Abstract

This research aimed to re-reduce the system of Pesantren (islamic boarding school) in Mandailing Natal and then formulating the direction of  transformation and transmission of Pesantren after the issuance of the Pesantren Law No. 18 of 2019. The methodological practice in this investigation was qualitative with the concept of a need assessment to explore the reality and ideals standards which were  set in the derivatives of the law, especially in terms of the formal education system in pesantren, curriculum content, student management, and pesantrens'  infrastructure in Mandailing Natal. while the data analysis used was structured based on the criteria for Pesantren Muadalah System and Formal Diniyah Education (PDF). The results showed that the majority of Pesantren in Mandailing Natal did the installation of Madrasah to the pesantren system in order to ensure the continuity of graduates continuing towards higher education, where pesantren having two lines of coordination at once, namely Penmad and PD Pontren Kemenag. In fact, the pesantren in Mandailing Natal got ready for a system transformation to Pesantren Muadalah or PDF since it had fullfilled all the required aspects, such as the number of students who were more than 250, the existence of curriculum of " kitab kuning", the readiness of human resources, and the availability of supporting infrastructure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the collaboration between Islamic religious teachers and language teachers in improving extracurricular achievements in the religious field of students at MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan. This type of research is field research (field research) with qualitative descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. PAI teachers teach students about religious material, Indonesian teachers teach students about grammar, Arabic and English teachers teach students to compile religious texts that are directly related to Arabic and English texts, and teach how to pronounce and intonate them. Supporting factors for collaboration between PAI teachers and language teachers, namely: solid cooperation between teachers in guiding students when there is a competition/MTQ, providing input and ideas to each other

Abstract

Jenis penelitian dalam jurnal ini adalah penelitian lapangan dan metodenya penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitiannya yaitu guru PAI, peserta didik SMP Negeri 2 Panyabungan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan muhadharah di SMP Negeri 2 Panyabungan dilaksanakan setiap hari Jum’at pagi pukul 07.00 WIB sampai selesai. Kegiatan muhadharah ini diikuti oleh semua kelas secara bergiliran dimulai dari kelas yang paling senior yaitu IX dan selanjutnya kelas VIII dan VII. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam kegiatan muhadharah yaitu bahasa Indonesia, Arab, dan bahasa Inggris. Upaya guru pembimbing untuk meningkatkan percaya diri peserta didik pada kegiatan muhadharah yaitu mengajak peserta didik untuk berlatih berpidato secara rutin dan mengikut sertakan peserta didik pada setiap perlombaan baik antar kelas atau antar tingkatan maupun di luar sekolah. Kemudian di setiap akhir bulan diadakan kegiatan muhadharah akbar. Peran peserta didik dalam kegiatan muhadharah terbagi menjadi 5 tugas yaitu: bagian dekorasi, MC, tilawah dan saritilawah, pidato/ceramah dan hiburan. Metode muhadharah yang sering di adalah manuskrip dan memoriter.

Abstract

Metode dalam penelitian ini ialah kuliatatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penlitian ini ialah cara yang harus dilakukan dalam melestarikan budaya lokal terkhusunya gordang sambilan, di era digital society 5.0 adalah dengan cara melakukan latihan secara rutin. dan peran pemuda-pemudi dalam melestarikan budaya gordang sambilan yaiut ikut berprestasi dalam memainkan gordang sambilan tersebut, sedangkan peran pemerintah dalam pelestarian budaya lokal ini ialah sebagai pendorong untuk pemuda-pemudi yang ikut serta dalam memainkan dan melestarikan budaya gordang sambilan tersebut. Beberapa hambatan atau tantangan yang dialami oleh pemuda-pemudi dalam melestarikan budaya gordang sambilan ini ialah kurangnya ketertarikan masyarakat untuk ikut serta dalam mempelajari dan melestarikan budaya gordang sambilan ini

Abstract

Students are not only required to be able to memorize but also have to understand and be interested, because if children are interested in the lesson they will naturally find out what they don't know. For this reason, learning using the learning while playing method is implemented so that it can motivate students in learning to become more creative individuals and also active in thinking and solving problems. Tutoring plays a very important role in children's learning development, because what children get is not only from school, with tutoring it can help children's difficulties while at school. Non-formal education is expected to increase students' interest or interest in learning. In non-formal education, students are invited to learn using different methods to formal education in general, non-formal education is more relaxed and fun by introducing something new or interesting things that they don't understand, different from formal education, learning is more fun by playing games. on the sidelines of learning when the child seems to be getting bored with learning.

