Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 saat ini banyak sekali menyebabkan tuntutan kemajuan pada Teknologi, penyebab dari kemajuan teknologi saat ini yang sangat luar biasa, terutama pada bidang pendidikan, Pendidikan diwajibkan agar bisa untuk mengintegrasikan Teknologi saat ini yang sangat berkembang agar meningkatkan pada perkembangan standar mutu Pendidikan, E-Votting adalah suatu metode pengumpulan suara dan juga perhitungan suara yang saat ini banyak dilakukan pada pemilihan-pemilihan umum, khususnya pada bidang Pendidikan di Sekolah, pemilihan Ketua OSIS dapat berlangsung lebih efektif. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan suatu sistem E-Votting berbasis Web yang bisa membantu pihak Sekolah dalam proses pemiliha ketua osis yang lebih efektif serta cenderung terhindar dari suatu kecurangan yang tidak diinginkan dan Pendataan hasil pemilihan akan menghemat waktu. Manajemen database juga akan lebih efisien dan sangat meminimalisir penggunaan kertas.

Abstract

The Health Department is an integral part of the government structure with broad responsibilities for managing various aspects of health, including daily medical services activities that contribute to maintaining a healthy nutritional balance, reflected in good quality processed foods. Therefore, there is a need for grouping and classifying processed foods. The problem addressed in this research is the difficulty faced by the Palembang Health Department in determining the classification of processed food products. Hence, the researcher employed the Naive Bayes method and RapidMiner Software as supporting software tools in this study. The study found that in Accuracy testing, both RapidMiner and manual Naive Bayes calculations yielded the same result of 94.52% for the positive class: Plant-based. In Precision testing, there was a difference between RapidMiner and manual Naive Bayes calculations, with RapidMiner yielding a higher result of 93.22% for the positive class: Plant-based, while manual Naive Bayes calculation obtained a value of 78%. Similar values were also obtained in Recall testing, where both RapidMiner and manual Naive Bayes calculations yielded the same result of 100% for the positive class: Plant-based. In F1 Score testing, both RapidMiner and manual Naive Bayes calculations yielded the same result of 100%. In RapidMiner's Area Under The Curve (AUC) testing, the result obtained was 0.973 (positive class: Plant-based), and the high accuracy of the ROC/AUC curve indicates "Excellent Classification", suggesting that the use of plant-based food materials dominates over the use of animal-based food materials. It is hoped that the results of this research can assist the Health Department in classifying food processing categories. Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi (TI) telah memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sistem tata kelola, khususnya dalam peningkatan layanan publik dan transparansi administrasi. Namun, masih banyak daerah pedesaan di Indonesia, termasuk Desa Teluk Payo di Kabupaten Banyuasin, yang belum memanfaatkan TI secara maksimal karena belum adanya dokumen perencanaan yang terstruktur dan strategis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada perangkat desa dalam menyusun Rencana Strategis Teknologi Informasi (RPTKI) yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi Desa Teluk Payo. Metode yang digunakan meliputi lokakarya partisipatif, wawancara pemangku kepentingan, dan sesi pendampingan untuk memastikan bahwa proses perencanaan selaras dengan tujuan pembangunan desa. Hasil dari program ini adalah selesainya satu dokumen resmi RPTKI Desa Teluk Payo. Dokumen ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan praktis untuk melaksanakan inisiatif berbasis teknologi secara berkelanjutan dan berorientasi pada tujuan, sehingga mendukung transformasi digital pemerintah desa.

Abstract

Digital marketing merupakan sistem penjualan yang memanfaatkan media online untuk mengembangkan bisnis. Digital marketing menjadi media promosi dan transaksi yang banyak digunakan saat ini, karena dapat memberi keuntungan bagi pembeli dan penjual. Digital marketing dapat berupa aplikasi bisnis dengan platform seperti Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Whatsapp, Instagram dan LINE. Peluang ini dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan bisnis penjualan kain tenun songket di desa Burai. Penjualan berbasis online dapat memutuskan mata rantai penjualan, sehingga harga suatu barang dapat dibeli dengan lebih murah. Selain itu biaya membangun digital marketing yang murah, jangkauan promosi yang lebih luas menjadi kelebihan. Pelaksanaan PKM ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan tentang digital marketing bagi pengerajin kain tenun songket di desa Burai. Hasil dari penilaian pretest dan posttest menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang digital marketing bagi peserta pelatihan. Tim PKM juga membimbing pengerajin kain tenun songket untuk membuat aplikasi Facebook ads dan Intagram. Pelatihan membangun digital marketing ini dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan masyarakat di desa Burai yang berupya melestarikan budaya dengan mempertahankan usaha kain tenun songket kain kebanggaan Uong Kito

