Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan berpikir kreatif fisika pada peserta didik kelas XI IPA1 SMA Negeri 2 Bua Ponrang. Jenis penelitian yaitu merupakan penelitian survei (Ex Post Facto) yang bersifat deskriptif untuk memperoleh data kuantitatif karena peneliti tidak memberikan perlakuan kepada responden sehingga penelitian ini hanya mengungkap variabel itu apa adanya tanpa menghubungkan dengan variabel lain. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Bua Ponrang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dan sampelnya dipilih secara kelompok dengan pengambilan kelas secara utuh yaitu kelas XI IPA1 SMA Negeri 2 Bua Ponrang yang berjumlah 32 peserta didik dengan 8 laki-laki dan 24 perempuan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan berpikir kreatif fisika yang telah valid untuk digunakan. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata keterampilan berpikir kreatif fisika peserta didik kelas XI IPA1 SMA Negeri 2 Bua Ponrang berada dalam rentang kategori rendah dengan persentase 46,88%. Adapun hasil analisis untuk setiap indikator keterampilan berpikir kreatif fisika menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang paling menonjol adalah menemukan sebab-sebab dengan skor rata-rata yaitu 2,70 dan indikator yang paling rendah adalah menerka akibat dari suatu kejadian dengan skor rata-rata yaitu 0,95 dibandingkan dengan indikator yang lainnya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat keterampilan berpikir kreatif fisika pada peserta didik kelas XI IPA1 SMA Negeri 2 Bua Ponrang masih rendah.Kata Kunci: Penelitian Ex Post Facto Bersifat Deskriptif-Survei, Keterampilan Berpikir Kreatif Fisika.This research aims to know the level of skill creative thinking physics at learners class XI IPA1 SMA Negeri 2 Bua Ponrang. The kind of research is survey (ex post facto) that are descriptive to obtain quantitative data for research not giving treatment to respondents so that this research is only uncover and that it was without connect with to other variables. But the population or the research is all students class XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Bua Ponrang academic year 2015/2016 and sample selected conditions groups with the class in their entirety the class XI IPA1 SMA Negeri 2 Bua Ponrang amounting to 32 students with 8 man and 24 woman becoming sample in this research. Research instruments used is the test skill creative thinking of physics have valid to be used. The result of the descriptive analysis indicate that skill mean score think is creative thinking physics learners class XI IPA1 SMA Negeri 2 Bua Ponrang be over the category low with percentage 46,88%. As for the result of analysis to every indicator creative thinking physics show that the most prominent indicator is to find causes with mean score that is 2,70 and those the lowest indicator of guess is a result of an event with mean score that is 0,95 compared to the with other indicator. So that it can be concluded that level of skill creative thinking physics at learners/participant class XI IPA1 SMA Negeri 2 Bua Ponrang still lower.Key Words: Ex Post Research Is Descriptive-Survei, Skill Creative Thinking Physics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui seberapa besar hasil belajar fisika sebelum diajar menggunakan media laboratorium virtual, (2) mengetahui seberapa besar hasil belajar fisika setelah diajar menggunakan media laboratorium virtual, (3) mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan hasil belajar fisika setelah diajar menggunakan media laboratorium virtual pada peserta didik kelas X.MIA 3 SMA Negeri 2 Sengkang tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pra eksperimen menggunakan One group pre test-post test design yang melibatkan variabel bebas yaitu pembelajaran menggunakan media laboratorium virtual dan variabel terikat hasil belajar fisika. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X.MIA 3 SMA Negeri 2 Sengkang tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 35 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar fisika. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan skor rata-rata sebelum diajar menggunakan media laboratorium virtual sebesar 6,80, dan setelah diajar menggunakan media laboratorium virtual sebesar 10,77. Dan hasil rata-rata N-gain ternormalisasi sebesar 0,34, hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar fisika setelah diajar menggunakan media laboratorium virtual dalam kategori sedang.Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, Laboratorium Virtual.Pra EksperimenThis research aimed to (1) find out the result of student physics before taught using virtual of laboratory media; (2) find out the result of student physics after taught using virtual of laboratory media ; (3) find out enhacement result of student physics after taught using virtual of laboratory media of grade X.MIA 3 students at SMA neg.2 Sengkang academic years 2014/2015.This study employs pra experiment by using one group pretest -postest design with independent variable is learning using virtual of laboratory media and dependent variable is result of student physics . Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Eksperimen Semu (Quasi Experimental) yang bertujuan untuk (1) memperoleh informasi tentang hasil belajar fisika peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan Metode pemberian Tugas terstruktur dan yang diajar secara konvensional. (2) mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar fisika peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan metode pemberian tugas terstruktur dan yang diajar secara konvensional. Desain penelitian adalah Nonequivalent Control Group  design yang melibatkan satu variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Variabel bebasnya berupa: metode pembelajaran yang terdiri atas dua dimensi yaitu  pemberian tugas terstruktur dan secara konvensional. Variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar fisika.  Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 22 Makassar tahun ajaran 2014/2015  dengan sampel penelitian peserta didik  kelas XI MIA 2 dan peserta didik kelas XI MIA 3. Kelas XI MIA 2 diberi perlakuan berupa pembelajaran menggunakan metode pemberian tugas terstruktur  dengan jumlah peserta didik 42 orang dan  kelas XI MIA 3  yang diajar secara konvensional dengan jumlah peserta didik 43 orang. Hasil analisis deskriptif mengungkapkan bahwa skor rata-rata hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas eksperimen adalah 17,40 dengan standar deviasi 3,21 dan skor rata-rata hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas kontrol adalah 16,35 dengan standar deviasi 3,03. Hasil analisis inferensial mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan  yang signifikan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMA 22 Makassar antara yang diajar menggunakan  metode pemberian tugas terstruktur dan yang diajar secara konvensional pada taraf signifikasi Kata kunci: hasil belajar, pemberian tugas terstruktur, model pembelajaran konvensionalThis study was a quasi-experimental research ( Quasi- Experimental ) that aims to ( 1 ) obtain information about the physics learning outcomes of students who were taught using the method of administration tasks are structured and taught conventionally . ( 2 ) determine whether there is a significant difference between the results of studying physics students are taught using the method of administration tasks are structured and taught conventionally . The study design was a nonequivalent control group involving one independent variable and the dependent variable . The independent variables such as : learning method consists of two dimensions , namely the provision of structured and conventional tasks . The dependent variable is the result of learning physics . The study population is of class XI students of SMAN 22 Makassar MIA academic year 2014/2015 with a sample of students of class XI MIA 2 and students of class XI MIA 3 . Class XI MIA 2 treated form of learning using structured task giving the number of learners 42 people and 3 MIA XI classes taught conventionally the number of learners 43 people . Descriptive analysis revealed that the average score of students learning outcomes physics class experiment was 17.40 with a standard deviation of 3.21 and an average score of student learning outcomes physics control class is 16.35 with a standard deviation of 3.03 . The results of inferential analysis revealed that there were significant differences in learning outcomes of students of class XI physics MIA SMA 22 Makassar between the taught using the method of administration tasks are structured and conventionally taught at the level of significance.Key words: learning outcomes , structured method of administration tasks, taught conventionally

