Abstract

Kampus mengajar merupakan salah satu bentuk pelaksanaan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MKBM) berupa asistensi mengajar untuk memberdayakan mahasiswa dalam membantu proses pembelajaran di Sekolahberbagai desa/kota di Indonesia. Dalam program ini mahasiswa dan Dosen Pendamping Lapangan diberi kesempatan untuk berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di Indonesia serta belajar di luar kampus selama satu semester guna melatih kemampuan menyelesaikan permasalahan yang kompleks dengan menjadi mitra guru untuk berinovasi dalam pembelajaran, pengembangan strategi, dan model pembelajaran yang kreatif, inovatif, dan menyenangkan. Sekolah penugasan yang terpilih pada program kampus mengajar angkatan 7 ini adalah UPTD SMP Negeri 6 Parepare. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan selama program kampus mengajar 7 berjalan. Baik secara offline ataupun online. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berkaitan dengan peningkatan literasi numerasi, adaptasi teknologi dan pelestarian lingkungan

Abstract

Kegiatan bakti masyarakat adalah bentuk kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kesadaran sosial mahasiswa. Salah satu manfaat dari bakti masyarakat adalah mahasiswa mampu berkonstribusi langsung pada masyarakat dan mengembangkan kemampuan sosialnya. Adapun tujuan pendamping bakti masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengalaman kepada mahasiswa mengaktualisasikan diri pada lingkungan masyarakat, meningkatkan rasa peduli terhadap lingkungan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pembekalan, observasi, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Adapun hasil observasi ditemukan bahwa desa Buttu Batu kiranya perlu dilakukan penataan tanda jalan, pembersihan lingkungan, pelaksanaan kegiatan sosial dan program-program lainnya. Adapun hasil dari pendampingan bakti masyarakat di desa Buttu Batu Kabupaten Enrekang adalah terjadi peningkatan kesadaran sosial mahasiswa terhadap lingkungan sekitar, kemampuan komunikasi, kerjasama serta peningkatan kemampuan emosional mahasiswa. Adapun dampak bagi masyarakat adalah tertatanya tanda jalan dengan baik, terciptanya lingkungan yang bersih, dan meningkatkan rasa kebersamaan serta kepedulian masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, 1) Mengetahui Model-model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru di SMP Negeri I Atap Palangka Kabupaten Sinjai, 2) Mengetahui kendala dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri I Atap Palangka Kabupaten Sinjai, 3) Mengetahui upaya untuk mengatasi kendala dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri I Atap Palangka Kabupaten Sinjai. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Data yang telah diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Model-model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri I Atap Palangka Kabupaten Sinjai yaitu model pembelajaran langsung, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CTL; 2) Kendala dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran pada mata pembelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri I Atap Palangka Kabupaten Sinjai yaitu dalam pelaksanaan model pembelajaran masih ada siswa yang belum siap mengikuti pelajaran, serta penggunaan model pembelajaran yang belum pernah diaplikasikan sebelumnya, siswa masih bingung, kemudian terdapat faktor lain seperti latar belakang pendidikan guru, sehingga tidak menguasai materi yang diajarkan; 3) Beberapa upaya untuk mengatasi kendala yaitu melakukan pengayaan, melakukan refleksi, memberikan penguatan atau peningkatan motivasi atau keterampilan belajar dan menggunakan model pembelajaran yang tepat.Social Studies learning models in SMP Negeri 1 Atap Pangka, Sinjai RegencyThis study aims to 1) Know the learning models used by teachers at SMP Negeri I Atap Palangka, Sinjai Regency, 2) Know the obstacles in using learning models in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri I Atap Palangka, Sinjai Regency, 3) Know the efforts to overcome obstacles in the use of learning models in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri I Atap Palangka, Sinjai Regency. Data collection techniques were conducted through documentation, observation and interviews. The data obtained from the research results are processed using qualitative analysis. The results showed: 1) The learning models used by teachers in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri I Atap Palangka, Sinjai Regency, namely the direct learning model, the STAD type cooperative learning model, the jigsaw type cooperative learning model, the CTL type cooperative learning model;  2) There are constraints to using the learning model for social studies subjects at SMP Negeri I Atap Palangka Sinjai Regency:  followed: students are not ready to take lessons; the use of learning models that have never been applied before; students are still confused; and teacher's educational background so that they do not master the material being taught; 3) Several attempts to overcome obstacles, namely conducting enrichment, reflecting, providing reinforcement or increasing motivation or learning skills and using appropriate learning models.