Abstract

Mandalika Special Economic Zone (Mandalika SEZ) has been built and developed to create an independent and sustainable tourism industry ecosystem. The digitization of destinations in the Mandalika SEZ requires the hospitality industry to be able to adapt and respond strategically. The application of technology is believed to be applied in supporting the business continuity of the hospitality industry. This study aims to investigate the perceptions of hoteliers regarding technological adaptation. The method used is a phenomenological qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews with five key informants, and documentation. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed by condensing the data, assisted by a coding table. The results of this study found that two important aspects that drive the adoption of technology in hotel operational services are the desire for operational automation and marketing agility. The technology adoption process focuses on hotel operational services that are considered a necessity in the modern era and technological advancements. The existence of this technology adoption indicates the adaptability of technology in the hotel industry. This result contributes as a significant indicator of the progress towards digitalizing destinations, crucial for enhancing the sustainable image of Mandalika SEZ. Consequently, it is strongly recommended to develop an integrated technology application model for operational services, serving as a blueprint for other stakeholders in the hotel industry.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi, terutama media sosial seperti TikTok, Instagram, dan YouTube, memberikan peluang besar bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dan destinasi wisata untuk mempromosikan produk dan jasa yang dimiliki. Sayangnya, meskipun Desa Wisata Hijau (DWH) Bilebante di Lombok memiliki potensi wisata yang unik, pengelola masih belum memaksimalkan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk promosi, terutama melalui sebuah video. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengelola DWH Bilebante dalam pembuatan video promosi yang dapat dipublikasikan melalui akun sosial media guna meningkatkan brand image dan brand awareness DWH Bilebante. Metode pelaksaan dimulai dari observasi objek wisata, penulisan naskah dan narasi, pengambilan footage, serta editing video. Hasil kegiatan pengabndian berupa video promosi yang menonjolkan keindahan alam dan budaya lokal DWH Bilebante. Video promosi tersebut menunjukkan peningkatan engagement yang signifikan, dengan lebih dari 800 tayangan di Instagram dan lebih dari 80 tayangan di YouTube. Diharapkan, video ini dapat memperkuat brand image DWH Bilebante sebagai destinasi wisata yang ramah, unik, dan kaya akan kearifan lokal, serta menarik lebih banyak wisatawan untuk berkunjung.

Abstract

Purpose - The aim of this research is test and analyse ‘The Effect of Work Family Conflict and Workload on Work Stress with Social Support Moderated at NTB Syariah Bank’.  Design/methodology - The method used in this research is quantitative research. The population at Bank NTB Syariah in the officer section consists of employees with the positions of analysts, dealers, jurists, and internal control of branches with a total of 186 employees and in the staff section consists of employees with permanent employee status for customer service positions, tellers and administrative assistants, as well as outsourcing for sales funding positions, call centres, and the equivalent with a total of 492 employees and a total of 678 employees. The population in this study is 102 employees in staff and officer positions.  Findings - The conclusion of this study is that work family conflict on job stress shows positive and significant results so that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Workload on work stress shows positive and significant results so that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Work family conflict on job stress with moderated social support shows a negative value, meaning that it can weaken or the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Abstract

One crucial determinant of tourism performance is environmental sustainability. Unfortunately, not all tourist destinations have adopted environmentally friendly tourism practices, making it important to explore and research this issue. This study aims to analyze the impact of green marketing strategy and consumer-based brand equity (CBBE) on the sustainability of tourism marketing performance in Lombok Island. The research employed both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The researchers conducted interviews with 10 informants from among Lombok's tourism stakeholders and distributed questionnaires to 350 domestic tourists. Qualitative data was analyzed using content analysis, while quantitative was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS. The results indicate that both green marketing strategy and CBBE have a positive and significant impact on tourism marketing performance. As this study utilizes a mixed-method approach, it provides a more comprehensive understanding of the key factors that can enhance tourism marketing performance. Consequently, these findings can serve as a basis for stakeholders in formulating policies for sustainable and environmentally friendly marketing concepts that align with the demands of their target consumers.

