Abstract

In the era of globalization and intensifying business competition, an organization's ability to innovate has become crucial for its sustainability and business continuity. Entrepreneurial management has emerged as a vital approach in navigating rapidly changing market dynamics. This research aims to analyze the relationship between the dynamics of transformational leadership and the level of innovation in the context of entrepreneurial management. The study employed an in-depth literature examination using qualitative analysis, intending to gain a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter spanning the years 1990 to 2023. The results of the study indicate that the dynamics of transformational leadership have proven to be a driving force for innovation in the domain of entrepreneurial management. Transformational leadership, through its ability to provide inspiration, motivation, and guidance to teams, creates an environment that fosters creativity and experimentation. This is not only related to achieving current goals but also to shaping the future of the organization through the development of new and talented leadership.

Abstract

Amidst increasing awareness of environmental and social issues, businesses worldwide are increasingly recognizing the importance of adopting sustainable business strategies. Green finance has become a popular approach among companies to integrate financial aspects with sustainable environmental goals. This research aims to investigate in-depth the opportunities and challenges associated with green finance practices for business organizations. The study is a literature review with a qualitative approach, utilizing descriptive analysis. Data for this research were obtained through a search of articles on Google Scholar spanning from 2014 to 2024. The study findings indicate that in an era where environmental awareness is on the rise, green finance practices are becoming increasingly crucial for companies looking to adopt sustainable business strategies. Green finance enables companies to integrate environmental values into investment decisions and fund allocation, creating incentives for more environmentally efficient business practices, and helping to mitigate environmental risks that may disrupt long-term operations. However, the implementation of green finance faces several challenges, including lack of understanding and awareness, complexity in measuring environmental impact, initial costs and economies of scale, limitations in data and measurement methods, as well as resource and internal capacity constraints. To address these challenges, cross-sector collaboration among private, government, and financial institutions is key.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselbar. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 63 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian: (1) Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselbar. (2) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselbar, (3) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselbar, (4) Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselbar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori (Febriansyah & Triputra, 2021). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang peneliti peroleh dari sejumlah responden yang kredibel, yaitu 400 karyawan OVO yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia (Putra et al., 2016). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrumen kuesioner online dengan cara pengisian kuesioner menggunakan smartphone dengan cara melakukan pemindaian QRIS terlebih dahulu. Kuesioner berisi 10 item pertanyaan, yaitu 4 pertanyaan variabel Independen, 4 pertanyaan variabel Dependen, dan 2 pertanyaan variabel Moderasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian dalam artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Streamer Image dapat memiliki arah hubungan positif dan pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian. Hal ini dikarenakan nilai P-Values ​​yang bernilai positif dan berada di bawah taraf signifikansi 0,05 yaitu 0,025. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Streamer Image merupakan salah satu faktor yang paling penting dalam memutuskan pembelian. Misalnya seseorang yang ingin membeli barang elektronik melirik seorang streamer yang kompeten di bidang elektronik seperti David Gadget dan sebagainya di bidang lainnya. Pada baris berikutnya, kreativitas peneliti dalam menambahkan variabel Kualitas Produk sebagai variabel moderasi juga berhasil. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai P-Values ​​yang juga positif dan berada di bawah taraf signifikansi 0,05 yaitu 0,000 yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan pengujian langsung sebesar 0,025. Artinya Streamer yang memiliki citra yang baik disertai dengan promosi produk yang berkualitas merupakan kombinasi yang tepat dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Dengan demikian hipotesis pertama dan kedua dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, social, economic, and technological dynamics continue to evolve rapidly. Community empowerment is becoming increasingly crucial for enhancing well-being and sustainability. In this context, the role of employees with relevant competencies becomes pivotal in supporting community empowerment efforts. Therefore, this research aims to analyze competency development strategies for employees within the context of community empowerment. The study employs a qualitative literature review method, drawing data from Google Scholar within the timeframe of 2006-2023. The study's findings indicate that competency development strategies for employees in the context of community empowerment constitute a holistic approach that plays an integral role in achieving sustainable development goals. From identifying competency needs to implementing individual development programs, these steps form a robust foundation for realizing positive changes within the community. By empowering employees through the enhancement of skills and knowledge, organizations not only strengthen their internal capacities but also make a significant contribution to community well-being.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price and promotions on social media on purchasing decisions for MH Whitening Skin. This research uses primary data and also secondary data. The research method used was incidental sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The data analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing. Testing the analytical model in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R determination. Based on the results of research using the T test, it was found that price had a significant influence on purchasing decisions for MH Whitening Skin, as well as promotions on social media had a significant influence on purchasing decisions for MH Whitening Skin in Makassar. F test results: Price and promotion via social media simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for MH Whitening Skin, where promotions on social media are the most dominant factors influencing purchasing decisions for MH Whitening Skin in Makassar.

