Abstract

Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 95 of 2018 told that the implementation of SPBE is recommended to create clean, effective, transparent and accountable government governance as well as quality and trustworthy public services. This research use the systematic literature review (SLR) method by reviewed the implementation of COBIT best practices in various government organization in Indonesia in the last 5 years. This was done by analyzed each selected study and it can be concluded that there were 27 scientific journal studies and 3 conference studies. Analysis of 30 studies resulted in several groupings of studies, those are based on study objectives, frequently found focus areas, and frequently used domains. Based on the grouping of selected studies, it can be seen that there are 2 different objectives in using COBIT in government agencies, 1) the objective of measuring the level of maturity and capability of IT governance and 2) the objective of designing an IT governance system. The domains most frequently found in the selected studies are APO and DSS. Apart from that, this research also found a focus area that is often found, namely IT services and there are recommendations for further research based on being able to evaluate and design IT governance in the COBIT domain which is often found based on the focus area.

Abstract

Obtaining student achievement provides benefits for schools for accreditation assessment, curriculum determination, feedback and policy. SMA N 1 Waru is a Senior High School in Indonesia in the National Reference School category which almost every year gets achievements. Currently, management of achievement data has not been carried out optimally, accumulated achievement data cannot be displayed, storage of supporting data is not organized, and the accuracy of the information produced is hampered. This research aims to implement a website-based student achievement application. The method used is in two stages, data collection and application development. The application development technique uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. This research produces an application that has functionalities: master data (period, type of achievement, level of achievement/certification, class), teacher data collection, student data collection, achievement data collection (proposal and approval of achievements), user management, achievement reports, and achievement dashboards, as well as manage user user access. All functionalities have passed testing using the black box testing method. Implementation of applications using RAD can be done quickly and effectively so that the school gets the benefits of collecting achievement data at any time, achievement information can be accessed by anyone who needs it, the information produced is accurate, and has storage media for achievement supporting documents that can be well organized.

Abstract

One of the impacts of the Covid-19 Pandemic is the change of learning process in elementary schools from offline learning to online learning. The results of the observations at Al-Khoiriyyah islamic elementary school show that partners still had difficulties in utilizing information technology facilities besides there was also a decrease in the enthusiasm of teachers and students in the learning process. The community service team offers solutions by providing training related to interactive learning media and the utilization of technology using the wordwall application. The wordwall application can attract the enthusiasm of teachers and students in the learning process by utilizing various features. This training was attended by 8 participants located at UHW Perbanas on June 24, 2022. The methods used were discussion, independent practice, and evaluation obtained from filling out the pre-test and post-test. The results of the training and mentoring show that 100% of the training participants are able to use wordwalls. The learning media using this wordwall had a significant effect and this was shown by the practical results of each participant who successfully completed the tasks given by the community service team which is 8 participants successfully made a quiz using the wordwall application.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Waru is experiencing rapid development, particularly in this digital era, with its students achieving notable success in sports, science, and arts. However, despite these achievements, the management of such accomplishments remains inadequate, rely-ing on manual systems. Consequently, the collection and recording of student achieve-ment data at SMAN 1 Waru are disorganized and often not up to date. Recognizing this issue, the community service team has developed an information system to manage stu-dent achievement data. This system includes comprehensive training to facilitate the ef-ficient processing of student achievements for both internal and external purposes, such as accreditation. The training session took place on March 28, 2024, at SMAN 1 Waru's computer laboratory and was attended by 35 students, website administrators, and three teachers. The training employed various methods, including lectures, practical exercises, and discussions. All participants demonstrated a clear understanding of the application's usage, as evidenced by their improved pre-test and post-test scores. Statistical analysis using the t-test confirmed the significance of this improvement, indicating that the train-ing effectively enhanced participants' understanding of using the student achievement website. Furthermore, the success of the training is reflected in the records of achieve-ment data inputted by the participants.            Keywords: achievement data; information system; website.

Abstract

Pengelolaan transaksi kemitraan pada usaha ayam petelur di Telurkita Kediri masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan lembar Excel. Proses ini menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti keterlambatan pelacakan termin panen, pembuatan surat perjanjian kerja sama (MOU) yang memakan waktu, serta potensi kesalahan dalam perhitungan penghasilan mitra. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini berfokus pada tahap desain aplikasi transaksi kemitraan berbasis web dengan menerapkan metode Lean dan Prototyping. Pendekatan Lean digunakan untuk menghilangkan proses yang tidak efisien, seperti penggunaan dokumen kertas dan file Excel, serta menyederhanakan alur transaksi dan pengelolaan data. Sementara itu, metode Prototyping diterapkan melalui dua iterasi desain, yang masing-masing divalidasi langsung oleh pengguna hingga diperoleh rancangan final yang sesuai kebutuhan. Prototipe yang dihasilkan mencakup fitur utama seperti pembuatan kwitansi pendaftaran, DP, dan pelunasan, pengelolaan surat MOU, transaksi termin panen, pengingat jadwal panen, serta laporan rekap penghasilan bulanan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner kepada enam responden (1 operator, 4 sales, dan 1 pemilik usaha) dengan indikator pemahaman terhadap rancangan antarmuka dan alur kerja sistem. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman sebesar 96,80%, menandakan bahwa rancangan desain aplikasi mudah dipahami dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional pengguna. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan awal yang dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan aplikasi transaksi kemitraan ayam petelur yang lebih efisien, terukur, dan siap diimplementasikan pada tahap selanjutnya.

Abstract

This activity was carried out as an effort to improve the ability of Bandeng Radit MSMEs to produce high-quality product photos and integrate them into digital catalog content, which is used as a promotional strategy on social media and digital catalog-based product information content. The main problems faced by partners are limited skills in lighting techniques, visual composition, and the use of digital platforms to market processed products such as presto milkfish, milkfish otak-otak, and grilled milkfish. Training participants were introduced to product photography techniques using smartphones through the Strobist Technique approach, namely the use of artificial light sources such as external flashes and portable softboxes to produce professional lighting in product photos. This activity was carried out using a participatory workshop method that included counseling on basic product photography theory, demonstrations of lighting techniques, shooting practice, editing techniques using applications, and integration of photo results into digital catalogs through the Figma application. Lightroom Mobile the training results showed significant improvements in technical skills, understanding of visual aesthetics, and basic understanding of digital promotion. Product photos produced by partners became more visually consistent, had balanced lighting, and were able to strengthen the brand image of Bandeng Radit MSMEs. This activity also contributes to empowering the local economy based on digitalization and serves as an applied training model for developing the capacity of MSMEs in the creative culinary sector.
