Abstract

This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to examine the intellectual structure, evolution, and diffusion of climate finance literature from 2000 to 2024. Drawing data from the Scopus database, the study applies co-authorship, citation, keyword co-occurrence, and country collaboration analyses using VOSviewer. The findings reveal that climate finance and climate change are central themes, anchoring an interdisciplinary knowledge network that encompasses economic, policy, justice, and innovation-related subfields. Temporal analysis shows a progression from early focus on emissions and treaties toward recent interest in green bonds, financial innovation, and climate risk. Key contributors and collaborative hubs are identified, with the United Kingdom, United States, and Germany emerging as dominant producers of climate finance scholarship. Despite growing global interest, the analysis highlights regional imbalances in research production and calls for more inclusive, equitable academic collaboration. This study provides valuable insights for future research and policy formulation by mapping the trajectory and scope of the climate finance discourse.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of entrepreneurship education, community-based guidance, and social capital on the independence of social creative businesses in Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 respondents and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results demonstrate that all three factors significantly contribute to the independence of social creative businesses. Entrepreneurship education equips entrepreneurs with essential skills and knowledge, while community-based guidance fosters collective problem-solving and resource sharing. Social capital emerges as the strongest predictor, emphasizing the importance of trust and networks in achieving entrepreneurial autonomy. These findings underscore the need for targeted policies and programs to support the growth and sustainability of social creative businesses in Jakarta.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) policies and green employee behavior on organizational sustainability within the manufacturing industry in East Java. A quantitative research design was employed, using a sample of 160 respondents and a Likert scale (1-5) to collect data. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) was used to analyze the relationships between the variables. The results show that GHRM policies significantly positively influence green employee behavior and organizational sustainability. Furthermore, green employee behavior was found to mediate the relationship between GHRM policies and organizational sustainability. These findings suggest that the implementation of green HRM practices plays a crucial role in encouraging environmentally responsible behaviors, ultimately contributing to the overall sustainability of the organization. This research offers valuable insights for manufacturing organizations seeking to enhance their sustainability practices through effective human resource management.

Abstract

The global palm oil industry sits at the nexus of economic growth and environmental sustainability, generating both substantial financial returns and significant ecological concerns. This study presents a bibliometric synthesis of scholarly literature on palm oil, with particular focus on the interplay between policy frameworks, profitability, and environmental outcomes. Using the Scopus database, a total of relevant publications from 2000 to 2024 were analyzed through VOSviewer software to identify trends in co-authorship, citation patterns, and keyword co-occurrence. The findings reveal that "palm oil" and "sustainable development" serve as thematic anchors linking diverse domains such as biofuel production, deforestation, land use change, and economic valuation. Temporal analysis indicates a thematic evolution from environmental critiques toward techno-economic innovation and governance mechanisms. Collaboration networks highlight Malaysia and Indonesia as dominant contributors, with growing international partnerships across Europe, North America, and Asia. Despite the increasing academic attention to sustainability, the study identifies gaps in policy evaluation and interdisciplinary integration. The discussion offers actionable insights and policy recommendations to bridge these gaps, emphasizing the need for holistic, evidence-based strategies that align economic development with environmental integrity in palm oil governance.
