Abstract

The Community Partnership Program at SD GMIT Oepura was motivated by problems experienced by partners in terms of limited integration of technology in learning due to the low ability of teachers to master technologies that support learning. Therefore, the FKIP Undana Mathematics Education PKM team conducted training and assisted participants to a) make learning videos using the bandicam application, b) use the wordwall application to carry out learning evaluations and c) carry out the learning process online in creative ways. The outputs of this activity were a) participants were able to design learning videos using the Bandicam application, b) participants were able to design evaluations and carry out learning evaluations by utilizing Wordwall and c) participants were able to carry out online learning using complete learning videos.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan matematika dalam aktivitas berladang masyarakat di kecamatan Tobu serta menyusun perangkat pembelajaran sesuai konsep matematika yang ditemukan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tobu, Kecamatan Tobu dengan informan sebanyak 4 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan berupa penelitian kualitatif eksploratif dengan desain etnografi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat etnomatematika dalam aktivitas berladang masyarakat di kecamatan Tobu berupa aktivitas menghitung, mengukur, melokalisir, merancang dan menjelaskan. Konsep matematika yang terkait dengan aktivitas berladang masyarakat di kecamatan Tobu meliputi penjumlahan berulang atau perkalian, geometri, sistem koordinat, pola bilangan, transformasi geometri, perbandingan, barisan aritmatika dan himpunan. Dengan demikian, berbagai konsep matematika yang terdapat dalam aktivitas berladang dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi dalam pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran matematika di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis android menggunakan smart apps creator pada materi geometri transformasi kelas IX SMP Negeri 15 Kota Kupang yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) serta model yang digunakan dalam proses pengembangan media pembelajaran ini adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu analisis (analysis), desain (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation) dan evaluasi (evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kelayakan yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Rata-rata total kevalidan oleh ahli materi adalah 4.5 dan ahli media adalah 4.3 dengan kategori “sangat valid”. Rata-rata total kepraktisan dari guru adalah 4.71 dan peserta didik pada uji coba kelompok kecil adalah 4.51, pada uji coba kelompok besar 4.43 dengan kategori “sangat praktis”. Persentase ketuntasan pada uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh hasil 100% dengan kategori “sangat efektif”, pada uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh hasil 82.14% dengan kategori “sangat efektif”, sehingga media pembelajaran berbasis android sangat layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di bidang pendidikan menuntut guru untuk lebih kreatif dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dengan memanfaatkan smartphone andoid untuk membantu peserta didik dalam memahami materi matematika. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis android menggunakan Smart Apps Creator pada materi pecahan untuk siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Amanuban Barat yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Research and development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, angket, dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kelayakan yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Rata-rata total kevalidan yang diperoleh berdasarkan penilaian validator adalah 4.55, dengan kategori sangat valid. Rata-rata kepraktisan oleh guru adalah 4.8, rata-rata kepraktisan pada uji coba kelompok kecil adalah 4.7, dan rata-rata kepraktisan pada uji coba kelompok besar adalah 4.6 dengan kategori sangat praktis. Presentase ketuntasan uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh 100% dan uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh 81.81% dengan kategori sangat efektif. Dengan demikian media pembelajaran berbasis android sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to create an Android-based learning application assisted by Articulate Storyline 3 software for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 13 Kupang that is valid, practical, and effective. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. Data collection techniques and instruments include interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. This research produces an Android-based application product named "Relations and Functions" and has met the criteria for validity, practicality, and effectiveness. For media validity, the average assessment by 3 material experts was 4.37, and the average assessment by 3 media experts was 4.38, so it has the "valid" category. For the practicality of the media in small-scale trials, the student response was 4.72, and the effectiveness of the media through the percentage of learning completion was 100%. Meanwhile, in the large-scale trial, the subject teacher's assessment response was 4.5 and the student response was 4.63, so it was in the "practical" category. For media effectiveness, the learning completion percentage was 83.33% and was categorized as "very effective". Thus, the learning application developed is valid, practical, effective, and suitable for use in learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect directly or indirectly between learning styles and the learning environment through independent learning on students' cumulative grade point average in the Mathematics Education Study Program, FKIP Undana. The type of research is quantitative research, with the research population being all active students in the Mathematics Education Study Program. The sample taken was 95 people. The samples were based on the Slovin formula with an error of 5%. Data was collected through questionnaires regarding the learning environment, learning styles, learning independence, and GPA. The data collected was then analyzed by path analysis. From the results of the data analysis, it was concluded that 1) there is a significant direct effect between learning styles on student learning independence; 2) there is a significant direct effect between the learning environment on student learning independence; 3) there is no significant direct effect between learning styles on students' GPA; 4) there is a significant direct effect between the learning environment on the student's GPA; 5) there is a significant direct effect between learning independence on the student GPA; 6) there is a significant direct effect between learning styles through independent learning on the student's GPA; 7) there is a significant direct effect between the learning environment through independent learning on the student's GPA. Overall, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the environment and learning styles through independent learning on student GPA.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang pernah melanda seluruh dunia memberikan dampak yang sangat besar dan berkepanjangan hingga saat ini dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan khususnya dunia pendidikan. Loss Iearning atau kesenjangan pembelajaran akibat pembelajaran daring (dalam jaringan) karena pandemic adalah masalah serius yang tentunya dihadapi oleh semua pihak. Menghadapi hal ini pemerintah Indonesia menerapkan Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dimana pembelajaran berdiferensiasi adalah hal yang diutamakan. Kebijakan ini tentu baik, namun disisi lain menuntut kreativitas guru yang lebih dalam mengatur pembelajaran. Tidak hanya itu kerja sama yang bersifat kolaboratif juga sangat diperlukan oleh para pendidik. Karena itulah kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan. Tim PKM dari Prodi Pendidikan Matematika, FKIP, Universitas Nusa Cendana Kupang, bekerjasama dengan MGMP kota Soe, Kabupaten TTS, NTT sehingga terdapat 20 peserta yang terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan ini. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) kolaboratif adalah tema yang diusung pada kegiatan ini. Tujuannya agar dapat memfasilitasi kretivitas guru dalam mengatur pembelajaran dan berkolaborasi. Ceramah, diskusi-tanya jawab, praktik dan demonstrasi adalah metode yang digunakan selama 2 hari kegiatan. Kegiatan PkM ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Adapun lokasi kegiatan bertempat di SMAN 1 Soe. Hasil evaluasi dan refeleksi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan PkM ini telah berhasil mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan yakni para guru peserta pelatihan mampu merumuskan judul PTK kolaboratif.

