Abstract

Palm sugar is the flagship product of Pernasidi Village, Banyumas Regency, which is managed in an integrated manner by KUB Merci. KUB Merci faces several obstacles in the production and management process, including a lack of knowledge about food safety and digital marketing, which results in suboptimal turnover. Traditional production methods also affect the cleanliness of the production kitchen, increasing the risk of contamination. This community service aims to improve participants' understanding of Good Processed Food Processing (CPPOB) and digital literacy. The program is carried out through three stages: pre-service, implementation, and post-service, based on Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). The methods used include socialization and training, including material provision, hands-on practice, and discussion. The results of the program showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of CPPOB (72%) and digital marketing (52%). In addition, the evaluation of participants' satisfaction with the program showed positive results with an average score of 3.87. The long-term impact of this program is expected to improve the production standards and competitiveness of palm sugar products from Pernasidi Village through the sustainable application of CPPOB and digital marketing. The program is also expected to contribute to an increase in KUB Merci's turnover and the economic welfare of the local community. However, a thorough implementation of CPPOB and intensive assistance in social media management is needed for the artisans to maximize marketing and expand market reach.

Abstract

Dee Canteen at Ma Chung University faces challenges in knowledge management related to operations, including a lack of documentation for tacit and explicit knowledge such as quick cooking techniques and kitchen SOPs. This study aims to develop a Knowledge Management System (KMS) using the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC). The research methodology includes collecting tacit knowledge through expert interviews, converting the knowledge into explicit forms, and designing a system based on a Knowledge Map. The results of the study show that the implementation of KMS can enhance knowledge documentation and transfer, support operational standardization, and improve the quality of canteen services. The designed system includes key features such as recipe documentation, SOPs, and customer feedback, which can be efficiently accessed by the team.

Abstract

This study evaluates the data-at-rest security enhancement and performance impact of Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) implementation on Microsoft SQL Server by comparing three conditions: no TDE, TDE AES-128, and TDE AES-256. Three databases with identical schemas were prepared. They were filled with a mix of text, numeric, image, and video data. The databases were then tested sequentially according to the methodology. The process included schema and integrity validation, SMK key hierarchy configuration, certificates, DE, encryption status verification, encryption and decryption throughput measurement, backup and recovery time evaluation, I/O stall analysis, and CPU and memory usage monitoring. Data-at-rest security validation was performed using file and log access tests, as well as cross-server recovery requiring keys. The results showed that TDE successfully eliminates file and log readability during direct access. It also requires the presence of keys during recovery, thus significantly reducing the risk of data exposure. Performance impacts are at acceptable levels: average CPU load increases around 1–2% and memory load increases by 1–8% under load. Encryption and decryption throughput between AES-128 and AES-256 are relatively equivalent. Backup operations tend to be slightly slower on TDE, while restores are faster, in line with lower read I/O stalls on the encrypted basis. Overall, TDE provides significant security enhancements with minimal performance compromise. Limitations of this study lie in the test load profile and hardware

Abstract

Adolescent girls are a vulnerable group prone to anemia due to increased iron requirements during puberty. Undiagnosed anemia can negatively impact health, productivity, and academic performance. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) to assist in diagnosing various types of anemia based on symptoms experienced by users, using the Certainty Factor (CF) method. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, coding, and testing through the blackbox method. System testing was conducted among adolescent girls in the Sumber Sekar area and showed that all main features of the system functioned properly, with a functional accuracy rate of approximately 95% in blackbox testing. The system is also considered user-friendly and capable of providing early diagnostic insights and recommendations efficiently and accurately. It is expected to serve as an initial support tool to raise awareness and facilitate early detection of anemia, particularly among adolescent girls.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of a microcontroller-based water dispensing system by comparing two approaches: the conventional method and the decision tree algorithm. The system was tested on various volume variations and analyzed in terms of error and accuracy. The results show that the conventional method produced an average error of 20.5%, particularly high at smaller volumes. In contrast, the decision tree algorithm achieved an average error of only 2.0% and consistently maintained accuracy above 98%. Therefore, the decision tree algorithm proves to be superior in improving the accuracy and reliability of the automatic water dispensing system.

Abstract

Exchanging messages is a routine that cannot be avoided at this time. With the development of technology, exchanging messages has become easier to do. The thing that makes exchanging messages easier is the instant messaging application. Examples of instant messaging applications are the Signal and Litmatch applications. In addition to the ease of exchanging messages, there are also negative impacts, such as threats and bullying. Forensic analysis is carried out to find and obtain evidence of digital crimes. This research was conducted to find and obtain evidence of Signal and Litmatch applications by conducting case scenarios and using the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-86 method. This study uses the MobilEdit Forensic and Autopsy tools to obtain evidence from the Signal and Litmatch applications.

