Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is to analyze leadership style and trust both partially and simultaneously influence the performance of employees of the Employee Cooperative (Kareb) of Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. While discussing using quantitative related numbers. The population in this study were all employees of the Redrying Bojonegoro (Kareb) Employee Cooperative in the Bojonegoro Regency DC unit which collected 31 people who also took research samples. The research sampling technique uses a sampling census taken from a DC unit because this unit is a problem with the commitment of its employees. The results of the study show simultaneously the leadership style variables and trust significantly influence employee performance. Partial leadership style and trust have a significant influence on the performance of employees of the Redrying Employee Cooperative (Kareb) in Bojonegoro Regency. Among leadership and trust styles that have greater significance for employee performance is trust. Keywords: leadership style, trust, employee performance

Abstract

A success of an organization is the role of the human resources involved. Therefore, it takes a qualified individual quality to manage the organization. The things related to human resources are leadership, leadership is often equated with a comfort, a pleasant position and always desired by many people. However, in the reform era as it is today, the perspective of leadership has shifted where most of the leaders just ordered, demanded to be served, and lacked care for subordinates or what happened in the field, the process of devolution of power too much favored. The type and approach of this proposed research is causality research, which is a study focused on proving the influence of servant leadership and motivation as independent variables on the performance of members of the Regencies Sub-Directorate of Ditlantas of East Java Regional Police as dependent variables. The design of this study is to research carried out by using a questionnaire instrument. From the description of the results of the discussion of research Influence of Servant Leadership and Motivation Performance Against Members Subdit Regident which has been discussed above, researchers can draw the conclusion that the form of servant leadership (Servant Leadership) and be able to motivate much needed in the middle of the environment at work at the moment to improve performance member.Keywords: servant leadership, motivation, performance

Abstract

This study examines the decline in the performance of teaching staff in carrying out their duties as teachers. The purpose of this study is to know the extent of appreciation and emotional quotions in improving performance through the work performance of teaching staff at SMK AHMAD-YANI Probolinggo City. Analysis of the data used in this study is to test the path analisyis to determine the direct influence and indirect influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of this study show that there are significant and positive influences between rewards and performance as well as the work performance of teaching staff and awards can improve performance through work performance. Emotional quotions have a positive and significant effect on performance and work performance with emotional control questions are good able to improve performance through the work performance of teaching staff. Award and Emotional quotions can improve teaching staff performance together through work performance. Keywords: awards, emotional quotions, job performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Banyuanyar Jln. Klenang Lor No. 100 Banyuanyar Probolinggo Regency. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation, and performance through job satisfaction of Non PNS teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Banyuanyar Probolinggo. The population in this study were all non civil servant teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Bayuanyar Probolinggo, amounting to 33 people. The analytical method of this study uses path analysis. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation had a significant effect on performance, motivation had no significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction of non PNS teachers, work motivation has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction of Non PNS teacher SMK Negeri 1 Banyuanayar Probolinggo. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to know the work environment, incentives finacial, non financial incentives simultaneously or partially to the employee job satisfaction, knowing the dominant variables affecting employee satisfaction as well as to know the conditions work environment, financial incentives, non financial incentives and job satisfaction employees from Departement of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries. In this research, the data collected comes from the sample data so that the data studied is the data from the sample. The method used is the survey method with the aim to find the relationship and influence between the free variable with dependent variable, and describe the variables- variables studied. The population in this study is all employees that exist in Departement of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Bojonegoro. Sampling technique using census technique that is from whole population taken as sample, leader and researcher not included in sample. The results of this research are simultaneous work environment, financial incentives, non financial incentives have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially work environment, financial incentives and non financial Incentives have an effect on the significance of job satisfaction. Among the working environment, financial incentives and non-financial incentives, non-financial incentives have a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find and describe the condition of the 2013 curriculum, educator's ability, educational facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. To test and analyze curriculum variables, educators and facilities either partially or simultaneously to the quality of education in SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. The number of population in this research is all teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro which guilty 37 people. In this research the analysis technique used is simple linear regression with the help of tool using SPSS program. The results of the 2013 curriculum data analysis, the ability of educators and practical facilities in general and simultaneously for education at SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of existing factors, the role of individuals, career development and job relations partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction in the Food Security Department of Bojonegoro Regency. This research method is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was in the Food Security Department of Bojonegoro Regency, which lived 31 people. The sampling technique uses a sampling census, that is, all members of the population are used as sample research, namely 30 independent researchers. The results showed partially the variables that significantly influence job satisfaction are individual individuals, career development, and relationships, while the intrinsic factor variable is not significant to job satisfaction at the Bojonegoro Regency Food Security Department. Keywords: intrinsic, individual role, career development, and significant relationship to the performance of employees of the Bojonegoro Food Security Department. Abstract

Abstract The research results show that: 1) Organizational culture has a direct and significant positive effect on personnel performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.251 and p-values ​​of 0.023. 2) Organizational culture has no direct positive or significant effect on performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.149 and p-values ​​of 0.432. 3) Work ability has a direct and significant positive effect on personnel performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.347 and p-values ​​of 0.021. 4) Work ability has a direct and significant positive effect on rewards as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.669 and p-values ​​of 0.000. 5) Rewards have a direct and significant positive effect on personnel performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.475 and p-values ​​of 0.000. 6) Organizational culture has no positive but significant indirect effect on personnel performance and rewards as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.071 and p-values ​​of 0.480. 7) Work ability has a significant positive indirect effect on personnel performance and rewards with a path coefficient value of 0.317 and a p-value of 0.000.

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Experience on the Performance of Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) Employees Mediated by Professionalism. Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program Surabaya. This type of research uses explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 50 respondents. The purpose of this research is 1) To test and analyze whether organizational culture has a direct effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD). 2) To test and analyze whether organizational culture has a direct effect on the professionalism of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD). 3) To test and analyze whether work experience has a direct effect on the professionalism of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD). 4) To test and analyze whether work experience directly influences the performance of Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) employees. 5) To test and analyze whether professionalism has a direct effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD). 6) To test and analyze whether organizational culture has an indirect effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of Pamekasan Regency which is mediated by professionalism. 7) To test and analyze whether organizational work experience has an indirect effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) mediated by professionalism. The research results show that: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) with an original sample value of 0.233. 2) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) with an original sample value of 0.427. 3) Work experience has a significant positive effect on the professionalism of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) with an original sample value of 0.503. 4) Work experience has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) with an original sample value of 0.182. 5) Professionalism has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) with an original sample value of 0.564. 6) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) which is mediated by professionalism with an original sample value of 0.241. 7) Work experience has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) which is mediated by professionalism with an original sample value of 0.283.
