Abstract

Abstract - Attendance in a restaurant is very important, because with attendance control, you will be able to check the presence of every employee. This attendance has an important role when using information technology to determine the presence of every employee and manager in the restaurant. In a manual attendance system, it will cause errors in the processing of attendance data for each employee. So there is a need for new innovations in the manual attendance system to be computerized. The attendance system that is still manual is less effective because it causes time leakage and violations, and trains employees to remain disciplined. The attendance system at KFC Harapan Indah Bekasi is currently still manual, employees are present in front of you, making it less effective and efficient. Therefore, an information system design was made, starting from the creation of entity relationship diagrams and logical record structures. After designing this website application using XAMPP software, namely Adobe Dreamweaver. The method used is the Waterfall method. The results of making a website Designing attendance at KFC there are several displays and menus that can be used  by employees and managers to perform attendance. By using this system, it can help make it easier for employees and managers to do absent and recap of absences.Keywords : KFC Harapan Indah Bekasi Information System, WEB Abstrak - Absensi kehadiran dalam suatu restaurant menjadi hal yang sangat penting, dikarenakan dengan adanya kontrol absensi akan bisa mengecek kehadiran setiap karyawan. Absensi ini memiliki peranan penting jika menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk mengetahui kehadiran setiap karyawan dan manager dalam restaurant. Dalam sistem absensi yang manual akan menimbulkan kesalahan dalam proses pengolahan data kehadiran setiap karyawan. Jadi perlunya ada inovasi baru dalam sistem absensi manual menjadi terkomputerisasi. Sistem absensi yang masih manual kurang efektif dikarenakan menimbulkan kebocoran waktu dan pelanggaran, serta melatih karyawan agar tetap disiplin. Sistem absensi pada KFC saat ini masih manual, karyawan menandatangani kertas kehadiran, sehingga kurang efektif dan efesien. Oleh sebab itu di buat perancangan sistem informasi, di mulai dari pembuatan entity relationship diagram dan logical record structure. Setelah itu perancangan aplikasi website ini menggunakan sofware XAMPP, Adobe Dreamweaver. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall. Hasil pembuatan website perancangan absensi KFC terdapat beberapa tampilan dan menu yang dapat digunakan oleh karyawan dan manager untuk melakukan absensi. Dengan menggunakan sistem ini maka bisa membantu mempermudah karyawan dan manager dalam melakukan absen dan rekap absen.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi KFC, WEB

Abstract

There are many companies or organizations that have’n been able to create a balance of job demands and supervisory support as a variable for employee work engagement, causing many physical and psychological health problems that affect performance and affect productivity with a decrease in quality. the resulting product, the burden of product repair costs increases, increased employee absenteeism and low employee engagement which results in decreased employee productivity. We conducted this research with the aim how much influence job demands and supervisor support variables on employee engagement variables. By using a cross-sectional study research method, with a probability sampling of 92 employees of the Educational Institutions from a difference of 167 employees. Analysis of research data using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the SPSS program. 23. Based on research and after processing the data, it shows that job demands have a negative relationship of 0.326 with employee work engagement, while supervisor support has a positive relationship of 0.431. While job demands and supervisor support together have a significant effect on employee job engagement. 71.44%, while the remaining 28.56% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the BPNT and PKH variables as social assistance on Beneficiary Families (KPM) in the productivity of Bekasi City during the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) Covid-19, this study used a quantitative method, with data collection methods distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews in March-April 2022 data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS application. The results showed that the BPNT and PKH variables had a positive and significant effect on boosting productivity in Bekasi City, in that the distribution of aid was timely and targeted according to central data, aid This helps the Beneficiary Families (KPM) in meeting temporary economic needs, until the KPM realizes that the assistance is no longer needed and is given to those who are more deserving of it in the city of Bekasi. Abstract

