Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 4 Juni sampai 30 Juni 2025 di Peternakan sapi perah milik Bapak Andik di Desa Jambesari, Kecamatan Poncokusumo, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Analisis kualitas susu dilakukan di Laboratorium Koperasi Peternakan Sapi Perah (KPSP) Sidodadi, Malang. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengevaluasi produksi dan kualitas susu sapi perah Peranakan Friesian Holstein (PFH) berdasarkan berat jenis dan total bahan kering pada periode laktasi berbeda. Materi yang digunakan berupa 9 ekor sapi PFH, masing-masing 3 ekor pada laktasi ke-2, ke-3, dan ke-4. Setiap sapi diambil sampel susu 30 mL untuk dianalisis berat jenis dan kandungan bahan kering total. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), terdiri atas tiga perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan meliputi: P1 (laktasi ke-2), P2 (laktasi ke-3), dan P3 (laktasi ke-4). Variabel yang diamati meliputi produksi susu, berat jenis, dan bahan kering total. Data dianalisis menggunakan One Way ANOVA, dilanjutkan dengan Uji BNT jika terdapat perbedaan signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan periode laktasi berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap produksi dan kualitas susu. Rataan produksi susu adalah P1: 7,68 L, P2: 9,48 L, dan P3: 11,34 L. Rataan berat jenis susu yaitu P1: 1,032 g/mL, P2: 1,031 g/mL, dan P3: 1,030 g/mL. Sedangkan rataan bahan kering total adalah P1: 12,06%, P2: 12,48%, dan P3: 12,91%. Disimpulkan bahwa produksi susu tertinggi diperoleh pada laktasi ke-4, sementara berat jenis tertinggi pada laktasi ke-2, dan bahan kering total tertinggi pada laktasi ke-2. Kata Kunci : Sapi Perah PFH, Periode laktasi, Produksi Susu, Berat Jenis Susu, dan Bahan Kering Total susu.

Abstract

In Indonesia, small-scale dairy cattle farming dominates, constituting 80% of the industry, with economic pursuits secondary to subsistence needs. Challenges include limited green fodder, declining farmers, low milk quality, diseases, and inadequate infrastructure. Despite these issues, dairy farming persists, particularly in East Java's Malang Regency, a major contributor to national dairy cattle population and milk production. The significance of Pujon Sub-District comes to the forefront, housing the Sinau Andandani Ekonomi (SAE) Pujon Cooperative established in 1975. This cooperative plays a pivotal role in supporting small-scale farmers in Pujon, actively addressing challenges through collaborative efforts. This cooperative facilitates small-scale farmers in Pujon, addressing challenges through collective efforts. In such systems, family labor, including women and children, is integral due to limited availability. The study aims to analyse the income of dairy cattle farmers and their labour allocation as the members of SAE Pujon Cooperative, Pujon District, Regency of Malang. The data of the farm management parameters were collected through a survey at the study area. The results indicate that the average income of the farmers is IDR 4,306,798 per month. Regarding labour allocations, wives work to household affairs and husbands focus more on farming activities. The research concludes that the income of dairy farmers and their labour allocation are related to the farm scale.

Abstract

The National Library has implemented an Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) so that library service operations and operations for the national library staff have used a computerized system which results in the PERPUSNAS requiring centralized management of IT problems, namely the IT Service Desk. As an IT problem service, IT Service Desk needs to be analyzed to measure the level of user satisfaction to determine the quality of its services. In this study, the measurement of the level of user satisfaction of IT service desk services was carried out using the Servqual method which has 5 dimensions of service quality, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty by looking for the value of the gap between the value of perception and the value of expectations from users. The results of the IT Service Desk measurement at PERPUSNAS RI obtained a gap of -0.78 with the category "Good Enough".

Abstract

This study aims to identify critical control points in honey production in Malang that affect both product quality and halal status, using a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and thematic analysis. The study identified several critical points in the honey production process that influence product quality and halal certification status, namely: the source of bees, hive cleanliness, processing methods, and packaging.The findings indicate that 80% of beekeepers understand and apply halal principles, while the remaining 20% require further education. Halal certification has been shown to increase the market value of honey by 15–20%, while also enhancing consumer trust and the product’s competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. Improving production efficiency through training, modernization of equipment, and the adoption of digital marketing strategies is essential to maximizing the potential of halal honey in the region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan efektivitas teknik pemasaran online (melalui Facebook) dan offline (melalui penjualan langsung/mulut ke mulut) terhadap peningkatan penjualan kelinci. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi peternak kelinci serta menjadi kontribusi akademis dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran peternakan. Materi penelitian berupa data penjualan kelinci yang diperoleh melalui dua saluran pemasaran, yaitu online melalui Facebook dan offline melalui kunjungan langsung ke peternakan periode Juli 2024-Juni 2025. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed method sequential exploratory, dengan pengumpulan data kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi strategi pemasaran, serta analisis kuantitatif menggunakan uji beda rata-rata (independent sample t-test) untuk membandingkan efektivitas kedua teknik pemasaran. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji beda rata-rata (independent sample t-test) berbeda secara signifikan dibanding dengan pemasaran offline (P<0,05) menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas penjualan online berbeda signifikan dibanding dengan penjualan secara offline. Rata-rata penjualan online adalah 40,25 ekor/bulan dengan standar deviasi 16,71, sedangkan rata-rata penjualan offline adalah 27,75 ekor/bulan dengan standar deviasi 11,20. sehingga diperoleh nilai t hitung = 12,5 ÷ 5,68 = 2,20. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa t hitung = 2,20 dengan Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,043. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemasaran online lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan dan menjangkau pasar spesifik, sedangkan pemasaran offline berperan penting dalam memenuhi permintaan musiman dari sektor pariwisata. Sinergi antara keduanya menjadi faktor utama yang menunjang keberhasilan strategi pemasaran Azhar Rabbit Farm secara keseluruhan.Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Teknik pemasaran online, Teknik pemasaran offline, Kelinci.