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the local potential of Tanakeke Island in Takalar Regency, 2) analyze the local potential of Tanakeke Island so that it can be used as a source of social studies learning to improve learning of social science clusters at SMA Negeri 12 Takalar, and 3) determine the challenges faced in utilizing the local potential of Tanakeke Island as a source of learning. This type of research is qualitative research and descriptive approach.The number of informants in this study was 4 teachers who were determined through purposive sampling techniques with teacher criteria, namely: 1) having a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at SMA Negeri 12 Takalar, 2) having an educational background relevant to the social sciences, and 3) having knowledge and insight into the culture, history, and economic potential of Tanakeke Island. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity checking was carried out using source triangulation techniques. Data analysis was data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of the study indicate that: 1) Tanakeke Island has integrated cultural, economic, historical, and social richness. Local wisdom strengthens togetherness and environmental preservation, while the marine resource-based economy still faces challenges in terms of income and access to technology. Family ties and mutual cooperation are the pillars of the community, with community leaders playing an important role in decision-making; 2) The Maudu' Lompoa, Bangko Tappampang, and Pasir Putih Tourism traditions have high educational value for SMA Negeri 12 Takalar in the Social Sciences cluster. These traditions teach cultural preservation, sustainable use of natural resources, and analysis of the economic impact and coastal ecosystems; and 3) Utilization of the local potential of Tanakeke Island as a learning resource for economics, geography, sociology, and history subjects faces obstacles such as limited access to transportation, teaching materials that are less focused on the local context, and minimal teacher training related to local resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1). Menganalisis penerapan combine harvester dalam proses panen padi di Kelurahan Cempaniga Kecamatan Camba Kabupaten Maros. 2). Menganalisis dampak penggunaan combine harvester terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi petani di Kelurahan Cempaniga, Kecamatan Camba, Kabupaten Maros. 3). Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tantangan sosial ekonomi yang dihadapi oleh buruh panen padi sebagai dampak penerapan sistem panen dengan combine harvester di Kelurahan Cempaniga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara serta dokumentasi, Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari petani dan buruh panen yang terdampak oleh penggunaan combine harvester. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan combine harvester di Kelurahan Cempaniga meningkatkan efisiensi panen melalui proses yang lebih cepat, terstruktur, dan hemat biaya. Bagi petani, dampak ekonominya mencakup penurunan biaya operasional, percepatan rotasi tanam, dan peluang peningkatan pendapatan. Dari segi sosial, penggunaan mesin ini mengurangi interaksi dalam panen gotong royong dan menuntut adaptasi terhadap pola kerja baru. Sementara itu, bagi buruh panen, dari segi ekonomi, penggunaan alat ini menyebabkan penurunan kebutuhan tenaga kerja saat panen, sehingga kesempatan kerja menjadi terbatas dan pendapatan menurun. Dari segi sosial, kondisi ini berdampak pada kehidupan harian buruh panen, seperti terkikisnya praktik tradisional, perubahan budaya sehingga mengurangi interaksi sosial antara buru panen dengan petani dan meningkatkan angka kemiskinan.This study aims to: 1) Analyze the implementation of combine harvesters in the rice harvesting process in Cempaniga Urban Village, Camba Sub-district, Maros Regency; 2) Analyze the socio-economic impact of using combine harvesters on farmers in Cempaniga Urban Village, Camba Sub-district, Maros Regency; and 3) Identify and analyze the socio-economic challenges faced by rice harvest laborers as a result of the adoption of combine harvester-based harvesting systems in Cempaniga Urban Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include interviews and documentation. The informants in this study consist of farmers and harvest laborers affected by the use of combine harvesters. The results show that the implementation of combine harvesters in Cempaniga Urban Village has improved harvesting efficiency through a faster, more structured, and cost-effective process. For farmers, the economic impacts include reduced operational costs, faster planting rotation, and opportunities to increase income. Socially, the use of this machine reduces interaction in traditional communal harvesting and requires adaptation to new work patterns. Meanwhile, for harvest laborers, the economic impact includes a decline in labor demand during harvest time, resulting in limited job opportunities and decreased income. Socially, this condition affects their daily lives, including the erosion of traditional practices, cultural changes that reduce social interaction between laborers and farmers, and an increase in poverty levels.

