecasting, it is necessary to apply the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm which can be used to predict palm oil prices in the future. Based on the results of data mining calculations using palm oil FFB prices from 2018 to 2023 (May 2023), it was concluded that the prediction of palm oil FFB prices in the 67th month (July 2023) had an accuracy level of 10,667 with k=3 and 19,200 with k=5.

Abstract

It is known that the preparation of subject scheduling at SMP Negeri 1 Deli Tua has gone through a process that is less efficient and effective due to several long procedures such as dividing study hours, adjusting teaching hours, and allowing for similarities in teaching hours or clashes between teaching hours. A genetic algorithm is an optimization technique whose working method imitates the process of evolution and changes in genetic structure in living things. The research aims to apply genetic algorithms to the subject scheduling system at SMP Negeri 1 Delitua. Research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Deli Tua. This research has used a genetic algorithm using the roulette wheel method and a GUI (Graphic User Interface) created with PHP and MySQL. The research results show that the application of genetic algorithms in scheduling systems can make scheduling more accurate and in a shorter time, with a mutation probability of 3.6 = 4 genes

Abstract

Abstract: The process to detect the degree of ripeness carried out manually and traditionally leads to a lack of quality in sorting fruit between ripe and unripe fruit. So this becomes a problem how to recognize the fruit so that it suits its condition. Therefore, to determine the accuracy of the maturity level of noni fruit using the GLCM and KNN algorithms using noni fruit image samples that are converted into grayscale images. The final stage in pattern recognition is classification for the determination of an image object whether it belongs to a particular class or not. The classification method used in classifying noni fruit plants is KNN. The characteristic extraction process in noni fruit images using the GLCM algorithm with the aim of determining the maturity level of noni fruit. Then, a process of classifying the maturity level of noni fruit was carried out using the KNN method in order to obtain information about the maturity level of noni fruit designed using matlab and phyton In the maturity classification of noni fruit has an accuracy value of 67% research using the GLCM and KNN methods In the maturity classification of noni fruit has an accuracy value of 67% in the input value neighborliness K=5 and K=7, accuracy of 58% on input neighborliness values K=1, K=3 and K=9. Keywords: noni fruit, GLCM, KNN Abstrak: Proses untuk mendeteksi tingkat kematangan yang dilakukan secara manual dan tradisional menyebabkan kurangnya kualitas dalam memilah buah antara buah matang dan tidak matang. Sehingga ini menjadi sebuah masalah bagaimana mengenali buah tersebut sehingga sesuai dengan kondisinya. Maka dari itu untuk mengetahui hasil akurasi dari tingkat kematangan buah mengkudu dengan memakai algoritma GLCM dan KNN dengan memakai sampel gambar buah mengkudu yang diubah menjadi citra grayscale. Tahap terakhir dalam pengenalan pola adalah klasifikasi untuk penentuan suatu objek citra apakah masuk dalam kelas tertentu atau tidak. Metode klasifikasi yang digunakan dalam pengklasifikasian tanaman buah mengkudu yaitu KNN. Proses ekstraksi ciri pada citra buah mengkudu dengan menggunakan algoritma GLCM dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan buah mengkudu. Kemudian, dilakukan proses klasifikasi tingkat kematangan buah mengkudu menggunakan metode KNN agar mendapatkan informasi mengenai tingkat kematangan buah mengkudu yang dirancang menggunakan matlab dan phyton Pada klasifikasi kematangan buah mengkudu memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar 67% penelitian menggunakan metode GLCM dan KNN Pada klasifikasi kematangan buah mengkudu memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar 67% pada masukan nilai ketetanggaan K=5 dan K=7, akurasi sebesar 58% pada masukan nilai ketetanggaaan K=1, K=3 dan K=9. Kata kunci: buah mengkudu, GLCM, KNN

