Abstract

Exchanging messages is a routine that cannot be avoided at this time. With the development of technology, exchanging messages has become easier to do. The thing that makes exchanging messages easier is the instant messaging application. Examples of instant messaging applications are the Signal and Litmatch applications. In addition to the ease of exchanging messages, there are also negative impacts, such as threats and bullying. Forensic analysis is carried out to find and obtain evidence of digital crimes. This research was conducted to find and obtain evidence of Signal and Litmatch applications by conducting case scenarios and using the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-86 method. This study uses the MobilEdit Forensic and Autopsy tools to obtain evidence from the Signal and Litmatch applications.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peranan penting dalam pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Indonesia memiliki jumlah pengguna media sosial lebih dari 80 juta pengguna yang memunculkan behavior bertransaksi online dalam aspek kehidupan sehari-hari. UMKM perlu melakukan adaptasi terkait tantangan tersebut guna meningkatkan penjualan. Kegiatan PKM ini telah dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan seminar dan pelatihan bagi pelaku UMKM. Terdapat tiga materi inti yang disampaikan yaitu optimalisasi penggunaan whatsapp dan instagram dan foto produk menggunakan smartphone untuk mendukung marketing. Para pengelola wisata juga dibekali dengan pembuatan website wisata serta pengelolaannya dalam mendukung operasional dan promosi wisata. Dari seluruh rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan, peserta mendapatkan manfaat secara spesifik dalam hal paid ads dan pengambilan foto produk menggunakan smartphone. Selain itu, website wisata yang telah dibuat juga meningkatkan dan memperluas promosi wisata desa.

Abstract

Desa Kesegaran terletak di kabupaten Banyumas memiliki beberapa umkm di bidang kuliner yang menjadi mata pencaharian penduduk desa kesegaran. terdapat permasalahan yang sedang dihadapai mitra saat ini adalah minimnya pengetahuan mitra untuk memasarkan hasil umkm Desa Kasegaran secara digital serta kekurangan akan inovasi dalam packaging produk. Selain itu, desa Kesegaran belum memiliki layanan desa dalam bentuk digital. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka pengusul memberi solusi untuk memfasilitasi desa untuk melakukan pemasaran digital terhadap hasil umkm desa serta packaging yang inovatif. dengan tujuan dapat melaksanakan kegiatan dengan baik melalui pemasaran secara digital dapat membuka peluang untuk memperluas pasar produk, sedangkan packaging akan membantu visualisasi dalam pembuatan konten digital. dari pengabdian yang dilakukan dengan kombinasi antara packaging yang inovatif, konten, serta pemasaran digital yang tepat akan meningkatkan profit pelaku usaha dan layanan desa dalam bentuk digital akan mengefesiensi waktu pemohon layanan, dari kegiatan pengabdian Inovasi Kemasan 70% peserta merasa sangat puas, Pemasaran Digital 65% peserta merasa sangat puas, Sistem Layanan Terpadu 60% peserta merasa sangat puas

Abstract

Curug Cipendok merupakan tempat wisata air terjun yang berada di desa karangtengah kecamatan cilongok dimana sebelumnya kurangnya fasilitas infrastruktur di lokasi wisata, seperti taman bersantai, lampu penerangan dan penunjuk arah wisata, SDM yang kurang terampil dan minim literasi dalam mengelola dan mempromosikan desa wisata menggunakan teknologi informasi, pada pengabdian ini diterapkan konsep 4A merupakan konsep yang diterapkan dalam penilaian dan pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan, yang mana terdiri dari attraction, accessibility, amenity, dan ancillary adanya penerapan daya tarik fasilitas solar panel, tong sampah, perbaikan toilet dan taman bermain yang membuat wisatawan tertarik untuk menggunakan fasilitas yang telah disediakan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan fasilitas dan kebutuhan wisatawan di curug cipendok berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan bahwa Implementasi konsep Smart Energy berbasis teknologi solar panel mendapatkan respons positif sebesar 90%, mencerminkan kesadaran masyarakat yang tinggi terhadap pentingnya energi terbarukan dalam pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan, Sebanyak 75% responden merasa puas dengan layanan tambahan yang disediakan di lokasi wisata, namun peningkatan masih dapat dilakukan, terutama dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang didukung oleh solar panel dan sebesar 70% responden merasa akses ke lokasi wisata sudah cukup baik, namun ada ruang untuk perbaikan, terutama dalam hal penyediaan fasilitas transportasi ramah lingkungan yang cukup diharapkan oleh pengunjung

Abstract

This research aims to design a website-based online ticket booking system for climbing Mount Slamet via Dipajaya, Central Java. The current manual registration system poses issues such as time-consuming on-site registration and inefficient data management of hikers' information, including identities, hiking dates, and group sizes. Additionally, the inspection of hikers' belongings, which may contribute to waste, is not optimally conducted due to limited personnel. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is employed to support the information system design, combining structured techniques, prototyping, and joint application development to expedite system development. The outcome of this research is the design of an eticketing and information system that enables hikers to conveniently book tickets online without queuing or visiting the location in person, thus facilitating data management and analysis for future service enhancement. The discussion encompasses system development processes, user requirements analysis, interface design, and system testing. In conclusion, the web-based e-ticketing and information system enhance ticket management efficiency and provide convenience for visitors to book tickets online, with potential for further service improvements in the future.

