This research develops a decision support system using the Rule-Based Decision Support System (RB-DSS) method to enhance transparency and communication between the school and parents of students at SMK Bandung 1 Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang. The research methodology involves data collection through literature reviews, interviews, and direct field observations. The collected data is analyzed and processed using the RB-DSS algorithm. The criteria included in the decision support system encompass academic grades, attendance, school fee payments, and environmental development. The study demonstrates that the RB-DSS decision support system can deliver more precise and effective results, significantly improving transparency and communication between the school and parents within the school environment. This enhanced communication fosters a collaborative atmosphere, ensuring that parents are well-informed and actively engaged in their children's educational progress

The pharmaceutical installation as one of the hospital service locations is an inseparable part of the hospital health service system which is oriented towards patient service, including pharmaceutical services needed by patients such as consumable medical equipment that is affordable for all levels of society and the provision of quality medicines. The problem that arises is the uncertain number of patients and the medicines needed by each patient are different and often the supply of medicines that are currently needed by the community is empty, while medicines that are less needed are in abundant stock. Mistakes in ordering medicines can cause shortages or excesses of medicine stock. They tend to only use estimates of the amount of remaining stock without any special methods being used. Even hospital pharmacies tend to buy too many medicines because of uncertain demand and fear of shortages. A method that can help in predicting the amount needed for medicines is by applying the fuzzy Tsukamoto method. The prediction process begins with testing drug data in 2022 to predict the amount needed for medicines in 2023 before finally the drug data for 2023 is used to predict the amount needed in 2024.The prediction process will use drug sales data in the form of the amount of inventory, the amount needed and remaining stock to build a prediction model that projects the amount of drug need in the year 2023. This approach will involve analyzing historical data and applying the Tsukamoto method to produce predictions of the amount needed for all drugs in the following year.

Sedikitnya pengetahuan dan minimnya pola pelestarian juga pengetahuan tentang Bahasa Batak Toba di Indonesia menyebabkan bahasa tersebut kurang terjaga kelestarianya terutama bagi para kalangan muda yang terus mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Hal tersebut dikarenakan proses globalisasi dan urbanisasi yang berpotensi memicu terjadinya asimilasi dan akulturasi budaya, terutama didaerah perkotaan. Keadaan tersebut memicu terbentuknya bahasa baru (bahasa gaul) yang lebih disukai terutama oleh kalangan pemuda yang tanpa disadari hal tersebut membuat kita kehilangan identitas sebagai masyarakat yang memiliki suku dan adat istiadat masing – masing dan munculnya sekolah nasional dan internasional yang mewajibkan siswa untuk berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa asing. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pola pembelajaran yang lebih efektif agar Bahasa Batak Toba tetap terjaga kelestariannya. Salah satunya dengan membuat aplikasi penerjemah dari Bahasa Batak Toba ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan algoritma Boyer Moore Berbasis Android. Sistem yang dibuat memiliki 100 kosa kata Batak Toba yang nantinya dapat diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa indonesia. Aplikasi ini juga dibuat sebagai salah satu penyebaran dan pengenalan Bahasa Batak Toba ke masyarakat luar sehingga Bahasa Batak Toba akan tetap terjaga kelestariannya karena aplikasi penerjemah ini mampu menerjemahkan dari Bahasa Batak Toba ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia atau sebaliknya dengan baik yang didasari acuan kamus Batak Toba-Indonesia yang berlaku.

This study focuses on the development of an information system specifically designed to address issues related to service disruption complaints frequently encountered by customers of PT Integra Kreasitama Solusindo. In an era marked by significant advancements in information technology, it is imperative for service companies to ensure that their customers can easily and efficiently report any disruptions they experience. This research includes comprehensive system design steps, encompassing the creation of an intuitive user interface, the development of a well-structured database, and the modeling of the overall system workflow. The primary objective of the developed information system is to facilitate the reporting of complaints, allow customers to monitor the progress of their complaints, and enable the support team to provide prompt and relevant responses. A rigorous testing methodology was employed during the development phase to ensure the system's performance and reliability. Evaluation results demonstrate that the system significantly optimizes the efficiency of managing service disruption complaints, resulting in faster response times. Additionally, the system enhances the overall management of customer service. This research underscores the importance of leveraging information technology to improve customer service quality, thereby positioning PT Integra Kreasitama Solusindo as a competitive entity in the digital era. The findings of this research are expected to offer valuable insights for other companies facing similar challenges in managing customer complaints

The rapid progress of technology and information is making the challenges of the past become a tantalizing reality of the fourth industrial revolution. Rapid technological progress is marked by major developments in all aspects of life, such as economics, education, health, social and cultural. In the economic world, increasingly sophisticated technological developments will help the work of business actors and force them to innovate and be creative in improving the quality, capacity and products produced. With the vast lobster market, lobster demand experiences a sharp increase every year along with an increase in prices which will provide profits for fishermen in Simeulue. Therefore, predictions of lobster sales are quite important for fishermen in Semeulue to predict lobster sales that will be marketed abroad and domestically the following day, so that fishermen can estimate the lobster seeds or lobster catch needed optimally. In the prediction process The sales data obtained is in the form of a sales history report from 2017 to 2022, then the data obtained will be calculated using the adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) to then obtain sales prediction results for the following year. And using MAPE calculations with the results of lobster sales training data calculations, the accuracy yields above 99% with a value of 0.0000168031. Therefore, this research will discuss predictions of lobster sales using the adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) in Simeulue Regency.

The development of technology demands Computer Science graduates to have interdisciplinary knowledge and skills. Traditional curricula are less adaptive in addressing the dynamic industry needs and focus on developing soft skills. This article discusses the design of an interdisciplinary curriculum based on KKNI for Computer Science programs with a focus on soft computing and intelligent systems. This curriculum design integrates knowledge and skills from various disciplines, with an emphasis on the development of soft skills. The curriculum structure is divided into two tracks: the Mandatory Track focusing on the fundamental foundations of Computer Science and soft skills, and the Elective Track focusing on deepening interests and talents in the field of soft computing and intelligent systems, such as Artificial Neural Networks, Microcontrollers, Data Mining, Embedded Systems, Fuzzy Logic, and Computer Vision. This research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model. Data are collected through surveys, interviews, and document analysis. It is expected that this curriculum design will produce Computer Science graduates with comprehensive, adaptive knowledge and skills, ready for the digital era workforce, particularly in the field of soft computing and intelligent systems.

Provinsi Sumatera Utara merupakan daerah dengan topografi yang berbeda-beda di tiap kabupatennya dimana terdiri dari dataran tinggi, dataran rendah, pegunungan dan pantai. Dengan keadaan seperti itu sering terjadi bencana alam salah satunya angin puting beliung. Masalah yang terjadi adalah bagaimana mengetahui daerah yang rawan angin puting beliung agar mengurangi kerugian dan korban jiwa. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui daerah yang rawan angin puting beliung adalah dengan menggunakan teknik data mining. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah algoritma k-means clustering. Algoritma k-means clustering dapat mengelompokkan data yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama menjadi satu kelompok dan data yang memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dikelompokkan menjadi kelompok lainnya. Data yang digunakan yaitu parameter angin puting beliung dari 33 kabupaten/kota dan 181 column data. Hasilnya diperoleh cluster 0 atau daerah dengan potensial rawan bencana angin puting beliung rendah sebanyak 19 daerah dan cluster 1 atau daerah dengan potensial rawan bencana angin puting beliung tinggi sebanyak 14 daerah.
