Abstract

This study examines the influence of Work-Life Balance, Burnout, and Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention among employees of CV Media Karya. The research responds to rising employee turnover by identifying key psychological factors contributing to employees’ intent to resign. Using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, data were collected from 50 employees through questionnaires rated on a 1–10 Likert scale. Analysis was conducted using SPSS, including validity, reliability, and multiple regression tests. Results show that Work-Life Balance has a negative and significant effect, while Burnout and Job Insecurity have positive and significant effects on Turnover Intention. The findings emphasize the importance of balancing work demands with personal life, reducing burnout, and ensuring job security to retain employees. Companies are encouraged to build a supportive environment to reduce turnover.
