Abstract

This study aims to planning formulation strategy in accordance with the eight specialization fields that are ideally attached to the performance of extension services for non-civil servant extension workers. The eight specializations include reading and writing the Koran (BTA), halal products, radicalism and splinter sects, the sakinah family, HIV/AIDS & drugs, zakat, endowments, and religious harmony (KUB). The research method used is qualitative. The data sources for this research are literature studies, related documents, and interviews with Islamic Religious Counselors. The communication strategy of Islamic Religious Counselors in carrying out their main tasks and functions in North Labuhanbatu Regency is by planning that has been formulated in the extension work group meeting and in its implementation using a da'wah strategy using Islamic communication principles such as qaulan layyina, qaulan maisura, qaulan sadida, qaulan baliga. Implementation of activities or work programs carried out by Islamic religious instructors in the form of religious activities such as assemblies of taklim and other religious events that reflect community social care. Evaluation the last stage in this process involves the readiness of the assessment, implementation, and results of the implemented program based on evaluation feedback on how the program was successful or not. Evaluations are carried out by extension workers by making written reports on each activity.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss about e Effectiveness of Public Communications of Medan Petisah Government in Preventing of COVID-19 Virus in Medan. This research is qualitative. The basis for the effectiveness of public communication that the researcher proposes is to put more emphasis on public trust to take advantage of cooperation and maintain behavior, which is supported by transparency and community involvement so that mutual understanding is achieved, feels mutual joy, can influence attitudes towards health protocols, maintain relationships with protocols. Health and modeling better behavior in preventing COVID-19. Responding to a pandemic is about public communication, social psychology, and health studies, as well as on epidemiology and virology. Therefore, effective public communication during the COVID-19 period requires a cross-disciplinary perspective that is truly evidence-based and reflects the values of a democratic society, so that the prevention of COVID-19 in Medan City can be realized carefully.

Abstract

This study aims to detect the extent of fraud in the management of village funds in Mandailing Natal Regency. Corruption is one type of fraud that often occurs in the village fund management sector. To overcome this, forensic audits and investigative audits are methods used to detect fraud. In practice, forensic audits and investigative audits require information and evidence. The information and evidence can be sourced from the Audit Team of the Inspectorate of Mandailing Natal Regency. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of forensic audits and investigative audits in detecting Village Fund Management fraud as a supporting factor. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using informants through directly using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this study used data from the District Inspectorate Office. Christmas Mandailing. Based on the resulting comprehensive conceptual framework, it can be concluded that forensic audits and investigative audits are effective methods of detecting fraud in village fund management in Mandailing Natal district. The researcher concluded that in the village financial management in Hutabargot District, fraud was detected from 14 villages in Hutabargot District in 2020. Lack of training and supervision of the village fund management process can lead to deviations that can be detrimental, training is carried out to improve the ability of the apparatus In managing village funds, this is very necessary for the creation of good village fund management and in accordance with established rules.