Abstract

Management of the relationship between educational institutions and the community is essential in the development of the educational institution itself; school branding is also essential in developing educational institutions to create a good image in the eyes of the community. Therefore, the authors researched this matter at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). ) Muhammadiyah 1 Simo, Ponorogo to analyze how the madrasah public relations (PR) strategy is used and how the school branding is. This study uses a qualitative approach with interviews and observation methods to gather information. The results of this research were: 1) Simo 1 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah (MIM), Ponorogo used a strategy by creating harmonious relations between madrasahs and the community so that later both parties cared for each other and could work together in improving the quality of education. The form of concern given by the community to them includes the provision of student classrooms in residents' homes, considering that classrooms at schools are still limited, community service activities in school construction routinely every month, donations of infaq money for school facilities, and the community's willingness to assist school activities. 2) The net result is that in school branding in this industrial era, the institution has a strategy of providing good services and facilities that will create a good image of the madrasa and make people interested in the madrasa based on the school's website to inform the wider community, the programs provided among others: a) tahfidz program, b) madrasah adiwiyata, c) reading the Qur'an ummi method, d) student shuttle car, e) extracurriculars: drum-band, futsal, and badminton. In improving the school's image, its implementation requires the cooperation of all school members, parents of students and the surrounding community through the print media, namely the distribution of banners, brochures and calendars. Technology media is also used for school branding activities, such as publications on the school's official social media, WhatsApp, Facebook, tick-tock, Instagram and the school's website.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan besar terhadap strategi pemasaran, terutama bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses transformasi strategi pemasaran UMKM di era media sosial, mengidentifikasi strategi yang diterapkan, serta memahami tantangan dan dampak yang muncul dari perubahan tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap beberapa pelaku UMKM yang aktif menggunakan platform media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan TikTok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi strategi pemasaran UMKM tidak hanya mencakup peralihan dari metode konvensional ke digital, tetapi juga perubahan pola pikir dalam membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan secara interaktif dan berkelanjutan. Media sosial berperan penting dalam meningkatkan brand awareness, memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta mendorong pertumbuhan penjualan melalui strategi content marketing, storytelling, dan engagement digital. Meskipun demikian, pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan literasi digital, kemampuan teknis, dan kesulitan dalam mengukur efektivitas promosi online. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini memperkuat Teori Relationship Marketing, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), dan Diffusion of Innovation Theory yang menjelaskan bahwa penerimaan teknologi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pemasaran dan hubungan pelanggan. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital yang adaptif, kreatif, dan berorientasi pada pelanggan. Dengan demikian, transformasi strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM di era ekonomi digital.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan sektor usaha yang memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian daerah, namun sebagian besar pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi kendala dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang tepat dan akurat. Rendahnya literasi keuangan serta lemahnya penerapan pengendalian internal menjadi faktor yang sering dikaitkan dengan permasalahan ketidaktepatan laporan keuangan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial literacy dan pengendalian internal terhadap ketepatan penyusunan laporan keuangan pada UMKM di Kota Makassar, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 129 responden pelaku UMKM dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketepatan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Selain itu, pengendalian internal juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketepatan laporan keuangan UMKM. Secara simultan, financial literacy dan pengendalian internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan penyusunan laporan keuangan, dengan kontribusi sebesar 66% terhadap variasi ketepatan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan pemahaman keuangan dan penerapan pengendalian internal yang efektif menjadi faktor penting dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang akurat dan dapat dipercaya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi UMKM, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelaporan keuangan di sektor UMKM.
