Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the purchasing decisions at Pertashop Olak Kemang on the influence of satisfcation and trust. This research was conducted based on the current phenomenon, namely Pertamax RON 92 sales have decreased in the period November 2021 to October 2022. The subjects of this study were consumers of Pertamax RON 92. The samples in this study consisted of 100 renspondents distributed using the questionnaire survey method, then processed using multiple linear regression method. The results of this study partially the satisfaction variable and the trust variable jointly influence the purhasing decision at the Olak Kemang shop. From the results of the study simultaneously the satisfaction variable and the trust variable together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Pertashop Olak Kemang.Keywords: Satisfaction, Trust, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan apakah terdapat pengaruh dari gaya hidup dan perilaku keuangan syariah terhadap keputusan menabung di bank syariah Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 dengan teknik penarikan sampel adalah random sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEMPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) variabel gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung di bank syariah Indonesia pada masyarakat di Rimbo Bujang. 2) variabel perilaku keuangan syariah memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan menabung di bank syariah Indonesia pada masyarakat di Rimbo Bujang. 3) Dari hasil nilai R-square bahwasanya variabel bebas berpengaruh sebesar 64,5%.

Abstract

Mekanisme Tata Kelola Perusahaan merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Suatu Perusahaan yang sudah terbukti memperhatikan mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan akan cenderung memiliki sistem tata kelola yang baik pula. Apabila hal tersebut sudah terlaksana maka perusahaan dapat membina hubungan yang baik dengan para stakeholder. Namun penerapannya masih banyak perusahaan yang belum mampu menerapkan tata kelola yang baik dalam perusahaannya sehingga banyak masalah-masalah yang timbul dalam sistem pengelolaannya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Mekanisme Tata Kelola Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index Tahun 2017-2022. Mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan diproksikan dengan menggunakan Kepemilikan institusional, Dewan Komisaris, Komisaris Independen, Dewan Direksi dan Komite Audit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan Analisis Regresi Data Panel, Pengujian Model, Uji Asumsi Klasik Dan Uji Hipotesis dengan alat bantu aplikasi eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Komite Audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan Kepemilikan Institusional, Dewan Komisaris, Komisaris Independen, dan Dewan Direksi berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Serta hasil dari uji F yang dilakukan menyatakan bahwa variabel independen yaitu Kepemilikan Institusional, Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Komisaris Independen, Dewan Direksi, dan KomiteAudit mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen yaitu Nilai Perusahaan sebesar 84.61 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 15.39% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya diluar penelitian seperti Kepemilikan Manajerial, kepemilikan saham asing, ukuran perusahaan, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the decline in the income level of MSME actors during the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the reasons for this is the lack of effectiveness and efficiency of financial management in their businesses, business actors feel they do not understand how to make policies in managing their business finances. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of MSME Mendalo Darat in increasing income and to find out what obstacles are experienced by MSME Mendalo Darat actors in efforts to increase income. The type of method in this study is field/qualitative research. The income of MSME Mendalo Darat has decreased in the Covid-19 era so that e-commerce has a positive impact on the income of  MSME Mendalo Darat.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the palm oil plantation industry and its social impacts on local communities in Jambi Province, Sumatra, Indonesia. Palm oil plantations have become an important economic sector in the region, contributing significantly to the local and national economy. However, on the other hand, the expansion of this industry has also given rise to a variety of complex social and environmental problems. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to examine the socio-economic impacts on local communities. The results show an increase in the economic welfare of local communities through job creation and infrastructure improvements. However, negative impacts such as land conflicts, environmental degradation, and changes in culture and traditional livelihoods were also found. This study underlines the need for more sustainable and equitable policies in the management of palm oil plantations to minimize negative impacts on local communities and the environment in Jambi Province.

Abstract

Beauty care has become a crucial necessity in modern society, not only for enhancing appearance but also for skin health. The inundation of the market with beauty products and advertisements creates a strong urge for individuals, especially women, to consume beauty products and services for desired appearances. In efforts to attract consumers, beauty business owners strive to provide the best services to fulfill consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction becomes the primary focus for consumer- oriented companies, with consumer loyalty formed from a combination of satisfaction and complaint handling. Consumers, as key players in the business ecosystem, play a significant role in determining product acceptance in the market. Product quality is a crucial factor in creating customer loyalty, with perceived quality by customers playing a crucial role in enhancing satisfaction and ultimately strengthening customer loyalty. Therefore, a deep understanding of consumer needs and preferences, along with efforts to maintain high product quality, is key to successfully building long-term customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Batang Merao River widening policy on agricultural productivity and the socio-economic welfare of the community around the Batang Merao River. A qualitative approach was used to collect data from 4 (four) sub-districts in Kerinci Regency and Sungai Penuh City that were affected by the Batang Merao River widening policy. The results of the study's mitigation found that the river widening policy had various impacts. On the one hand, the larger water flow capacity helps prevent major flooding, but on the other hand, there is a decrease in soil quality and a higher dependence on climate conditions. In addition, many farmers experienced a decrease in productivity due to disruptions to the more unpredictable irrigation cycle. The results of the study also found that the social impact of this policy involved significant economic losses for farmers, as reflected in decreased income and increased production costs. The surrounding community also experienced environmental damage that affected health conditions and access to clean water.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh pengetahuan investasi, modal minimal dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah pada pengusaha sawit di Kecamatan Sumay Kabupaten Tebo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan investasi (X1) menunjukan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Modal minimal (X2) menunjukan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dan persepsi risiko (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Sedangkan pengetahuan investasi (X1), modal minimal (X2) dan persepsi risiko (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Adapun pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut sebesar 24,5%% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 75,5% yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the process and outcomes of community empowerment at the Sanggar Batik Selaras Pinang Masak in Jambi through the development of a creative economy underpinned by Islamic values. This batik center represents a crucial hub for the preservation of local culture and economy, yet it faces significant challenges concerning product innovation, digital marketing, and the consistent application of Sharia business ethics. The methodology employed is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involved the participation of artisans and management in every stage: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The action phase encompassed digital marketing training, a workshop on Islamic business ethics, and mentorship for the formulation of Sharia-based Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The results demonstrate a significant increase in the understanding and proficiency of digital marketing, alongside a stronger commitment to implementing Islamic principles such as honesty (shiddiq), trustworthiness and professionalism (amanah), and justice (‘adl) in all transactions and production processes. This empowerment initiative not only enhances the potential for the center's sustainable economic self-reliance but also reinforces the cultural and spiritual identity of the artisan community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih ditemukannya kendala dalam penggunaan BSI Mobile yang memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan nasabah. Meskipun BSI Mobile terus melakukan inovasi digital, masih ditemukan keluhan terkait kecepatan layanan, kemudahan penggunaan, serta gangguan sistem yang mengganggu pengalaman bertransaksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kualitas layanan dan kepuasan nasabah dan menganalisis pengaruh layanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam penggunaan BSI Mobile. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan alat analisis yaitu analisis regresi linier sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 2.654 mahasiswa, penentuan sampel menggunakan slovin, maka sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 97 responden dan penelitian ini dilakukan pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa mengenai kualitas layanan dan kepuasan nasabah dalam penggunaan BSI Mobile menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik dengan skor rata-rata CSI sebesar 57,91, yang menandakan layanan telah memenuhi kebutuhan dasar, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan agar mampu memberikan pengalaman yang lebih memuaskan dan berkelanjutan. Layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam penggunaan layanan BSI Mobile hal ini didasarkan pada hasil uji t (parsial) thitung > ttabel yaitu 7.118 > 1,66105. Selain itu, nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti secara statistik pengaruh antara variabel layanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah signifikan.
