Abstract

In order to capture the attention and interest of customers, sharia banking in Indonesia is developing extremely quickly and becoming more competitive in the delivery of financial services. In order for banks to meet the difficulties of the industrial revolution, they must create and improve methods for figuring out what elements draw in clients and foster customer loyalty. Customer loyalty may be increased through relationship marketing, a positive corporate reputation, and adherence to sharia law. The goal of this study is to ascertain if the satisfaction variable may mediate the effect of compliance on customer loyalty at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Hamparan Perak as well as the influence of compliance on customer loyalty. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, this investigation. The major information utilized in this study was collected by questionnaires utilizing a measuring scale, namely using a Likert scale. 101 participants made up the sample in this study. According to the findings of the experiments, customer loyalty is positively and insignificantly impacted by relationship marketing variables, company image, and consumer satisfaction, positively and significantly impacted by sharia compliance, and positively and significantly impacted by relationship marketing variables, company image, and sharia compliance. important for ensuring client happiness.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how biological asset accounting is treated (recognition, measurement, disclosure and presentation) at PT. Sinar Halomoan Kab. Padang Lawas. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, this method is used to view and describe the company's condition systematically. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews and documentation studies, namely annual financial report data for the 2020 period and then analyzing them so that they can provide suggestions for the future. This research was carried out at PT. Sinar Halomoan which is located in Kab. Padang Lawas, North Sumatra. The research period starts from June 2023 - July 2023. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Financial Report of PT. Sinar Halomoan is not yet in accordance with PSAK 69 regarding the Measurement, Presentation and Disclosure of Biological Assets, where the company still measures its Biological Assets using Acquisition Price so that PT. Sinar Halomoan has not disclosed profits or losses at the time of initial recognition of its biological assets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of: 1) the Sharia Marketing variable (X1) on the Savings Decision variable (Y), 2) the Religious variable (X2) on the Savings Decision variable (Y), 3) the Sharia Marketing variable (X1) and the Religious variable (X2) on the Savings Decision variable (Y). The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that: 1) the Sharia Marketing variable (X1) has a significant effect on the Savings Decision variable (Y), 2) the Religious variable (X2) does not have a significant effect on the Savings Decision variable (Y), 3) from the results of simultaneous testing on the 2 independent variables (X1 and X2) on the dependent variable (Y) has a significant effect. The conclusion is: 1) the variable of Sharia Marketing at USPPS AUSATH Blokagung can increase the decision to save, because there is an indication that customers and employees are equally concerned in paying attention and looking for alternatives to improve the quality of their savings, 2) Employees cannot prioritize religiosity as a whole because they only work, 3) Simultaneously, customers are related and influence each other, so that they can increase the decision to save.

Abstract

The millennial generation is very techno minded, where they interact using gadgets in their daily activities, so they have the potential to become muzakki, especially in online zakat payments. There are several perceptions of the millennial generation in paying zakat online, namely awareness, level of trust, transparency, accountability and income level. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand awareness, level of trust, transparency, accountability and level of income on online payments and to determine the most dominant independent variables in online zakat payments. The type of data collected was primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to the millennial generation, totaling 100 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and assisted with SPSS 20. The research results show that brand awareness and the level of trust have a positive and significant influence on online zakat payments. Transparency, accountability and income level do not have a positive and insignificant influence on online zakat payments. The most dominant variable influencing online zakat payments is the level of trust.

Abstract

Profit growth is the difference between the profits obtained by the company this year and those obtained in the previous quarter or year, whether there was an increase in profits or even vice versa. This increase in profit growth is something that all companies want to achieve. By increasing profits in a company, profits can also increase the value of the company, because profits are very important for the continuity of company operations. Financial reports are one method for measuring the increase in insurance company profits. The aim of this research is to find out how premium income, claims expenses and underwriting results influence PT Asuransi Sinar Mas's ability to increase profits. This research is quantitative in nature and uses a saturated sampling strategy to collect secondary data from financial reports on the Sinar Mas Insurance website. According to the findings from the analysis that has been carried out, premium income and underwriting results seem to show an influence on each variable on profit growth. Meanwhile, claims expenses showed absolutely no impact on profit growth. From the F test table, profit growth is simultaneously influenced by premium income, claims expenses and underwriting results.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how E-Trust and E-Service Quality influence E-Loyalty in mobile banking services, as well as the role of customer satisfaction as a variable that mediates the relationship between E-Trust, E-Service Quality, and E-Loyalty. This research was conducted as a case study on FEBI UINSU students in 2019 who used mobile banking services. The research method used was a survey by distributing questionnaires to FEBI UINSU students who had used mobile banking services. The questionnaire contains questions about their perceptions of E-Trust, E-Service Quality, customer satisfaction, and their level of E-Loyalty towards mobile banking services. The collected data is analyzed using relevant statistical techniques, such as regression analysis, path analysis, or other appropriate methods to test the relationship between the variables in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that cause the rejection of customer claims by insurance companies. Insurance is a form of protection or contract between the insured and the insurer when the insured is required to pay premiums or contributions to the insurance company, and the insurer has the full obligation to guarantee payment in the event of unexpected losses in accordance with the agreement that has been made. This research is qualitative research. This study focuses on the causes of claim rejection by insurance companies in Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance. The results of this study determine that the cause of claim rejection affects the rejection of claims at Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Effect of Asset Waqf and Cash Waqf on the Development of Community Businesses in Medan City. The type of research used by researchers is quantitative research with an associative approach. The data used is primary data using a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire with a total sample of 138 people. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 16.0 application. The results in this study state that asset waqf has a significant influence on business development with a significance value of 0.003. And cash waqf has a significant influence on business development with a significant value of 0.000. The simultaneous F test shows that the variables of asset waqf and cash waqf have a joint effect on business development with a significant value of. The magnitude of the influence of asset waqf and cash waqf on business development in the R Squere test is 59.5%, while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyse the effect of digitalisation, bank specifications, and macroeconomics on the performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2022 period. Independent variables in this study include digitalisation, bank size, capital adequacy ratio, loan-to-asset ratio, loan-to-deposit ratio, nonperforming loans, Inflation, and gross domestic product. The dependent variable is financial performance measured using Return on Assets and Return on Equity. To analyse the data, this study uses the Eviews 12 program to analyse multiple linear regression. The study's results indicate that digitalisation, bank size, capital adequacy ratio, and loan-to-deposit ratio positively and significantly affect financial performance. Meanwhile, loan-to-asset ratios and nonperforming loans negatively and significantly affect a bank's financial performance. In contrast, Inflation and gross domestic product do not affect bank financial performance.

Abstract

In Islam there are several forms of institutions that are expected to be able to support socio-economic welfare, one of which is waqf. Waqf is holding property that can be taken advantage of without being destroyed and for permissible use (not prohibited by syara) and is intended to gain the pleasure of Allah SWT. So far, people only know waqf in the form of land and buildings. While waqf in the form of money has not been well socialized. The lack of public understanding and knowledge about cash waqf has resulted in fewer people participating in cash waqf. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of attitudes, religiosity and information media on the interest of the Muslim community in cash waqf in the city of Medan. The quantitative research method uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to the Muslim community in the city of Medan, totaling 100 samples. The results of the study can be seen from the R Square value of 57% which means that attitudes, religiosity and information media have an effect of 57% on the interest in cash waqf in the city of Medan, while 43% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
