The Influence of Individual Characteristics and Job Characteristics on Employee Performance with Mediator Variables of Employee Work Motivation at the Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency Office. Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program Surabaya. This type of research uses explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 40 employees. The objectives of this research are 1) To describe individual characteristics, job characteristics, work motivation and employee performance. 2) To test and analyze the influence of individual characteristics on the work motivation of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 3) To test and analyze the influence of job characteristics on the work motivation of the Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency. 4) To test and analyze the influence of work motivation on the performance of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 5) To test and analyze the influence of individual characteristics on the performance of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 6) To test and analyze the influence of job characteristics on the performance of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 7) To test and analyze the indirect influence of individual characteristics on employee performance with work motivation as a variable mediator at the Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency. 8) To test and analyze the indirect influence of job characteristics on employee performance with work motivation as a mediator variable at the Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency. The research results show that: 1) Individual characteristics, job characteristics, motivation and performance of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees are in the very good category. 2) Individual characteristics have a significant positive effect on the work motivation of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 3) Job characteristics have a significant positive effect on the work motivation of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 4) Work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 5) Individual characteristics have an insignificant positive effect on the performance of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 6) Job characteristics have a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 7) Individual characteristics have an indirect effect on employee performance with work motivation as a mediator variable at the Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency. 8) Job characteristics have an indirect effect on employee performance with work motivation as a mediator variable at the Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency.

Selly Furima, 2024. The Effect of HR Competencies and Career Development on the Quality of Public Services Mediated by Employee Performance (Study at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency Kab. Kaimana), Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University. This type of research is explanatory, namely research that tests hypotheses between hypothesized variables that will be tested for truth. using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 40 respondents. In this study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To describe HR competencies, career development, employee performance and public service quality. 2) To test and analyze the direct effect of HR competencies on the quality of public services. 3) To test and analyze the direct effect of HR competencies on employee performance. 4) To test and analyze the direct effect of career development on the quality of public services. 5) To test and analyze the direct effect of career development on employee performance. 6) To test and analyze the direct effect of employee performance on the quality of public services. 7) To test and analyze the indirect effect of HR competencies on the quality of public services. 8) To test and analyze the indirect effect of career development on the quality of public services.The results showed that: 1) HR competence has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.223 and p-values of 0.000. 2) HR competence has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.597, and the p-values of 0.179. 3) Career development has a positive and insignificant effect on the quality of public services. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.198 and the p-values of 0.263. 4) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.279 and the p-values of 0.025. 5) Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.512 and the p-values of 0.000. 6) HR competence has a significant positive effect on the quality of public services mediated by employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.305 and the p-values of 0.009. 7) Career development has a significant positive effect on the quality of public services mediated by employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.143 and the p-values of 0.038.

Subhan Nofemri, 2024. The Effect of Career Development on Work Achievement of Lenteng District Office Employees of Sumenep Regency Mediated by Motivation. Postgraduate Program at Wijaya Putra University Surabaya. This type of research uses explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 42 respondents. The objectives of this study are 1) To prove and analyze the direct effect of career development on the work performance of employees of Lenteng District Sumenep Regency. 2) To prove and analyze the direct influence of career development on the motivation of Lenteng District Sumenep Regency. 3) To prove and analyze the direct effect of motivation on the work performance of employees of Lenteng District Sumenep Regency. 4) To prove and analyze the indirect effect of career development on the work performance of employees of Lenteng District Sumenep mediated by motivation. The results showed that: 1) Career development has no significant positive effect on employee performance at the Lenteng District Office, Sumenep Regency with an original sample value of 0.056. 2) Career Development has a significant positive effect on motivation at the Lenteng District Office, Sumenep Regency with an original sample value of 0.504. 3) Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Lenteng District Office, Sumenep Regency with an original sample value of 0.333. 4) Career development has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Lenteng District Office, Sumenep Regency which is mediated by motivation with an original sample value of 0.168.