Abstract

A browser is software used to access web pages to obtain clear and readable information. Information resources are identified by a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) and can be web pages, images, videos, or other content. When a browser user engages in online activities, they usually leave traces on the device such as history, cookies, cache files, and even emails and passwords. Such traces can usually help users access a website or input something, such as emails and passwords. The purpose of this research is to obtain digital evidence in the form of a cache on the hard disk in the Librewolf and Qutebrowser browsers. In this study, researchers used the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-86 method which consists of four stages, namely collection, examination, analysis, and reporting. which focuses on the Qutebrowser and LibreWolf browsers. The results obtained from this study were found to be 21 caches, 2 Sessions, 6 Cookies, 8 Network Persistent State, 9 QuotaManager, 11 IndexedDB, 24 LevelDB, 48 Cache Storage, 14 Favicons, 3 History, 6 Database, 3 StartupCache, 4 Alternate Services, 6 Content-Pref, Notification amounted to 1, Permission amounted to 7, Service Worker amounted to 6, SiteSecuristyServiceState amounted to 7, Webappstore amounted to 8, Sessionstore-Backups amounted to 5, Storage amounted to 47 NIST 800-86 method can be properly used in the acquisition of digital evidence and the most crucial data obtained in the Librewolf browser on the telegram and whatsapp sites.

Abstract

Today's community activities cannot be separated from the name of transportation because it makes it very easy for people's daily activities. With the existence of transportation, people can more quickly reach their destination. With the Gojek application on the Google Play Store, it will help people travel or deliver goods. To determine service quality, sentiment analysis can be used to classify reviews. The purpose of this study is to compare which method has the best accuracy, so that it can classify reviews into positive or negative sentiments. The methods tested in this study are Logistic Regression, MultinomialNB, SVM, and K-NN. Performance assessment methods include score accuracy, recall, and precision, classification reports, and confusion matrix to determine the appropriate method for classifying reviews into positive or negative categories. Of the four methods tested, the one with the highest performance is the Logistic Regression method. Accuracy, recall and precision scores of the Logistic Regression method were 82.45%, 82.49%, 82.45% and 82.43%, respectively. Classification report also shows good results. In the confusion matrix, there are 111 and 124 True positives and True negatives. There are only 22 and 28 False positive and False negative results respectively. The method that has the lowest score is K-NN, with score accuracy, recall, and precision respectively were 52.28%, 59.43%, 93, 52%, and 65.65%. Classification report shows quite bad results. In the connection matrix, it produces True positives and True negatives 130 and 19. There are only 127 and 9 False positive and False negative results respectively. The results of this study state that using the Logistic Regression method is suitable for use in classifying positive and negative reviews in the review dataset on the Gojek application on the Google Play Store.

Abstract

Limbah Pustaka, sebuah inisiatif komunitas yang berfokus pada pengelolaan limbah dan edukasi lingkungan, menghadapi tantangan dalam memperluas dampaknya tanpa dukungan teknologi memadai. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merevitalisasi Limbah Pustaka dengan mengimplementasikan website teknologi tepat guna sebagai motor penggerak pemberdayaan komunitas dan inovasi sosial. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tiga tahap: pra-implementasi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pra-implementasi melibatkan survei yang menunjukkan bahwa 85% peserta belum pernah mengelola website, 90% tidak mampu mengedit video, dan 70% tidak bisa membuat poster digital. Tahap implementasi meliputi pelatihan intensif, di mana peserta diajarkan mengelola dan memperbarui konten website yang ada, mengedit video dasar, dan membuat poster digital. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta: 95% peserta berhasil mengelola website, 92% mampu mengedit video dasar, dan 85% dapat membuat poster digital berkualitas. Evaluasi akhir menunjukkan bahwa implementasi website meningkatkan visibilitas dan interaksi komunitas dengan publik sebesar 150%, serta meningkatkan partisipasi komunitas dalam kegiatan edukatif dan kreatif. Revitalisasi ini memperkuat kapasitas internal Limbah Pustaka dan memberikan model pemberdayaan komunitas berbasis teknologi yang dapat direplikasi di lokasi lain.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peranan penting dalam pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Indonesia memiliki jumlah pengguna media sosial lebih dari 80 juta pengguna yang memunculkan behavior bertransaksi online dalam aspek kehidupan sehari-hari. UMKM perlu melakukan adaptasi terkait tantangan tersebut guna meningkatkan penjualan. Kegiatan PKM ini telah dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan seminar dan pelatihan bagi pelaku UMKM. Terdapat tiga materi inti yang disampaikan yaitu optimalisasi penggunaan whatsapp dan instagram dan foto produk menggunakan smartphone untuk mendukung marketing. Para pengelola wisata juga dibekali dengan pembuatan website wisata serta pengelolaannya dalam mendukung operasional dan promosi wisata. Dari seluruh rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan, peserta mendapatkan manfaat secara spesifik dalam hal paid ads dan pengambilan foto produk menggunakan smartphone. Selain itu, website wisata yang telah dibuat juga meningkatkan dan memperluas promosi wisata desa.
