Abstract

Sexual violence and bullying are increasingly found in educational environments, including in Vocational High Schools (SMK). These issues have significant impacts on students’ mental health, safety, and academic performance. This study aims to identify the forms of sexual violence and bullying occurring in SMK, analyze the factors that contribute to these cases, and evaluate the prevention and intervention efforts implemented by the school. The research employs a quantitative method, distributing questionnaires to SMK students and conducting limited interviews with Guidance and Counseling teachers. The results show that verbal bullying, social bullying, and non-physical sexual harassment are the most common cases. The primary factors contributing to these incidents include weak school supervision and students’ limited literacy regarding behavioral boundaries related to sexual violence. Many students also refrain from reporting incidents due to fear, shame, or the perception that they will not receive support from their surroundings. These findings emphasize the necessity for schools to strengthen character education programs, improve teachers’ capacity for early detection and case handling, and enforce strict anti-violence policies. It is expected that this study can serve as a foundation for developing preventive strategies to create a safe, inclusive, and violence-free environment at SMK Negeri 1 Selo.

Abstract

The rapidly evolving digital era has brought significant changes, particularly in enhancing the knowledge, creativity, and digital entrepreneurship skills of students at SMK Negeri 1 Nogosari through digital graphic design outreach and training. This outreach program aims to enhance the entrepreneurial competencies of SMK Negeri 1 Nogosari students through intensive digital graphic design training using the Canva application. Digital entrepreneurship is the practice of building and running a business whose operations rely primarily on digital technology. Its spectrum is broad, encompassing everything from e-commerce and mobile applications to social media, cloud computing, and big data analysis. The outreach activities at SMK Negeri 1 Nogosari utilized a program implementation method that included a participatory approach through material delivery (interactive lectures), hands-on practice using easily accessible graphic design applications (such as Canva), and interactive discussions. Abstract

Maintaining cleanliness and preserving the environment is an obligation for everyone in this world, to keep our lives safe from diseases and disasters caused by human actions. However, in reality, many people still do not maintain cleanliness and do not preserve the environment. One way to maintain cleanliness and preserve the environment is through recycling or utilizing waste to create new products. The purpose of this community service is to remind and educate the students of SMK N 1 Musuk so that they are always attentive and sensitive to their surroundings, as well as able to use items or waste that are no longer needed to create new products with practical value. This community service uses a socialization method, which involves providing materials and practical assignments to the students of SMK N 1 Musuk. This socialization was conducted in class XI AKL 1. The result of this community service is that the students of SMK N 1 Musuk have a better understanding of how to utilize waste and trash around them into products or items that have new utility value. The students of SMK N 1 Musuk can also express their creative ideas through waste utilization, one example being making frames from cardboard and decorating them with waste. In addition, this socialization can also increase students' awareness to maintain school cleanliness and preserve the surrounding environment to help reduce pollution around us.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of growth failure in children caused by malnutrition. One sign of stunting is a child's height that is not appropriate for their age. The number of stunting cases in Indonesia is the highest compared to lower-middle-income countries, with Indonesia ranking 5th in the world for the highest number of stunting cases. Education on stunting prevention is urgently needed, especially for pregnant women and mothers with toddlers. This community service aims to increase understanding of stunting and how to prevent it among the people of Kunden Village, Banyudono District. The method we used was qualitative through educational delivery through socialization and the provision of nutritious food. Based on the data we obtained after conducting the survey, five children were identified as stunted. During the implementation phase, we participated in integrated health service post (Posyandu) activities by checking the children's weight and height. This was followed by a socialization phase and concluded with the provision of nutritious food in the form of mung bean porridge. This activity was able to have a positive impact on the participants. A significant positive impact for the participants was a change in their attitudes toward the importance of understanding the nutritional value of food and providing appropriate parenting practices to prevent their children from experiencing stunted growth, also known as stunting.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation, and workload partially and simultaneously on employee performance at Mitrho Egg Quail Boyolali. The population of this study amounted to 56 people. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling, because the existing population is used as a research sample. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and observation. Data analysis techniques used quantitative techniques using validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, multiple linear analysis, t-test, and f-test. Research results: 1) Testing states that leadership style has no effect on employee performance, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, this is evidenced by the sig value of 0.061 > 0.05. 2) The test states that compensation has no effect on employee performance, then Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected, this is evidenced by the sig value of 0.498 > 0.05. 3) Testing states that workload has a significant effect on employee performance, then Ho is rejected Ha is accepted, this is evidenced by a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. 4) The test states that leadership style, compensation, and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, this is evidenced by a sig value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Instagram social media ads, product variants and service quality affect purchasing decisions at Amanda Brownies Boyolali branch. The population in this study was consumers who were Amanda Brownies Boyolali branch. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 97 respondents. The research method used is quantitative method. Testing of data instruments is carried out with validity tests and reality tests, for data analysis used normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heterokedasticity tests, and hypothesis tests to find out whether the variables have a significant relationship. The results of the study partially show that the advertising variable with the value of sig. 0.822 > 0.05 which means insignificant. While the variable product variant with sig value. 0.071 > 0.05 which means insignificant and quality of service with S value. 0.000 < 0.05 which means significant. The results of the study with the calculation of the F-test obtained the sig value. (0.000) < 0.05 which means that advertising variables, product variants and service quality simultaneously influence purchasing decision variables. Based on the calculation of the Adjusted Rsquare value, it shows that advertising variables, product variants and service quality together are able to explain service decision variables with a value of 0.504 or 50.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of citizen satisfaction in the relationship between service quality and institutional trust toward service usage intentions at the Public Service Mall (MPP) of Boyolali Regency. It addresses a notable research gap by positioning trust as a critical psychological antecedent to satisfaction, a dimension frequently overlooked in extant literature that heavily emphasizes technical performance metrics. Employing a quantitative research design, data were gathered from 200 respondents who actively utilized the integrated services. Hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the structural paths. The empirical results demonstrate that both service quality and trust exert a positive and significant influence on citizen satisfaction. Furthermore, citizen satisfaction functions as a robust mediator that significantly drives the behavioral intention to reuse government services in an integrated environment. Practically, these findings suggest that regional governments must transition from mere administrative efficiency toward relationship-based governance to sustain long-term public service innovations.