Abstract

Background: Research on the dynamics of Toraja death rituals has generally emphasized visual aspects such as Tongkonan architecture, the slaughter of sacrificial animals, or mass processions. However, the role of the Tominaa as guardians and preservers of ritual traditions has not been sufficiently explored.Purpose: This study aims to investigate the presence of Tominaa in the funeral traditions of the Toraja people, which have changed over time. As indigenous oral poets, Tominaa lead ceremonies by chanting sacred verses known as kadong badong or tumba and serve as crucial pillars in preserving the cosmology and values of Aluk Todolo, the ancestral faith.Method: The research employs a literature review approach, analyzing previous scholarly works, theoretical frameworks, and key findings related to the role of Tominaa in Toraja funeral traditions.Results: The findings indicate that the role of Tominaa extends beyond ceremonial leadership, encompassing cultural guardianship, the preservation of identity, and the safeguarding of Toraja spirituality.Theoretical implications: This study enriches the understanding of Toraja culture and provides a living laboratory for abstract Social Studies concepts, thereby deepening comprehension of Indonesia’s sociocultural dynamics.Practical implications: Recognizing the Tominaa as custodians of ritual knowledge underscores the need for cultural preservation efforts through intergenerational transmission, integration into local education, and supportive policies, ensuring the continuity of Toraja’s intangible heritage amidst modernization.

Abstract

This research examines the social construction process of Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage and its contribution to character formation at SMAN 4 Makassar, responding to the duality this technology presents in education: its potential for personalized learning versus its risk to human interaction. Using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, this study dissects the essence of the subjective experiences of teachers, students, and stakeholders. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies, with the credibility of the findings ensured through source and method triangulation. The collected data were analyzed phenomenologically and interpreted using the theoretical framework of social construction by Berger and Luckmann.The primary findings indicate that AI implementation is not merely a technical adoption but a complete social process that unfolds through three dialectical stages: externalization, where ideas are manifested through policies and infrastructure; objectivation, when AI is institutionalized into routine practices and concrete social structures; and internalization, where students accept AI as part of their subjective consciousness and academic identity. Furthermore, this research reveals the dual role of AI, not only as a learning instrument but also as an effective mediator in character formation that instills values of responsibility, integrity, and discipline. The main contribution of this study is a deep understanding of how technology integrates into the school's social system, while also highlighting that the success of this process fundamentally depends on the crucial role of teachers as facilitators who align technological potential with humanistic values.