This research aims to improve the accuracy of predicting student permit results in the digital era by utilizing machine learning techniques. The main focus is the use of a Decision Tree (DT) model optimized with a Genetic Algorithm (GA) to overcome the limitations of accuracy and testing of conventional methods. This research began with collecting student academic data, followed by preprocessing to eliminate incompleteness and organize the data format. The DT model is then built and optimized with GA, which is inspired by biological evolutionary processes to improve feature selection and parameter tuning. The results show a significant increase in prediction accuracy, from 86.19% to 87.68%, and an increase in the Area Under Curve (AUC) value from 0.755% to 0.788%. This research not only proves the effectiveness of GA integration in improving DT models, but also paves the way for the application of evolutionary techniques in educational data analysis and other fields. The main contributions of this research include the development of more accurate prediction models and practical applications in educational contexts, with the hope of assisting educational institutions in making more informed decisions for their students.

Abstract

            Produktivitas karyawan yang stabil dan sesuai target adalah merupakan faktor yang sangat penting untuk menjaga  kelangsungan hidup perusahaan tetapi  untuk menciptakan produktivitas  bukanlah hal yang mudah dilakukan. Tuntutan pekerjaan (job demands) dan sumber daya pekerjaan (job resources) merupakan  faktor  yang apabila kurang baik dalam mengatur dan mengelola maka akan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh job demands dan job resources  terhadap produktivitas karyawan, yang  dilakukan pada industri textile dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 92 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sample secara probability sampling.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda  dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai produktivitas  karyawan tanpa variabel job demands dan job resources , nilai koefisien 5,293. Untuk variabel job demands memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan job resources  memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Hasil uji parsial (uji-t) variabel job demands  dan variabel  job resources  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan atau bersama- sama (uji F) menunjukkan variabel job demands dan job resources berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan.dengan  nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Oleh karena itu  perlu dikelola dengan baik dan seimbang untuk menjaga produktivitas dalam menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dengan kinerja yang maksimal dapat tercapai. The results of this study obtained the value of employee productivity without the variable job demands and job resources, a coefficient of 5.293. The job demands variable has a negative effect on employee productivity and job resources have a positive effect on employee productivity. The results of the partial test (t-test) for the variable job demands and job resources have a significant effect on employee productivity. Meanwhile, simultaneously or together (F test) it shows that job demands and job resources variables have a significant effect on employee productivity, with a coefficient of determination of 57.6%, while the remaining 42.4% is explained by other variables not examined. Therefore it needs to be managed properly and balanced to maintain productivity in maintaining the survival of the company with maximum performance that can be achieved. Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease, which is often abbreviated as PGK, is a serious disease that is of major concern to society and the medical world. This disease can cause various serious complications if not treated properly and early. Therefore, accurate prediction of CKD is very important to support early intervention that can slow disease progression, prevent further complications, and increase the patient's chances of recovery. This research aims to increase the accuracy of PGK predictions by developing a hybrid model that combines the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm with optimization using the Genetic Algorithm (GA). In this approach, the KNN algorithm is used to build a prediction model, while GA acts as an optimization tool that improves model performance. The effectiveness of the optimized model is evaluated using key metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and area under the curve (AUC). The results show a significant increase in performance, with accuracy increasing by 17.75%, precision increasing by 23.84%, and recall increasing by 5.34%. This research makes an important contribution to the development of data mining technology for clinical applications and opens up opportunities for further improvements in the future in increasing the prediction accuracy of chronic diseases such as CKD

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between platform features, customer engagement, satisfaction, purchase and repurchase intentions, and customer types in omnichannel retail. A survey of 250 participants utilized an online questionnaire, analyzed with statistical methods. Results show that platform convenience and advanced features drive satisfaction, purchase, and repurchase intentions. Impact on customer engagement varies by customer type. Ease of use indirectly affects satisfaction, purchase, and repurchase via engagement and customer type. The research underscores considering customer type when assessing ease of use and design impact on outcomes. It reveals intricate relationships, surpassing prior research by illustrating how platform features affect diverse customer engagement. Ease of use indirectly influences loyalty via engagement and customer type. This underscores a multifaceted loyalty formation. Businesses must factor engagement and customer type in platform refinement for target audience needs. Study underscores understanding platform features, engagement, and loyalty interplay for enhanced customer experiences and business success. It establishes a foundation for future research and practical omnichannel retail improvements.

