Abstract

Lingkungan belajar pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung perkembangan emosi anak, khususnya melalui pengelolaan desain interior kelas yang ramah anak dan bermuatan nilai karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan serta menguji efektivitas desain interior kelas PAUD berbasis pendidikan karakter terhadap perkembangan emosi anak usia 5–6 tahun di TK Al Hidayah Stabat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development/R&D) yang mengadaptasi tahapan Borg and Gall. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 anak kelompok B yang dibagi ke dalam kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi, dengan instrumen yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat (uji normalitas dan homogenitas), serta uji efektivitas menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain interior kelas PAUD berbasis pendidikan karakter memperoleh tingkat kelayakan sangat layak berdasarkan validasi ahli dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 87,9%. Selain itu, hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05), yang menandakan adanya perbedaan peningkatan perkembangan emosi yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa desain interior kelas yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter secara efektif mampu meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam mengenali, mengelola, dan mengekspresikan emosi secara positif. Dengan demikian, desain interior kelas PAUD berbasis pendidikan karakter dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu strategi pendukung pembelajaran dalam mengoptimalkan perkembangan emosi anak usia dini.

Abstract

Learning evaluation plays a crucial role in early childhood education because it helps teachers understand child development and the effectiveness of learning activities. This study aims to examine early childhood learning evaluation, encompassing basic concepts, objectives, principles, types, and evaluation methods. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review, reviewing various relevant sources. The study's findings indicate that early childhood learning evaluation needs to be conducted continuously, taking into account both the child's learning process and outcomes. Various techniques, such as observation, portfolios, interviews, and assessment of work, are used to obtain a picture of child development. Appropriately implemented evaluation can serve as a basis for future learning planning and support optimal child development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of formative assessment at RA Al-Barakah. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, using interviews and documentation analysis.The informants of this research were class teachers. The instruments used were interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. From the results of the analysis of the use of formative assessment as a tool for assessing the development and learning of early childhood at RA Al-Barakah, formative assessment and the function of formative assessment, teachers did not yet understand what formative assessment was. Factors that made it difficult for teachers to carry out formative assessment were time constraints, lack of monitoring of children, and when events were not directly recorded. The time for implementing formative assessment was carried out at the beginning of learning and continued throughout the learning process. The types of assessment used were anecdotal notes, work results, and checklist assessments."Cul Students' mastery of competency material is determined by asking questions and reviewing the results of a checklist assessment. The information provided to students in the form of feedback is global, developing themes, and comprehensive. Teachers should pay attention to follow-up by using questions and enrichment.Legitimate From the research results, it can be concluded that at RA Al-Barakah there has been a formative assessment, but in its implementation it has not been carried out well.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to increase interest in entrepreneurship in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program of STAI Syekh H. Abdul Halim Hasan Al Ishlahiyah Binjai TA 2020/2021. The method used is the entrepreneurship program development method from Ndou and the entrepreneurship learning method from Esmi, which has 4 stages and methods as follows; 1) Phase of Inspiration (Inspiration); activities in this phase are entrepreneurship seminars. 2) Engagement Phase; activities in this phase of business practice. 4) Sustainability; Investment project, but this stage was not implemented due to time constraints. Overall this Community Service activity was carried out well. The team provides recommendations for the sustainability of student entrepreneurship namely; 1) Universities must build a Center for Study and Development of Student Entrepreneurship Activities, 2). Universities must provide facilities for student campus entrepreneurship activities, 3) Universities must provide activities that generate motivation and interest in student entrepreneurship, 4) Socialise the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka program which facilitates entrepreneurial activities, namely Wirausaha-Merdeka so that students can be interested to become an entrepreneur.

Abstract

Penataan desain eksterior sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan edukatif bagi anak usia dini karena ruang luar sekolah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat bermain, tetapi juga sebagai media belajar yang mendukung perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penataan desain eksterior TK Baitul Hijrah Binjai dalam menciptakan lingkungan edukatif. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan kondisi eksisting desain eksterior sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan dokumentasi kondisi lapangan pada area bermain luar ruang, penataan alat permainan, elemen peneduh, vegetasi, dan jalur sirkulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain eksterior TK Baitul Hijrah Binjai telah menyediakan ruang luar yang mendukung aktivitas bermain anak, namun penataan alat permainan belum terzonasi dengan jelas, kondisi permukaan bermain masih kurang rata, serta pemanfaatan vegetasi dan elemen lingkungan belum terintegrasi dengan kegiatan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain eksterior TK Baitul Hijrah Binjai memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai lingkungan edukatif melalui penataan desain yang lebih terstruktur, aman, dan ramah anak agar dapat mendukung perkembangan anak usia dini secara optimal.

Abstract

Anak-anak berusia 0–6 tahun menjadi fokus utama dalam pendidikan anak usia dini karena periode ini dipandang sebagai masa emas perkembangan anak. Pasal 1 ayat 14 Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional mendefinisikan pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) sebagai penyelenggaraan Pendidikan yang dirancang khusus untuk anak usia satu hingga enam tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara desain interior dan kenyamanan belajar anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-Kanak Monica, Binjai Timur. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan guru, orang tua, serta anak-anak. Fokus utama penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen desain interior, seperti pemilihan warna, pencahayaan, dan tata letak ruang, yang berpengaruh terhadap kenyamanan dan motivasi belajar anak. Hasil menunjukan bahwa desain interior yang menarik dan fungsional dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, mendukung perkembangan sosial dan emosional, serta meningkatkan konsentrasi anak. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya perencanaan desain interior yang baik untuk menciptakan ruang belajar yang aman dan menyenangkan bagi anak-anak.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of character education based on Islamic values in shaping the religious attitudes of early childhood students. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed via data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that internalization of key religious values honesty, discipline, and responsibility is achieved through habit formation, modeling, and integration of these values into daily learning activities. Children’s religious attitudes are observed in behaviors such as performing daily prayers, demonstrating politeness, and showing empathy toward others. Challenges include variations in family backgrounds, which may affect consistency in character development. The study highlights that fostering religious character in early childhood requires a holistic approach involving both family and school, supported by professional educators and institutional policies. The results underscore the importance of creating structured, consistent, and engaging strategies to nurture moral and spiritual growth, ensuring that children not only understand religious teachings but also practice them in daily life, forming the foundation of strong character from an early age.
