Abstract

This study aims to find out the Arabic language learning strategy for Ilm Sharaf based on the Integrated Learning theory. Students are required to be able to master Arabic, especially Ilm Sharaf. However, the existing learning strategies are generally not ideal. Learning still relies on conventional methods so that interaction with students is very minimal. The availability of quality teachers, curriculum, learning resources and learning strategies is still very limited. This study used a qualitative method by means of Systematic Literature Review. Data collection techniques focus on identifying data sources, determining inclusion and exclusion criteria, searching and selecting, and extracting data. The results of the study showed that there were six Arabic language learning strategies based on the Integrated Learning theory, namely: integration of subjects, relationships between concepts, application in real contexts, development of critical thinking skills, teacher collaboration, and development of lifelong skills. These results are expected to be developed in learning Arabic Ilm Sharaf practically and systematically.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the discovery learning model is implemented, improving learning outcomes, and increasing learning motivation for grade 5 students at SDN Pule 2 for the academic year 2023-2024. The research subjects were 15 students of fifth grade at SDN Pule 2, and a mathematics teacher as observer. The data collected includes student observation results, student learning outcomes, student learning motivation questionnaire results. This research is Classroom Action Research which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes four (4) stages, namely, planning, implementing actions, observation and reflection. In this research, it can be said to be successful if at least 80% of students have high motivation (≥50) and at least 80% of students get scores above the KKM (70). The research results showed: (1) Student learning motivation was high in cycle I at 73.33% with an average of 68.9 and in cycle II at 93.33% with an average of 83.83. (2) Student learning completeness in cycle I was 66.7% with an average of 72.67 and in cycle II it was 86.7% with an average of 88.67. From the data above, it clearly shows that in cycle I the level of student motivation and student learning outcomes were not in accordance with the indicators of success so it was continued to cycle II, whereas in cycle II the level of student motivation and student learning outcomes were in accordance with the indicators of success so the research was stopped in the cycle II.

Abstract

Membaca kitab kuning merupakan hal fundamental yang hendaknya dipelajari secara berkelanjutan untuk memahami ajaran Islam. Tujuan pelatihan membaca kitab kuning ini adalah memberikan bekal penguasaan dan keterampilan dalam membaca kitab kuning bagi santri yang tingkat wustho awal di Madrasah Diniyah Roudlotul Huda Blitar. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan participatory action research (PAR) melalui metode pelatihan dan pendampingan belajar dengan tahapan: pemetaan awal, membangun hubungan dengan masyarakat, pemetaan partisipatif, penyusunan strategi gerakan, pelaksanaan aksi perubahan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Dari pelatihan yang telah diberikan, para santri menguasai pola penulisan kitab kuning dan mereka bisa menerapkannya dalam pemaknaan kitab sekaligus mampu membacanya dengan benar. Dengan demikian pelatihan membaca kitab kuning di Madrasah Diniyah Roudlotul Huda Blitar dapat menjadi bekal santri pada tingkat wustho awal menguasai keterampilan membaca kitab kuning sehingga mereka memiliki kesiapan dalam mengikuti kajian kitab kuning yang diberikan ke depannya.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam evaluasi proses belajar-mengajar. Metode evaluasi tradisional seringkali tidak efektif dan tidak dapat mengukur kemampuan siswa secara akurat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan inovasi teknologi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas evaluasi pembelajaran. Tujuan dari program ini adalah seluruh guru dan tenaga pendidik mampu mengplikasikan fitur-fitur pada junio smart sehingga mempermudah dalam mengevaluasi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di MA Darul Huda Blitar. Metode dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan metode PAR (Participation Action Research) dengan tahapan Identifikasi masalah bersama, Perencanaan tindakan kolaboratif, pelaksanaan tindakan, evaluasi bersama dan refleksi pembelajaran. Dari pelatihan yang telah diberikan semua peserta mampu dan terampil mengaplikasikan semua fitur-fitur yang ada pada aplikasi Junio Smart, selanjutnya fasilitator melakukan monitoring secara berkala untuk melihat sejauh mana perkembangan hasil pemanfaatan aplikasi junio smart untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran bahasa arab. Kegiatan ini sangat membantu madrasah mengaplikasikan fitur yang memenuhi kebutuhan sekolah, orang tua, maupun siswa dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan.

Abstract

Purpose: Arabic language learning at Darul Huda Islamic Boarding School has traditionally relied on lectures, memorization, and written exercises. To modernize this approach, this mentoring program focused on improving teachers' capacity to utilize interactive digital media, specifically through training on applications like Quizizz, Wordwall, and Liveworksheets. Method: The program employed the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which involved collaborative stages of joint problem identification, action planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflective learning with the participating teachers. Practical Applications: The training enabled direct application in the classroom. Teachers can now use the digital tools to create interactive quizzes, vocabulary exercises, and self-grading assignments, making the learning process more engaging and efficient for both instructors and students. Conclusion: The integration of digital media has positively transformed Arabic language learning. Students have become more active and enthusiastic, with lessons gaining variety through games and instant feedback. Furthermore, the evaluation of learning outcomes has become significantly faster, more objective, and easier for teachers to manage.

Abstract

Learning Nahwu as a foundational component for understanding Arabic often encounters challenges related to limited student engagement and insufficient conceptual comprehension. To address these issues, the Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE) cooperative learning model is introduced as an instructional strategy that emphasizes collaboration and systematic group rotation to enhance interaction and understanding. This study aims to examine the implementation of the RTE model in Nahwu learning and to analyze its impact on students’ learning activities, conceptual understanding, and learning outcomes. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with a classroom action research design, the study involved 30 second-semester students at STAI KH. Muhammad Ali Shodiq. Data were collected through classroom observations, conceptual understanding tests, interviews, and learning documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of the RTE model resulted in significant improvements across three key aspects. Student learning activities increased by 78%, reflected in more active participation during group discussions. Students’ conceptual understanding of Nahwu improved by 82% based on evaluation test results, while their collaboration and communication skills developed progressively through structured group rotation. These results demonstrate that the Rotating Trio Exchange cooperative learning model is effectively applied in Nahwu instruction by creating a dynamic collaborative learning environment, enhancing comprehension of Arabic grammatical concepts, and fostering students’ social skills.
