Abstract

Marketing is the activity of channeling products from producers to consumers in various ways such as marketing channels. In Indonesia the need for ornamental plants or the demand for ornamental plants is increasing. The purpose of this study is to find out the Marketing channels carried out by CV Djuffal Floris. The analysis method used in this study is a qualitative method. CV. Djuffal Floris is engaged in the production and supplier of ornamental plants in Batu City. Types of ornamental plants produced CV. Djuffal Florist of Batu City include flowers and cut leaves such as Gerbera flowers, Carnations, Leather Leaf leaves and Ruskus. Marketing channels on CV. Djuffal Florist uses the form of direct and indirect channels. Because of CV. Djuffal Florist concurrently serves as a Farmer as well as a Supplier. As a CV Farmer. Djuffal Florist produces Ornamental plants. Such ornamental plants are sold to suppliers and sold to direct consumers. As a CV Supplier. Djuffal Florist also buys to farmers and other suppliers to distribute to consumers in need.Keywords : Marketing Channels; houseplants

Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics of oyster mushroom consumers in Semampir Market, Probolinggo Regency. This research was carried out at the Semampir Traditional Market by taking oyster mushroom consumer respondents. The research was carried out in August 2023. The analytical method used in this research refers to analytical techniques in reasoned action theory, namely the model developed by Fishbein. The results obtained from this research are that 92% of oyster mushroom consumers are female. Mushroom consumers are mostly distributed in the age group 35 – 44. Formal education is high school graduation. Consumer characteristics based on income can be seen that consumers who buy the most oyster mushrooms have an income ranging from 1.5 million - 3 million or as much as 50%. Consumer attitudes towards purchasing oyster mushrooms are positive with a score of 4.104, which overall shows the consumer's attitude. of oyster mushrooms in the Semampir Market, Probolinggo Regency is on a "good scale". Consumer behavior in purchasing oyster mushrooms shows positive results with a value of 279.06, which means that consumer purchasing behavior towards oyster mushrooms is good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on housing purchase decisions at PT. Samawa Property Probolinggo. The population used from the results of this study are consumers who have bought a house at PT. Samawa Property Kabupaten Probolinggo , who is located Karanggeger totaling 52 people. The sampling technique has been carried out using saturated samples. The method of data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The test results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision making at PT. Samawa Property Kabupaten Probolinggo; (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision making at PT. Samawa Property Kabupaten Probolinggo; (3) product quality and service quality have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decision making at PT. Samawa Property Kabupaten Probolinggo; (4) product quality has a dominant effect on purchasing decision making at PT. Samawa Property Kabupaten Probolinggo

Abstract

Kegiatan pemasaran merupakan hal penting bagi perusahaan dimana hal ini mencakup kegiatan distribusi yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertempat di Royal Florist yang terletak di, Jalan Rusman Gg losmen Pendowo Rt 2 Rw 3 Punten, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu, Profinsi Jawa Timur. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimana saluran pemasaran Bunga Mawar yang digunakan oleh Royal Florist dalam mendistribusikan produknya pada konsumen akhir agar dapat menjadi bahan masukan dalam menentukan saluran distribusi yang tepat bagi Royal Florist. Saluran Pemasaran yang digunakan pada Royal Florist adalah bentuk saluran pemasaran langsung dan tidak langsung. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif . Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah \Royal Florist menggunakan empat jenis saluran pemasaran untuk mendistribusikan Bunga Mawar. Jenis saluran pemasaran satu produsen – konsumen, saluran pemasaran dua produsen – pengecer – konsumen, saluran pemasaran tiga produsen – pedagang besar – pengecer – konsumen, saluran pemsaran empat produsen – agen – pedagang besar – pengecer – konsumen. Dari empat saluran pemasaran tersebut, Royal Florist lebih sering menggunakan saluran pemasaran 1 dan 3 karena mengeluarkan biaya yang lebih sedikit dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Kata Kunci : Saluran Pemasaran, Bunga Mawar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of PSAK No. 72 on income from housing construction projects at PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara. The method used is a qualitative method. Data Collection techniques in the form of direct observation, interviewing informants, literature studies, and documentation. The results of the study show the implementation of income from PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara has not fully complied with the implementation of PSAK No. 72. Companies in identifying contracts need to reassess the ability of customers to pay, because many customers in the in-house system pay more than the payment deadline. The company’s revenue recognition needs to be reevaluated, because according to PSAK No. 72 revenues are received after completion of all right and obligations of the company and 100% handover to customers. Revenue recognition all the time, the company has not met one of the 3 criteria for revenue recognition all the time. Regarding disclosure, the company has not made catatan atas laporan keuangan (CALK).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Brand Trust on Brand Loyalty in Dewi Rengganis Written Batik, Probolinggo Regency simultaneously, partially and which variable is dominant. The type of research used was quantitative descriptive, with a sample size of 35 respondents. Determination of samples using simple random sampling techniques. The data analysis methods used include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, R2 determination analysis, multiple linear regression tests and f tests (simultaneous) and t tests (partial). The test results show that simultaneously, Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Brand Trust influence Brand Loyalty. Partially, it shows that Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Brand Trust influence Brand Loyalty. Meanwhile, the variable that has the dominant influence on Brand Loyalty is the Brand Image variable

