Abstract

Pregnant women experience physical and psychological changes that can cause discomfort. Physical changes experienced by pregnant women include changes in blood volume, abdominal enlargement, breast enlargement, skin changes to become darker, changes in the respiratory tract so that the mother feels short of breath, hormonal changes and the digestive tract that cause nausea and vomiting and constipation. Efforts that can be made are to provide health education on preventing or treating back pain in pregnant women, one of which is pregnancy gymnastics, including transverse exercises, pelvic floor exercises, and general stretching. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding to pregnant women about the changes that occur, so that pregnant women do not experience unexpected problems. This community service activity was carried out at the Labuapi Health Center, which was attended by 26 people. The results of this community service were an increase in mothers' knowledge about physical changes by 90%, thereby reducing the occurrence of unexpected problems. Conclusion With knowledge about physical changes, pregnant women can take steps to control or minimize their negative impacts. Counseling can help pregnant women overcome physical discomfort that often occurs, such as back pain or leg cramps, by using various relaxation techniques or pregnancy gymnastics. By understanding the various physical changes, pregnant women can prepare themselves mentally and physically for the labor process, including knowing the signs of labor and how to deal with pain during labor.

Abstract

Inkes Yarsi Mataram is one of the private health universities in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) province that attracts teenagers from both inside and outside Lombok island. Adolescents who are away from parental supervision are more likely to have risky dating behaviour than students who live with their parents. From the results of research conducted in March 2024 on Inkes Yarsi Mataram students, it showed concerns about negative dating behaviour. Based on these problems, community service activities are needed in the form of counseling which includes pretesting adolescents' knowledge and attitudes, providing education through counseling and discussion about toxic relationships in adolescents conducted for two meetings, and ending with a post-test evaluation. After the counselling was carried out during April-May 2025, it was found that there was an increase in students' knowledge and attitudes after being given counselling on toxic teenage relationships. There needs to be a continuation of service by strengthening Islamic material as a form of implementation of Inkes Yarsi Mataram's goal of producing health workers who are morally good.

Abstract

Anemia has a significant impact on maternal health, growth, and fetal development during pregnancy. These nutritional problems can be prevented by increasing food consumption containing protein and iron. One form of local wisdom used as an alternative is the use of Moringa oleifera leaves and Clarias sp. (catfish). This study aims to determine the effect of giving catfish nuggets mixed with Moringa oleifera leaf flour on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia. The design used in this study was experimental, with a one-group pre-post test design. This study consisted of a treatment group that received catfish nuggets and Moringa oleifera leaves and continued to take Fe tablets. The treatment group received nuggets for 30 days, once a day in the afternoon, and then the control group was given Fe tablets. The subjects in this study were 32 pregnant women who experienced anemia. This study was conducted from August 21 to September 20, 2024, at the Sesele Public Health Center in Lombok Barat regency. The results of the study showed that the p-value was smaller than the significance level of 5% (0.05), namely 0.000<0.05, catfish nuggets and Moringa oleifera leaves significantly affect the increase in hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. This study concludes that catfish nuggets and Moringa oleifera leaves can increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. Therefore, consuming catfish nuggets and Moringa oleifera leaves regularly can cure anemia.

Abstract

Low back pain is common in pregnancy with varying reported incidences. Low back pain is back pain that occurs in the lumbosacral region. In general, back pain that occurs in pregnant women is influenced by several factors, namely changes in body posture during pregnancy, low back pain usually increases with parity. The risk of back pain in pregnancy is increased in women who have previously had back pain and are overweight. National guidelines recommend that healthy pregnant women should do light physical exercise every day. Most women reduce physical activity during pregnancy and only a few studies have found that pregnant women are physically active during pregnancy.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Pregnancy Exercises on Back Pain in Pregnant Women. The method in this study is a literature review, which tries to explore how the effect. The results in this study indicate that the results of 8 previous studies indicate that there is a significant effect of Pregnancy Exercises on Back Pain in Pregnant Women. The conclusion in this study is that of Pregnancy Exercises can reduce Back Pain in Pregnant Women. Pregnancy exercise or exercise can provide benefits to maintain and improve the physical health of pregnant women, improve blood circulation, reduce complaints of cramps or aches, and prepare for breathing, muscle and pelvic activity to face the labor process. Pregnancy exercise has very important benefits for pregnant women.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of husband's support to anemia status in pregnancy at Sengkol Health Center, Central Lombok Regency. This research method is a cross sectional observational study. It was conducted in March-April 2018 with an anemia random sampling population of 59 respondents, data analysis using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis using chi square. the results showed that there was a relationship between husband's support and anemia status, most respondents did not support moderate anemia 19 (63.3%), the results of the analysis using chi-square obtained p-value 0.002 due to p-value <? (0.05) . Husband's support from the family can encourage pregnant women to be more enthusiastic in facing the changes that occur during pregnancy, including maintaining the health of their pregnancy through increased pregnancy visits and consumption of iron tablets. In conclusion, there is a relationship between husband's support for anemia status in pregnant women in Sengkol Health Center, Central Lombok District

