Abstract

The purpose ofthis research is to investigate and analyze the effect of Work Motivation, Competence, and Compensation affecting/giving impact on employee performance in PT Angler Biochemlab Surabaya. To analyze the effect of the independent variables (Work Motivation, Competence, and Compensation) on the dependent variable (performance), we use multiple regression analysis to know the most influential variables. The population is 124 people, using simple random technique (Simple Random Sampling), then take 91 samples. The Sampling that is used is Krecjie table. The results of this study illustrate that all the variables affect the employee performance. The results of simultaneous research all independent variables have significant effect on the dependent variable. Partially every variable of work motivation, competence and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance. And of the three independent variables are the most dominant effect on employee performance is a variable work motivation. This research could become a refernce for all parties to enhance the officialsÔÇÖ performances. Thus, there is a need of attention towards the motivation works valid within the organization. Conversely, there is a need to continuously conduct the officialsÔÇÖ development throught the Competation and Compensation activities the officials.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the level of service expected by customers from PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah and Haji Surabaya and the reality of customer service from PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah and Hajj Surabaya. Samples in the study amounted to 100 people of PT Yamasa Tour & Umroh and Hajj Travel Surabaya. Data Analysis in this study uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and testing using the Importance Performance Analysist (IPA) method. The results of the study: 1) Through the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the value of CSI PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah & Haji Surabaya was 80.8%which indicates that the customer satisfaction index of PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah & Hajj Surabaya on Very Satisfied criteria, 2) The results of the Peformance Analysis Importance calculation indicate that the attribute the main priority agenda for performance improvement is the dimension of Empathy, that is, employees establish good relationships with the congregation and on the Responsiveness dimension, which provides quick and precise information. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the contribution of compensation, morale and the environment to the performance of employees at the Roudlotut Tholibin Balen Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School Foundation. In addition to analyzing the independent variables (compensation, spirit of work and work environment) on the agreed variables (employee performance). The sampling technique in this study used nonprobability sampling design, namely by using purposive sampling, from the participation of 102 permanent employees, the sample used was 76 employees with at least a bachelor's degree. The results showed partial compensation, spirit of work and work environment had a significant positive effect on employee performance, and stated compensation, spirit of work and work environment together had a significant influence on employee performance. Compensation decisions that greatly affect employees are benefits / bonuses or other incentives (if any) obtained in accordance with the applicable provisions. Based on the results of the study, morale and the environment have a positive significance for performance. As a test score t the work environment is greater than compensation and spirit of work, so the work environment is more dominant on performance.

Abstract

PENDAHULUAN Peranan sumberdaya manusia sangat penting pada organisasi, karena sumberdaya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor penggerak utama atas jalannya organisasi. Sumberdaya manusia merupakan input terpenting menjaga kelangsungan hidup suatu organisasi. Organisasi yang sudah memiliki kuantitas dan kualitas 2006). Menurut William PA. et al (2006), faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai antara lain : 1) ability (kemampuan yang dapat dikembangkan), 2) vapacity (kapasitas yang sudah tertentu), 3) help (bantuan untuk terwujudnya kinerja), 4) incentive (insentif material maupun nonmaterial), 5) environment (lingkungan tempat kerja), 6) validity (validitas), 7) evaluation The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the condition of employee ability, employee motivation, infrastructure and employee performance at Health Office Indargiri Hulu District. Furthermore, to analyze the effect of employee's capability, employee motivation and partial and/or simultaneous infrastructure to the performance of the employees at Health Office of Indargiri Hulu Regency. This research type is explanatory survey. The number of employees who made the sample of research as many as 95 people. The statistical technique to be used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows the variables ability, motivation, facilities and infrastructure and performance of health officer of Indargiri Hulu Regency Regency are all good enough category. Ability, motivation and facilities and infrastructure simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of health personnel of Indargiri Hulu Regency. Ability, motivation and facilities and infrastructure partially have a significant influence on the performance of health personnel of Indargiri Hulu Regency.

Abstract

The hospital is an integral part of the overall healthcare system serving patients with different types of services that had the task of implementing the health effort in succeeded to by giving priority to curative and rehabilitative efforts undertaken in harmony and integrated with promotif and preventive efforts. The method of the research is an explanatory research, and the approach used is quantitative. The scope of human resource management is about the influence of training control system on behavior and its impact on employees performance. The sample in this study is 100 employees Darmo Hospital Surabaya. Based on the description of the respondents against the research questionnaire, that there are 35,66 % of Darmo Hospital Surabaya employee performance is still bellow standard. The training and system control influence the behavior of employees, the employees behavoir have an effect on e is significantly to employees performance, the training and system control have on significant effect to the employees performance. The training and system control are through employee behavoir have an significantly effect to employees performance.

