Abstract

This study aims to The Influence of Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance with Work Spirit as an Intervening Variable Pabatu Case Study at PT Moeis Kebun Sipare-pare. The research method used is a quantitative method using the help of SPSS version 25.00. which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to PT Moeis Kebun Sipare-pare Plantation Employees as many as 50 respondents. The analysis method used in this study is to use an instrument test, namely validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption tests, namely normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis (R2), hypothesis tests, namely the T test and path analysis. The results of SPSS in this study are that work experience variables affect work motivation, competence affects work spirit, motivation affects work spirit, competence affects performance, motivation does not affect performance, work spirit affects employee performance, competence affects employee performance with work spirit as an intervening variable motivation affects employee performance with work spirit as an intervening variable. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the implementation of quality control in PT. Florindo Makmur is running well, so there are no product defects. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis method used is the Miles & Humberman model. The results of this study show that the implementation of quality control in PT. Florindo Makmur can be said to be effective, it is in accordance with operational standards when viewed when there is a product defect that does not meet operational quality standards called afkir, the production department continues to be swift to overcome these problems.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of discipline on employee performance mediated by motivational variables. The research method uses quantitative types, with the help of SPSS Version 25.00. Data was collected from distributing questionnaires to employees of the food and agriculture security service in the city of Tebing Tinggi. as many as 50 people. The method of analysis uses an instrument test, namely the validity of the data and reliability. The classic assumptions are norm, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination. The hypothesis was tested using the t test and path analysis. Research results: Discipline (X1) affects motivation (Z) Work discipline (X1) influences performance (Y), motivation (Z) influences performance (Y) The direct effect of work discipline (X1) on performance (Y) is 0.352 while indirect effect through the variable motivation (Z), namely 0.500 x 0.398 = 0.199. This means that the indirect effect through motivation (Z) is smaller than the direct effect on performance (Y), the fourth hypothesis is rejected. Motivation has no criteria as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The background of this research is the results of observations regarding employee reliability, complaint handling and service quality at Tebing Tinggi City Branch PLN, such as the speed in responding to non-subsidized customer complaints. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of employee reliability on complaint handling and its implications for service quality at PLN Branch, Tebing Tinggi City. This type of research is quantitative. The research population was non-subsidized PLN customers who had complaints at the Tebing Tinggi City Branch, namely 379 people. A sample of 80 people using the Slovin formula. The method uses accidental sampling. Data analysis using the SmartPLS program. The results of the study show that employee reliability directly influences complaint handling. Employee reliability influences service quality. Complaint Handling affects Service Quality Then indirectly complaint handling mediates the effect of employee reliability on service quality with p-values ​​of 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and store atmosphere on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable at CV. Istana Mobil. The research method used is a quantitative method using the help of SPSS version 25.00. which is collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to CV customers. CV. Istana Mobil Tebing Tinggi City as many as 96 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is to use an instrument test, namely the validity and reliability test. The classical assumption test is normality test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) analysis, hypothesis testing, namely T test and path analysis. The results of SPSS in this study are the Service Quality variable (X1) has an effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable (Z), the Store Atmosphere variable (X2) has no effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable (Z), the Service Quality variable (X1) has no effect on Customer Loyalty variable (Y), the Store Atmosphere variable (X2) has no effect on Customer Loyalty variable (Y), the Customer Satisfaction variable (Z) has an effect on Customer Loyalty variable (Y) and path analysis shows that Customer Satisfaction variable (Z) can mediate the relationship between Service Quality variable (X1) and Customer Loyalty variable (Y), and Customer Satisfaction variable (Z) can mediate the relationship of Store Atmosphere variable (X2) to Customer Loyalty variable (Y).

Abstract

The results of this study indicate. (1) It can be seen that the magnitude of the adjusted R square value is 0.175 or 17.5%. This shows that Work Discipline (Z) and Leadership Style (X) can explain Employee Performance (Y) by 17.5%, the remaining 82.5% (100% - 17.5%) is explained by other variables outside the model. this research. (2) The results of the t-test (partial) can be seen that the obtained tcount (4,363) > ttable (2,048), as well as the significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Leadership Style variable (X) positive and significant effect on Work Discipline (Z). (3) The results of the t-test (partial) can be seen that the value of tcount (1.917) ttable (2.048), and the significance value is 0.367 0, 05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is rejected, meaning that Leadership Style (X) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). (4) The results of the path analysis test show that the direct effect of variable X on variable Y is 0.200. Meanwhile, the indirect effect through the Z variable is 0.636 x 0.329 = 0.2092. From the calculation results obtained, the indirect effect through the Z variable is greater than the direct effect on the Y variable.

Abstract

One of the important factors in the field of human resources is providing job satisfaction and organizational commitment which is the right of employees and the obligation of the Tebing Tinggi City Environmental Service to support employee contributions in order to achieve predetermined goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative. Sampling in this method uses no-probability sampling with a census sample technique of 30 respondents, the data collection method used is a questionnaire and literature study, while the data analysis used in this study with instrument testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing consisting of direct and indirect influence hypothesis testing using SPSS 25.00 for windows. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment at the Tebing Tinggi City Environmental Service, while job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on these results, an intervening test can be carried out so that it is known that the organizational commitment variable is not able to mediate the influence between the job satisfaction variable and the employee performance variable.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh selera, ketersediaan produk dan diskon terhadap loyalitas pelanggan saat melakukan pembelian di Supermarket Irian DeptStore Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel digunakan dalam penelitian ini 93 responden, dengan teknik Accidental. Mengunakan SPSS versi 25 sebagai alat bantu analisis data, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi serta uji hipotesis . Hasil riset yaitu rasa berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan. Ketersediaan produk tidak berdampak pada loyalitas. Diskon berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan. Rasa, ketersediaan produk dan diskon berdampak secara simultan pada loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Selain koperasi, Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah merupakan salah satu penggerak perekonomian di Indonesia yang patut diperhitungkan keberadaannya. Salah satu hal yang paling penting dan mendasar dalam kesuksesan Usaha adalah pengelolaan manajemen keuangan yang baik, tanpa pengelolaan manajemen keuangan yang baik usaha tidak akan dapat memperoleh benefit yang maksimal. Pendanaan modal kerja, pengalokasian dana merupakan hal yang terpenting dalam sebuah usaha tanpa adanya hal tersebut maka sebuah usaha tidak akan dapat mencapai tujuan utamanya. Sayangnya di Indonesia sendiri masih sedikit sekali pelaku usaha yang sadar akan pentingnya manajemen keuangan dalam usaha mereka. Hal tersebut terjadi karena mereka masih menganggap manajemen keuangan adalah hal yang sulit dilakukan dah belum terlalu dibutuhkan bagi usaha mereka. Alasan yang mereka kemukakan adalah karena kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai manajemen keuangan. Selama ini tidak ada orang atau lembaga yang secara khusus dapat membimbing dan mengarahkan mereka.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to find out strategies for empowering MSMEs in increasing income, as well as the benefits for the community, namely receiving guidance and training from the Service Team in developing MSME businesses. The location of this service was carried out in Mandailing Village, Tebing Tinggi Kota District, targeting people who want to open Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is an effort by the central and regional governments. By coaching and empowering MSMEs in the midst of current free trade competition, it can provide encouragement to increase community income. This activity can encourage the economy of a region, not only increasing income but also equalizing income in a region. By providing community development and empowerment in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, job opportunities can be created for the Indonesian people, especially in Mandailing Subdistrict.