Abstract

“Gerakan Merdeka Sampah” to Support Sustainable Tourism in the Green Tourism Village of Bilebante is a community development program aimed at promoting sustainable tourism in the Bilebante area. This program aims to reduce the volume of waste generated, raise community awareness about the importance of waste management, and create a healthy and safe environment. The implementation of this program involves several activities, including community development, preparation, cleaning, media campaigns, and community participation.

Abstract

Tete Batu is one of the tourist villages in East Lombok Regency that offers tourist attractions of natural beauty, culture, and local traditions that have developed and are expected to be able to become sustainable activities. However, in its implementation, tourism development can also pose challenges related to sustainable tourism development from various aspects, such as community involvement, economic progress, socio-cultural sustainability, and environmental conservation efforts. This research aims to examine the development of sustainable tourism in Tete Batu by analyzing the potential of sustainable tourism in Tete Batu using SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges faced in realizing sustainable tourism in this region. The results of this study found that there are strengths, and weaknesses internally as well as the existence of opportunities and threats in the development of tourism in Tete Batu, especially in the awareness and involvement of local communities and how to maintain the surrounding environment, so that efforts are needed to increase awareness and involvement as well as the ability of the community as human resources who are directly involved in tourism activities, besides that a comprehensive policy is needed related to efforts to preserve the environment and the lifestyle of local people in maintaining the surrounding environment both in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. This research is expected to be a reference for implementation recommendations or policies in tourism activities to maximize the benefits of sustainable tourism development for the community, managers, and government as a policy regulator.

Abstract

In the modern era, when e-commerce such as Shopee, Tokopedia and other platforms dominate the business market, the young generation (Millennial Generation) takes a particular role. When they have money or gain a salary, they do not know how to manage it. They buy impulse and buy anything they want, not what they need. Based on this, financial literacy must be informed and explained to the young generation so that they can understand the importance of money management in life. Being minimalist by minimum budget is introduced in this talk show to spread the minimalist financial vibes to the millennial generation. This article aims to share knowledge about managing money using the minimalist concept, which has been transferred and broadcasted on Radio using sharing session method. Finally, Millennial generations close to technology should be able to control their financial budget to have good financial health. More investment in many sectors is suggested to have an excellent financial condition in the future. A good financial situation is started with how to manage the financial budget.

Abstract

The objective of this activity is to facilitate students in developing a comprehensive understanding of their chosen professional path, specifically in banking. This exercise is specifically designed for students enrolled in the Management Study Programme. The service employs a peer mentoring methodology encompassing preparation, design, implementation, and evaluation stages. This technique was selected due to its appropriateness in facilitating students' acquisition of new knowledge through interactions with those possessing greater expertise. This activity encompasses a comprehensive examination of several aspects related to the banking industry. The topics covered include the precise delineation of a bank, a preliminary overview of bankers, the prerequisites that necessitate fulfillment to pursue a career as a banker, the potential trajectories within the banking profession, and lastly, valuable insights and strategies to facilitate success in the pursuit of a banking career. Through this service activity, students are provided with a comprehensive understanding of their intended job. Subsequently, those aspiring to pursue a career in the banking industry can adequately equip themselves with the necessary prerequisites.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to equip students of SMK Islam Raudlatul Husna in Central Lombok with essential skills in effective communication, self-confidence, teamwork, and motivation in preparing for life after graduation. The program was initiated in response to a common challenge faced by today’s youth: the declining strength of leadership character, which often results in low self-confidence, poor communication abilities, and limited career development opportunities. As a solution, the organizing team collaborated with the Teman Bumigora community to conduct a leadership training program tailored for the students. This training was designed as a foundational step in developing strong leadership character. The program was attended by 33 students from the 12th grade (final semester) of SMK Islam Raudlatul Husna. In addition to sessions delivered by expert speakers, participants were also guided by facilitators through interactive discussions covering key topics such as leadership concepts, styles, and value, as well as responsibility and integrity in leadership roles. Therefore, following the completion of this program, students exhibited significant improvement in self-management, increased optimism, and enhanced confidence and communication skill from the leadership foundation they had acquired.
