Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of priority Customer service quality on customer satisfaction at BCA KCU Gading Serpong using the five SERVQUAL dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The population consisted of 875 active priority customers, while the sample comprised 100 respondents selected using the Slovin formula through purposive sampling and quota sampling techniques. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that each SERVQUAL dimension has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with significance values below 0.05. Simultaneously, the five dimensions significantly influence customer satisfaction, as indicated by an F-value of 57.184, a significance level of 0.000, and a coefficient of determination of 71.9% (R² = 0.719). Among the five dimensions, Responsiveness has the strongest influence on customer satisfaction. Therefore, BCA KCU Gading Serpong is recommended to continuously improve service quality, particularly in Responsiveness, Reliability, and Tangibles, to maintain and enhance priority customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Online Customer Reviews, Online Customer Ratings, and Consumer Trust on Purchase Decisions on the Shopee marketplace, both partially and simultaneously. Shopee's dominance as the most frequently accessed e-commerce platform in Indonesia does not guarantee that every visit will result in a purchase decision. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the factors that influence consumers' purchase decisions. This study employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 116 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS version 27. The results indicate that Online Customer Reviews (t = 4.277), Online Customer Ratings (t = 4.521), and Consumer Trust (t = 3.335) have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions with a significance value of less than 0.05. Simultaneously, these three independent variables also have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, with an F-value of 84.776, which is greater than the F-table value of 2.69, and a significance value of less than 0.05. Therefore, Online Customer Reviews, Online Customer Ratings, and Consumer Trust are proven to have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, both partially and simultaneously, on the Shopee marketplace in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Supportive Work Environment, Work Life Balance, and Servant Leadership on Employee Retention at LeMondial Group. This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative method. A saturated sampling technique was used, involving all 39 permanent employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 25.The results indicate that Supportive Work Environment and Work Life Balance have a positive and significant effect on Employee Retention. Meanwhile, Servant Leadership does not have a significant effect on Employee Retention. Simultaneously, Supportive Work Environment, Work Life Balance, and Servant Leadership have a significant effect on Employee Retention. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.479 indicates that 47.9% of the variation in Employee Retention can be explained by these variables, while the remaining 52.1% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The findings confirm that efforts to improve Employee Retention at LeMondial Group are more strongly influenced by the creation of a supportive work environment and the maintenance of a balance between employees’ work and personal lives. Therefore, the company is encouraged to maintain a supportive work environment and promote Work Life Balance as an effort to enhance Employee Retention.