Abstract

The purpose of the research on the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance quality of the Bekasi City Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) distribution is to find out how much influence the organizational culture and motivation variables have on the quality of performance, using quantitative methods, statistical data testing is carried out after obtaining primary and secondary data. secondary from respondents consisting of employees of the Social Service and Beneficiary Families (KPM) by conducting interviews, field observations (field research) with the method of distributing questionnaires directly as many as 40 respondents, while the results of this study indicate that the organizational culture variable is positive and the motivational variable is positive. low negative, so it can be concluded that organizational culture and motivation variables have a significant positive influence on the quality of the distribution performance of BPNT Bekasi City.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan fondasi utama dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia, namun keterbatasan finansial sering menjadi hambatan bagi keluarga kurang mampu dalam mengakses pendidikan. Untuk menjawab masalah tersebut, pemerintah meluncurkan Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) sebagai langkah strategis dalam menekan angka putus sekolah. Akan tetapi, di SD Negeri 13 Jongkong proses seleksi penerima PIP masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga rawan subjektivitas dan ketidaktepatan sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan algoritma C4.5 sebagai sistem klasifikasi kelayakan penerima PIP agar seleksi lebih objektif dan akurat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik data mining terhadap 70 data siswa yang diperoleh dari dokumentasi sekolah dan ekspor Dapodik. Atribut penelitian meliputi pekerjaan dan penghasilan orang tua, alat transportasi, status bantuan sosial, serta jumlah tanggungan anak. Analisis menggunakan algoritma C4.5 pada perangkat lunak RapidMiner dengan validasi melalui confusion matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut Penghasilan Orang Tua terpilih sebagai akar pohon keputusan karena memiliki nilai gain tertinggi, sedangkan evaluasi performa model menghasilkan akurasi 95,71%, precision 96,08%, recall 98,00%, dan F1-Score 97,03%. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa algoritma C4.5 efektif digunakan sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan untuk meningkatkan ketepatan seleksi penerima PIP, serta dapat direkomendasikan untuk diimplementasikan lebih luas pada sekolah lain guna meminimalisasi bias dalam penentuan penerima bantuan.   Education is the fundamental foundation for human resource development, yet financial constraints often hinder underprivileged families from accessing it. To address this issue, the government launched the Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) as a strategic effort to reduce school dropout rates. However, at SD Negeri 13 Jongkong, the selection process for PIP recipients is still conducted manually, making it prone to subjectivity and misallocation. This study aims to apply the C4.5 algorithm as a classification system for determining PIP eligibility in order to ensure a more objective and accurate selection. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach with data mining techniques on 70 student records obtained from school documentation and Dapodik exports. The research attributes include parents’ occupation and income, transportation, social assistance status, and number of dependents. Analysis was conducted using the C4.5 algorithm in RapidMiner software, validated through a confusion matrix. The results show that the attribute Parents’ Income was selected as the root node due to its highest gain value, while the performance evaluation achieved 95.71% accuracy, 96.08% precision, 98.00% recall, and a 97.03% F1-Score. These findings demonstrate that the C4.5 algorithm is effective as a decision support system to improve the accuracy of PIP recipient selection and can be recommended for broader implementation in other schools to minimize bias in beneficiary determination.

Research This aim For investigate impact promotion on awareness product , goal organization , determination price products , and revenue sales in the mineral water industry on Lombok Island , with focus on PT. Narmada Drinking Water . Study use method survey with data collection via questionnaire to 121 respondents who were staff company . Research result show that promotion own significant relationship _ with all variables studied . _ First , promotion impact positive on awareness product , where changes by 1% in activity promotion can cause change of 52.7% in awareness product . This shows the importance of promotional strategies in introduce product to market and create awareness more products _ high among _ consumer . Second , promotion also has an impact significant for the purpose organization , with change by 1% in promotion can cause change of 89.6% in achievement objective organization .