Abstract

The condition in which the mother works is one of the conditions that inhibits breastfeeding. In order for women to work, they can still provide breast milk, so milking and storage are needed. The storage process can preserve breast milk for some time. The existence of a long treatment of breast milk storage is suspected to cause physical changes and chemical composition. Based on several research results, it can be concluded that the duration of breast milk storage both in the refrigerator and freezer will affect the amount of fat and protein content in breast milk. The cause of fat damage is divided into three groups, namely damage due to oxidation, the presence of enzymes, and fat hydrolysis reaction. Changes in protein levels of breast milk during storage may be caused by the process of proteolysis and protein denaturation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to research pregnant woman research on anemia with pregnant women using substance tablets at the Sengkol Health Center, Central Lombok District. This research method is an observational study using a cross sectional study, using a questionnaire conducted in March-April 2019 as pregnant women with anemia, samples taken with simple random sampling from 30 respondents, data analysis using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis using chi square. The results of this study were obtained by respondents who had the highest knowledge from mothers who knew about anemia, 27 respondents (90%), and those who did not know about anemia were 3 respondents (10%). Respondents who used tablets using substances were 23 respondents (76.7%), and those who used iron were 7 respondents (23.3%). the results of the analysis using chi-square obtained a relationship associated with the level of knowledge of pregnant women in consuming p-value tablets <? (0.05). Where the value of p = 0.009 because the value of p < ? (0.05). The conclusion is the relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women about anemia with the contribution of pregnant substance tablets at the Sengkol Health Center.