Abstract

This study purposed to describe the development and produce elementary linear algebra course modules on system of linear equation (SLE) and matrices integrated with Prezi learning media that are valid, practical and effective. This development research referred to the development design steps developed by Allesi & Trollip. The development design is grouped into three development procedures, which include: planning, design, and development stage. The product trial consisted of an alpha test conducted by two material experts and two media experts, as well as a beta test which was carried out through 2 stages, beta test 1 (small group trial) to 8 subjects; representatives of two students at cohort 2019/2020, 2020/2021, 2021/2022, and 2022/2023. Beta test 2 was conducted on 70 students who took the Elementary Linear Algebra course in cohort 2023/2024. Data collection used questionnaires for material experts, questionnaires for media experts, student response questionnaires, and tests. The developed module has several advantages. First, the material is prepared based on the results of research that has been done in previous studies so that it can minimize epistemological learning obstacles. Second, it is integrated with Prezi-based learning media that supports a deeper understanding of SLE content material.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students at SMP Reformasi Plus Noelbaki and the deficient of teacher creativity to design learning related to learning models and media that are appropriate to students' conditions. Therefore, this study aims to improve the learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Reformasi Plus Noelbaki in relation and function material through the application of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by video animation. This type of research is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles and consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, tests, and documentation with the research instruments being test questions and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques are descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results showed an increase in cycle I to cycle II, that were learning outcomes increased by 38.09% to 90.48%. The implementation of teacher observation increased from 66.67% to 78.82%. The results of observations on student activities increased from 62.5% in cycle I to 83.03% in cycle II. So that, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes increased after the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by animated videos at SMP Reformasi Plus Noelbaki

Abstract

This research was motivated by the mathematics learning results of class IXA UPTD students at SMP N 1 Landu Leko, Rote, especially in transformation material which was still low. The aim of this research is to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class IXA UPTD SMP N 1 Landu Leko, Rote on transformation material especially reflection and translation. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK) which refers to the Kemmis & Mc Taggart which consists of 4 stages, namely: 1) planning; 2) implementation; 3) observation; and 4) reflection. The data collection techniques used are observation and tests, while the data analysis is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of this research show that the percentage of implementation of teacher teaching activities in cycle I was 97.5%, increasing to 100% in cycle II, the percentage of implementation of student activities in cycle I was 92.85%, increasing to 100% in cycle II, and the percentage of completion of results Classical student learning in cycle I was 60.86% and increased to 82.60% in cycle II. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the problem based learning model assisted by animation media can improve the learning outcomes of class IXA UPTD students at SMP N 1 Landu Leko, Rote on transformation material (reflection and translation).