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan menuntut guru untuk memiliki kompetensi teknologi yang adaptif, khususnya dalam memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk pembelajaran. Namun, masih banyak guru SMA yang belum cara memanfaatkan AI, khususnya ChatGPT, sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran interaktif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan AI dan ChatGPT dalam proses belajar mengajar. Metode kegiatan meliputi ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung oleh peserta. Sebanyak 30 guru dari SMA Negeri 2 Banyuasin 1 mengikuti pelatihan ini. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta yang signifikan, dengan rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 56,3 dan peningkatan posttest menjadi 87,8. Selain itu, sebanyak 90% peserta mampu memproduksi perangkat ajar berbasis ChatGPT secara mandiri. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru dan dapat menjadi model pelatihan selanjutnya untuk mendukung penerapan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di sekolah

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that remains a national priority issue in Indonesia. According to the 2022 Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI), the national stunting prevalence reached 21.6%, with a target reduction to 14% by 2024. Accurate prediction of stunting risk remains a challenge, particularly in regions like Palembang City, which exhibit diverse socio-economic conditions and complex anthropometric characteristics. This study develops a hybrid machine learning model for stunting risk prediction by integrating classification algorithms with a Genetic Algorithm (GA) for feature selection. The hybrid approach aims to enhance predictive accuracy and efficiency based on numerical and socio-economic data. A total of 6,000 samples were used, and after preprocessing (trimming, winsorization, normalization, and SMOTE), 5,366 clean data samples were obtained. Four classification algorithms were tested: Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Random Forest, and XGBoost. The best performance was achieved by the XGBoost model, with an accuracy of 84.08%, recall of 93%, and F1-score of 0.91 for the majority class. By integrating the Genetic Algorithm, optimal accuracy reached 95.34% in the third generation of feature selection. This study contributes a hybrid machine learning-based predictive framework that can be adopted by local health institutions for more targeted early detection of stunting risk.

Abstract

This study evaluates the performance of the New Student Portal at Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (UIGM) Palembang from the students’ perspective. The respondents include 295 active students from the Faculty of Computer Science who have used the portal for at least one semester. A quantitative approach was used with Probability Sampling. Data were analyzed using path analysis with SmartPLS 4.0, based on the USE Questionnaire, which includes indicators of Usefulness, Ease of Learning, Ease of Use, and Satisfaction. Results show that usability scored 84.25%, information quality 84.45%, and service quality 81.33%, all of which significantly and positively influence user satisfaction. The study also offers recommendations to improve the portal’s quality and serve as a reference for future research.

Abstract

The myIM3 application is a digital service designed to facilitate users in purchasing data packages, topping up credit, and checking quotas. Among students at Universitas Indo Global Mandiri Palembang, this application is used to support daily telecommunication needs. However, several issues are frequently reported, such as inconsistent application stability, slow service speeds, suboptimal user experiences with certain features, and delays in processing data package payments. These shortcomings can impact user satisfaction and the application's reputation. This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the myIM3 application among students using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) approach. Data were collected through surveys using a questionnaire based on the UTAUT model, covering four main variables: Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions. The data were analyzed quantitatively with the aid of statistical software. The findings identify factors affecting student satisfaction and provide recommendations for improving the application to better meet user needs.This research is expected to serve as a reference for the myIM3 application developers to enhance service quality and user satisfaction, particularly among students.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has created significant opportunities to enhance efficiency and modernization, including in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. MusiCraft, an MSME in Palembang, is engaged in woven crafts and food products, but faces various operational challenges, including manual sales methods, traditional transaction recording, and limited product promotion. This study aims to design and develop a web-based sales information system to address these challenges. Through this system, customers can easily access product information, make purchases, and utilize modern payment methods. For business operators, the system offers features for stock management, automatic transaction recording, and a customer loyalty program that rewards customers. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method with a prototype approach, involving users to ensure the system meets their needs. The study results indicate that the web-based information system enhances operational efficiency, expands market reach, and strengthens MusiCraft’s competitiveness in the digital era. The implementation of this system is expected to support MSME sustainability and provide a better shopping experience for customers.

Abstract

Poverty in South Sumatera remains a complex challenge influenced by socioeconomic factors. Traditional methods often fail to capture nonlinear relationships critical for accurate prediction. This study enhances poverty prediction by optimizing feature engineering using 32-variable socioeconomic data from South Sumatra for the years 2019 to 2023. Data preprocessing included cleaning, imputation, normalization, and outlier handling. Feature aggregation created composite indices: Education Index (P1, P2, P3), Health Index (AH1–AH4), Economic Index (IE, GR, AI, EG), and Healthcare Workforce Index (HW1–HW9). Feature interaction derived ratios such as Income vs. Economy (AN/Education Index), Infrastructure vs. Health (road length/Healthcare Workforce Index), and Unemployment vs. Workforce (HI/AT), highlighting interdependencies. Dimensionality reduction (PCA) and Lasso Regression selected eight key predictors, including Year and Poverty Level. Among tested models, Random Forest performed best (R²=0.7244, MAE=0.2489). SHAP analysis identified Education and Economic Indices as top predictors. Optimized feature engineering improved model accuracy and interpretability, supporting targeted poverty reduction strategies in South Sumatera.