Abstract

Traditional attendance systems face challenges related to their vulnerability to human error and limitations in management time. Using a QR Code provides attendance management and recording benefits. The problem that occurred at the Jati Mulya Shop in January - June 2024 was that there were 5 employees who manipulated attendance, causing losses.  Jati Mulya Shop is a fashion shop that has a good reputation and has quite a large number of employees located at Pasar Johar Semarang. The aim of this research is to implement web-based QR Code attendance. The data source in this research is primary data in the form of interviews with business owners. The system development method used is the Prototype model. Before implementing the QR code-based attendance system, Jati Mulya Shop experienced a loss of Rp. 2,810,000 per month, consisting of Rp. 2,500,000 due to absence without permission and Rp. 310,000 due to errors in recording absences. After implementing the new system, efficiency increased 100% so that the loss became Rp. 0. With the QR code system, unauthorized absences and errors in recording absences as well as financial losses are completely eliminated. The hope created by this system can make it easier for business owners to monitor employees and employees who are often absent will also be helped by this system.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a learning management system (LMS) at SMP Nurul Islam Tanahbaya using the Agile Scrum methodology. The developed system aims to enhance the effectiveness of the learning process by facilitating digital interaction between students and teachers and by providing an integrated platform for learning management. This study involves several stages, starting with problem identification, data collection, verification of needs and issues, Scrum process and development, testing, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Agile Scrum method in the development of the LMS at SMP Nurul Islam Tanahbaya can improve development completion time and produce a system that meets the needs. This LMS features functionalities such as chats, material management, assignments, announcements, discussion forums, assessments, surveys, and recommendations. The Learning Management System (LMS) developed for SMP Nurul Islam Tanahbaya has been tested using blackbox testing methods. The results of the blackbox testing show that the system is valid and capable of performing all expected tasks effectively. Therefore, the developed LMS is expected to significantly contribute to improving the quality of learning at SMP Nurul Islam Tanahbaya and support a more effective and efficient educational process.

Abstract

The conflict between Russia and Ukraine remains one of the major international issues drawing global attention. It began in 2014 with the ousting of President Yanukovych, which triggered a political divide between pro-European Union and pro-Russian factions within Ukraine. Tensions escalated significantly by late 2021, culminating in Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine on February 24, 2022, under President Vladimir Putin’s directive. Twitter, as a social media platform, became a major outlet for the public to express their opinions regarding the conflict. This study aims to analyze public sentiment on Twitter concerning the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The methods used in this research are a combination of the Naïve Bayes algorithm and Lexicon Based Features. Naïve Bayes is utilized to classify sentiment data, while Lexicon Based Features assign weights to positive and negative sentiment words in textual data. The results show that this combined method is effective in categorizing public opinions based on their sentiments towards the conflict. This sentiment analysis provides a broader understanding of global perceptions and may serve as a reference for assessing public opinion in digital media contexts.

Abstract

Palm sugar is the flagship product of Pernasidi Village, Banyumas Regency, which is managed in an integrated manner by KUB Merci. KUB Merci faces several obstacles in the production and management process, including a lack of knowledge about food safety and digital marketing, which results in suboptimal turnover. Traditional production methods also affect the cleanliness of the production kitchen, increasing the risk of contamination. This community service aims to improve participants' understanding of Good Processed Food Processing (CPPOB) and digital literacy. The program is carried out through three stages: pre-service, implementation, and post-service, based on Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). The methods used include socialization and training, including material provision, hands-on practice, and discussion. The results of the program showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of CPPOB (72%) and digital marketing (52%). In addition, the evaluation of participants' satisfaction with the program showed positive results with an average score of 3.87. The long-term impact of this program is expected to improve the production standards and competitiveness of palm sugar products from Pernasidi Village through the sustainable application of CPPOB and digital marketing. The program is also expected to contribute to an increase in KUB Merci's turnover and the economic welfare of the local community. However, a thorough implementation of CPPOB and intensive assistance in social media management is needed for the artisans to maximize marketing and expand market reach.

Abstract

Dee Canteen at Ma Chung University faces challenges in knowledge management related to operations, including a lack of documentation for tacit and explicit knowledge such as quick cooking techniques and kitchen SOPs. This study aims to develop a Knowledge Management System (KMS) using the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC). The research methodology includes collecting tacit knowledge through expert interviews, converting the knowledge into explicit forms, and designing a system based on a Knowledge Map. The results of the study show that the implementation of KMS can enhance knowledge documentation and transfer, support operational standardization, and improve the quality of canteen services. The designed system includes key features such as recipe documentation, SOPs, and customer feedback, which can be efficiently accessed by the team.
