Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Interactivity Terhadap Customer Engagement pada konsumen shopee berbasis aplikasi. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian explanatory research dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil dari populasi konsumen aplikasi shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner dan wawancara. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling dengan karakteristik sampel yang dipilih yaitu minimal 17 tahun, minimal pernah mengakses aplikasi shopee di handphone. Alat uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen penelitian ini beupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji t. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa diketahui bahwa variabel interaktivitas (X)memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0.532% terhadap variabel customer engagement (Y). Variabel interaktivitas (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel customer engagement (Y) karena memiliki nilai dibawah 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of training on employee work productivity at PT. Atrust Mitra UsahaIndonesian Ice Tea Division Jabodetabek This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. This research uses the method saturated sampling which are used in total 74 employees at PT. Atrust Mitra Usaha Indonesian Ice Tea Division Jabodetabek, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence between training and performance work productivity positive influence strong and has an influential contribution of 68,2% on work productivity variables. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on interest buy customers on the e-commerce social site Shopee in West Semper Village . E-WOM has become factor important in digital marketing , especially on e-commerce platforms like Shopee. This study used method quantitative with technique data collection via distributed questionnaires to Shopee users in Semper Barat Subdistrict . Research sample A total of 40 respondents were selected use purposive sampling technique . Data analyzed use method analysis statistics simple linear regression . Research result show that E-WOM has influence significant to interest buy Shopee customers in West Semper Village . This study gave contribution theoretical in understand the role of E-WOM in e-commerce context in Indonesia, especially in urban areas such as West Semper Village . By practical , results This studycan become reference for perpetrator e-commerce business in designing effective marketing strategies with utilizing E-WOM.

Abstract

The House of Represe  natives of the Republic of Indonesia (House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia) is one of the highest state institutions in the Indonesian constitutional system. The House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia functions as the people's representative who has the authority to make laws, supervise the implementation of laws, and give approval to the budget proposed by the government. The method used in this study is descriptive. The population in this study is the entire workforce of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia and the research sample is 50 Expert Workers of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires of 10 questions on variable X and 10 questions on variable Y

Abstract

Education is crucial in a civilization because through education humans humanize humans. In Bloom's taxonomy there are three domains that are used as the progress of students, including cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Technology has developed in the education sector, many learning methods can support students' abilities, especially in the cognitive domain. The emergence of LMS makes it possible to make the learning process more flexible. Given that the teaching resources used are now almost non-physical, it is necessary to integrate the distribution of teaching materials that are easily accessible. Several platforms are competing in perfecting digital-based learning media with the aim of optimizing learning. Pertiwi University uses Sevima Edlink as an LMS for both offline and online learning. The purpose of this research is to find out the optimization of learning by using Edlink in the learning process at Pertiwi University, especially in the Technology Department using descriptive qualitative methods. Edlink is an LMS platform that is engaged in education. Many features support the flipped classroom learning model so that it will support students' cognitive levels quickly. In addition, the virtual class has complete features ranging from attendance, learning materials that are easily integrated into various formats, collection and assessment of assignments, group sharing and interaction in discussions in each session. Thus Edlink LMS can optimize the learning process through flipped classroom learning.

Abstract

direct use of raw water has serious health risks. Therefore, various water treatment processes are needed to make the raw water safe for use in domestic purposes. One important stage in such processing processes is coagulation and flocculation, where chemicals (coagulants) are used to remove colloidal particles and form larger floc that can be easily precipitated through sedimentation and filtration. Determination of the optimal coagulant dosage is essential to achieve the desired water quality. However, jer-test problems, the non-linear nature of water, and the complexity of coagulation theory can make it difficult to determine the optimal dose. Therefore, in this study, a system is proposed that uses a data-based fuzzy approach and fuzzy set determination using z-score to study data patterns and relationships between parameters in the coagulation process. The proposed method utilizes a fuzzy approach to address the non-linear nature of water and the complexity of coagulation theory. The system uses the collected data patterns to develop fuzzy models that can predict optimal coagulant doses based on specific conditions. This approach allows the system to learn from existing data and identify patterns of relationships that may be hidden between relevant parameters. The results showed that the proposed system achieved an RMSE value of 0.7639589866827494, while the MSE value was 0.5836333333333333333. This suggests that the system can provide a fairly accurate prediction of the dose of coagulant required in the coagulation process.