Abstract

Bullying has long been a phenomenon haunting educational environments worldwide, with its impacts not only affecting the victims individually but also influencing the overall image of the school. Bullying can lead to a decline in academic achievement, loss of students' self-confidence, and even mental health disorders among victims. Additionally, bullies themselves may experience negative consequences, such as difficulty in forming healthy social relationships with others in the future. In recent years, awareness of the importance of addressing bullying has significantly increased. Schools, parents, and communities are becoming more aware of the actions needed to prevent and address bullying cases in schools. One approach that has been implemented is through the introduction of programs like the Roots Program. The Roots program is designed to promote values such as respect for others, openness, freedom of expression, trust, and safety within the school environment. By involving the entire school community, including students, teachers, staff, and parents, this program aims to create a positive school climate where bullying can be effectively addressed.This research aims to implement the Roots program with the involvement of change agents, with the hope of providing deeper insights into the effectiveness of this program in combating bullying in schools. A qualitative approach focusing on phenomenology is employed in this study. The research location is SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan, North Sumatra. Data are obtained from primary sources consisting of research subjects, including the school principal, teachers, and members of the Change Agents. Subject selection for the research uses purposive sampling technique. The Bullying Prevention Program, based on Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 82 of 2015, aims to create a safe and comfortable school climate for students. Change Agents at SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan play a crucial role in implementing this program by positively impacting students and the school as a whole. The success of this program is measured through the ability of change agents to prevent and address bullying incidents in school, as well as through the celebration of the Roots Day Declaration involving the entire school community. It is hoped that this program will help reduce bullying cases and create a more friendly and enjoyable school environment for all involved parties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan mahasiswa akan buku ajar mata kuliah pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang singkron dengan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS), karena belum adanya buku ajar berbasis project based learning yang dikembangkan untuk mata kuliah pengembangan kurikulum PAI. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini perlu dilakukan untuk menggambarkan tentang pelaksanaan perkuliahan pengembangan kurikulum PAI sebelum dan sesudah ada buku ajar berbasis project based learning , untuk mengetahui validitas dan praktikalitas buku ajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Reaserc And Developman (RnD) dengan model ADDIE yang menggunakan 5 tahapan yaitu Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate. Penelitian ini dilakukan sampai pada tahap praktikalitas. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah validitas, praktikalitas, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan, analisis validasi, dan praktikalitas.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada proses perkuliahan pengembangan kurikulum PAI mahasiswa membutuhkan buku ajar yang singkron dengan RPS. Setelah adanya buku ajar mahasiswa dapat terbantu memahami materi dan dosen terbantu dalam menarik minat belajar mahasiswa untuk belajar mandiri . Hasil validasi RPS Mata Kuliah Pengembangan Kurikulum PAI tergolong sangat valid dengan persentase 92,22 %. Hasil validasi Buku Ajar Pengembangan Kurikulum PAI Berbasis Proyek tergolong sangat valid dengan persentase 88,85 %. Berdasarkan pengisian angket respon 2 orang dosen adalah sangat praktis dengan perolehan skor rata-rata 87 %. Hasil pengisian angket respon dari 53 orang  mahasasiswa semester V Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap kepraktisan produk buku ajar Pengembangan Kurikulum PAI Berbasis Proyek yang digunakan adalah sangat praktis dengan perolehan skor rata-rata 85,17 %. Kata Kunci: Buku Ajar, Project Based Learning, Kurikulum, PAI

Abstract

The importance of counseling in schools cannot be overstated, as it plays a vital role in improving students' academic and personal well-being. Individual Counseling Guidance (BKI), a type of individual counseling, is increasingly recognized as an important component in comprehensive school counseling programs. Even though it has potential benefits, the application of BKI in schools in Indonesia is still limited. This research aims to explore the application of a student-centered approach at SMKN 1 Panyabungan. A student-oriented approach emphasizes student autonomy, participation, and involvement in the learning process. In this research, the author used a qualitative research design. This methodology involves observations, interviews, and focus group discussions with students, teachers, and administrators. The findings of this research indicate that schools have made various efforts to move from a traditional teacher-centered approach to a more student-centered approach. Here, students are encouraged to take 'ownership' of their learning - through project-based learning, problem-solving activities and technology integration. Teachers have also taken on new roles as facilitators and mentors, willing to guide and support when needed. The results of the study stated that students reported that they felt clearly more motivated, more involved in learning, and more satisfied. Moreover, teachers feel more satisfied with their work and feel like they have achieved something. This study emphasizes how important it is for teachers to receive continuous education at a professional level. Schools are also expected to provide appropriate equipment and support resources for implementing a student-centered approach..ABSTRAKPentingnya konseling di sekolah tidak bisa dilebih-lebihkan, karena konseling memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan akademis dan pribadi siswa. Bimbingan Konseling Individu (BKI), salah satu jenis konseling individu, semakin dikenal sebagai komponen penting dalam program konseling sekolah yang komprehensif. Meskipun mempunyai potensi manfaat, penerapan BKI di sekolah-sekolah di Indonesia masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan pendekatan yang berpusat pada siswa di SMKN 1 Panyabungan. Pendekatan yang berorientasi pada siswa menekankan otonomi, partisipasi, dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif. Metodologi ini melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus dengan siswa, guru, dan administrator. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk beralih dari pendekatan yang tradisional yang berpusat pada guru ke pendekatan yang lebih berpusat pada siswa. Di sini, siswa didorong untuk mengambil 'kepemilikan' atas pembelajaran mereka - melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek, aktivitas pemecahan masalah, dan integrasi teknologi. Guru juga telah mengambil peran baru sebagai fasilitator dan mentor, yang bersedia membimbing dan mendukung bila diperlukan. Atas hasil studi itu dinyatakan bahwa siswa melaporkan bahwa mereka merasa jelas lebih termotivasi, lebih terlibat dalam pembelajaran, serta lebih puas. Apalagi, guru merasa lebih puas dengan pekerjaan mereka dan merasa sudah mencapai sesuatu. Studi ini menekankan betapa pentingnya bagi guru untuk mendapat pendidikan yang terus menerus pada tingkat profesional. Sekolah juga diharapkan dapat menyediakan peralatan dan sumber-sumber dukungan yang layak bagi penerapan pendekatan yang berpusat pada siswa.