Abstract

The International Community Service Seminar on the Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for students of SMA Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Kotabarat Surakarta was conducted to enhance digital literacy and provide practical understanding of AI utilization in daily life and learning activities. The program aimed to introduce basic concepts of artificial intelligence, its functions, benefits, and challenges in modern education. Through presentations, interactive discussions, and quizzes, participants were exposed to real-life applications of AI such as digital assistants, personalized learning systems, and time management tools. The seminar involved participants from Indonesia and Malaysia, creating a cross-cultural learning environment that enriched the discussion. Both students and teachers gained improved understanding of how AI can support adaptive and effective learning processes. The activity highlighted the importance of responsible technology use in education. Integrating AI into learning environments was found to improve creativity, efficiency, and engagement among participants while also supporting teachers in administrative and instructional tasks.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem reward, kepuasan, dan kesejahtteraan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Boyolali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 36 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian uji hiopotesis atau uji (t) menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yaitu sebesar 0,027 < 0,05, sementara reward dan kesejahteraan tidak berpengaruh yaitu sebesar 0,883 0,05 dan 0,650 > 0<05. Uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 0,109 jika di hitung dengan rumus determinasi maka hasil yang di dapatkan 0,109 x 100% = 10,9% bahwa independen dalam mempengaruhi variable dependen sebesar 10,9%. The simultaneous test shows that the three independent variables together have a significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows 0.109, if calculated using the determination formula, the result obtained is 0.109 x 100% = 10.9%, that is, the independent influence on the dependent variable is 10.9%. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, kompensasi, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Tara Konveksi Ngemplak, Boyolali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 40 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian uji hiopotesis atau uji (t) menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 0,018 < 0,05, dan 0,006 < 0,05. Sementara beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,129 0,05. Uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 0,452 jika di hitung dengan rumus determinasi maka hasil yang di dapatkan 0,452 x 100% = 45,2%. bahwa variabel independen mampu menjelaskan sekitar 45,2% variabilitas dalam kompetensi. Ketiga variabel ini hendaknya dilakukan peningkatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang optimal. Kata Kunci : komunikasi, kompensasi, dan beban kerja. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of communication, compensation and workload on the performance of CV employees. Tara Ngemplak Convection, Boyolali. The research method used was quantitative by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 26. The results of the hypothesis test or (t) test show that communication (X1) and compensation (X2) have a significant influence on employee performance, namely 0.018 < 0.05, and 0.006 < 0.05. Meanwhile, workload does not have a significant effect, namely 0.129 > 0.05. The simultaneous test shows that the three independent variables together have a significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows 0.452. If calculated using the determination formula, the result obtained is 0.452 x 100% = 45.2%. that the independent variables are able to explain around 45.2% of the variability in competence. These three variables should be improved so that they can increase optimal employee performance. Keywords: communication, compensation, and workload.
