Abstract

Stunting merupakan gangguan pertumbuhan yang sering terjadi pada anak di bawah usia lima tahun, berdampak pada perkembangan fisik mereka. Kondisi ini umumnya disebabkan oleh malnutrisi pada ibu selama kehamilan atau kurangnya asupan gizi pada anak selama masa tumbuh kembang. Di Desa Laban, salah satu tanda stunting yang paling sering diamati adalah tinggi badan anak yang lebih pendek dibandingkan dengan teman sebaya mereka. Meskipun tinggi badan anak dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, stunting mencerminkan keterlambatan pertumbuhan yang membutuhkan perhatian serius. Beberapa langkah untuk mengatasi masalah stunting meliputi pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi sejak masa awal kehamilan hingga anak berusia dua tahun, pemberian ASI eksklusif hingga usia enam bulan, serta memastikan anak mendapatkan imunisasi secara lengkap. Untuk mencegah stunting, tim pengabdi telah melaksanakan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat Desa Laban.  Kegiatan penyuluhan, penyuluhan dilakukan melalui pendekatan kelompok sasaran ibu hamil, ibu menyusui, dan masyarakat lainnya dengan materi tentang penyebab, dampak, dan pencegahan stunting. Berdasarkan hasil survei akhir yang dilakukan, didapat hasil pemahaman pencegahan stunting pada masyarakat sebagai berikut; 10% berada pada kategori rendah, 30% pada kategori sedang, 60% pada kategori baik.

Abstract

Kabupaten Kendal merupakan kabupaten yang memiliki segudang sanggar senam. Sudah banyak instruktur instruktur senam yang berdomisili dan menjadi instruktur di yang tergaabung dalam Asosiasi Instruktur Senam Aerobik dan Fitness Indonesia  di Kabupaten Kendal. Namun dari banyaknya instruktur tersebut, ketika sedang mengajar senam masih sering menggunakan musik yang terlalu cepat/tidak sesuai dengan peserta yang ikut senam. Sehigga pembelajaran senam tidak dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu tim pengabdi memberikan workshop penggunaan aplikasi music speed changer untuk pembelajaran senam aerobik di semua tingkatan usia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian materi ajar, praktik download aplikasi, dan praktek penggunaan aplikasi. Luaran dalam pengabdian ini adalah berupa pemberian sertifikat legal kepada peserta sebagai peserta workshop senam aerobic. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 50 instruktur senam di Kabupaten Kendal Hasil Uji kinerja menunjukan nilai pretest 71,2 dan hasil postest 85,1 dengan kenaikan 20%. Uji kinerja menggunakan angket tertutup berupa kuesioner pemahaman dan praktikum instruktur senam. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah praktik mengajar senam aerobik dengan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut yang dapat dijadikan ukuran keberhasilan pembinaan instruktur senam aerobik ASIAFI di Kabupaten Kendal, agar instruktur yang dihasilkan benar-benar berkualitas dan mempunyai skill keterampilan untuk dapat bersaing. Pemberian sertifikat sebagai bukti sah yang diberikan kepada instruktur diharapkan tidak disalah- gunakan fungsinya di dalam masyarakat agar dapat bersaing dengan instruktur-instruktur di kota lain

Abstract

Physical education is a compulsory subject in schools across all educational levels, including elementary, junior high, high school, and vocational institutions. The goal of physical education is to enhance the physical, mental, social, and emotional fitness of individuals through various forms of physical activity. Physical fitness is defined as a person's ability to carry out daily activities effectively and without excessive fatigue, though fitness levels vary among individuals based on their engagement in physical exercise. This study aims to assess the physical fitness of students at SD Negeri 1 Tamanrejo, Kendal Regency. The research uses a descriptive method involving tests and measurements. Descriptive research is employed to describe specific phenomena or events related to students' physical fitness, particularly VO2Max of students at SD Negeri 1 tamanrejo, Kendal Regency. Physical fitness was measured using the MFT (Multistage Fitness Test) and analyzed through normality and t-tests. The results showed variations between pretest and post-test scores, with the average pretest score for boys being 29.31 and post-test score 32.45, while the average pretest score for girls was 26.56 and post-test score 31.0. This indicates that the 22 students from SD Negeri I tamanrejo experienced an increase in physical fitness, with boys showing a 10.70% improvement and girls a 16.75% improvement.

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah ketepatan passing dilihat masih kurang, berdasarkan observasi yang saya lakukan pada tanggal 23 Maret 2019 terdapat penilaian sebagai berikut, tiga siswa mendapatkan non kategori, lima siswa mendapatkan kurang, tiga siswa mendapatkan cukup dan satu siswa mendpatkan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas passing dalam futsal, untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh permainan 4-2 satu sentuhan dan 4-2 dua sentuhan terhadap kemampuan ketepatan passing dalam futsal.Penelitian ini menggunakan quasy eksperimental design, dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan simple random sampling yang kemudian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok menggunakan rumus ab-ba yaitu, kelompok permainan 4-2 satu sentuhan dan 4-2 dua sentuhan dengan jumlah enam anak dalam permainan 4-2 satu sentuhan dan enam anak permainan 4-2 dua sentuhan. Dan Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis dan indepndet t-test yang diolah mengguakan aplikasi SPSS 17.Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dengan hasil analisis kemampuan ketepatan passing dengan permainan 4-2 satu sentuhan nilai thitung lebih besar dibandingkan nilai ttabel (4.392>4.032) dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.007 lebih kecil dari 0.05 (0.007<0.05) dan presentase peningkatan sebesar 18.75%. Dan dengan permainan 4-2 dua sentuhan nilai thitung lebih besar dibandingkan ttabel (3.841>3.365) dengan nilai signifikasi 0.012 lebih kecil dari 0.05 (0.012<0.05) dengan presentase peningkatan sebesar 20.44%. Hipotesis perbandingan perbedaan antara kedua latihan dengan nilai signifikasi 4-2 satu sentuhan sebesar 0.440 lebih besar dari 0.05 (0.440>0.05) dan nilai signifikasi 4-2 dua sentuhan sebesar 0.442 lebih besar dari 0.05 (0.442>0.05).Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh permainan 4-2 satu sentuhan dan dua sentuhan terhadap kemampuan ketepatan passing siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 3 Pemalang. Dan kedua latihan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan, latihan yang lebih efisien digunakan adalah permainan 4-2 dua sentuhan. Saran yang dapat penulis sampaikan adalah siswa harus lebih giat berlatih agar kemampuan ketepatan passing menjadi lebih baik dan tepat lagi, serta bagi para guru agar dapat dijadikan sebagai tambahan model latihan yang bervariasi lagi.Kata kunci : permainan 4-2, ketepatan passing, futsal

