Abstract

Dampak Stres dan Lingkungan Tempat Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kesenjangan pengetahuan tentang dampak stres dan lingkungan tempat kerja terhadap keadaan ketenagakerjaan karyawan di PT. Terminal Petikemas Pelindo Makassar. Studi saat ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel kuantitatif yang disebut pengacakan. Informasi dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan kuesioner penjangkauan kepada 59 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan berat dan pekerjaan yang dilakukan di lingkungan tertentu memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebagai hasil dari faktor-faktor ini, yang berdampak negatif pada produktivitas kerja dan menghasilkan tingkat koefisien determinasi sekitar 67%, semua variabel independen memiliki hubungan yang bermakna satu sama lain. The impacts of Stress and the Workplace Environment on Employee Performance Knowledge gaps on the impacts of stress and the workplace environment on employees' employment circumstances at PT. Pelindo Makassar Container Terminal. The current study makes use of a quantitative sampling technique called randomization. Information was gathered through observation., questionnaires, and outreach questionnaires to 59 respondents. The results of this study show that both strenuous work and work done in a particular environment have a significant effect on employee performance. As a result of these factors, which negatively impact work productivity and yield a coefficient of determination level of approximately 67%, all independent variables have meaningful connections with one another.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Instansi Pemerintahan Biro Kesejahteraan Rakyat Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 58 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Instansi Pemerintahan Biro Kesejahteraan Rakyat Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Dengan demikian, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai menunjukkan hasil dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 79%. Hal ini berarti seluruh variabel bebas memiliki hubungan yang signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Government Institution of the Bureau of Public Welfare, South Sulawesi Province. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were obtained through observations and questionnaires distributed to 58 respondents. The results of the study indicate that organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Government Institution of the Bureau of Public Welfare, South Sulawesi Province. Thus, the factors influencing employee performance show a coefficient of determination of 79%, meaning that all independent variables collectively have a significant relationship with employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis kelayakan kredit Mikro pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Daya Kantor Cabang Tamalanrea. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BRI Unit Daya memiliki prosedur yang mudah dalam prosesnya memiliki persyaratan yang sederhana terhadap calon nasabah yang ingin mengajukan kredit mikro. Dalam menganalisis kelayakan kredit mikro di BRI Unit Daya kantor cabang Tamalanrea mantri menggunakan prinsip 5C . character, capacity. capital, collateral, dan condition of economy. Adapun bentuk pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh BRI Unit daya kepada nasabah yang telah memperoleh kredit minimal sebulan pertama setelah cair atau sudah jatuh tempo. Pengawasan dilakukan dengan cara mantri berkunjung ke rumah nasabah untuk mengetahui apa kendala si nasabah sehingga tidak membayar dan memberikan wejangan kepada nasabah agar usaha yang dijalankan semakin berkembang. This study aims to examine and analyze the feasibility of microcredit at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Daya Tamalanrea Branch office. This study used a qualitative approach with the interview method.  The results of this study indicate that BRI Unit Daya has an easy procedure in the process that has simple requirements for prospective customers who wish to apply for microcredit. In analyzing the feasibility of microcredit at BRI, the Tamalanrea Mantri Branch Power Unit uses the 5C principle. Character, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition of the economy. As for the form of supervision carried out by the first month after disbursement or when it is due. Supervision is carried out using visiting the customer’s house to find out what the customer’s problems are so that he does not pay and giving advice to the customer so that the business being run is growing.

Abstract

Important components of the industrial workplace include work motivation, job satisfaction, interpersonal relationships, and non-financial rewards. The purpose of this study is to look into how various motivational factors affect leaders' and employees' communication and cooperation, as well as how non-financial incentives and interpersonal relationships affect workers' job satisfaction and work motivation in the electronics manufacturing sector. Purposive sampling was used in the study to select 91 respondents who worked for Indonesian companies that manufactured electronics. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to analyse the data that was gathered, and the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool was helpful in this process. The findings indicate that employee work motivation is significantly impacted by non-financial incentives. In other words, offering non-monetary rewards by top business executives raises worker motivation. The study's results also demonstrate that interpersonal relationships have no appreciable impact on workers' motivation for their jobs. This indicates that employees' levels of motivation at work are not directly influenced by the interpersonal relationships that exist between them and their bosses. Additionally, the study discovered that employee job satisfaction is significantly impacted by work motivation.