Abstract

Jelly candy is a type of soft candy made from fruit extract, sugar, and gelatin. The high sugar content may have adverse health effects. Therefore, honey powder has potential as a partial sugar substitute as well as a functional ingredient. The aim of this study was to determine the best percentage of honey powder substitution to replace part of the sugar in milk jelly candy. The main raw material was cow’s milk with honey powder as a sugar (sucrose) substitute. The study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and four replications. The treatments were T0 (25% sugar without honey powder), T1 (19% sugar + 6% honey powder), T2 (12.5% sugar + 12.5% honey powder), and T3 (6% sugar + 19% honey powder). The results showed that partial substitution of sugar with honey powder had a highly significant effect (p < 0.01) on reducing sugar (5.56-11.43%), antioxidant (90.16-116.73 ?g/mL), and color of sensory evaluation (3.58-4.05), as well as a significant effect (p < 0.05) on protein content (11.51-12.50%), taste (3.78-4.18), aroma (3.53-3.80), and overall acceptance (3.50-3.90), but no significant effect (p > 0.05) on texture (3.43-4.18). It can be concluded that substituting part of the sugar with honey powder in milk jelly candy affects the chemical properties. However, based on the evaluation, the control treatment with 25% sugar and no honey powder still be the most preferred product by panelists.

Abstract

Environmental damage occurs due to human actions or natural events. To prevent humanity from being destructive, awareness of environmental preservation needs to be fostered through education. This article aims to discuss the relationship between human and environmental perspective of the Koran. MAN I Mojokerto became the subject of this research using the theory of developing ecological citizenship with the Talcot Parsons system approach, which was then reviewed with the perspective of the Koran to find its relevance. The results showed that the environmental education (PLH) based on Adiwiyata in MAN I Mojokerto was well implemented, manifested in the level of policy, curriculum, action activities, and fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure. The implementation of this PLH has strong relevance to the teachings of the Koran about environmental preservation, which lies in the understanding that; because man is the caliph of Allah, he is tasked with prospering the earth and its environment. As a consequence, he must carry out the mandate to prosper the earth, in addition to having the right to use the environment for the benefit of his life, he also has an obligation to preserve it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan minyak Hermetia tersuplementasi Selenium dalam ransum terhadap analisis ekonomi pemeliharaan Broiler. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimental kuantitatif dengan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial (RALF) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, yaitu M0S0 (ransum tanpa minyak Hermetia dan tanpa Selenium), M0S1 (ransum tanpa minyak Hermetia dengan suplementasi Selenium), M1S0 (ransum dengan minyak Hermetia tanpa Selenium), dan M1S1 (ransum dengan minyak Hermetia tersuplementasi Selenium), dengan setiap ulangan menggunakan 5 ekor Broiler. Variabel yang diamati pada penelitian ini meliputi Total Variabel Cost (TVC), Total Fixed Cost (TFC), Total Cost (TC), Pendapatan, Keuntungan, dan Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap TVC, TC, pendapatan, dan keuntungan, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap TFC. Perlakuan M1S1 (ransum dengan minyak Hermetia tersuplementasi Selenium) menghasilkan nilai pendapatan dan keuntungan tertinggi dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan minyak Hermetia yang dikombinasikan dengan suplementasi Selenium dalam ransum mampu meningkatkan efisiensi ekonomi pada usaha pemeliharaan Broiler. Kata Kunci : Broiler, Minyak Hermetia, Selenium, Analisis Ekonomi. ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF BROILER CHICKEN FARMING THROUGH THE USE OF HERMETIA BASED FEED SUPPLEMENTED WITH SELENIUMAbstractThis study aimed to evaluate the effect of Hermetia oil supplemented with selenium in the diet on the economic performance of broiler production. A quantitative experimental method was applied using a Completely Randomized Factorial Design (CRFD) consisting of four treatments and three replications: M0S0 (diet without Hermetia oil and selenium), M0S1 (diet without Hermetia oil with selenium supplementation), M1S0 (diet with Hermetia oil without selenium), and M1S1 (diet with Hermetia oil supplemented with selenium). Each replication consisted of five broilers. The observed variables included Total Variable Cost (TVC), Total Fixed Cost (TFC), Total Cost (TC), revenue, profit, and Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC). The results indicated that the treatments had a highly significant effect (P < 0.01) on TVC, TC, revenue, and profit, but no significant effect on TFC. The M1S1 treatment resulted in the highest revenue and profit among all treatments. These findings suggest that the inclusion of Hermetia oil combined with selenium supplementation in the diet improves the economic efficiency of broiler production. Keywords: Broiler chickens, Hermetia Oil, Selenium, Economic analysis, Business profitability.
