Abstract

Generasi Z sangat dipengaruhi oleh media sosial, baik dalam membentuk persepsi mereka tentang isu-isu lingkungan maupun dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait akomodasi. Persepsi Generasi Z tentang hotel ramah lingkungan sangat dipengaruhi oleh relevansi nilai-nilai hotel tersebut dengan prinsip keberlanjutan yang mereka anut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuisioner ke lima puluh responden Generasi Z. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa generasi Z sangat terlibat dalam kampanye hotel ramah lingkungan melalui media sosial, dengan tanggapan positif terhadap promosi yang menggunakan video inisiatif lingkungan dan kolaborasi dengan influencer. Media sosial terbukti menjadi platform efektif dalam memperkenalkan konsep dan manfaat hotel ramah lingkungan kepada generasi Z. Dengan konten-konten yang informatif, menarik, dan autentik, generasi ini dapat memahami lebih dalam dampak positif dari praktik ramah lingkungan yang diterapkan oleh hotel.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan di hotel Porta by the Ambarukmo Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan tetap hotel Porta by the Ambarukmo Yogyakarta berjumlah 72 orang. Jumlah responden itu ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel jenuh yaitu sampel berasal dari keseluruhan populasi yang ada. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, koefisien determinasi dan sumbangan efektif dengan menggunakan program SPSS for Windows version 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan motivasi kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Organizational citizenship behaviour (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Motivasi kerja (X1) dan organitazional citizenship behavior (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil uji koefisien determinasi variabel terikat mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas sebanyak 80.6% sisanya sebesar 19,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

Batuan Tourism Village is one of the oldest villages in Bali and is renowned for the breadth of its traditional arts. Classified as a pioneer tourism village, Batuan possesses diverse tourism resources, including adequate road access, centers of mask, keris, and statue craftsmanship, historical temples, arts and cultural performances, nature-based attractions, ancient Balinese houses, agrotourism, restaurants, accommodation, souvenir kiosks, and institutional support in the form of a tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) and a formal village tourism management body. As a pioneering tourism village, Batuan requires harmonized tourism development that not only expands physical infrastructure but also strengthens human resource capacity so that the community is prepared to respond to tourism growth. This community service program, implemented by the Food and Beverage Service Study Program of Bali Tourism Polytechnic, aimed to enhance the hospitality competencies of local residents, particularly in relation to excellent service. The intervention took the form of a two-day training program combining theoretical sessions and practical exercises on banquet service and beverage service, delivered by lecturers and supported by students. The activity is expected to generate benefits for the tourism-aware community in Batuan Village in the form of improved understanding of excellent service, increased awareness of the importance of hygiene and sanitation in service delivery, and strengthened practical skills in serving beverages.

Abstract

The high consumption of coffee as part of people's lifestyle and the dominance of Americano and Cappuccino variants in sales at Roost Restaurant necessitate an analysis of consumer assessments of these two beverages. Therefore, this study aims to determine consumer assessments of the popular Americano and Cappuccino coffee beverages at Roost Restaurant at The Nest Hotel Nusa Dua. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with data collection techniques through documentation and questionnaires distributed to 82 respondents. Consumer assessments are analyzed based on five indicators, namely taste, aroma, balance, presentation, and price. The results show that all indicators for both coffee beverages are in the high category, meaning that consumer assessments of Americano and Cappuccino are good in all aspects. The indicator with the highest rating for Americano and Cappuccino is presentation, while the indicator with the lowest rating for Americano and Cappuccino is taste. These findings indicate that although consumer ratings are generally good, improvements in taste, especially for Americano, are still needed to enhance consumers' positive perceptions of the products served.