Abstract

Digitalization has become a major factor in increasing labor efficiency and productivity, including in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This study aims to analyze the impact of digitalization on labor productivity in the MSME sector in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through a survey of MSME actors who have adopted digital technology, such as the use of e-commerce, social media, digital financial applications, and business management software. The results of the study show that digitalization has a positive and significant impact on labor productivity, especially in terms of operational efficiency, increasing market access, and financial management. However, challenges such as limited access to technology, lack of digital skills, and implementation costs are still obstacles for some MSMEs. Therefore, support is needed from the government and related parties in the form of training, access to financing, and better technology infrastructure so that digital transformation can be optimized in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in Makassar City.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas Kelompok Tani Hutan Mangrove Monro Monro dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing untuk mempromosikan potensi ekowisata pesisir berbasis mangrove. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya kemampuan pemasaran digital dan belum optimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam promosi wisata. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memperkuat soft skill dan hard skill anggota KTH dalam manajemen promosi digital, pembuatan konten, dan branding ekowisata. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta keberlanjutan program dengan melibatkan 15 anggota kelompok tani hutan mangrove. Teknologi yang diterapkan mencakup Sistem Informasi Mangrove berbasis Website, SEO & Digital Marketing Tools, Media Sosial Instagram, Reservasi Online berbasis WhatsApp Business, serta Software Monitoring Pengunjung berbasis Kamera. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis SWOT dan GAP. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menilai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dalam pelaksanaan program, sedangkan analisis GAP bertujuan mengidentifikasi kesenjangan antara kondisi kemampuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Penggunaan kedua metode ini untuk menilai efektivitas kegiatan serta mengukur peningkatan keterampilan (soft skill dan hard skill) anggota kelompok secara komprehensif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan soft skill sebesar 75%, hard skill sebesar 70%, serta nilai ekonomis kelompok meningkat 55% melalui peningkatan kunjungan wisata dan penjualan produk olahan mangrove.Abstract: This community service program aims to increase the capacity of the Monro Monro Mangrove Forest Farmers Group in utilizing digital marketing to promote the potential of mangrove-based coastal ecotourism. The main problems faced by partners are low digital marketing capabilities and the suboptimal use of technology in tourism promotion. The objective of this activity is to strengthen the soft skills and hard skills of KTH members in digital promotion management, content creation, and ecotourism branding. The implementation method includes socialization, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability by involving 15 members of the mangrove forest farmer group. The technologies implemented include a website-based Mangrove Information System, SEO & Digital Marketing Tools, Instagram Social Media, WhatsApp Business-based Online Reservations, and Camera-based Visitor Monitoring Software. The evaluation was conducted using a qualitative approach through SWOT and GAP analysis. The SWOT analysis is used to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in program implementation, while the GAP analysis aims to identify gaps between the condition of participants' abilities before and after training. The use of these two methods is to assess the effectiveness of the activity and measure the improvement of group members' skills (soft skills and hard skills) comprehensively. The results showed an increase in soft skills of 75%, hard skills of 70%, and the group's economic value increased by 55% through increased tourist visits and sales of processed mangrove products.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penggunaan teknologi dalam pertanian terus berkembang untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Kelompok Tani Aroma Arabika adalah keterbatasan dalam memantau kondisi tanaman kopi secara efisien di lahan yang luas. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mengenalkan dan menerapkan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) yang terintegrasi dengan drone untuk pemantauan tanaman kopi, meningkatkan keterampilan (hardskill) mitra dalam pengoperasian drone dan sistem AI serta softskill dalam pengelolaan data, analisis informasi, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan bersama Kelompok Tani Kopi Jenetallasa yang beranggotakan 23 orang dan berdomisili di Desa Jenetallasa, Kabupaten Jeneponto, melalui beberapa tahapan: sosialisasi program, pelatihan penggunaan drone dan sistem AI, implementasi teknologi di lapangan, pendampingan intensif, evaluasi, serta penyusunan rencana keberlanjutan program. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan observasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan analisis SWOT dan analisis GAP. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan anggota kelompok, yaitu 78% peningkatan softskill dan hardskill, serta peningkatan efisiensi pemantauan lahan yang berdampak pada kenaikan nilai ekonomis hingga 35%. Program ini mendorong petani untuk lebih adaptif terhadap teknologi dan membuka peluang pengembangan pertanian berbasis digital.Abstract: The use of technology in agriculture continues to evolve to increase productivity and efficiency. One of the challenges faced by the Aroma Arabica Farmers Group is the limited ability to efficiently monitor coffee crop conditions across large areas. The purpose of this community service is to introduce and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology integrated with drones for coffee crop monitoring, while simultaneously improving partners' hard skills in operating drones and AI systems, as well as soft skills in data management, information analysis, and technology-based decision-making. This activity was carried out with the Jenetallasa Coffee Farmers Group, which has 23 members and is domiciled in Jenetallasa Village, Jeneponto Regency, through several stages: program socialization, training on drone and AI system use, technology implementation in the field, intensive mentoring, evaluation, and preparation of a program sustainability plan. The evaluation was conducted through questionnaires and observations with a qualitative approach using SWOT analysis and GAP analysis. The results showed an increase in group members' skills, namely a 78% increase in soft skills and hard skills, as well as an increase in land monitoring efficiency that has an impact on increasing economic value of up to 35%. This program encourages farmers to be more adaptive to technology and opens up opportunities for digital-based agricultural development.
