Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) pangan memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian, namun masih banyak menghadapi permasalahan pada aspek proses produksi dan pengendalian kualitas yang berdampak pada ketidakkonsistenan mutu produk. Permasalahan tersebut juga dialami oleh UMKM Bakpia Wong Keraton yang menjalankan proses produksi secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan variasi produk dari segi bentuk, rasa, dan tingkat kematangan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kapasitas sumber daya manusia UMKM dalam menerapkan proses produksi dan pengendalian kualitas guna menjaga konsistensi mutu produk bakpia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan metode partisipatif dan edukatif melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, edukasi, serta pendampingan penerapan pengendalian kualitas sederhana berbasis prinsip Statistical Process Control (SPC) dan Cara Produksi Pangan yang Baik untuk Industri Rumah Tangga (CPPB-IRT). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa Bakpia Wong Keraton telah memiliki alur produksi yang cukup sistematis meskipun masih bersifat manual, serta menerapkan pengendalian kualitas berbasis pengawasan visual dan sensorik. Edukasi dan pendampingan yang dilakukan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman mitra mengenai pentingnya standarisasi proses, konsistensi takaran bahan, dan pengawasan mutu pada setiap tahapan produksi. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong komitmen UMKM untuk menjaga kualitas produk secara berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa penerapan manajemen produksi dan pengendalian kualitas yang sederhana, aplikatif, dan sesuai karakteristik UMKM mampu mendukung konsistensi mutu produk serta meningkatkan daya saing usaha. Disarankan agar UMKM terus menerapkan pencatatan dan pengendalian kualitas secara konsisten sebagai upaya keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

The teacher's job is to educate and teach students. Teaching and learning activities are certainly not easy. Unachieved learning is caused by many factors including less than optimal teacher delivery, unacceptable learning methods, less fun learning models, so students become bored and learning motivation decreases. Of course there is a special way for teachers to deal with this problem which is better known as Classroom Action Research (CAR), but the teacher's lack of knowledge in writing and compiling this PTK so that teachers rarely use PTK on the grounds that it is difficult and cannot do it. For this reason, the purpose of this community service is to assist teachers in writing PTK using the Mendeley application, which teachers generally do not know, for Middle and High School Al-Qur'an an-Nawawiy Sooko Mojokerto teachers. The method used in this activity is in the form of training through lectures, question and answer and discussion as well as direct practice. The expected result of this service is that teachers for each subject can submit PTK articles in National Journals with ISSNs, with a maximum target time of 1 (one) month from carrying out the service and mentoring

Abstract

Human resource stability is a key pillar in maintaining operational continuity in engineering companies that demand high precision. The purpose of this study is to disseminate and analyse the influence of job insecurity and toxic leadership on employee turnover intention at PT. Gajah Mada Teknik Mojokerto. The very high employee desire to move jobs challenges the stability of engineering company operations. This study was conducted quantitatively using an associative approach. This study involved all employees of PT Gajah Mada Teknik Mojokerto, yielding a saturated sample of 100 respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires tested with a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression in SPSS. The results of the study indicate that, to some extent, Toxic Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Likewise, Job Insecurity has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on predicting employee turnover intention with a coefficient of determination of 36.1%. This finding implies that the management of PT. Gajah Mada Teknik needs to improve its managerial leadership style and ensure job security to reduce employee turnover. This study suggests that the management of PT. Gajah Mada Teknik Mojokerto must implement a holistic approach to reduce employee turnover. Improvements include reforming its management culture and ensuring job security through contract transparency. To create a healthy work environment and improve talent retention and long-term organisational productivity, the company must implement more humanistic and supportive leadership training.

Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) in general have an important role in the world of education. Meanwhile, PPDB is often carried out online in many regions to simplify the process and increase transparency. The education Management Information System (SIM) can help parents of students in finding information related to New Student Admissions (PPDB). SIM can also provide other benefits for parents, such as making it easier to monitor children's absences, making it easier to monitor children's grades, and getting information provided by the school. The aim of this research is to review previous research that examined school SIMs, as well as developing school SIMs to increase PPDB. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which is a systematic research method for collecting, critically evaluating, integrating, and presenting findings from various research studies about research questions or topics of interest.
