Abstract

This study aims to describe the differences in the ability to classify and count between groups of children who use the assisted play method of environmentally based teacher-made media and groups of children who use the playing method with poster media at TK Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan. This study used an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. Collecting data in this study using the observation sheet the ability to classify and the ability to count. The data analysis of this study used the t-test. The results showed that the method of playing assisted by environmentally based teacher-made media has a significant effect on the ability to classify and count. The method of playing using environmentally based teacher-made media that is done appropriately, effectively affects the ability to classify and count in the children of TK Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan. The implication of this research is that the teacher applies classifying and arithmetic learning in early childhood not limited to media commonly used in the classroom but can also use environmentally based teacher-made media. The results of this study recommend that the environmentally-based teacher-assisted media-assisted play method can improve classifying and counting skills

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the application of traditional game Setangga gunung in increasing the precision and gross motorik of children in the B3 group in Melati DW II Kindergarten in South Bengkulu Regency. This study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were 15 B3 children in Melati DW II Kindergarten, South Bengkulu Regency, totaling 15 people. Data collection techniques used teacher observation sheets and children's observation sheets, namely accuracy and gross motorik. Analysis of research data using the mean test and t test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the accuracy and gross motorik of children between cycle 1 and cycle 2. The results of cycle 3 showed that the teacher had succeeded in 100% carrying out the demonstration method and the application of demonstration methods with mountain support game could increase the precision and gross motoric age of children early.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of constructive playing methods in improving children's social and cognitive skills in Al Wakhidah ECD Village Pasar Bembah Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu. The research method used is Class Action Research. The subjects of this study were 15 students from class B1 consisting of 7 girls and 8 boys. The technique of collecting data uses an observation / observation sheet. This research was conducted in three cycles. The results of the study stated that it turned out that children's social skills increased between cycles 1, with an average of 2.23 in the second cycle increasing to 2.86 and increasing also in the third cycle to 3.68. While children's cognitive abilities increase between cycles 1 with an average of 2.23 to 3.15 in cycle 2 and increase also in cycle 3 to 3.76. So that it has been proven that the application of constructive play methods can improve children's social and cognitive skills in Al Wakhidah ECD Village Pasar Bembah, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve gross motor skills and social skills through traditional games in Semarak Sanggar Arga Makmur PAUD students. This study used Classroom Action Research (CAR) with implementation planning steps and reflection with the research subjects were 10 children in group B1. The data collection technique uses a child's observation sheet about gross social and motor skills. Analysis of research data using mean and t-test. The results showed that there were significant differences between gross social and motor skills through the application of demonstration methods in traditional games

Abstract

This study aims to improve mathematical kinesthetic and logical intelligence by using the method of playing through the media of modified snakes and ladders in children of group B of the Pembina Negeri PAUD. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects in this study were 15 children in the B group of the Year Trustees PAUD PAUD consisting of 9 boys and 6 girls. The data collection method used is observation. Data analysis techniques using percent and t-test. The results showed that the application of the playing method using snakes and ladders playing media significantly increased mathematical kinesthetic and logical intelligence. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended to teachers to improve mathematical kinesthetic and logical intelligence as an alternative to being able to use this play method in learning activities.

Abstract

This research purpose to describe: (1) methods of drill and practice in improving students' readiness to learn English; (2) Drill and practice methods in improving learning achievement; (3) The effectiveness of applying drill and practice methods can improve students' readiness and learning achievement. The research method used is Class and Experimental Action Research. The research subjects were students of Class VIII SMP Negeri 06 Lebong. The technique of collecting data uses tests and observations. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive. Based on the results and discussion of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) the application of drill and practice methods can improve the readiness of learning English. In Cycle 1 the average student learning readiness was 18.02 in the Good category, increasing to 19.78 in categories both in Cycle 2 or increased by 1.76. In Cycle 3 it increased again to 21.53 in the Good  category or increased by 1.75 from Cycle 2; (2) Application of drill and practice methods can improve learning achievement in English. There is an increase in the value of the pretest to posttest with an average of 15.50; (3) Application of drill and practice methods to effectively improve the readiness and learning achievement of English. In Cycle 1 there were 60% of students' learning readiness in the good category and in Cycle 2 it increased to 70% and increased again to 97% in Cycle 3.

Abstract

This reasearch aimed to Describe creativity of student learning in mathematics lesson grade XI SMK Negeri 3 Lebong, Describe student learning achievement in mathematics lesson grade XI SMK Negeri 3 Lebong, Describe efectivity applying inquiry learning model to improve student learning achievement in mathematics at SMK N 3 Lebong. The kind of this reasearch subject of this experiment is student grade XI TKJ 2 SMK N 3 Lebong as PTK class, then student grade XI TKJ 1 SMK N 3 Lebong as experiment class and student grade XI Accountancy SMK N 3 Lebong as control class. Class selection is chosen propositive random sampling. This data is collected using teacher observation sheet, student observation sheet, and student learning achievement test. After t-tes it can be concluded that by using inquiry learning model be able to improve creativity and student learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to improve children’s fine and cognitive motor skills thtough the useoftrainingmethodsinkingdergarten.Thistypeofresearchisclassroomactionresearch (PTK), with research subjects is students of group B kindergarten Aisyiyah 1 Lebong in school year 2018-2019. Total amount are 13 children, consisting 7 girls and 6 boys. This research was conducted in 3 cycles, consist of each cycle was held on one meeting, consisting of 4 stages namely 1. planning, 2. implementation, 3. Observation and 4. reflection. The data collection technique is collected by using observation. The data analysis technique using percentage formula to determine the differences between cycels with t-test. Based on the analysis of the result and discussion it is known that the use of training methods can improve fine motor skills and cognitive at the age of kindergarten. Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive media to improve language and cognitive skills in early childhood. The research method used was the Borg and Gall Research and Development (R&D) method with 10 development steps. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded: (1) Based on the validation of media experts and material experts, this interactive media falls into the "very feasible" category to be used to improve language and cognitive skills. (2) The use of interactive media can improve early childhood language skills, in terms of listening and speaking. The results of small group trials are included in the "good" category and the results of large group trials are included in the "very good" category. (3) The use of interactive learning media can improve early childhood cognitive abilities. The results of the small group trial were in the "very good" category. In the large group trial, it was included in the "very good" category

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce a product in the form of busy book media as a learning medium to improve early reading skills and cognitive development as well as to determine the increase in early reading and cognitive development of children using developed busy book media compared to the learning media used by teachers. The subjects of this study were PAUD group A children, on a limited scale test the subject was PAUD IT Al Kahfi Bengkulu City, and on a wide scale test the subject was PAUD Islam Intan Insani Kota Bengkulu and PAUD IT IQRA in Bengkulu City. This research method is a research and development method (Research and Development -R & D-). Retrieval of research data using assessment sheets and observation sheets. The data collected in this study are data from media experts, data from material experts, and data from observations. The data analysis technique of the validation instrument used the mean score, the instrument analysis of reading ability and cognitive development used the percentage score and the different aspects of development using busy book media compared to LKA using the t-test. The results of this study indicate that the use of busy book media as a learning medium can improve children's early reading skills and cognitive development.