Abstract

Angka kejadian kanker di indonesia menduduki peringkat ke 8 tertinggi di asia tenggara dengan angka 136/100.000 penduduk. Pasien dengan kanker dengan gejala nyeri berat lebih bergantung pada bantuan orang lain serta kebutuhan spiritualnya jauh lebih tinggi daripada penderita kanker yang mempunyai gejala yang lebih ringan. Spiritualitas dipandang sebagai salah satu aspek penting sebagai implementasi pendekatan holistik terkait perawatan pasien dengan kanker. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi kebutuhan spiritualitas pasien dengan kanker ginekologi. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitain ini adalah semua pasien kanker ginekologi periode bulan Juli-Agustus 2019 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan metode Consecutive sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis univariate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usia responden adalah 43, 96 tahun dengan rentang usia 22-63 tahun. Pendidikan responden yang paling banyak adalah pendidikan dasar (n = 38%). Jenis kanker yang diderita responden diantaranya adalah kanker serviks (n = 54%), kanker ovarium (n = 33 %) dan kanker payudara (n = 13%). Nilai rata-rata lamanya responden terdiagnosis penyakit adalah 16,85 bulan dan responden terbanyak berasal dari suku sasak (n = 56%). Kebutuhan tertinggi spiritual responden adalah kebutuhan religius Sholat 5 waktu, lebih dari setengah responden menyatakan sholat 5 waktu merupakan kebutuhan spiritual yang sangat dibutuhkan. Rumah sakit beserta tenaga kesehatan sebaiknya menyediakan lingkungan yang memadai untuk memfasilitasi kebutuhan spiritual pasien kanker ginekologi diantaranya sholat 5 waktu kegiatan keagamaan serta fasilitas untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Anemia merupakan kondisi ibu hamil dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) dalam darah kurang dari 11 g/dl. Presentase anemia pada ibu hamil di NTB tahun 2022 diestimasikan sebesar 1,481 di Kabupaten Lombok Barat, 1,248 di Kabupaten Lombok Timur, 1,129 di Kota Mataram, 1,034 Tingginya angka  anemia disebabkan oleh rendahnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran akan bahaya anemia. Pencegahan dan pengendalian anemia gizi besi melalui pendekatan nonfarmakologis  dengan  memperbaiki  pola  makan dan  mengonsumsi  makanan kaya  zat besi dan zat gizi seperti jambu biji merah yang diolah menjadi jus jambu yang mengandung Fe yang membantu meningkatkan penyerapan  zat  besi  dalam  tubuh dan membantu meningkatkan  kadar Hb.Tujuan:Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kandungan zat besi pada jus jambu biji merah sebagai penanganan anemia ibu hamil.Metode: Pembuatan dan identifikasi zat besi pada jus jambu dilakukan dengan 2 tahapan. Pembuatan pertama, daun pembuatan jus jambu biji dengan di blender dan di saring. Tahap kedua Identifikasi zat besi dengan  pembuatan larutan induk Fe dengan di encerkan  larutan satandar Fe 1000mg/L sebanyak 10 ml kedalam labu ukur dengan menggunakan metode KSCN 2M.Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dalam 100 ml jus jambu merah mengandung Fe yang di tandai dengan terbentuknya larutan warna merah dengan kadar fe 0,25%.  Sehingga jus jambu merah bisa dikonsumsi ibu hamil anemia sebagai salah satu penangaan anemia.Kesimpulan:  Dalam 100 grm Jus jambu merah yang dibuat dengan cara diblender terdapat kandungan zat besi yang berperan dalam meningkatkan kadar Hb ibu hamil anemia. Oleh karena itu, disarankan bagi ibu hamil untuk tetap mengkonsumsi jus jambu merah untuk meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia. Kata Kunci: Anemia, ibu hamil, Jambu biji merah. ABSTRACT Background: Anemia is a condition of pregnant women with hemoglobin (Hb) levels in the blood less than 11 g / dl. The first manufacture, leaves make guava juice with in a blender and filtered. The second stage is identification of iron by making Fe mother solution by diluting 1000mg/L Fe satandar solution as much as 10 ml into a measuring flask using the KSCN 2M method.Results: Based on the results of the study, in 100 ml of red guava juice contains Fe which is characterized by the formation of a red color solution with a fe content of 0.25%.  So that red guava juice can be consumed by anemic pregnant women as one of the treatments for anemiaConclusion: In 100 grams of red guava juice made by blending there is iron content which plays a role in increasing Hb levels of anemic pregnant women. Therefore, it is recommended for pregnant women to keep consuming red guava juice to increase hemoglobin levels of pregnant women who have anemia. Keywords: Anemia, pregnant women, Red guava.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: IDENTIFIKASI KANDUNGAN VITAMIN C DALAM JUS JAMBU MERAH (Psidium guajava L) UNTUK MENGATASI ANEMIA PADA IBU HAMIL Latar Belakang: Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia WHO (Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia) 40% melaporkan kematian ibu di negara berkembang berhubungan dengan anemia pada kehamilan. Prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil adalah 33-75% di negara berkembang. Kekurangan zat besi adalah penyebab umum anemia. Penyerapan zat besi dapat dicapai dengan memperbanyak kandungan makanan yang mengandung vitamin C seperti pada sayur dan buah salah satunya buah jambu biji merah.Tujuan: identifikasi kandungan vitamin C pada jus psidium guajava l untuk pengobatan anemia pada ibu hamilMetode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, penelitian ini hanya didasarkan pada fakta-fakta positif yang diperoleh di lapangan penelitian. Data berupa angka-angka yang telah dirumuskan digunakan sebagai informasi yang akurat dalam penelitian. Pembuatan dan identifikasi zat besi pada jus jambu biji dilakukan dalam 2 tahap. Pembuatan pertama, daun jambu biji dibuat jus dengan di blender dan disaring. Tahap kedua adalah identifikasi vitamin C dengan titrasi.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jus jambu biji merah mengandung vitamin C yang ditunjukkan dari hasil uji laboratorium terbentuk larutan berwarna coklat kemerahan.Kesimpulan: Identifikasi vitamin C pada sampel 100 ml jus jambu biji merah untuk mengatasi anemia pada ibu hamil. Diketahui sampel jus jambu biji merah mengandung 13,4% vitamin C.Saran ibu hamil dapat menggunakan jus jambu biji merah dapat meningkatkan hemoglobin karena mengandung FE dan vitamin C Kata Kunci : Anemia, ibu hamil, Jambu biji merah, vitamin C                                                                                          ABSTRACT                          Background: World Health Organization WHO (WHO) 40% of maternal deaths in developing countries are related to anemia in pregnancy. It was found that the sample of red guava juice contained 13.4% vitamin C.