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of motivation and compensation on the performance of shallot farmers in Randuputih Village, Probolinggo. Quantitative methods were used with a sample of 40 farmers who are members of the local Shallot Farmers Group Association. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed: Motivation (X1) and compensation (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on performance (Y) (sig. <0.05; R²=0.459) Partially, both variabels have a positive effect with compensation as the dominant factor (coefficient 0.452). This finding indicates that increasing compensation has a greater impact on farmer performance than motivation. This study recommends the need for policies that focus on improving the compensation system to encourage the productivity of shallot farmers.Keywords: Motivation, Compensation and Farmer Performance.

Abstract

The "Phianz Cookies" cake business in Kademangan District, Probolinggo City is one of the potential culinary businesses. This study analyzes the feasibility of the business and the sensitivity of the business using primary data (owner interviews) and secondary data (literature). The research period was conducted from November to December 2024, with a cash flow analysis for 12 months The results of the study showed: NPV of IDR 10,150,000.00. Gross B/C 1.06, Net B/C 1.68, IRR 9.69% per month, Payback Period achieved in the 7th month. Sensitivity analysis revealed that profit is the most sensitive factor (27.08%), where its decline can significantly affect NPV. Thus, this business is feasible to run on the condition that it maintains or increases profits to remain sustainable. Abstract

Pemasaran tradisional mulai ditinggalkan, berganti digital marketing. Digital marketing bagi sebuah usaha merupakan bagian yang sangat penting saat ini, tak terkecuali bagi UMKM. Selain harus memproduksi produk dengan memiliki kualitas yang baik, peranan digital mareketing juga sangat dibutuhkan. Apalagi kondisi pandemi saat ini, yang memungkinkan konsumen membeli semua kebutuhan melalui digital marketing atau media sosial. Kondisi ini yang membuat pelaku UMKM yang tidak semua memiliki kemampuan tersebut. Hal inilah yang menjadi tujuan diadakan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan Tim KKN Kecamatan Gending Kabupaten Probolinggo. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, pelatihan dan diskusi. Pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Gending Kabupaten Probolinggo sejumlah 10 orang yang terpilih melalui kegiatan observasi yang menjadi peserta pada kegiatan ini. Hasil yang didaptkan adalah 90% peserta menyatakan puas atas pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, dan peserta mengetahui dan memahami manfaat penggunaan media sosial (instagram) yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana digital marketing

Abstract

Baglog merupakan media tanam yang digunakan oleh petani dalam membudidayakan jamur tiram. Baglog yang telah habis masa produktifnya pada umur empat bulan, akan menjadi masalah bagi petani. Baglog tersebut berubah menjadi limbah padat yang nantinya akan terbuang secara sia-sia serta mengotori dan mencemari lingkungan setempat. Untuk itu perlu adanya pemrosesan menjadi sesuatu yang lebih bermanfaat serta memiliki nilai ekonomis yakni dengan pembuatan briket yang berasal dari limbah baglog. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat oleh Dosen Universitas Panca Marga Probolinggo mengajak kelompok tani “Arka Jamur” di Kecamatan Pajarakan Kabupaten Probolinggo dengan mengadakan Pelatihan Pengolahan Baglog Jamur Tiram Menjadi Briket. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah mengurangi limbah baglog, dan pembudidaya pada kelompok petani “Arka Jamur” memiliki kemandirian serta keterampiran dalam memproduksi briket dari baglog jamur yang berkualitas serta dapat dijual untuk menambah pendapatan petani