The Influence of Education on the Performance of Employees at the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency with Professionalism as an Intervening Variable, Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University. The type of research is explanatory, the research approach used is quantitative, the research sample is 56 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS and PLS analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze the effect of education on the performance of employees at the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency; 2) To test and analyze the effect of education on the professionalism of employees at the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency; 3) To test and analyze the effect of professionalism on the performance of employees at the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency; 4) To test and analyze the indirect effect of education on the performance of employees at the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency mediated by professionalism. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Education has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.142; 2) Education has a significant effect on the professionalism of the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.314; 3) Professionalism has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.464; 4) Employee education has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency mediated by professionalism with an original sample value of 0.145.

Sri Saniyah, 2024. The Influence of Educational Facilities on Teacher Work Performance with Teacher Work Morale as an Intervening Variable. Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 42 respondents. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To describe educational facilities, work enthusiasm and teacher work performance at SMP Negeri 1 Torjun, Sampang Regency. 2) To test and analyze whether educational facilities have a significant effect on teacher work performance at SMP Negeri 1 Torjun, Sampang Regency. 3) To test and analyze whether teacher work enthusiasm has a significant effect on the work performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Torjun, Sampang Regency. 4) To test and analyze whether educational facilities have a significant effect on the work spirit of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Torjun, Sampang Regency. 5) To test and analyze whether educational facilities have a significant indirect effect on the work performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Torjun Sampang Regency with work enthusiasm as an intervening variable. The research results show that: 1) Educational facilities have a significant effect on teacher work performance as evidenced by a p value of 0.039. 2) Educational facilities have a significant effect on work morale as evidenced by the p value of 0.002. 3) Teacher morale has a significant effect on teacher work performance as evidenced by a value of 0.001. 4) Educational facilities on teacher work performance with teacher work enthusiasm as an intervening variable have a significant effect with a p value of 0.040.

Abstract

This type of research uses cross-sectional research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 50 respondents. The aim of this research is 1) To test and analyze whether community participation has a significant influence on improving the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal, Sampang Regency. 2) To test and analyze whether community participation has a significant influence on the professionalism of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal, Sampang Regency. 3) To test and analyze whether teacher professionalism has a significant influence on the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal, Sampang Regency. 4) To test and analyze whether community participation has a significant indirect influence on the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal Sampang Regency through teacher professionalism. The research results show that: 1) Community participation has a significant positive effect on the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.252. 2) Community participation has a significant positive effect on the professionalism of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.619.3) Teacher professionalism has a significant positive effect on the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.603. 4) Indirectly, community participation has a significant effect on the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal, Sampang Regency, which is mediated by teacher professionalism, so that the seventh hypothesis is accepted with an original sample value of 0.373.

Abstract

Futsal is one of the most popular sports in Indonesia and is widely played by various groups in society, especially students and employees. This popularity is primarily due to the practicality of futsal, which fits well into the limited time available for physical activity. However, the current system used to book futsal courts, particularly at Cendikia Futsal Banyuwangi, still relies on conventional methods such as direct meetings, phone calls, handwritten notes, and informal appointment records. These traditional methods are considered less effective and inefficient because they require more time and are prone to scheduling conflicts, data loss, and miscommunication.The purpose of this research is to develop a solution to overcome the manual court booking and scheduling processes by creating a centralized web-based system. The system is designed and implemented using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. This web-based system allows users to access the booking platform online, making it easier and faster for customers to reserve futsal courts.Furthermore, it provides a user-friendly interface for administrators to manage schedules, monitor bookings, and store customer data efficiently. The implementation of this system not only increases efficiency but also reduces the possibility of double bookings and human error. It takes advantage of the rapidly growing Internet infrastructure, enabling users to make reservations at any time and from anywhere. In conclusion, the system significantly improves the operational workflow at Cendikia Futsal and enhances customer satisfaction by offering a modern and accessible reservation method.

This type of research is explanatory this research intends to provide an explanation of the causal relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable through hypothesis testing, using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 76 respondents.