Abstract

Suhu dan kelembapan udara lingkungan ruangan sangat berpengaruh pada efektivitas kegiatan. Berada di dalam ruangan yang begitu panas atau terlalu lembap dapat menurunkan kemampuan fisik tubuh sedangkan pada lingkungan yang terlalu dingin akan menyebabkan hilangnya fleksibilitas terhadap alat-alat motorik tubuh yang disebabkan dari timbulnya kekakuan fisik tubuh. Menurut keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia nomor 1405/Menkes/SK/XI/2002 mengenai Persyaratan Kesehatan Lingkungan Kerja Perkantoran dan Industri, bahwa persyaratan udara ruangan yang baik memiliki range suhu berkisar 18°C – 28°C dan kelembapan udara 40% – 60%. Apabila suhu udara di atas 28°C maka diperlukan alat penata udara.  Untuk mengetahui suhu dan kelembapan udara, penelitian ini melakukan pengembangan sistem kontrol logika fuzzy tsukamoto yang terintegrasi dengan mikrokontroler NodeMcu Esp8266 sebagai pengendali yang memiliki dua parameter input yaitu suhu udara dan humidity yang didapat dari hasil deteksi sensor DHT 11 berupa  prototype alat pengatur temperatur terhadap suhu dan kelembapan udara. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto dalam prototype alat pengatur temperatur ruang kerja  dan  mengetahui prinsip kerja prototype alat pengatur temperatur ruang kerja pada rumah menggunakan logika Fuzzy Tsukamoto berbasis IoT.  Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, hasil defuzzifikasi berpengaruh pada suhu dan absolute humidity, dimana jika inferensi fuzzifikasi lambat maka hasil defuzzifikasi bernilai 1513 sampai 1717, jika inferensi fuzzifikasi sedang maka hasil defuzzifikasi bernilai 1717 sampai 1921 dan jika inferensi fuzzifikasi cepat maka hasil defuzzifikasi bernilai 1921 sampai 2125. Dari hasil defuzzifikasi maka prototype alat akan bekerja cepat jika hasil defuzzifikasi diatas nilai sedang, bekerja sedang jika hasil defuzzifikasi memenuhi nilai sedang, dan akan bekerja lambat jika hasil defuzzifikasi dibawah nilai sedang.

Abstract

Citra adalah gambaran, kemiripan atau tiruan dari suatu objek. Meskipun citra atau gambar kaya akan informasi, citra yang dimiliki seringkali mengalami penurunan kualitas, misalnya mengandung cacat atau noise. Noise pada citra dapat dihilangkan dengan teknik filtering. Teknik filtering yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Harmonic Mean Filter dan Geometric Mean Filter untuk mereduksi citra yang terkena Gaussian Noise. Gaussian noise juga disebut white noise karena semua frekuensi spektralnya adalah cahaya putih. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan menggunakan kedua algoritma filtering tersebut untuk menguji citra uji grayscale yang ditambahkan dengan kontras, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dilihat dari perhitungan manual maupun menggunakan sistem yang dirancang menggunakan software MATLAB R2015a algoritma Harmonic Mean Filter terbukti lebih efektif dalam mereduksi noise gaussian daripada Geometric Mean Filter. Hasil tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai MSE dan PSNR yang dihasilkan melalui hitungan manual dan serta nilai Runtime pada pengujian sistem.

Abstract

Sistem kelistrikan sangat berperan penting pada peternakan ayam, terutama untuk pemanasan dan penerangan serta pendingin pada kendang Days Old Chicken (DOC). Suhu lingkungan merupakan salah satu faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi performa ayam. Suhu yang ideal berkisar antara 30-34°C. Pada permasalahan ini peneliti menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno untuk melakukan pengendalian suhu menggunakan pemanas berupa lampu dan pendingin berupa kipas dc agar suhu menjadi stabil. Metode pada sistem pengaturan suhu menguunakan Logika fuzzy mamdani sebagai pemberi keputusan yang meyerupai manusia. Rancangan ini memliki tingkat ketepatan sebesar 99,62% yang didapat dari hasil pengujian.