Abstract

Gadung atau yang dikenal dengan nama latin (Dioscorea Hispida Dennst) yang merupakan tanaman umbi sebenarnya adalah tanaman beracun. Namun dengan pengolahan yang tepat dapat menjadi olahan makanan yang lezat. Tanaman gadung banyak tumbuh liar di tegalan ataupun bahkan di hutan-hutan. Di Desa Sukolelo Kecamatan Prigen banyak tumbuh tanaman ini sehingga masyarakat memanfaatkannya dengan mengolahnya menjadi keripik gadung. Tetapi apabila tanaman ini tidak segera dibudidayakan lama kelamaan akan berkurang sehingga masyarakat yang memanfaatkan tanaman tersebut akan kesulitan bahan baku. Hal ini merupakan salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan oleh pengabdi untuk kebutuhan bahan baku. Tanaman gadung yang tumbuh di Desa Sukolelo ini rasanya berbeda dengan gadung yang ada di desa-desa tetangga sehingga ketika di konsumsi rasanya akan jauh lebih lezat. Tetapi makanan olahan tersebut yang merupakan usaha rumahan hanya dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat sendiri dan tidak bernilai ekonomis. Salah satu pembuat keripik gadung di desa Sukolelo mengeluhkan jarak yang harus ditempuh untuk sekedar memasarkan produknya. Pengabdi memberikan solusi untuk memasarkan produk tersebut pada tempat wisata di sekitar Desa Sukolelo. Dengan adanya pengabdian pada masyarakat ini pengabdi berharap olahan keripik gandum di desa Sukolelo bisa menjadi alternatif makanan oleh-oleh yang mencirikan Desa Sukolelo itu sendiri

Abstract

This study aims to describe discipline, communication, motivation and performance of employees in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) in Pematang Reba. Furthermore, to know the influence of discipline, communication and motivation either partially or simultaneously to the performance of Employees of Financial Management and Regional Assets (BPKAD) in Pematang Reba. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The location of this research is in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Board (BPKAD) in Pematang Reba. The population in this research is all employees of Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) in Pematang Reba as many as 105 people. The technique of sampling in with the census sample technique that is all the population becomes the research sample, and the number of samples in this study is 104 people hereinafter called respondent. The result of data analysis shows that simultaneously organizational culture, commitment and work motivation have a significant effect to the performance of employees of Financial and Regional Asset Management Board (BPKAD) in Pematang Reba. Variables of discipline, communication, and motivation each have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Financial and Regional Asset Management Board (BPKAD) in Pematang Reba. Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership of school principals, climatic organizations and teacher performance in SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban. In addition to know and analyze the leadership and performance of teachers also partially affect the performance of teachers SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban. The population in this study were all teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban which locked 47 people. The sample in this study was teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban which totaled sampling or using sampling census method. The number of samples of this study as many as 47 people hereinafter referred to as respondents. In this research, simple linear regression analysis technique. The result of the analysis shows that there is a significant influence between principal performance and organizational climate on teacher performance in SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban. There is a significant role between principal and climate leadership simultaneously on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze together the performance of the employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. In addition to knowing and analyzing the motivation and results simultaneously on the performance of employees in of the Indragiri Hulu District. This type of research is explanative research or hypothesis testing research. The population in this study were all employees in the office in Bappeda of the Indragiri Hulu District 52 people with a sample of 51 people. The results showed that motivation and ability simultaneously had significant on the performance of employees in Bappeda of the Indragiri Hulu District. Motivation and ability variables partially had a significant influence on the performance of employees in Bappeda of the Indragiri Hulu District. Among the motivation and competency variables that has dominant influence on the performance of employees in Bappeda of the Indragiri Hulu District is motivation variable. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, knowledge, skills and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Bojonegoro Regency. This research is quantitative research, validity and reliability tests were carried out on 37 respondents from 49 population employees of the Bappeda in Bojonegoro Regency. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis carried out by t test and f test. The results showed that leadership, knowledge, skills, motivation simultaneously influenced the performance of Bojonegoro District Bappeda employees, which amounted to 71.9% while 28.1% of employee performance was influenced by other variables. Partially leadership, knowledge, skills and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of Bappeda employees. Motivational variables have a dominant influence on the performance of employees of Bappeda in Bojonegoro Regency. Keywords: leadership, knowledge, skills, motivation, performance