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Ex Post Facto yang bersifat deskriptif-survei bertujuan mendeskripsikan seberapa besar kemampuan merumuskan hipotesis fisika peserta didik  kelas X(MIA)  SMA Barrang Lompo, semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X(MIA) SMA Barrang Lompo yang terdaftar pada tahun 2014/2015 dengan jumlah peserta didik 41 orang dengan 21 orang peserta didik sebagai sampel penelitian. Untuk mengetahui skor rata-rata dan kategori kemampuan merumuskan hipotesis fisika peserta didik dapat dilihat dari hasil tes menelaah buku peserta didik yang disediakan.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitan ini adalah data mengenai kemampuan merumuskan hipotesis fisika peserta didik dalam tiga jenis hipotesis, yaitu hipotesis deskriptif, hipotesis komparatif, dan hipotesis asosiatif. Pemberian skor yang diberikan menggunakan lembar observasi. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran secara kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan yang diperoleh skor kemampuan merumuskan hipotesis fisika peserta didik rata-rata 58 dari skor ideal yaitu 84%. Dari 21 orang peserta didik, umumnya memiliki kemampuan merumuskan hipotesis fisika dapat dikatakan baik.Kata kunci: Penelitian Ex Post Facto bersifat deskrpitif-survei, kemampuan merumuskan hipotesis fisika data kuantitatif. This study is the Ex Post  Facto descriptive-survey aims to describe how large the ability to formulate hypotheses of physics student of class XMIA high School Barrang Lompo, first semester of the school year 2014/2015. The subjects were student of class XMIA high school Barrang Lompo registered in the year 2014/2015 the number of student 41 to 21 students as a sample. To find the average score and category ability to formulate hypotheses of physics student can be seen from the result of tests examining books learners are provided. Data collection techniques performed in this research is the data on the ability t formulate hypotheses of physics students in the three thypes of hypotheses, is  hypotheses desciptive, comparative hypotheses, and hypotheses associative. Scoring is given using observation sheet. Data colleted was analyzed using descriptive statistics to obtain a quantitative desciption. Based on the results of the data analysis and discussion of the obtained scores physical ability learners formulate hypotheses on average 58 of the ideal score is 84. Of the 21 students, generally have the ability to formulate hypotheses of physics can be said to be good.Key words: Ex Post Pacto research is descriptive-survey, the ability to formulate hypotheses physic quantitative data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika siswa  kelas VIIIC SMP Negeri 33 Makassar  yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik  terdiri atas 19 laki-laki dan 17 perempuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus terdiri atas empat komponen utama, yaitu: 1). Perencanaan, 2). Pelaksanaan tindakan, 3). Observasi, dan 4). Refleksi. Untuk mengumpulkan data tentang hasil belajar peserta didik  digunakan tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk pilihan ganda dan untuk data peningkatan keaktifan peserta didik  dalam kelas digunakan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siklus I skor rata-rata hasil belajar siswa   sebesar  64,97 dengan persentase jumlah siswa  dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 47,22% sedangkan pada siklus II skor rata-rata hasil belajar siswa  sebesar 75,69 dengan persentase jumlah siswa  dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 80,56%.Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar fisika pada pokok gaya dan penerapannya, energi dan perubahannya, serta pesawat sederhana siswa kelas VIIIC SMP Negeri 33 Makassar dapat ditingkatkan melalui model pembelajaran aktif tipe Group to Group Exchange. Kata Kunci: pembelajaran aktif, Group to Group Exchange, hasil belajar This research is a classroom action research (classroom action research) that aims to improve student learning outcomes physics class Junior High School 33 Makassar VIIIC the 36 students consisting of 19 men and 17 women. This study was conducted in 2 cycle consists of four major components, namely: 1). Planning, 2). Implementation of the action, 3). Observations, and 4). Reflection. To collect data on learning outcomes of students learning to use the test results in the form of multiple choice and to increase the data active learners in the classroom to use the observation sheet. The results showed in the first cycle an average score of student learning outcomes at 64.97 with the percentage of students in the high category was 47.22%, while in the second cycle average score of student learning outcomes at 75.69 with the percentage of students in a category high of 80.56%. thus it can be concluded that the learning outcomes in basic physics and its application style, energy and change, as well as simple aircraft grade students of SMP Negeri 33 VIIIC Makassar can be enhanced through active learning model type Group to Group Exchange.Keywords: active learning, Group to Group Exchange, learning outcomes

