Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Competence, Conflict Management and Work Stress on Employee Performance at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Konawe Regency. The Influence of Competence on Employee Performance at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Konawe Regency. The Influence of Work Stress on Employee Performance of the South Konawe Regency Regional Revenue Agency Office. This study used quantitative research with the object of the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Konawe Regency. The population and sample in this study used a saturated sample of 35 employees at the South Konawe Regency Regional Revenue Agency Office. The results of this study show that Competence, Conflict Management, and Work Stress have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at the South Konawe Regency Regional Revenue Agency Office. Competence has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Konawe Regency. Conflict Management has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at the Regional Revenue Agency Office of Konawe Regency Selatan. Work Stress has a negative and significant influence on Employee Performance at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Konawe Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze (1) The influence of human resource development on the competence of employees of the South Konawe Regency Regional Inspectorate; The determination of the number of samples in this study is by using the census method, namely the number of samples taken from the total population of 60 employees excluding leaders. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on the competence of employees at the Regional Inspectorate of South Konawe Regency; (2) Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Inspectorate of South Konawe Regency; (3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Regional Inspectorate of South Konawe Regency; and (4) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee competence at the South Konawe Regency Regional Inspectorate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of superior-subordinate relationship, work discipline, and career development on employee performance at the Wenggeduku Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. The sample in this study consisted of all employees at the Wenggeduku Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency, totaling 31 individuals. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Superior-subordinate relationship, work discipline, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that improving the superior-subordinate relationship, work discipline, and career development will enhance employee performance at the Wenggeduku Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. (2) Superior-subordinate relationship has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Supervision of Sailing Approval Letters in Ensuring Safety and Security of Sailing at the Office of Class I Port Operator Unit in Molawe. The research method used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The researcher used source triangulation to check the validity of the research data. Data analysis in this study used three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of supervision of sailing approval letters in ensuring safety and security of sailing at the Office of Class I Port Operator Unit in Molawe is already good. This can be seen from the requests from owners, agents, or ship captains, mutual declaration (statements of the ship captain), crew lists, cargo manifests, valid ship documents, payment of non-tax state revenue (PNBP), and issuance of sailing approval letters have been effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of individual characteristics, conflict management, and work commitment on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. The sample in this study consisted of all employees at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency, totaling 38 individuals. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Individual characteristics, conflict management, and work commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. (2) Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. (3) Conflict management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. (4) Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Public Service Motivation terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun melalui Komitmen Organisasi, di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara Public Service Motivation dengan Komitmen Organisasi, serta pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Public Service Motivation memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, yang mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi pelayanan publik menjadi pendorong utama peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Public Service Motivation juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, di mana motivasi yang tinggi mendorong pegawai memiliki keterikatan emosional, tanggung jawab moral, dan kesadaran terhadap keberlanjutan kontribusi mereka kepada organisasi. Selain itu, Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Pegawai yang memiliki komitmen organisasi yang tinggi menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih baik dengan menjaga kualitas kerja dan mencapai target organisasi. Terakhir, Komitmen Organisasi berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara Public Service Motivation dan Kinerja Pegawai, menunjukkan bahwa motivasi pelayanan publik yang tinggi diperkuat dengan keterikatan terhadap organisasi untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya motivasi pelayanan publik dan komitmen organisasi dalam mendukung kinerja pegawai yang maksimal.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual dan perbedaan generasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Bank Indonesia Sulawesi Tenggara Kebaruan– Penelitian ini menghadirkan kebaruan dengan memadukan strategi konsinyasi dan etika bisnis Islami dalam konteks pegawai Kantor Bank Sulawesi Tenggara merupakan kombinasi yang jarang dibahas secara terpadu dalam literatur sebelumnya. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan analisis PLS-SEM. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual secara signifikan memengaruhi peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Peningkatan penerapan kepemimpinan spiritual searah dengan peningkatan kinerja pegawai dikarenakan pegawai memiliki anggapan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual merupakan perpaduan nilai karakter, sikap dan perilaku yang melekat pada sisi kepemimpinan setiap pegawai. Perbedaan generasi juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Interaksi positif antargenerasi di antara pegawai berkontribusi pada pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik, kreativitas yang lebih tinggi, dan kolaborasi tim yang lebih produktif, yang secara keseluruhan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Keterbatasan dan Implikasi – Penelitian ini terbatas pada kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Bank Indonesia (BI) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara., sehingga hasilnya belum dapat digeneralisasi secara luas. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi implementasi kepemimpinan spiritual dan kolaborasi antar generasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di kantor Bank Indonesia Sulawesi Tenggara.

Abstract

This study investigates and analyzes work discipline and organizational effectiveness at the Kendari Office of the National Search and Rescue Agency of Indonesia (BASARNAS). Work discipline and effectiveness are critical factors in ensuring optimal employee performance, particularly in emergency response operations. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, employing a qualitative descriptive methodology. A descriptive approach in data analysis was used to clarify employees' levels of discipline and job efficiency. The findings reveal that work discipline at the BASARNAS Kendari Office has been well implemented, adhering to established work standards and regulations. Employees demonstrate a high level of commitment and compliance, contributing to maintaining operational efficiency. Furthermore, employee effectiveness is considered relatively high, as personnel are able to perform their duties efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives. Based on these results, work discipline and effectiveness at the BASARNAS Kendari Office are generally well maintained, supporting smooth operations and high levels of performance. To further enhance outcomes, it is recommended that continuous training and performance evaluations be conducted to strengthen discipline and improve efficiency in emergency response operations. These findings suggest that maintaining strict discipline and closely monitoring work effectiveness are essential for optimizing organizational performance in high-risk environments.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, the impact of work motivation on job satisfaction, and the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between motivation and performance among civil servants working at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah, DPRD) of Konawe Regency, Indonesia. A total of 53 employees participated as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The Partial Least Squares (PLS) method was used to test the hypotheses, complemented by qualitative analysis to deepen understanding of the findings. Results indicate a strong correlation between motivation, job satisfaction, and performance, suggesting that increased motivation and satisfaction lead to better employee outcomes. However, intrinsic motivation alone is insufficient; external support, such as effective managerial practices, is needed to enhance performance. The findings underscore the significant mediating role of job satisfaction in the link between motivation and performance. Based on these insights, the study recommends that the DPRD Secretariat and related government institutions adopt targeted interventions to improve employee engagement and performance.

Abstract

Pelayanan di bidang kesehatan merupakan salah satu bentuk pelayanan yang paling banyak dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem tata kelola manajemen sumber daya manusia pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Konawe Kepulauan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber untuk mengecek keabsahan data penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga komponen yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem tata kelola manajemen sumber daya manusia pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Konawe Kepulauan sudah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dilihat dari regulasi, fasilitas, proses, evaluasi dan monitoring yang telah berjalan dengan baik. Kesimpulan menunjukan bahwa sistem ini berjalan efektif, rumah sakit telah mematuhi pedoman dari Kementerian Kesehatan RI dan instansi terkait, menunjukkan komitmen pada standar operasional.
