Abstract

This workshop aims to develop understanding and skills in mitigating flood disasters through the use of an Android-based information system in Palembang City. With the increasing frequency and intensity of flooding in this city, innovative and effective solutions are needed to reduce the negative impacts caused. The methods used in this workshop include theoretical learning about flood disaster mitigation, development of an Android-based information system, as well as case studies of the implementation of similar technology in flood disaster management in other areas. Participants in this workshop were 100 (one hundred) students representing universities in the city of Palembang, involved in direct practice sessions to design, develop and test a prototype of an Android-based information system that could be used in flood disaster situations. The results of this community service are to increase understanding of the importance of technology in disaster mitigation, as well as skills in designing and using Android-based applications to assist the flood disaster mitigation process in Palembang City.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based information system for recording teacher activities and student achievements at SMK Negeri 1 Suak Tapeh. The background of this research lies in the school’s previous manual data management method using Microsoft Word and Excel, which often caused inefficiency and data loss. The objective is to create a structured and accessible system that improves the accuracy, transparency, and accountability of institutional data management. The system was developed using the Agile Scrum methodology to ensure iterative development and continuous user involvement. PHP was used as the main programming language, MySQL as the database, and Tailwind CSS for responsive interface design. The system integrates five user roles Operator, Teacher, Head of Administration, Principal, and Vice Principal each with specific access privileges according to their institutional responsibilities. Black-box testing was applied to evaluate system functionality, focusing on the accuracy of input and output processes. The results show that all system modules, including activity submission, approval workflow, achievement management, and report generation, functioned as expected and met user requirements. The system successfully replaced the manual process with a digital platform that enhances efficiency and transparency. Furthermore, it provides real-time access through responsive web design across desktop and mobile devices. Future improvements may include integrating data analytics, notification systems, and enhanced security layers to support the school’s digital transformation.

Abstract

The purpose of this training is to find out factors such as limited resources, lack of technological understanding, and regulatory uncertainty which are the main obstacles in implementing accounting information systems for MSMEs in the digital era. Training develops training programs that include a basic understanding of accounting information systems, relevant technology, as well as strategies for overcoming obstacles that may arise. The benefit of this training is to provide comprehensive understanding and practical skills to MSME owners and managers, so that they can optimize the application of accounting information systems in business operations. It is hoped that this training will help MSMEs to increase their efficiency, accuracy and resilience in facing the challenges of the digital era, as well as improve the quality of financial reporting.

Abstract

Socialization of the PKM SIA program to Bank Mandiri customers through the MBKM program provides a positive contribution in increasing customer understanding of SIA and its benefits in the banking context. Students who took part in the internship program reported an increase in their understanding of the importance of AIS in supporting sound banking decisions. Several challenges related to the effectiveness of SIA socialization through PKM were also identified, such as time constraints and varying levels of understanding among customers. Therefore, it is recommended that PKM continue to improve their outreach methods, including the use of information and communication technology, as well as holding additional training sessions to ensure that customers can make maximum use of AIS.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi dan beban kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Departemen Operasi PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin yang dapat sebanyak 102 responden dalam metode penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dan hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial kompensasi dan beban kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Para pemimpin Departemen Operasi, harus memperhatikan kompensasi dan beban kerja untuk hasil yang optimal dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kata Kunci; Kompensasi, beban kerja, Loyalitas karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja E-Government di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Palembang, dengan fokus pada implementasi Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Perizinan Online (SIPPERI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan informasi kepada masyarakat dan pelaku usaha. Metode evaluasi menggunakan Indeks Layanan Publik Elektronik sebagai Standar Benchmarking. Hasil evaluasi menghasilkan nilai indeks e-Service sebesar 3,310 dengna Predikat "Sangat Baik". Meskipun demikian, masih diperlukan perbaikan pada tiga dimensi dengan nilai terendah, yaitu interaksi (SI) dengan nilai 0,424, pelayanan (CS) dengan nilai 0,453, dan kepercayaan (T) dengan nilai 0,477. Penerapan website SIPPERI memberikan kontribusi yang positif dan evaluasi ini menjadi dasar untuk perbaikan yang mendukung pertumbuhan sektor penanaman modal dan interaksi pemerintah di Kota Palembang yang sejalan dengan Standar Benchmarking Layanan Publik.

Abstract

Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Palembang telah menerapkan pendekatan inovatif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas melalui pengenalan Platform E-Government. Untuk mendapatkan tanggapan masyarakat, sangat penting untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna terhadap Layanan Website sebagai langkah awal dalam proses perbaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai Layanan Website Disdukcapil dengan mengidentifikasi tingkat kepuasan pengguna, mengevaluasi kinerja platform, dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan guna meningkatkan efektivitas layanan. Indikator diambil dari Indeks Layanan Publik Elektronik, dengan pengujian validasi menggunakan SPSS, dan Metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kinerja aktual suatu variabel sesuai dengan harapan pengguna. Penelitian ini menghasilkan indeks layanan elektronik sebesar 3,417, menunjukkan penilaian yang sangat baik terhadap layanan E-Government. Namun, uji sampel berpasangan mengungkapkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja aktual dan harapan pengguna. Analisis ini menegaskan perlunya perbaikan layayan guna meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang dihasilkan dari analisis ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap efektivitas layanan publik elektronik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Palembang.

Abstract

Since 2022, the Indonesian government has implemented the Digital Population Identity (IKD) application, introduced by the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil). However, user satisfaction with IKD remains low. This study evaluates IKD user satisfaction using a cascading method combining the Electronic Public Service Index (ILPE) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The ILPE calculation yields a total score of 2.682. The Information Availability (I) dimension scores highest at 0.570, reflecting strong user satisfaction with data accuracy and relevance. In contrast, the Interaction (SI) dimension scores the lowest at 0.325, highlighting the need for better communication and interaction. The IPA analysis categorizes dimensions into quadrants: Quadrant 1 (Keep Up the Good Work) includes T1 (Password Security), T4 (Reputation Recognition), T5 (Clarity of Authentication Criteria), I1 (Data Accuracy), I2 (Timely Updates), R2 (Access Availability), and R3 (Response Speed), showing excellent performance. Quadrant 2 (Concentrate Here) includes E4 (Accuracy of Data Entry Instructions) and U3 (Intuitive Navigation), requiring significant improvement. Quadrant 3 (Low Priority) includes E1 (Intuitive Navigation), E3 (Personalized Experience), T2 (Authentication Clarity), U1 (Intuitive Interface), U2 (Instruction Clarity), SI1 (Social Interaction), and SI2 (Communication Ease), with lower improvement priorities. Quadrant 4 (Possibly Overrated) contains R1 (Form Download Speed), which may be overemphasized. These findings aim to guide policy refinement, enhance public service efficiency, and improve user satisfaction.

Abstract

The Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a popular problem, but until now there is no algorithm that has the same search results as brute force with a fast search time. Many algorithms have been made previously related to solving this problem with the aim of finding the shortest route through a number of nodes to finally return to the initial node. The purpose of this research is to create an algorithm that can optimize the search for the shortest route with a fast search time. The approach taken is to find the average value of the distance matrix and look for routes with links that have values below the average value. Each route that has been passed will be marked and compared so that it can facilitate the search with a shorter processing time. In this paper the best and effective routes are limited to 12 nodes. The results obtained show that the Average Score Algorithm provides a relatively stable processing time from node 4 to node 12. The proposed algorithm has a tendency of decreasing processing capacity with increasing number of nodes.