Abstract

As a form of Islamic education in Indonesia, the existence of Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions with advantages both in terms of scientific tradition and in terms of transmission and intensity of Muslims is threatened by the current of globalization. Reform and reconstruction of Islamic education and its institutions seem to need to be carried out immediately, especially considering developments in the global world that require every Islamic educational institution to continue to improve itself in order to continue to exist. This article attempts to reconstruct the thoughts of one Islamic education figure (KH. Imam Zarkasyi) regarding the renewal of Islamic boarding schools as traditional Islamic educational institutions. The extent to which the concepts of this figure can be used as a model for modernizing traditional Islamic educational philosophy to suit the demands of Muslim society's modernization process would require further research. This study only discusses his concepts for reforming curricula, strengthening institutional administration, and promoting Islamic boarding school principles. KH. Imam Zarkasyi developed a number of his main concepts in light of the literature review. First of all, he asserted that the Islamic education curriculum emphasized modern science in addition to religious knowledge, necessitating that student be proficient in both Arabic and English. Secondly, in order to fortify Islamic boarding schools, it is imperative to enhance the institutional management of these establishments and oversee waqf in a reliable and contemporary manner. In the third section, he highlighted the importance of sincerity, simplicity, independence, ukhuwah, and freedom in the development of Islamic boarding school ideals. The Gontor Islamic Boarding School's outward character must be based on these five values.

Abstract

The aim of this study reveals the concept of Islamic integrated education and its implementation at Ar-Rohmah Islamic boarding school Hidayatullah Malang. The method used in this study is qualitative, while data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the data analysis show that integrated education at Ar-Rohmah has a solid foundation from the Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith as well as the views of the Muslim scholars. The implementation of Islamic integrated education at this institution is manifested explicitly in the organization’s mission statement, namely to carry out tauhid-based integral education that combines tarbiyah ruhiyah (spiritual education), aqliyah (intellectual), and jismiyah (physical). This mission is a realization of Ar-Rohmah's vision, which is to create excellent and competitive educational institutions to produce a generation that is cautious, intelligent, and independent. The vision and mission are translated into the educational goals of Ar-Rohmah, which aims to shape humans according to the vision and mission of their creation, namely as a servant of Allah (‘abdullah) and His vicegerent (khalifah) with the following characteristics: first, to have a strong spiritual mentality- aspects of ruhiyah. Second, have the knowledge and breadth of insight into life -aspects of aqliyah. Third, have expertise and skills- aspects of jismiyah. This institution also implements an integrated curriculum through a combination of the national curriculum (K13), the religious curriculum (Diniyah Khas), and the Hidayatullah Specific Parenting Curriculum (Kurikulum Kepengasuhan Khas). As well as integrated between formal schools and religious schools (madrasah diniyah).

Abstract

This community service was carried out in Pattongko Village, Central Sinjai District, by considering the location's vulnerability to natural disasters such as landslides and tornadoes. The high rainfall in the area is one of the leading causes of frequent natural disasters, compounded by the mountainous and hilly topography. These factors make the community highly susceptible to disasters that result in significant material and immaterial losses. The primary aim of this service activity was to build awareness and strengthen the community's disaster response capabilities, enabling the creation of a disaster-resilient village.The activity was conducted through socialization efforts involving various stakeholders, including the Pattongko village community, the village government, local youth groups, and the Sinjai Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), which served as the lead agency in disaster response in the region. Despite being a one-day event, the activity was expected to provide essential disaster education and training for the local population, enhancing their knowledge of disaster preparedness and response. By doing so, the initiative aimed to minimize the potential victims and the scale of losses caused by natural disasters in the future.This activity also supported broader government programs aimed at forming Disaster Resilient Villages. In the future, the program will be extended with further activities, such as establishing community disaster response teams, organizing disaster simulations, and strengthening disaster management protocols within the village. This long-term plan will ensure that the community remains well-prepared for any potential disaster events

Abstract

Improvements in education quality are highly dependent on the competence of educators and educational staff, which requires effective talent management. This study aims to describe and analyze the process of identifying, developing, and retaining talent, as well as its impact on the quality of educational personnel in schools. The research method employed is a case study with a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation, which were analyzed using thematic analysis with NVivo 12 Pro. Research findings indicate that the talent identification process begins with identifying needs, followed by establishing acquisition strategies, competency-based selection, and talent mapping; talent development through training and workshops improves the performance of educators; retention efforts through appropriate incentives play a crucial role in retaining high-quality educators; and talent management contributes to the development of competencies among educators and educational staff as well as academic achievements of students. This research is important for optimizing human resource management in education.