Abstract

Biji kopi hijau arabika (Coffea arabica L.) mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder flavonoid, alkaloid, tanin dan terpenoid. Kandungan flavonoid pada biji kopi hijau arabika diduga memiliki aktifitas sebagai antioksidan dan antidiabetes. Peningkatan aktifitas senyawa aktif dapat ditingkatkan melalui proses purifikasi. Purifikasi biji kopi hijau arabika dilakukan menggunakan pelarut etil asetat melalui pemisahan cair-cair. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktifitas antioksidan ekstrak terpurifikasi etil asetat biji kopi hijau arabika serta menganalisis aktivitas penurunan glukosa secara in vitro. Pengujian aktivitas antioksidan ditentukan menggunakan metode ABTS (2,2 azinobis (3-etilbenzotiazolin)-6-asam sulfonat), sedangkan pengujian antidiabetes menggunakan metode Nelson Somogyi dengan pembacaan absorbansi menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Hasil identifikasi kualitatif menunjukkan adanya senyawa aktif flavonoid pada ekstrak biji kopi hijau arabika (EBKHA) terpurifikasi etil asetat. Kadar flavonoid total pada EBKHA terpurifikasi etil asetat sebesar 49,47 mg QE/g. Aktifitas antioksidan pada EBKHA terpurifikasi etil asetat diperoleh nilai IC50 69,95 ppm dengan kategori kuat, sedangkan aktivitas penurunan kadar glukosa secara optimal pada konsentrasi 60 ppm dengan penurunan kadar glukosa sebesar 67,50%. Kandungan flavonoid pada EBKHA terpurifikasi etil asetat memiliki kemampuan antioksidan kuat serta berpotensi sebagai kandidat antidiabetes.

Abstract

Era Industri 4.0 menuntut mahasiswa memiliki karakter kuat dan kemampuan kepemimpinan untuk bersaing di dunia kerja. Program Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Mahasiswa (LDKM) di Sekolah Tinggi Bahasa Asing Pertiwi diselenggarakan sebagai strategi pembinaan karakter dan soft skills. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan studi kasus dengan pendekatan experiential learning. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap nilai-nilai kepemimpinan, komunikasi efektif, dan kepercayaan diri dalam mengambil peran sebagai pemimpin. Sebagian besar peserta menyatakan kegiatan ini relevan dan membentuk kesiapan mereka menghadapi tantangan global. Kegiatan LDKM terbukti menjadi media penguatan karakter yang berdampak positif dan aplikatif dalam pengembangan diri mahasiswa. Hasil ini penting sebagai dasar untuk menjadikan LDKM sebagai program pembinaan berkelanjutan guna mencetak lulusan yang unggul dan berdaya saing di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dengan tujuan dalam rangka menganalisa secara deskriptif kuantitatif sebarapa besar hubungan dan pengaruh atas sefl-efficacy dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Swadharma Jakarta. Sebuah lembaga koperasi yang dibawah naungan suatu perusahan BUMN terkemuka di Indonesia Bank BNI. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif, penelitian yang menjelaskan variabel sebagaimana adanya dan didukung oleh data numerik yang berasal dari keadaan dunia nyata. Untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini digunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Data primer didapatkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner ke seluruh karyaan Koperasi Swadharma Jakarta dengan skala likert dengan analisa data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil dan pembahasan bahwa seluruh data dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dengan kontribusi positif kuat hubungan dan pengaruh signifikan dan menerima hipotesis alternative.

Abstract

Kemampuan mengendalikan diri dan disiplin yang tinggi dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan berdasarkan jam kerja shift merupakan tantangan. Penelitian ini membahas self-efficacy dan disiplin kerja pada Instalasi Gizi Rumah Sakit Hastien Rengasdengklok Karawang. dengan kerangka metode kualitatif deskriptif menggambarkan fenomena yang terjadi dengan teknik snowballing sampling yang dimulai dengan peneliti mengumpulkan informasi melalui wawancara mendalam dari key informan. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini dimana kemampuan mengendalikan diri sebagai karyawan di Intalasi Gizi Rumah Sakit Hastien Rengasdengklok Karawang disikapi bijak dengan disiplin kerja yang telah distandarkan lembaga.