Abstract

Program Kampus Mengajar merupakan salah satu implementasi Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 26 Tamanroja dengan fokus pada penguatan literasi, numerasi, serta pembenahan fasilitas penunjang pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi kebutuhan, perancangan program, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan selama program kampus mengajar 5 berjalan baik secara offline ataupun online. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan literasi dan numerasi siswa, perbaikan tata kelola perpustakaan, serta terbentuknya media pembelajaran inovatif seperti “Roda Pintar” dan “Kincir Angka”. Selain itu, program juga berdampak pada peningkatan soft skill mahasiswa, kolaborasi dengan guru, serta penguatan karakter siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bentuk pengelolaan kawasan Wisata Dante Pine terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Enrekang. Dampak pengelolaan kawasan wisata Dante Pine terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Enrekang. Peran masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaan kawasan wisata Dante Pine terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Enrekang. Pendekatan Deskriptif Kualitatif digunakan untuk memahami kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Enrekang dari pengelolaan kawasan wisata Dante Pine. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan owner Dante Pine, wisatawan, dan masyarakat lokal sebagai subjek utama penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kawasan wisata Dante Pine memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Enrekang. Adapun bentuk pengelolaan kawasan wisata Dante Pine ditemukan dalam kategori baik, yang dapat dilihat dari indikator yaitu: a) penyediaan sarana dan prasarana b) pengenalan produk lokal, yang terus dikembangkan oleh masyarakat lokal di kabupaten Enrekang. Dampak pengelolaan kawasan wisata Dante Pine terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Enrekang, dapat ditinjau dari beberapa indikator penting, yaitu dari sisi sosial, dampak yang muncul meliputi: a) peningkatan interaksi sosial, dan b) keterbatasan sumber daya manusia. Pengelolaan kawasan wisata ini juga memberikan dampak ekonomi berupa: a) penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan, b) peningkatan pendapatan, c) keterbatasan pendanaan. Peran masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaan kawasan wisata Dante Pine terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Enrekang, dapat di lihat dari beberapa indikator sebagai berikut: a) pembangunan pariwisata berkelanjutan, b) melestarikan tradisi dan budaya lokal melalui acara budaya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah diperlukan upaya kolaboratif antara pemerintah daerah, pengelola wisata dan masyarakat untuk tetap menciptakan sistem pengelolaan yg berkelanjutan.This study aims to determine The form of management of the Dante Pine Tourism area on the socio-economic life of the community in Enrekang Regency. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the owner of Dante Pine, tourists, and local communities as the main subjects of the study. The results of the study indicate that the management of the Dante Pine tourist area has a positive contribution to improving the socio-economic life of the community in Enrekang Regency. The form of management of the Dante Pine tourist area was found to be in the good category, which can be seen from the indicators, namely: a) provision of facilities and infrastructure b) introduction of local products, which continue to be developed by the local community in Enrekang Regency. The impact of the management of the Dante Pine tourist area on the socio-economic life of the community in Enrekang Regency can be reviewed from several important indicators, namely from the social side, the impacts that arise include: a) increased social interaction, and b) limited human resources. The management of this tourist area also has an economic impact in the form of: a) job creation, b) increased income, c) limited funding. The role of local communities in the management of the Dante Pine tourist area on the socio-economic life of the community in Enrekang Regency can be seen from several indicators as follows: a) sustainable tourism development, b) preserving local traditions and culture through cultural events. The conclusion of this study is that collaborative efforts are needed between local governments, tourism managers and the community to continue to create a sustainable management system.

Abstract

Previous research has studied using Quiziz, but only for learning assessment. To make the literature more diverse, this research examines the integration of Quizizz into complete learning, starting from opening learning activities, delivering material, discussion activities, and learning assessments. In addition, the research aims to compare the motivation of students whose learning integrates Quizizz with conventional learning. The method used is quantitative, with a type of quasi-experimental research in the form of a post-test-only control design. The population in this study was 268 students. In comparison, the sample was class 5A as an experimental class with 21 students and class 5B as a control class with 23 students. The treatment given in the experimental class is to integrate Quizizz into the learning process. A learning motivation questionnaire obtained research data. The results of the Independent Sample T-Test test show Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05 means that there is a difference between the learning motivation of students whose learning integrates Quizizz and those whose learning uses conventional learning. Students in classes whose learning integrated Quizizz showed better learning motivation than those with conventional learning in class 5 UPT SD Negeri 5 Amparia Sidrap, South Sulawesi.