Abstract

This study was motivated by the limited space for men's artistic gymnastics in Central Java, which generally uses a small and unrepresentative school arena, so the arrangement of equipment such as uneven bars, parallel bars, rings and saddle horses is not optimal. The aim of this study is to develop innovative multifunctional artistic gymnastics equipment in a limited space to optimise the gross motor development of junior male artistic gymnasts and to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of training. The research method uses a research and development approach with quantitative data from expert questionnaires, athletes and coaches, as well as analysis of equipment innovation based on Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology. The results of the analysis showed the maximum stress on the developed equipment, namely single bars 45.7 MPa, parallel bars 72.6 MPa, straps 29.48 MPa and saddles 92.9 MPa, which are located at the ends near the pivot point. The results of the analysis showed that the Innovation products are safe to use. The conclusion the conclusion of this research is the creation of artistic gymnastics equipment innovation in a limited space that is feasible to use.

Abstract

Education is one of the important factors in human life to provide life provisions through various learning processes, including physical education, sports, and health. However, physical activity in children is still relatively low, which is a global problem, one of which is the lack of motivation for children to exercise. For this reason, a study was conducted that applied the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach in learning underhand passing in volleyball. This study aims to determine the extent to which this approach can increase students' learning motivation. This study was conducted at SMA N 2 Semarang using the classroom action research (CAR) method, which was carried out in two cycles. The subjects of the study were students in class X-10 at school b. The results of the study showed that in cycle I, students' learning motivation was recorded with an average score of 120.27, and experienced a significant increase in cycle II to 141.92, with a percentage increase of 18%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the application of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach in class X-10 SMA N 2 Semarang is effective in increasing students' learning motivation in PJOK subjects. Therefore, the CRT approach can be recommended as an alternative in PJOK learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the jigsaw learning model and problem-based learning based on culturally responsive teaching (CRT) in improving football learning outcomes of grade X students of SMA Negeri 2 Semarang The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling. This study uses a test as an instrument, the test used is a shooting test. The normality test, homogeneity test, and difference hypothesis test and t test are the analyses used in this study. Information was obtained that the average score of the students in the jigsaw learning approach group was 74.4 and the posttest results after treatment with jigsaw learning were on average 85.  Meanwhile, the data of the problem based learning group before the treatment was carried out, the average student score was 75.3 and after the treatment, the student score changed, namely with a mean value or an average score of 85.06. It was interpreted that the hypothesis was rejected because there was no significant difference in the results of the students' pretest between the two treatment groups. The jigsaw learning model group provided an increase of 14.2%, while the problem-based learning model group provided an increase of 12.9%. The conclusion is that the use of jigsaw learning models and problem-based learning has a significant influence on football learning outcomes in grade X students of SMA Negeri 2 Semarang. The jigsaw learning model group is an effective learning model compared to the Problem based learning model on football learning outcomes in grade X students of SMA Negeri 2 Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to test the implementation of the CRT Culturally Responsive Teaching approach in the 10th grade of SMA N 2 Semarang. The research used is a Class Action Research. This research will be carried out at SMA N 2 Semarang and will involve students in grades X-11 as research subjects. Therefore, the population in this study is 36 students in grades X-11. This research took place from October 1 to October 17, 2024 which took place at SMA N 2 Semarang. The data collection process was carried out by conducting an assessment in 3 meetings about short-distance running materials. The results of the study showed that at the first meeting the most was very good with 19 people, but there were still 3 people who were in the poor category. In the second meeting, there was an increase, namely 29 people included in the good category, but there was still 1 student who was included in the very poor category. Finally, in the third meeting, the most was obtained, namely 34 students in the good category and 2 students in the sufficient category.  At the first meeting, most of them were included in the very good category, while 53%. Meanwhile, at the second meeting, most of them were in the good category of 80%. In the third meeting, most of them were included in the very good category as much as 94% of the total students. The conclusion of this study is that the use of the CRT Culturally Responsive Teaching approach has an impact on the learning of short-distance running students of Grade 10 SMA Negeri 2 Semarang. The results of learning to run short distances in Class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Semarang have experienced a significant increase. In the first meeting, classical completeness in class X students was 89%, then increased by 3% in the second meeting. In the second meeting it got a score of 92% then increased by 2% in the third meeting to 94%. The suggestion for teachers of physical education, sports and health should be to provide guidance with an approach according to the cultural conditions of students so that students' enthusiasm and enthusiasm in learning are easy to understand.
